The Best Las Vegas Restaurants for Caviar | Eater Vegas

"Formerly known as Caviar Bar, Aqua is the perfect hideaway to visit before or after hitting one of the many Resorts World dining outposts. Every classic caviar item is on deck, from the varieties to the accoutrements. Rich, meat-forward dishes include steak tartare with quail egg and wagyu brioche toast and black olive tapenade, all featuring dollops of caviar. For a casual evening, stop by for Champagne and French fries served with caviar." - Jennifer Smith

Aqua, a Swanky 400-Seat London Import, Is Now Open in Flatiron | Eater NY

"A new 24,000-square-foot restaurant opens in Flatiron at 902 Broadway (between East 20th and 21st streets), seating 432 across two floors, with three private dining rooms and a private lounge that could serve as a future speakeasy. Founded by David Yeo of the restaurant group behind Hutong and modeled much like the group's long-running London sibling, the concept offers two distinct menus: the 'Roma' menu, produced in a designated Italian kitchen on the main level, and the 'Kyoto' menu, produced from a separate Japanese kitchen. The 'Roma' side features arancini, salumi, small pizzas, pasta and larger items like a spicy chicken with chanterelles, plus raw-bar items ($28 to $140), burrata and arancini antipasti ($19 to $32), pizzette with lobster ($35), linguine with clams ($27), pollo alla diavola ($48), and sides such as fried zucchini ($15). The 'Kyoto' side includes robata-grilled dishes, rice and noodles, maki, sushi and sashimi, with robata wings and pork belly ($14 to $68), seafood fried rice or Japanese mushroom udon ($34 to $44), a 12-piece sashimi platter ($72), and the signature “crystal sushi,” served with seafood and a flavored jelly — examples given are scallop, caviar, and kimchi jelly ($21). A 22-seat sushi bar — an eventual destination for an omakase menu — is 77 feet long (longer than a 60-foot regulation bowling lane). Toward the center of the space, a dramatic bar dubbed Spirit features a 44-seat counter wrapped around a massive hemp-rope sculpture (the room was designed by David Yeo and Robert Angell) and is noted for having a killer sound system; cocktails skew toward Italian or Japanese concoctions. The restaurant is open for dinner every day for now, and arrives as part of a corridor seeing an influx of trendy openings alongside places such as Passerine, Massara, and Time and Tide." - Melissa McCart

Came here for lunch to try their seafood paella since this place has a high rating. The paella came out nice and hot but a little too saucy for me. I was quite disappointed that It didn't have any crab unlike what it said in the menu. Service was good. I have a mixed feeling regarding the ambiance as it felt really weird that there was no customers on a Sunday lunch except my husband and I. The place looked nice inside but outside seemed to be neglected. What really threw me off was the automatic 20% service charge for 2 people even though the website said that it would apply for parties of 5 or more.

Sat at The Bar ... just wanted A Drink. The place grew on me quick, Happy Hour. Edward explained the specials ... my time turned into a 5 Course Meal with The Freshest Margarita. 2 Pics tell The Story ... Jessy + brought the Dishes out ... Tomato Soup/Grilled Cheese, Bruschetta Mix, Coconut Torrijas, Cafe Bombon, to finish, a sample of Mamey. Aqua Bar and Grill, 5 Star! Venga aqui para comida spectacular de Cuba. Servicio excepcional

I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. It's one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. We sat at the bar and the bartender was great about talking us through the caviar options and making recommendations. We tried two kinds along with shrimp toast, oysters, crab cakes, and salmon tartare. Besides the caviar, each of us had a favorite dish because that's how good it all was. But making our own caviar bites with all the fixings on blinis was not only delicious but extremely fun. If you want a fun, unique, quality dining experience in Vegas, this is the place to go.

Ok I'm still eating but had to express the amazingly good food! Salmon (sauce) over veggies w garlic rice, arugula salad w lemon dressing! The first bite of rice, exploded my taste buds, I've never tasted anything like it before. W toasted garlic on top. Seasoned perfectly. I don't take pics of food, but it was so artistically beautiful HAD TOO. YOU NEED TO COME HERE. Aaahhmazing...if you like cocktails this looks interesting too..inside Hotel Shalimar next to the Little Vegas Chapel. Casual or upscale it fits. And you can't beat the price. Lots of other fare, steaks, chicken, entree, sandwiches, BREAKFAST and desert..mine was 20$ but have varied prices lower and higher..

Had a wonderful dining experience with my mom here. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was welcoming and great. I’m glad we chose to come here, I definitely will be coming back next time I’m in town.

The owner was very rude. Drove 3 hours from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and went to stay at the hotel next to it but they were all taken. So I just went to see if they had a bathroom in the restaurant and I asked the owner. He started giving me an attitude saying if I have any money to use the bathroom which I didn’t even know you had to pay to use the bathroom. So I said I don’t have any change on me. He asked for $5. And when I said I didn’t have money he said what am I doing coming to a restaurant without any money and how he pays $10,000 rent for the place. Like all I wanted was to use the restroom I even asked nicely and this is his I get treated. Plus the place was empty. No wonder people don’t wanna go 😒

Hidden Gem 💎 in this area for an affordable breakfast and great cup of coffee. Most of the food places in walking distance open up at 9am, unless you want to go to Starbucks or the gas station, this is your place. A cup of coffee and "The American" is the best bang for your buck if you're tying to be on a budget. I visited 3 times since I've been here. Also, I enjoyed having conversations with servers and hosts.
