Wow, what a memorable lunch! My mother and I stopped by this restaurant after she had previously visited with some friends and couldn’t stop talking about it. The place is absolutely beautiful, clearly well looked after, with attention to detail in both the decor and table setup. The menu offers a wonderful selection of dishes, mostly fish-based, though there are also intriguing veggie and meat options available. Honestly, everything sounded so good that it was hard to choose! We each ordered a starter, a main, and a dessert, and wow, everything was fantastic. The starter and main course were especially exquisite: beautifully presented, full of flavor, and unique in their combinations. The dessert was good too, though in my opinion, it didn’t quite match the sophistication and depth of the other two courses. The staff were welcoming and very attentive. There was a slight delay with our mains due to a large tourist group arriving, but they were so kind about it. apologizing sincerely and even gifting us a bottle of local olive oil as a gesture of goodwill. This is definitely a higher-end, elegant restaurant, perfect for a special occasion or if you just feel like treating yourself to a lovely meal. It is on the pricier side, but in my opinion, totally worth it for the experience and quality.

🌟 Wonderful Dinner Experience with a Small Downside We had a lovely dinner at Aquariva and were truly impressed by the quality of the food and the overall atmosphere. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor — clearly made with great care and top-quality ingredients. Compliments to the chef! A special mention goes to the kind gesture of congratulating my wife — it was done in a very thoughtful and pleasant way, and added a personal touch to our evening. Moments like these make a dining experience truly memorable. The only downside was that at a nearby table, a couple were continuously smoking electronic cigarettes throughout the evening. The smell was unfortunately quite unpleasant and distracting. In a restaurant of this level, we were surprised this was allowed — or at least not addressed — as it did affect the otherwise refined ambiance. Despite that, we very much enjoyed our evening and would still recommend Aquariva for a special occasion or a romantic night out by the water. With just a bit more attention to guest comfort, it could be perfect.

we spent a romantic dinner as a couple here. the food did not fully meet our expectations despite being very aesthetically pleasing. also I would like to point out that all the dishes arrived after 3-4 minutes - not a guarantee of freshness i’d say… and we finished dinner in 30-40 minutes even ordering 3 courses. a bag-hanger would also be needed. on the ambiance during the dinner nothing to say, really wonderful.

Wow! We rolled up hot and sweaty on our bicycles, and they didn't bat an eye. Yes, expensive, but the food was phenomenal. I had the lobster ravioli, which was delicious, and my husband loved his cold spaghetti with seafood and cashew pesto. The bread was really good too. And the (complementary) tiny dessert tray of mini-sweets was beautiful, and everything tasted wonderful!

We had our wedding dinner at the restaurant and even though we are both vegan, they were so kind to make a special menu just for us. The food was more than excellent, the portions were large, the service was at the level and the staff was very very friendly and helpful!

We had an excellent dinner, dishes are V well curated and tasty. Location is very nice as well. I would have prefer a slightly more attentive service.

What a great restaurant!! Amazing, super friendly and attentive staff paired with delicious and creative dishes. Also the dishes of the 7 course menu are compared to other restaurants big in size. The food was the best out of our entire stay.

We spent a week on Lake Garda and ate in some fantastic restaurants, Aquariva was our last night and was meant to be a highlight, but sadly, it was a big disappointment. The service was okay but a bit impersonal and rushed. The seafood set menu was good but two of our party are vegetarian and the tasting menu for them was terrible. It had changed from being asparagus based when we booked it, to mushroom based when we arrived. Mushroom based is an understatement - every course was just mushrooms, one course was just mushrooms cooked in a Pyrex dish with some herbs. Overall, it was very pricey for the service received and we had much better meals elsewhere.

Sea fish restaurant with two degustation menu (one is vegan). Friendly staff and cosy athmosphere with a breathtaking view over the lake. Very nice wine selection they have. Popular among upscale Italians.
