Great food, staff was super helpful and everything was fairly priced. The drinks were to die for. Slice of Life is a must have if you visit. Sushi and octopus as well as fish were so good. The view was perfect for a romantic or fun atmosphere.

Worst service, we came today for lunch , sat Wait for 15 minutes, the hostess didn’t explain about the brunch off course was closing in 10 minutes and this was explained by the server how came with attitude. Do you self a favor run away and expend your money somewhere else.. We just stand up and left right there in front of him, the manager didn't even care When we explained the situation. I made reservations on open table it didn’t said nothing about buffet or closing the restaurant. They think they are a fancy place, but the true is the worst of the worst, my recommendation change the staff and update your menus.

Very casual atmosphere. Service attentive and food was properly prepared and very tasty. Cocktails were a bit pricy. The most unusual thing was the mandatory 18% gratuity that was automatically added to the check, and then taxed. The server would have done better had they not been so corporate about gratuity.

Sushi was excellent. Nice signature drinks. Entree ( bone in ribeye ) was good but not great. Service was excellent. It was raining out so we had to sit inside but the atmosphere was not as nice as I was expecting. Had a little bit of a hotel resturant vibe.

We love Il Mulino at this location, and due to a lack of outdoor seating went next door (same kitchen, can order from same menu) to sit outside at AQ. Here are the details: - Definitely sit outside - views overlooking the ocean are a perfect 10 on a breezy night. - The AQ is supposed to be a "Chop House" but really there are very few meat and fish options (1-2 steak options only). The initial offering is a tasty selection of olives, cheese and bread, but does not compare remotely to the Il Mulino olive oil and parmesan which they were very firmly refusing to bring over from around 100 feet away. Understandable but a shame considering you can order off either menu from the shared kitchen,. - We had the caesar salad (shockingly very small, with a too-citrusy dressing and no anchovies if you seek a legit caesar), the stracciatella soup (served pretty cold), fried calamari (amazingly tender and tasty with great red sauce, but also served luke cold), for apps. For the main course, had kids butter pasta (way overcooked, but not a big deal), veal parmigiana (superb and vaguely tasted like Uno's pizza - very salty and but also delicious), and past with broccoli rabe and sausage (meh sausage light on flavor, not very hot - maybe luke warm - delicious rich truffle broth, overcooked noodles - overall pretty good). Our son left hungry... - not a bad meal, a bit less costly than Il Mulino and ambience was amazing. Server was quiet, unengaged, but sort of ok - they like to keep pouring pelligrino to people drinking tap and vice versa - again, not a huge deal but not what we usually enjoy. - get the Spice menu at Il Mulino... skip AQ. If you want a chop house you picked the wrong place... 25 dollar valet is "reduced" to $20 if you eat there - again, a lot of not-big-deals that added up to a so-so experience.

Worst service, we came yesterday for dinner, sat down and the waiter came gave us the menus and left and never came back, he didn't care. After waiting for 15 min sitting without any attention at all or care for us wanting to order a wine bottle. Also another table beside us stand up and went to speak at the front desk about the terrible service and that the waiter "never came for service". We saw the waiter passing by and call him and told him "Do you care to take our order or what?" (Of course we were mad at that point) he was like "What do you want?". We just stand up and left right there in front of him, the manager didn't even care to call me or see what was going on (I made reservations days before so he had my number), he left right as we were passing in front of the entrance, scare to face the consequences. They think they are a fancy place, pffff the worst of the worst, they think so high of themselves don't have a single integrity hair. Not even the courtesy to call me to apologise. My recommendation, fire the whole management and servers.

Food was pretty good. The outside seating had an incredible view of the beach.

Came here to try out their Miami Spice menu. I had already tried I'll Mulino, which is right next to it, so I figured this place would be excellent as well. Of course it's inside Acqualina, which is such a beautiful place on its own. AQ Chop House did not disappoint. We were greeted and immediately given the option of having drinks by the bar or heading straight to our table- which we opted for. It's an average sized space, although the ceilings are extremely tall which make it feel way bigger. Love the decor and how staff is constantly checking up on you- you truly get a feel of the fine dining experience. The Miami Spice menu had various options, and we opted for the seafood salad and calamari as appetizers- both were extremely delicious- the seafood salad was exquisite and the calamari was a very generous portion. For entrees, we chose the filet mignon and the black fettuccini with basil pesto and shrimp. The mignon is the same one served at Il Mulino, so it was delicious, and the fettuccini was truly delectable! For dessert, we got the flourless chocolate cake and the torta della nonna- both we're good but the chocolate cake was my favorite. Super excited I got to visit this place, and the Miami Spice price was more than worth it! You have to valet park but make sure to validate your ticket in the restaurant for $5 discount.

