The Aquarium Restaurant - Review - Opry Mills - Nashville - The Infatuation

"It’s hard to imagine a sadder replacement for Opryland than an outlet mall, but that’s what we’ve got. And just like the mall it lives in, The Aquarium is, indeed, depressing. Like Planet Hollywood and Rainforest Cafe, this aquatic-themed restaurant is a relic of its time. It’s where flounder has come to die—literally and metaphorically." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones

How to enjoy a magical White Christmas in Singapore this year - SilverKris

"A pop-up igloo-style dining concept set inside the aquarium offering cosy, Instagram-worthy pods with panoramic views of marine life; the menu focuses on sustainable seafood and the experience is amplified by dreamy lighting effects, oceanic soundscapes and live diving performances for an immersive underwater winter-wonderland vibe. The pop-up opens from 6 November; November sessions were fully booked and reservations for December were scheduled to open on 10 December." - SilverKris

Very cool experience, but reservations are a must — and they are serious about timing. You only get about a 15-minute grace period, so arrive early. The highlight is definitely the ambiance. Walking through the tunnel when you arrive is awesome, and dining while surrounded by fish is a unique experience. You can also walk around and enjoy the aquarium, which is fun. The food was decent. This is definitely a place you go for the experience rather than the food. Overall, a fun and memorable stop, especially for first-timers in Nashville.

This is our first visit to this place, and it has truly been an incredibly beautiful experience. From the moment we entered, we were amazed by the realistic atmosphere that perfectly captures the essence of the sea. The food is spectacular, with many unique and, above all, fresh flavors... I'm a seafood lover, and I've never tasted anything so delicious. This place is incredible. BUT WHAT WAS TRULY WONDERFUL WAS THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY JESSY MARIN ( the best waitress in the world ❤️❤️❤️) WITH HER EXCEPTIONAL, warm, and very professional attention. Thanks to her incredible service, our experience was unique and wonderful. We will definitely be back to enjoy this paradise of flavors and excellent service.

This was me and my family’s first time visiting the Aquarium restaurant in Nashville and we really enjoyed it. The aquarium was huge and had various types of fish, stingrays, and even sharks! The tank was well maintained. I ordered the Bayou City Étouffée and it was a tasty meal. It was also affordable for the portion. Our server was okay, however our food did take a bit to be prepared. All in all, great experience!

Google
This is definitely a unique eating experience. The aquarium is bigger than I was expecting and they stock a nice variety of fish. I appreciate the hostess sitting us close to the aquarium because this was a surprise lunch for my kid. Also the waitress was really nice and gave great food recommendations. I tried the Parmesan chicken and shrimp pasta and enjoyed it. It's expensive but definitely still a nice restaurant to visit, maybe for a special occasion.

Google
This restaurant was such a pleasant surprise, from the moment we walked in, we felt like we were dining inside an underwater world. The staff were so friendly and attentive, and the food came out quickly and tasted fantastic. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and perfect for a special outing or date night. I’d absolutely come back again and recommend it to anyone looking for something different and memorable.

Google
Such a fun and unique experience! From the moment you walk in, the massive floor-to-ceiling aquarium sets the tone--it feels like you're dining under the sea. The atmosphere is both relaxing and exciting, with colorful fish swimming by as you eat. The food was delicious and well presented. Our entrees were fresh, flavorful and cooked perfectly. Our server was friendly, attentive and helpful with recommendations. Great dining experience. They have a small store too.

We had such a great experience at the Aquarium Restaurant! Our server Tyler was absolutely awesome…he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. We ordered steak, shrimp, salad, and even tried gator as an appetizer! Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The atmosphere was beautiful with the aquarium all around us. A+ experience all the way!! definitely recommend asking for Tyler when you visit!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service! We had a great experience at the Aquarium Restaurant in Nashville, thanks to our waitress Jessika. She was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Our food and drinks were perfect, and she made us feel truly welcome. Jessika’s service really elevated our visit—ask for her if you can!

