Delicious and amazing beer! Good sized space with high top and bench seating. Fantastic beer selection from dark to light beers or hoppy to not! There is something for everyone. 10/10, favorite brewery on the Cape.

A great location for a brewery. I've only tried a few of the beers but they are very good! Having navigated the Cape Cod Brewery scene, I have high hopes for this newer location and everything to come!

Aquatic Brewing is a small, unassuming taproom tucked away in the corner of a strip in Falmouth. But don't let its modest appearance fool you—this place is a hidden gem for craft beer enthusiasts. The star of the show here is undoubtedly the liquid. Expect half of the tap list to feature hazy and hoppy brews, per current trend. Every beer we tried was fresh, true to style, and to our liking. The beer-tender on shift was upbeat and pleasant, adding to the overall positive experience. With its bare bones but inviting space, Aquatic Brewing provides a perfect setting to unwind and enjoy a pint with friends or by yourself. Great first experience at my new local brewery! Tried a crowler of the lager, hefeweizen, and IPA. They were all really good, and I especially enjoyed the IPA. Very friendly service. Looking forward to returning, and eventually being able to stay for a beer!

Solid and varied selection of beers, available in full and half pours at the tap room. Our favorite was hefe the shark, which was great. The DDH Ekman Spiral session IPA was also a great choice, wish I got some of those to go. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Falmouth and want to enjoy some local beer!

Without doubt the best brewery on Cape (low bar in my opinion, that being said Aquatic beer stands up to many of my favorite breweries across the state) Friendly service and a well attended Thursday night trivia keeps us coming back. Can’t wait to get back and crush another sea themed brewski

Best beer in town. Friendly servers. Dog friendly. Has been working hard to be a hub for the community which is much appreciated. There is nothing special about the location itself. Cons: Seating is not wheelchair friendly--all tables are high tables. No food service but you can bring your own.

A great selection of beer, both IPAs and German styles are to be had at Aquatic Brewery. Lots of high top seating with one bench with low top seating. Level of music playing not over bearing so you could still hear each other talk. This place is in the back off the street so you might miss it the first time driving by the brewery. Service was fast and efficient and if you leave the tab open they keep your card until you close out. Prost!

I like this place. It's always laid back and they have a lot of options to choose from. Food trucks on occasion, but they don't mind if you bring in food usually. We came for a bonsai class a few months back and that was super fun too. The staff is always friendly, definitely recommend.

Attended a trivia night on a Thursday evening, chill relaxed atmosphere. Questions started easy then got way too hard I got the pie in the sky oatmeal coffee stout. it was nice, I was left wanting some more chocolatey tones though! My girl got the strawberry-keylime sour, she said, "I don't like beer, but I liked that!".

Aquatic Brewing Company is a craft brewery that opened in Falmouth, Massachusetts in September 2020. It was founded by local residents Greg Horning and Alex Bergman. The two both became interested in home brewing when they were both students at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. They continued the hobby when they were roommates at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute; they had enrolled in the joint program in Oceanography & Applied Ocean Science and Engineering. For several years they continued to refine their beer recipes. After graduating, the two decided to pursue opening a brewery rather than postdoctoral positions. I visited Aquatic Brewing for the first time last week. I was in Cape Cod for a week-long family vacation and was passing through Falmouth. I dropped off my wife and son at a nearby playground and then stopped at the brewery. The crowd at the brewery was small, but that was just fine with me; I don't care for crowded breweries. I spoke with Greg and Alex for a bit. They explained that due to COVID restrictions, they were take-out only when they first opened. They only just opened to indoor service at the end of May. They had nine different beers on tap with styles ranging from a Common to a Stout to a Saison. Aquatic doesn't have sample flights available but they do offer half pours. I noticed that they had three different IPAs on tap, which are my favorite style. I started off with 'Double Dry-Hopped Ekman Spiral': a Session IPA with some nice grapefruit notes. My second half pour was of 'Aronnax': a New England IPA with great tropical fruit hints. For my final selection, I tasted 'Gyre: Indian Ocean': a Double New England IPA with nice notes of lime and raspberry. I enjoyed all of the beers that I tasted, but that last one was my favorite. I purchased a crowler of it to go. Overall I enjoyed my experience at Aquatic Brewing and I would definitely visit again.

Beer was fresh but a tad underwhelming. Staff was friendly and informative. Decent amount of seating inside. Parking here is free.

Never been disappointed by a beer here. This brewery is young, but they consistently satisfy! The atmosphere is wonderful. Even though it's a small space, it can fit a lot of people & always has a friendly vibe. Dogs are allowed and there's a decent setup for bringing yours. They recently started selling cans and the artwork is very cool! Definitely recommend stopping by!!

Was on a trip to Autocamp Cape Cod and found aquatic brewing. Right off the beaten path in Falmouth and a nice new clean spacious brewery. Plenty of parking in the parking lot. They do not offer food only some chips and snacks. We were there on a Sunday afternoon and it was not Crowded. They are definitely heavy on the IPAs. I don't love an IPA so I tried the oatmeal stout and I have to say it was delicious. They have nautical theming and decor Throughout including their glassware. They do have some merchandise for sale on the wall T-shirts hats etc. They offer a full pour or a half pour for a tasting. You can bring your own food while you drink their beer. I love a brewery so I recommend it.

Walking into Aquatic is the adult version of waking up on Christmas morning. It is also hands down the best beer on the Cape in a place run by amazing people. Pay them a visit, you'll be glad you did.

Awesome spot. Plenty of parking and room in the taproom. Great selection of beers too. Tasty brews score high on the delicious list. Nice to meet the owners too!