Book a table outside the view is fabulous, you look over the pool and can see the ocean, as well! Food was good, I would give it 4 stars, our pasta was a little soft and my fish had no spices. The service is fabulous, it's a place to be "seen'", they serve brunch and validate valet parking. I will go back!

We were trying to find a place for a nice Sunday brunch and decided on AQ Chop House. We are so glad we picked this restaurant! The greater was cheerful and Manuela took us to an outdoor table overlooking one of the pools and straight ahead the beautiful Sunny Isles Beach. The sea breeze was perfect. The brunch has vast options including choices of breads, shrimp, oysters, lobster, prime rib, fruit and desert counters, omelet bar, salads, homemade gnocchi and mushroom ravioli. Basically, something for everyone. We had mimosas, prosecco, delicious espresso, and finished up with dulce de leche sorbet. I noticed that had 10 choices of ice cream. The place was casual and at the same time classy. Victor delivered top notch service and Manuela checked up on us several times to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed. Inside, Colombia was playing on the TV and I couldn't help to notice a very cozy area with leather seating and a full service bar as well. We got out valet parking stamped and got a discount on the total cost. We will definitely will be back to get pampered again!

Amazing service. Place has a beautiful dimed ambiance. We were greeted by the manager Carlos who was very welcoming. We had an attentive waiter named Steven. He made sure we were well taken care of. Me and my wife ordered our appetizers which got to us in a timely order. We also ordered the tuna tartar and a fillet mignon which was cooked to perfection. Cheers to the chef. Would highly recommend for a casual outing or gor a special evening.

I moved up AQ to the very top of my (long) list of "must try" restaurants because I have always been a fan of Chef LoSasso and The Forge. From what I read prior to my visit, I knew this was supposed to be different and that he would still be experimenting with the dishes on the menu. The end result for us was disappointing. Arrived at the magnificent Acqualina on a Saturday night. STUNNING! Hospitality and service started the second they opened the door to our car. The hotel and restaurant staff was extremely welcoming and courteous. Checked in with the hostess and after a brief wait for our new table (we did not love the location of the first table they gave us), we finally sat down. We were very eager to begin our AQ experience, but the waiter took a while to open our wine and come by for our order. The restaurant was not very full. I am not sure why there was a hold up. When he did come by the table, he was always very pleasant and agreeable. The restaurant itself is very beautiful. I especially loved the palatial ceiling and perfectly fitting chandelier. Inside, you will also find seating at an eat-in bar (separate from the main bar for drinks) with oceanfront views due to its elevated location and a walk up counter for dessert and coffee. This counter can be accessed without ever stepping in to the actual restaurant. The picturesque outdoor terrace (perfect for cooler days) is right out of a magazine. Red cushions dominate the entire outdoor seating area. All of it is anchored by a large fountain in the center of the space and overlooks the hotel pool and beach. Back inside, once we finally placed out appetizer order, we were served hot doughy basil/cherry bread. Our food order was as follows; Ceviche- this did not look very pretty, but it did taste good. Not the very best I've ever had, but very enjoyable. Green Eggs and Ham- I love me a clever name and theme. This dish delivered! The green part, as expected, does not look very appetizing, but it does taste great. Eggs, chives, Ibérico ham and a little mascarpone on top. I wish it was hotter upon arrival though. 20 Hour Charred Octopus Crostini- I liked this more than the hubby did. The only problem I had with it was the quantity. It's definitively enjoyed better as a one person appetizer and not shareable. The amount of octopus is minimal. The accompanying olives were unlike anything I have ever tasted, almost crisp. Not sure what made them that way but I dug it. Chicken and Basil Meatballs- These were extremely dry. We kept dousing them in the accompanying tomato porcini sauce. The sauce, on the other hand, was delicious. Seafood Bucatini- I only had a bite of this, but it was just OK to me. The hubs seemed to enjoy it though. It had scallops, shrimp, tomato and ......avocado? I thought that was an odd addition to the pasta. But hey, I love avocado and the husband doesn't so I stole all of it off his plate. I asked for some cheese (yes, spare me the "seafood and cheese don't mix" lecture), but we never got it. Oh well. Three Mushroom Risotto- I had a couple of bites of this entree and I think it was perhaps the best of the night. Perfectly cheesy and with a great texture. Pizza AQ- I know, I know, pizza? Yes, pizza. I will have you know that if you cross the street, Chef Timo's has one of my absolute favorite pizzas. I die for their black and white pizza! We ordered this one with tomato, extra mozzarella, Ibérico ham and pepperoni. Was it good? Sure! Memorable? nah. Just pizza. What's not to love about cheese and bread? Grilled 10oz Creekstone Farms Burger- BIGGEST. SHOCKER. I hate saying it, but I have to. This was just so PLAIN. It was an unseasoned piece of meat. The cheese (3yr old aged white cheddar) added nothing to it. Nothing. We had them split the burger in half and I think I might have had 3 small bites of it. My friend might have left her half after the first bite. The accompanying crispy fries were perfect. I had ordered the truffle addition for the burger. At $8 there is no way this was real truffle. I am not sure what it really was, but it "seemed" like battered and fried mushrooms topped with truffle oil. Shoulder shrug. Sigh. S'mores Ice Cream- DELICIOUS! I should have had more of this. Chocolate Ice Cream- GOOD. Dulce de Leche Donut- I liked the cakey consistency, but where was the dulce de leche? Certainly, NOT inside this donut. Hazenut Donut- Dry. Awful. Guava Cake- Not for the faint of heart because it's extremely sweet and decadent, but oh so good. Mmm, mmm, mmm! Oreo Cheesecake- Good I was really expecting a little bit more dazzle and wanted to be swept off my feet. I wasn't. I once attended a Caymus pairing dinner at The Forge (with Chef LoSasso) that I STILL talk about. There was none of that pizazz here. Nada. I realize the restaurant is not even 3 months old yet and it's because of that I might give it another go later this year. We shall see...