Yelp
We were visiting the Opry Mills Mall when I saw the sign for the Aquarium Restaurant. I had heard from a friend that it was a really great place. I was with my family and I told them we had to stop in. Later, we were meeting some friends for dinner, so we decided to just have some drinks at the bar. The 200,000 gallon tank is in the middle of the restaurant and tables surround it. There is room for people to walk around it and stand in front of it without disturbing the diners. We saw stingrays, fish, eels and sharks, and I took plenty of pictures. I learned from their restaurant that they have mermaid shows. I will have to go back for that.

Yelp
Yes this is a tourist trap but I don't care. I went to Aquarium Restaurant with my friends back in college and never wrote a review (shame on me). My friend wanted to come back so we made this a priority on our weekend getaway. We arrived Friday night and we were surprised that we did not have to wait at all to be seated. They did ask if we had a reservation so I highly suggest getting one even if you might not need it. The theming is amazing. Every small detail down to the salt and pepper shakers are themed after the ocean. They also have a massive tank with all different types of marine life in the middle of the restaurant. The menu specializes in different seafood dishes but they do provide other options if you're not a big fan of seafood. I ended up ordering the Louisiana Cajun Pasta and loved it. The portion was huge and had a spicy kick to it. It comes with spinach but the team was very accommodating in removing it due to a dietary restriction. They even put a wooden flag in the bowl so they made sure no spinach went in the dish. Since it's a tourist trap, it can be expensive. My dinner alone was 25 dollars so it's not a place I would visit often. If the restaurant wasn't as elaborate as it is, it wouldn't be worth the price but I think the experience is worth the splurge

Yelp
The Aquarium is in a mall. You can walk if you're able to walk a mile from the Gaylord Opry hotel. We drove. It's mostly fried food. Fun for kids because of the aquariums with fish. It's not my type of restaurant. We had the broiled crab cake and that was delicious. I had the Greek salad with shrimp. It was okay. My partner had the blackened catfish but they forgot to put the catfish on his plate. It reminds me of "The Rainforest Cafe" for those of you who know the place. It's busy. I'm a high class foodie so it's not a place I'd return to. Our waiter was bouncing and he was great! The wine was 1/4 glass for those wine concierges. Friday night reservations at 5:45. Enjoy. I gave it a 3 star due to it was noisy, LOTS of kids (naturally) and no Gluten Free options. Enjoy!

Yelp
The ambiance of the Aquarium restaurant stole the show and unfortunately the food was a let down compared to the atmosphere and service. We had a great server Jaqueline and loved the views but didn't love the food. It was mediocre at best and could've used a lot more seasoning, particularly the Cajun inspired dishes. I'd go again for a burger and fries or something basic just to enjoy the ambience again.

Yelp
From my 6 year old, "This place is so cool." I would agree. The fish in the aquarium and the decor is on par with Disneyland decor. Its a really fun experience. 5 stars for the environment, 3.5 stars for the food. The scallop meal was the best thing we had, followed by the kids meals, alligator tacos, and lastly the kid salad with the goldfish cracker topping. Slightly overpriced but I get it, you're paying for the food they feed the fish. :)

Yelp
Beautiful Restaurant located inside the Opery Mills Mall. They have a large Aquarium fish tank centered in the middle of the restaurant and tables and booths spread throughout. There's no bad seat in this place. For an appetizer, we shared the castaway combo and for my entree the appetizer was good. There was fried gator, quesidillias, fried onions, fried cheese, crab dip w/chips. Plenty left over to take home. For my entree I ordered a chicken Ceasar salad (add shrimp). The food was mediocre at best. The Caesar dressing was good, but there was entirely too much on my salad. It made the salad super wet and not really enjoyable. The chicken and shrimp were good. My husband ordered the Cajun pasta. It lacked and flavour and by no means tasted like an ounce of Cajun. He ended up sending his food back and got a Ceasar salad as well. His was just as overly saturated with dressing as well. Our server was great. She was very attentive and kept apologizing for lack luster Cajun pasta. I had higher hopes for this place as I've came here once before and the food was great. Today, not so much.

