The Best Las Vegas Restaurants for Caviar | Eater Vegas

"Formerly known as Caviar Bar, Aqua is the perfect hideaway to visit before or after hitting one of the many Resorts World dining outposts. Every classic caviar item is on deck, from the varieties to the accoutrements. Rich, meat-forward dishes include steak tartare with quail egg and wagyu brioche toast and black olive tapenade, all featuring dollops of caviar. For a casual evening, stop by for Champagne and French fries served with caviar." - Jennifer Smith

Came here for lunch to try their seafood paella since this place has a high rating. The paella came out nice and hot but a little too saucy for me. I was quite disappointed that It didn't have any crab unlike what it said in the menu. Service was good. I have a mixed feeling regarding the ambiance as it felt really weird that there was no customers on a Sunday lunch except my husband and I. The place looked nice inside but outside seemed to be neglected. What really threw me off was the automatic 20% service charge for 2 people even though the website said that it would apply for parties of 5 or more.

I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. It's one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. We sat at the bar and the bartender was great about talking us through the caviar options and making recommendations. We tried two kinds along with shrimp toast, oysters, crab cakes, and salmon tartare. Besides the caviar, each of us had a favorite dish because that's how good it all was. But making our own caviar bites with all the fixings on blinis was not only delicious but extremely fun. If you want a fun, unique, quality dining experience in Vegas, this is the place to go.

Had a wonderful dining experience with my mom here. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was welcoming and great. I’m glad we chose to come here, I definitely will be coming back next time I’m in town.

Ok I'm still eating but had to express the amazingly good food! Salmon (sauce) over veggies w garlic rice, arugula salad w lemon dressing! The first bite of rice, exploded my taste buds, I've never tasted anything like it before. W toasted garlic on top. Seasoned perfectly. I don't take pics of food, but it was so artistically beautiful HAD TOO. YOU NEED TO COME HERE. Aaahhmazing...if you like cocktails this looks interesting too..inside Hotel Shalimar next to the Little Vegas Chapel. Casual or upscale it fits. And you can't beat the price. Lots of other fare, steaks, chicken, entree, sandwiches, BREAKFAST and desert..mine was 20$ but have varied prices lower and higher..

If you're looking for a place that combines the freshest seafood, vibrant Spanish flavors, and an unforgettable atmosphere, look no further, this gem of a restaurant is where your culinary dreams come true. From the moment you step through the door, you're welcomed by a warm and inviting ambiance, designed to make you feel right at home. The decor seamlessly blends coastal elegance with a splash of Spanish flair, creating the perfect setting for a memorable meal. Let’s talk about the food: the seafood here is next level. Every dish is prepared with care and attention to detail, bringing out the natural flavors of the ocean in a way that’s both fresh and exciting. Whether it’s the perfectly done red snapper or the melt-in-your-mouth oxtail stew, each bite tells a story of quality and craftsmanship. But what really sets this place apart is the stunning twist of Spanish cuisine added to the mix. Their paella will transport you straight to Spain, and between appetizers and bruschettas, the dishes are as beautifully plated as they are flavorful. I’ve already mentioned the oxtail stew, but don’t limit yourself to just seafood—the churrasco is delectable, too. The fusion of these two culinary worlds is simply irresistible. And then there are the drinks. The mojitos here? They are something else. Refreshing, flavorful, and expertly crafted, they provide the perfect balance of sweetness and citrus. Each sip feels like a little vacation in a glass, and with a variety of flavors to choose from, you’ll never want to stop at just one. Whether you're coming for a romantic date night, a family celebration, or just to indulge in a well-deserved meal, this place truly has something for everyone. It’s not just a restaurant, it’s an experience, one that will have you coming back time and time again. Come for the seafood, stay for the mojitos, and leave with your heart full. This is the place you've been waiting for, your new favorite spot to eat, drink, and be merry. Don’t just take my word for it; come see for yourself and make it your new home away from home. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the cafecito, it warms my heart and soul. Just do it. New addition is the lechón asado, Believe in me. They have my stamp of approval n my kids as well.

Hidden Gem 💎 in this area for an affordable breakfast and great cup of coffee. Most of the food places in walking distance open up at 9am, unless you want to go to Starbucks or the gas station, this is your place. A cup of coffee and "The American" is the best bang for your buck if you're tying to be on a budget. I visited 3 times since I've been here. Also, I enjoyed having conversations with servers and hosts.

Love this spot! Edward and Jessica are amazing! Great customer service and awesome design. I definitely will be coming back again to bring my family. All of the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. I will be recommending to my friends to make sure to check it out on their next trip to Vegas.

We were on our way to another restaurant and missed our stop. When my friend saw that we were in front of Aqua she remembered that this was a place she had wanted to try. We had a wonderful lunch! Delicious guacamole, rich tomato soup with balsamic, garlic shrimp, and an authentic, amazing Cuban sandwich. We were meant to miss our stop and eat here!