What a great place beautiful outside and inside setting. Great ambience. Food was incredible. I had grilled octopus. Which was cooked perfect. Salad. Grill asparagus Avery's and amazing. The rest of the dishes were all delicious. Bartender was very friendly. Highly recommend.

Went to a great brunch today at AQ Chop House, there's plenty to choose from and the seafood buffet is unbelievable . We sat outside on the patio the service, live music , the delicious choices and the ambience let us relax even more on this beautiful sunny day.

My friends and I had a wonderful time during our recent dinner at AQ Chop House! We were impressed at the variety their menu carried, curated to stimulate any palate really. We started with a simple cheese board and some bruschetta to which the manager offered great wine pairing suggestions, then we moved on to some more complex dishes,I'd recommend trying the seafood, we all agreed it was the highlight of the night. Also, if given the opportunity choose to sit outside, the view and ambience is perfect, particularly next to their infinity pool. I went in a group but I can imagine it being a nice setting for a date.

Gorgeous. Drinks were very good and the bar tenders were happy, even excited, to customize to your tastes. Atmosphere sitting outside was stunning and romantic. Food was really good. I had the petite filet. It was cooked pretty darn perfectly. Would come back next time I am in town.

The atmosphere is so dull and they would not let us sit outside they said that the tables were reserved however throughout the entire meal those tables were open. Aside from this, we waited for the food for about an hour (not our waiters fault, but it could have been handled before we had to ask where the food was twice- once for appetizers and once for the dinner). The food was delicious but i would not return :(

Had the chance to stop by on Sunday before my return flight home, had an amazing experience at Brunch. It had the best of everything you could ask for, from the fruits, to lobster, filet mignon, eggs to order your style. Not to forget the endless mimosas and mojitos. To top it off gellato bar! I felt closer to heaven in that brunch than in my return flight home! All accompanied by a 5 star flawless service.

This place is a rockin. Celebrating a couple days away from kids before the big Christmas man comes to town. Everything here is so delicious! We had Orange Tuna sushi Tomato salad The ravioli for appetizer (wow!) The sea bass Tiramisu Hazelnut cake All was excellent! The wine was fantastic too!