Yelp
The ambience is beautiful, it's amazing. The food is OK but could be a little better. I ordered the ribeye steak dinner and the steak was thin but very tender. I didn't eat the sides. He ordered the New Orleans Combo in which the presentation was messy (maybe on purpose) but I wasn't interested in it. We shared the shrimp and crab dip which was mediocre. The waitress was nice and the service was good. I think they should make a sister restaurant to this with the same vibe just a little more upscale like a seafood restaurant/steakhouse. My rating is high strictly for the atmosphere. I experienced this beautiful scenery and I am grateful but I probably wouldn't return

Yelp
Quick check in for a booth Reservations can be made also Very friendly waitress Kylee was able to take our order and get drinks out fast. Dinner choice were plentiful and look appetizing. Ordered maui maui with shrimp & lemon rice with watermelon lemonade - recommended For dessert - try the brownie or cheesecake; you can't go wrong! Seated in a booth and the view was FUN Able to watch the fish all night. Love the whole Aquarium feel - I love watching the fish. Don't miss out on this great find! I highly recommend to try.

Yelp
My little one loved the large aquarium! The food was decent and the staff was great. We went during the week and they were not busy so it was nice to pick where to sit. Overall great experience.

Yelp
Ambiance is everything if you love watching fish and we do. We ordered the taste of Louisiana, he njoyed it. Gator bites they were seasoned well but a lil tough. The shrimp and crab dip was delicious. Lobster bisque horrible. And the clam chowder had swine (not sure why we are doing that), didn't find out til after I ate a good amount. Everything got cold pretty quick. Overall descent. Service was good.

Yelp
5/12/2022 Lunch for two. We stopped in before our Grand Ole Opry show. Ambiance 5/5 Rating was based in the unique aquarium center point. The restaurant was for the most part Sea themed . Seating was tables and they were arranged all around the "Huge" Aquarium. Service 2/5 The restaurant wasn't busy, maybe 30% occupied. We were seated immediately by the hostess "our choice" table. We picked a table at the aquarium's side. Then we waited, waited and waited for someone, anyone to acknowledge us. It appeared most of there staff we on the opposite side of the aquarium out of our view because there was little to no foot traffic near us. I finally walked to the hostess and let her know we intended to leave. She immediately got someone to come to our table for drinks and our lunch orders. Additional party's began being seated near us and wait staff added to our area. Off to a terrible start! Food/Menu 5/5 Good selection however neither of us were interested in Seafood. Not to worry they had Ribeyes!! Were ordered two Ribeye dinners cooked medium with house salads. The ribeyes came with great Garlic mashed potatoes and our choice of veggies. Stakes were cooked perfectly and were delicious! Our desert picks were Strawberry cream cake and the indulgence ice cream cake. Both were sinfully delicious! This restaurant can be fun if staffed properly . It is conveniently located at the Mills Mall which we explored before lunch. Both are a short walk to the front door of the Grand Ole Opry.

Yelp
I came here on a referral of a friend and it did not disappoint . Located in the Opry Mills Mall, I will suggest you make reservations. Attached with a gift shop with great souvenirs and memorabilia with reasonable pricing. Fish tanks throughout the restaurant to make great picturesque moments. A bit disappointed because I reserved here for a mermaid show that was supposedly scheduled that did not happen. Ambiance was dark and sultry. Food / drink was reasonably priced and served fresh to order, I loved it. Staff were friendly.

Yelp
I have been to the Aquarium Restaurant many times in Nashville and I am always impressed each time I go. The restaurant is a super cool experience. You truly feel like you are dining underwater. It's a very cool experience! The aquariums are all very clean and the fish are very colorful. I just love looking at the aquariums. The vibe is very laid back and casual, but also a good touristy experience. The staff is very friendly and provides excellent customer service, which we appreciate. They are also helpful in explaining the types and names of some of the fish. The server we had was very passionate about that. They have a retail shop as well that sells souvenir type items and the retail shop staff is very helpful as well. The food was great and so was the dessert! We had the Wisconsin cheese curds for an appetizer which was phenomenal! The fish and chips were also very good as well. They were fried to perfection with an excellent taste. The fried also had a great taste and texture. The brownie sundae was rich and delicious! I definitely recommend the Aquarium Restaurant for a great and unique dining experience! It is somewhat pricey, but well worth the experience and food.

