USF Beef O Bradys I don't know if this aramark company owns them but it you do you need to pay them a visit. I went there and I can not believe the manner of unprofessionalism that goes on in that place. The managers are incompetent, they obviously do not go out to eat, the place is nasty , the wait time for your food is terrible. One manager is very over weight and can barely walk he came to hear my complaint and I literally heard him yelling at the cooks, very unprofessional. The server was telling me it's always like this because the GM wants to get a bonus so he doesn't schedule appropriate staff, poor girl was the only server. Another time I came in and one manager I think his name was Charles he honestly was the only person that acted like he cared about the customers. He personally cooked my food in a timely manner and served it to me , he doesn't work much at night but I wished he would that's the only time I can come in and eat. I have written you once before but didn't get a response. I think upper management need to come in and survey the General Manager because it starts with him/her, I have seen the server's and a couple of cooks they do not seem very happy and I'm a firm believer if the staff is happy the customers will be happy. I will be following up with this review and I WILL be going there more until I see some improvement. This place right now is a BIG JOKE and it's not fair the amount of money I and other students pay to eat here. FYI next , I will go to the BBB, State Food Inspection board, and the Labor department on the treatment of the Staff. I hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears.