I can not believe what I live tonight, I am in this place to Celebrate the birthday of my nephew, we going to the el Molino in Aquilina but my wife want to try the sushi place that with listen is a good place, we make reservations when we get to the place on time that let pass other person first whit out care that we get first to the restaurant and we have reservations, and den the service coming to take the order and we make a joke in Spanish and he ask me to tell what is the joke I told him but before I told the joke I told him IS A JOKE THE WE DO IN SPANISH he going talk to the bartender the joke and the return with another joke words the what I said and I laughed and he left laughed out loud and then BOM another server started looking me very aggressive like he wan to kill me or do something, walk with bad attitude around the table, I ask to the server if is everything ok and he told me, yes everything is ok, he continues a point to the table and looking bad I told to my wife about and the manager approached me to complain about what I had told the waiter, I explained that it was a joke but if i had bothered someone I apologize, she left and after a while she came back continuum Complaing, we felt uncomfortable to the point that we canceled dinner, when We were going out, the waiter began to tease in my face, I returned to explain what happened and he was still aggressive and using racist comments, the manager did nothing, he told us to leave the restaurant and never come back !!! no customer who comes to a restaurant ever wants to feel discriminated against and attacked by a waiter who is lacking in ethics and education, so Latinos please staid away from this Restaurat before you get discriminated or intoxicated from a racist restaurant that no care from customers...

A favorite of my better half, we have been going to The Forge for years. So when the wifey heard that after a four-year tenure at said The Forge, chef Dewey LoSasso decided to move on and open his own restaurant at the Acqualina Resort and Spa, we invited friends and made our way to the beach. It had the promise of a very elegant experience. As you turn into the resort and pass the big iron gates, you get the feeling you are pulling up to a hotel in Beverly Hills and not Sunny Isles. The lobby is very elegant and reminded me of the Breakers in Palm Beach. We met our friends in the outdoor area overlooking the ocean. The hostess placed our friend's drinks on a tray and proceeded to take us to our table. The table for four had two chairs facing the main room and the other two chairs facing an opening to what seemed to be part of the kitchen and/or serving area. We quickly requested another table given half of our party would be forced to stare at this area all night long. Even though 1/2 the restaurant was empty, it took a while but we didn't mind in the least. For appetizers we had the Green Eggs and Ham, Ceviche, the 20 Hour Charred Octopus Crostini and the Chicken and Basil Meatballs. The Ceviche seemed fresh and was fine in flavor while the eggs and ham was a well thought out and executed dish. The octopus came chopped up and served over dry toast (crostini). Conceptually, I can see the crispiness of the toast and the softness of the octopus going well together, except that the octopus was dry (perhaps charring it for 20hrs...) and lacked flavor. The wife did like it though. The 4 small meatballs were the worse of the appetizers. So bland... probably one of the worse meatballs I have ever had at a restaurant. For dinner the girls decided to share a Pizza AQ and a Farm Burger. The boys had the Three Mushroom Risotto and the Seafood Bucatini. The mushroom risotto was nicely cooked. The seafood bucatini was the best in show. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't out of this world but of the 4... The pasta was cooked to perfection and there was just enough seafood on the plate as well. As for the burger, I didn't take a bite but both girls said it wasn't very good. In fact, I don't think neither finished it and they only had a half each. The burger also came out medium rare despite the fact the order called for medium. The girls ordered the pizza with extra mozzarella. It was a simple basil, mozzarella, pepperoni, olive oil pizza. Nothing special... unfortunately the theme for the night. When it came to order dessert, our waiter told us they didn't have a dessert menu but he did recite our choices. He also offered to show us. Off to the side, the restaurant has a counter which I guess services the hotel guests. I didn't mind at all... in fact I welcomed the offer to stretch our legs. As we approached, we realized Chef LoSasso was behind the dessert counter. After a brief hello we chose the S'mores Ice Cream, Guava Cake, Chocolate Cake Pop, Hazelnut Doughnut, and Dulce de Leche Doughnut. Nothing special, especially my dulce de leche doughnut. I had half of it and left the rest. It was dry and I really didn't find any dulce de leche. As a table we ordered two mint teas and 2 cortaditos. Both cortaditos were warm but not hot. Ugh! In all honesty, I (we) left very disappointed. I was expecting a Forge like experience. I thought the plating and presentation was very sloppy. Pieces of the toast in the Octopus appetizer were broken which makes no sense. Just grab four whole pieces of toast. My dulce de leche doughnut was also missing a piece on one of the sides. As for what is most important, the food, I just didn't leave thinking "I have to come back for that!" And those meatballs... wow. A word about the wine list: It's very limited. You can bring your own for a $35 corkage fee. We did. PS: The valet left my friends car windows down next to a sprinkler... Not sure why a valet would put down anyone's windows but he said it was a very slippery ride home. In the end... just nothing special.