Yelp
I was in a party of 16 and the hostess didn't think they could accommodate us since we didn't have a reservation. After several minutes we were given 2 tables. The service we received was mediocre. It took about an hour to receive our food. I feel when there's a large party, the server doesn't check on you often, because they've already received the tip. The food was tasty. The children and the adults enjoyed watching the sea creatures throughout the restaurant.
google avatar

Paulette H.

Yelp
The fish and scenery were amazing BUT... The food was not worth the cost! Food was just thrown on the plates and over cooked. We spent almost $250.00 it should have been so much better for that amount! Our server was awesome she was so attentive and sweet. We didn't tell her we were there for a birthday celebration but she noticed my daughter's birthday on her ID when carding for drinks and brought her a cupcake with a candle in it at the end of our meal we were very surprised and grateful it was so nice.

Yelp
This restaurant, located in the Opryland Mall, was a fun themed restaurant to experience. We didn't have a reservation, but we were able to add our names (group of 6) to the wait list and shop around the mall until we were called. We waited about an hour. The restaurant is a giant aquarium, but also everything is aquarium themed, giving it a neat underwater feel. The menu had a lot of option, but specialized in seafood. I got the coconut shrimp for an entree and it was so much food that I had a whole second meal for the next day because I also got a side salad. I was going to get the shark attack drink, but they were out of the sharks for it, so I got the "gone fishing." We got the fried onion basket appetizer, which also came with fried pickles and jalapeños. It was delicious! They do come around offering a free "postcard" with your photo on it. The photo is tiny! But of course it's a ploy to get you to buy the actual photo.

Yelp
This is a great, touristy restaurant located inside the Opry Mills mall, where you can be surrounded by fish while eating burgers, steak and/or seafood. Found this place by looking up unique restaurants in Nashville. They actually have locations in different states too! I think their intention is to make this enjoyable for kids but I think adults can appreciate and enjoy this more. Lobster Szechuan noodles. Great flavors! Definitely does have the typical sweet and spicy flavor found in Szechuan dishes. Lobster is the star of course! Cooked wonderfully! Lousiana Cajun Pasta was even better. It has a variety of meat including chicken, sausage, and crawfish tails. The pasta is oily but the sauce is delicious! I was worried that the quality of food would be bad as that's often the case for tourist attractions, but the dishes we ordered were great! We got the view of fish, good food, and glasses of our drinks to take home! Service is really good. The server is friendly and explained how we can take home the glasses of drinks. At the end, the server brought out a whole tray of all their desserts, in lieu of a dessert menu so we can see what they offer. We decided on the key lime pie. The consistency was more like cheesecake than pie. It was sweeter than I would have liked. I also expected there to be a yellowish color but it was orange? Would not recommend. A photographer takes some pictures of you and at the end, he gives you a complimentary postcard. You can purchase the rest if you want.
google avatar

Haley B.

Yelp
Our server was sweet but the service on the slower side. The onion stack was very greasy and not enjoyable. The gator bites were so good. My meal was mediocre. I added a side of scallops and they were dry and not really worth it. The restaurant was cool but I had higher hopes than what I experienced.
google avatar

Mark S.

Yelp
Good food and an amazing atmosphere. Fish are so much fun to watch swimming around. Lost a star because service was a bit slow. Servers were friendly but could have more attentive.
google avatar

Andrew N.

Yelp
The food was mediocre fish and chips tasted like they were cooked in old fry oil. The Captains plate was enjoyed by my son but he's 14 and will eat anything. The chicken Alfredo was mainly buttery noodles. I didn't take pic of the cheeseburger but it was a dry burger which tells me frozen patty. The server was nice but very busy with multiple tables. The aquariums are cool experience and I can't blame the restaurant on the screaming kids at table next to us. So if you want a cool environment but not great food this is your place.
google avatar

Jennifer C.

Yelp
Absolutely LOVE the aquarium. Came to Nashville for my birthday weekend and this has been one of my favorite spots so far. Drinks and food were yummy and Rose was such a kind server. Would love to come back someday if I'm ever in the area again!
google avatar

Kimberly F.

Yelp
What an underwater dining experience this is. Checked out this restaurant with my friend and her toddler and I think the adults were more impressed with the restaurant than the baby. There is just so much to see upon entrance that I was so distracted looking at all the fishes in the tanks. Decent size menu filled with a variety of options and good price. There's a photographer that goes around and will take pictures at your table or infront of the tanks. The cost for the pictures were between $20-35 depending on how many pictures or size selected. I am so glad that my friend insisted on going to this restaurant because we had a great experience.
google avatar

Rachel R.

Yelp
The food is good. Service is a little bit slow so be prepared to be there for a couple hours for dinner. Beautiful fish aquarium.

Heather F.

Yelp
This was me and my husband's third time eating at this restaurant. The food was still good! We basically got the same exact meal as we did last year from this restaurant but we noticed that we have a bit less ravioli than when got the same meal the previous year. The garlic bread also seemed more generic garlic bread compared to the kind we got from the restaurant last year. It looked like what you could find in the freezer section of a grocery store. We also wish there was still the person that came around to take photos of you at your table and handed out the post card with photos on it. We ate there Monday night and would have really loved the group photo. We didn't see anyone there taking group photos of the tables. I included a photo of the meal we had in 2024. Looks like we got more pasta in 2024 and the garlic bread was bigger.

Tracie D.

Yelp
Spent a wonderful afternoon with my best friend today. We each got the Castaway Platter for lunch. Very good platter with a little bit of everything. Jacqueline was our server and was amazing. She was always there if we needed anything. It was a wonderful relaxing experience watching the fish swim back and forth. Highly recommend a visit.
google avatar

Michael J.

Yelp
Miya was our server. We came with kids and Maya is one of the few servers in all of the TN , NC and CA establishments that we have been to that understands the kids food should come out first. Hats of to that young lady. Hopefully she will see this.. .I'll make this quick without too much detail. The watermelon shrimp salad was just the right amount of salty and sweet and a great price point. One of the best appetizers at a seafood restaurant ive ever had.The Seafood Newburgh was one of the best dishesI have had ,lump crabmeat, scallops and shrimp in a medly of flavors very well put together, minus the rice as it was kind of dry and Very very tasteless, but the broccolini and the other items on the plate, we're all fantastic. The kids pizza was so bad, bread sauce and cheese were all worse than a Red Baron pizza in the frozen section of Dollar tree(Don't ask me how i know) so bad in fact we all tated it and the manager agreed to take it off our bill. Kids chicken tenders were very good even the adults agreed they were very good. Both kids meals were ski.pyno. fries but the fries were good too. OVERALL 4.5 stars but Yelp won't allow that..
google avatar

Catalina C.

Yelp
Such a unique location at oprymills they have a huge aquarium and a smaller one with colorful fishes in the shopping area. The menu is varied and there's a ton of options to choose from. The service was amazing, the gentleman who served us was on top of top of it and provided great recommendations. You are in a touristy area so you can expect tourist prices. We had the crab dip- it was OK. This is a great starter if you are feeling something on the heavier side. For entrees we did the fried dish tacos and their scallops dish. The fried fish tacos were so fresh, perfectly fried with a lot more meat than breading. The scallops over rice cakes would've been delicious but unfortunately they were very overcooked flavor was ok. This is a great distraction and it's perfect for sea lovers and children. Ambiance is great Food is average The great service from our server (Latin gentleman) is what took this from a 3 to a 4 stars.
google avatar

Clarissa D.

Yelp
The view and ambiance and service was great experience. I give 4 stars because the food was overpriced and my husband and sister did not enjoy their food. The pasta was not seasoned well and the fish and chips was only 3 pieces of fish so it will not satisfy a 6'2" 200lb man so I would not recommend either dish. My New Orleans combo was actually pretty good but I also had 3 things to choose from though. I would recommend for the experience but I feel like the food would be offered at a cheaper price with better taste somewhere else. You're just paying for the experience my opinion.
google avatar

Maria G.