Came here for a birthday dinner. Very nice indoor and outdoor seating. That's about the extent of the positives. The service was slow, had to remind the waiter 2-3 times to fill our water glasses once. Asked for extra bread also needed to remind him 2-3 times as bread sat on the prep table. Once he delivered the bread we got 3 pieces for a table for 4. The green eggs and ham was a mucous like concoction that was odd at best. The salmon was ok but 2 of our friends hardly finished the steak because it was so bad. Waiter put wrong dishes then when we told him he fixed it but mumbled "everyone makes mistakes" Won't come again.

Attended their beautiful Sunday brunch. Outside overlooking the pool. He I lined oysters and lobster was to die for. The lobster rolls where icing on the cake. The truffle fettuccini was so tasty. I would go back for dinner just to get that. Of course the unlimited mojitos/ Bellinis/ mimosas/bloody Mary's where the best part! For the $65 price you defiantly get a lot at this 5 star hotel. The most observant friendliest wait staff I have seen in a while the only reason I give 4 stars is I wish it was more of a surf and turf the advertise a carving station but the only steak they had was very dry. However I would go back for the mojitos and lobster!

We love to come here for the breakfast from time to time. The food is excellent and the service is just perfect. What ever you need they are a second away and bring it right away. All I ate: went for the omelette of smoked salmon with mushrooms, spinach, cheese, grabbed the lobster ravioli (delish), cranberry bread , had a croissant with turkey cheese bacon. After all of that went for some gelato, mimosa's galore, coffee and once your done with your mimosa a refill that you didn't even realized happen. This place is great. Recommend it 100%

Excellent food. Exceptional service !! Would highly recommend but be prepared to pay$$$$ but really enjoyed our Valentine's Day dinner!!

Four of has dinner at AQ last night. We sat outside with a lovely view of the ocean. That was probably the best part of our dining experience. I'll say that the food was pretty good (Il Mulino's kitchen?) but the service was DISGRACEFUL. All four appetizers came out 20 minutes after we ordered, and the main dishes - 45 minutes later! (We were one of three tables in the restaurant, so not too busy). The servers (who barely spoke English - I know, it's Miami) never once refilled our wine glasses or our water glasses. The server/runner got confused and gave all of us each other's dishes. That shouldn't be thT difficult a task. Not a big deal, but inexcusable in a "fine" restaurant with high prices. Server never came to check on us to ask how the food was or if we needed anything. I'd ordered my salmon well done, and as predicted, it came out sushi-ish, and room temperature. I kindly asked the server to have it cooked a little more, and - no exaggeration, (after my husband and friends were completely finished eating) - 27 minutes later, I got my fish. We finished with very tasty desserts: cheesecake, and flan. When the waiter brought the check, he neglected to tell us that the gratuity was already included, yet the bill still leaves a blank space for the tip. Horrible service all around. I don't feel we got our $425 worth. Food: 8/10 Service: 1/10 (someone came over to offer us ground pepper, thus the 1 of 10). NOT WORTH THE MONEY FOR THE CRAPPY SERVICE.

I had the pleasure of dining at AQ Chophouse earlier this week and I was extremely impressed! This place is the definition of true hospitality. You can tell that the people who work here really have a passion for their craft. We were instantly greeted warmly and always addressed on a last name basis. While waiting for the rest of my party, I sat at the bar and was offered complementary cheese, wasabi peas, and what I believe was dried cranberries. Dinner was phenomenal! I had the 18oz New York strip which was cooked to perfection and possibly the best tiramisu I've ever tasted. My favorite part of my visit was taking a walk around the property and enjoying the beautiful beachfront views will definitely be back again and again!

I absolutely love eating at AQ's bar! Conveniently located at the Acqualina Resort and Spa, this place is a big hit for tourists. The service is great, the bartenders or waitresses are always quick to take your order and the atmosphere of the place is excellent. The staff makes sure you feel at home as soon as you walk in. The food is pricey, but I promise it is worth it! Everything they offer is fresh and the sushi is cooked right in front of you. It's great for date nights or if you want to grab drinks with friends. I highly recommend it !