Yelp
The interior of this restaurant is beautiful and fun! Who doesn't love staring at sea life while they eat. It's basically dinner and a show. Unfortunately, everything else here lacks. Food is absolutely terrible. Everything we tried, I would never order again. I ordered the fried gator and the Louisiana cajun pasta. Everything lacked flavor. Not only does the food have no taste, but it is shockingly expensive too. For two people the tab came out to be $148. If you go eat before! Maybe some dessert while you watch the sea life surrounding you would be more worth your money.
google avatar

Jasmine M.

Yelp
Service was slow. We had to wait even with a reservation not too long but getting to order took longer and the server was gone for long periods of time. Love the look and vibe... but, unfortunately, that was the best part of the visit. My food was dry and not very flavorful. I was really hoping that for the price that I was going to be impressed. I tried everyone else's meal and the best thing was the Louisiana Cajun Pasta. I was truly disappointed and won't be going back.. at least not to this location. I hope other Aquariums have better quality.
google avatar

Taylor R.

Yelp
Such a great experience for couples or family groups. Either sit or walk around to see all types of ocean life. Make sure u make reservations days or week in advance. Nathen was our server and he was great. We got the top sirloin that was like a size 6 oz for 30$ each. They do have cool cocktails and a gift shop. This was amazing and would totally do this again. 100/10
google avatar

Tina C.

Yelp
Quite a unique (maybe odd) concept: a seafood restaurant in a big fish tank (eating fish while watching fish...). All that to say, the food was pretty solid. We ordered a Aquarium Cajun Pasta (shrimp, crawfish, sausage, chicken) and a Shrimp Scampi Ravioli. The cajun pasta was definitely the highlight of the meal (creamy, flavorful) and came with bread on the side. This is a pretty touristy restaurant in the Opry Mills Mall, so there are lots of kids (and adults) running up to observe the large variety of sea life in the tank throughout the meal. At one point, there was also a scuba diver cleaning the corals in the tank.
google avatar

Yelp
I enjoyed a group dinner here with some of my sorority sister's on a early Friday evening. We had about 20 guests in our party and the restaurant did a great job of selecting an intimate space for us to sit together without actually have a private room to offer. We were provided with a prefix menu ahead of time (around $67 per person) so orders had already been taken and placed prior to us arriving. We were seated a little after 4:15pm (our reservation was for 4) and upon being seated we already had salads at our seats and two waiters were coming around to take drink orders. I chose the ribeye (medium well) which came with mashed potatoes and zucchini. The steak was cooked perfectly. Potatoes weren't as hot as I wish they would have been but good flavor all around. I'm not a zucchini fan so I passed. The margarita was huge ($14 w/ a signature cup) and delicious. The overall atmosphere of this restaurant is beautiful. Whether dinning with family or on a romantic date, you have to experience this place at least once. Customer service throughout the night was amazing. Our waiters went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of and happy with our experience.

Yelp
We took our toddler here thinking that he would love the aquarium. He did not. Neither did all the other toddlers we saw. I think this is a very fun restaurant thats good for something new, tourists and date nights though. It might not get the reaction you'd expect from your kid. The food was good and priced fair, considering the ambiance. Our server was wonderful and except for a fussy kid, we had a great time. The only minus was a persnickety host. He seated us at the bar with a 2yr old, at the table furthest from the aquarium and then was huffy when we asked to move.
google avatar

Dan M.

Yelp
Service was terrible. We were a walk in. I had just had open heart surgery so overhead fan bother me. We asked if we could get a different table as there were 5 open table in the bar area we were in. The hostess told my wife your a walk in that is what you get. I asked for a manager who seems bothered to talk to me. She said all tables have vents above them, which is a lie as I looked. There is two things I hate people lying and Workers and mangers not carrying about customers.
google avatar

Liz D.