This place is fantastic. The moment you walk in the door you're treated like the customer who is going to save the restaurant. The food is even better! Had crispy tuna roll 9/10. Tomato salad 9/10. Sea bass 9/10. Tiaramasou 10/10. Gonna be hard to top this place

My husband and I dined here for Christmas Day Brunch. It was an incredible experience. Everything from the atmosphere to the service to the food was excellent. The food was delicious. The servers bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect. We dined outside, and it was absolutely beautiful. I would recommend it to anyone in the Sunny Isles area. We cannot wait to come back next time we come back to this area!

Our server was Gerado, and he was very honest and excellent. He came back to the table and notified us that the service charge was already included, on the Mother's Day Brunch. Thank you.

Here it goes, got to the restaurant, very disappointed in atmosphere. Very cold feeling and not the feel of a steak house one bit. Sat down took 20 minutes for someone to come to our table and another 5 for water. Everyone around us said get out begonias to late! One server inside. Manager is helping. We got meatballs they were good. Caesar salad was ok and mozzarella salad was good. Crab cake great, honey Dijon chicken good. When we complained about service the manager step up his game. But we will cross this off our list!

Very mediocre. Few guests. Nice atmosphere and comfortable seating. Slow service. Ok menu. Tip of 18 percent added ( we were 2), but no mention of this on menu or by server. Glad I read bill carefully.

Il Mulino standards, so wasn't surprised that the food and service were both exceptional, especially since this is located at the Aqualina. We sat outside (beautiful) and it was quiet that night. Everything was perfect.

Great breakfast for hotel guests! I love the pancakes they are awesome! They has indoor and outdoor seating. Very accommodating and the service is amazing just like the hotel! A++

Slow Service, in a near empty restuarant which is always a bad sign expecially with the a nice atmosphere, it is too bad actually very disappointing just not 5 star food, nothing to return for at all too many solid 5 star places that insure they are or keep their 5 stars

Location was nice however service was very slow and they were not busy. Food was just okay but pricy. Menu selection was minimal.

We went for dinner at AQ another new restaurant in Sunny Isles at the beautiful Acqualina Hotel where as you arrive you get the feeling that you are approaching a Museum of the most beautiful cars one has ever seen. Upon entering this Majestic property we encounter a new Renaissance of an artistic compilation by the Renowned Chef to the Stars Dewey LoSasso. We start the evening with an array of appetizers that leave us craving for more. The Tuna Tartare with soba noodles has just right amount of Asian touch and the Buratta with just perfectly ripe tomatoes drizzled with EVOO. We all agree that we need to spoil ourselves with a couple more Apps and we continue with the Tuna Crudo which is ohhh so perfect with the combination fig and grapefruit. Main courses continue to impress us starting with Yellow Fin tuna in a pool of heavenly sauce that they call Marsala I call it Heaven. The Risotto with Fresh Peas is another standout with just the right creaminess. Having experienced Dewey's cooking at the Forge we insist on trying his Filet Mignon which is embellished in aromas and texture, acknowledging his expertise in meat is quite evident. There is a pasta on the menu at 10$ as a side in a mushroom sauce that is so delicious we ordered a second serving. Our only regret was we were only 4 and we couldn't try more of his dishes. Ohh well we will have to revisit again to complete this extraordinary journey of aromas and flavors. We finished our evening outside smoking cigars and drinking digestifs overlooking the grounds and listening to breaking waters of the coastline. Service was standout headed by a young gentleman Martin who with his staff kept our finicky friends pleasantly content. Prices were surprisingly very reasonable considering the venue and quality of ingredients. Sunny Isles Beach has finally a restaurant that rightfully can claim as Epic !!! Congratulations AQ !!!

Five of us came to celebrate two of our girlfriends' birthdays at AQ. The ginger infused lychee martinis were fabulous! The food was good, too. We especially enjoyed the Greek dragon fruit salad and loaded mushroom risotto. A gentleman on staff came to the table with the sweetest voice to sing happy birthday. The disappointment came when we waited for over forty minutes for the check to be paid. Apparently, they have a new system and it didn't divide the checks properly. The whole amount was charged to one card. Then, they had to cancel and redo the amounts. That could happen anywhere, I guess. However, we were surprised by the lack of communication and the lack of customer service we received from a restaurant of this caliber. Nobody came to explain what was happening. We were not offered a complimentary drink or parking, or anything to compensate for the inconvenience of making us wait while the problem was resolved. That was the sour note to an otherwise lovely evening.