Yelp
Our group of 8 were seated promptly and we were out in time for our Opry show. Service was great. The aquarium was a cool feature. The drinks were extremely weak. Not a drop of alcohol to be found. The food was basic, very fried, upgraded diner food. Convenient for dinner before a show.

Ky N.

Yelp
Came here with friends to see the fishes. I got the Captain's Platter, and it was pretty tasty. It's pretty big with booths on the outer side, and tables closer in next to the aquarium of fishes. We got seats quickly, and our waiter was very nice.
google avatar

Yelp
Extremely well done experience where you feel immersed inside of a world class aquarium. Not just little fish, not just a few fish, but lots and lots! Enjoyed the broiled captains platter, very filling and nothing fried!

Yelp
Service is excellent! It is an amazingly unique experience to eat in an aquarium. The food is also really good. It is mostly seafood, and everything we ordered was perfect.
google avatar

Yelp
We visited the Aquarium Restaurant for lunch on Monday. The service was excellent and the seating we got provided non-stop entertainment from all the sea life. Our food was exactly as described on the menu and full of flavor! The pricing was reasonable and the portions generous.

Yelp
Visiting from California. Came here thinking our son would have a good experience, but didn't know the restaurant doesn't take walk-ins, reservations only....so hope you read this review and make reservations, otherwise your kid will be disappointed like mine was! We were a party of 3. Went to Rainforest Cafe in same shopping center and they took us right in!

Yelp
We were seated quickly. Atmosphere was great. Aquariums were well maintained and the fish looked healthy for the most part. Our waitress was very good I ordered a taste of New Orleans which was a promotion. It was good overall. The gator bites were blah but everything else was good. My wife had stuffed flounder and shrimp which she found very disappointing. The shrimp was undercooked and the stuffed flounder was cold. The waitress took the meal away and offered something else. We declined but they made it right by removing it from the bill. Overall it's a cool place for the scenery especially if you have kids with you. I would not go back for the food alone.

Yelp
Had stopped here before going to The Opry last week. This spot was my wife's pick for one of our meals. While I'm not the biggest fan of Landry restaurants, this one was the best I've been to. Our server Caspian was great. Had great recommendations and didn't hesitate to check in if we needed anything. My wife ordered the Mahi Mahi & Shrimp while I had the ribeye. Both came out fresh and had good flavor. I'd consider going here again next time I'm in the area. The atmosphere is the main draw, but overall this spot was solid.

Yelp
I was in the Opry Mills mall and had already planned to get something to eat while inside. I honestly was going back and forth about eating here based on the mixed reviews. I'm so happy I decided to check them out because I had a great experience. I walked in, and there was no line, I'm guessing, because it was a Monday afternoon. The restaurant was very empty and I had my choice on where to sit. My server was Daniel, and he was a sweetheart! omg, he was very attentive and friendly. I sat right next to the beautiful aquarium and just oohed and awwed at the different exquisite fish. Just watching them from your seat was calming and peaceful. I did walk around the aquarium to get the full experience. Now to the food, I already knew I was keeping my meal simple since they specialize in seafood, which I don't eat. They had a few chicken, pasta, and salad options to choose from. I ordered the chicken wraps with fries that were very delicious. I also had a few glasses of the sweet tea that hit the spot. Daniel showed me the dessert display, and most of them were really big servings. I decided to just get a scoop of ice cream drizzled with chocolate and caramel that completed my meal. The bathrooms were a bit dark but very clean. Overall, this is a spot I would encourage someone to check out at least once. The

Yelp
The ambiance and the beautiful plates of food were mouthwatering. We were there for a birthday and now my husband and I go there on our date nights. Very professional staff! I asked to move to sit away from so much walking traffic near the Aquarium and it wasn't a problem at all. They were accommodating with a smile.

Yelp
I'm being such a tourist on my many adventures while in Tennessee. The food was soo bomb!!!! We had the appetizers of fried calamari and those shits didn't stand a chance. Then our dinner came out with the steak, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, and Mac and cheese. Our server was really dope and cool so we were enjoying the time. The scenery was sooooo beautiful like the school of fishes in the aquarium was soo dope..like i love it!!!!
