Our local friend recommended this spot and we absolutely loved it here and kept coming back many times, great food, affordable price and good vibes. We especially loved the staff named Paris who was working there every time we were there and she always was so friendly and sweet to us, we really felt taken care of. There’s nice seating upstairs (even tho you can’t tell from the outside). The fresh made Nutella fancy pizza roll was amazing, not too sweet at all, perfect to share after a nice pizza.

Delicious pizza and great service. The owner is always there, serving customers and making sure we all have a good experience. The pizza is really tasty and the crust is spongeous and crunchy at the same time (the famous "corniccione"). That proves all the patience and work behind the kneading process and the period of time the dough "rests". It's a small and cozy place and you can sit at the tables outside or go upstairs. good prices.

Absolutely delicious pizza! Crispy homemade crust, sauce that's tasty without overpowering the other ingredients, and generous toppings, all cooked perfectly. We loved it. And come on - there were two Italian tourist families eating next to us and enjoying it! How much more authentic can you get? Furnishings were simple but clean, and the folks working there were helpful and congenial. Highly recommended!

This place is hands down the best pizza you will ever taste in your life. I’m not sure I could eat pizza anywhere else since my exquisite experience for fear of disappointment. The staff are so lovely and warm. I cannot wait to return. Looking forward to trying more sensational flavours of pizza in the future!

We didn't try the food: we were walking past, late evening, and wanted a coffee and to continue our conversation before going our separate ways at nearby Notting Hill Gate station. The young woman at the counter greeted us with a lovely smile, and we discovered the dining room upstairs. It had just the right vibe for us to chat away. We had a great evening. Now I'll have to find an excuse to return for a pizza and/or arancini.

Simply Great Pizza, but so much more... Including delicious Arancini balls with a choice of different fillings, plus Italian desserts like Tiramisu and Gelato! Tucked away in the leafy streets of Notting Hill lies this food landmark and cornucopia of Italian tradition in the form of Arancina. My partner and I had heard so many fantastic things about this place and it did not disappoint! When we arrived, we were greeted by the lovely Giovanni who made us welcome and took us through the menu to help us decide the best choices. We opted for the Carnivora and the Romana pizzas. WOW! What great flavor combinations from the soft but crispy crust combined with the generous and mouthwatering toppings, made our experience a delight. You could tell that this place only uses the highest quality ingredients. My advice is to head on over to Arancina, sit back, relax, close your eyes, and taste the delights that are on offer. This place will have Gabrielle Bonci looking over his shoulder as this is a next-level taste experience.

Looking through my pics I stumbled upon a photo of this yummy pizza and realized I never reviewed this cute spot in Notting Hill. Twas a rainy afternoon in old London Town and we had been hanging out on Portobello Road all day. We found ourselves quite famished and saw this place beckoning us to come in, dry off and enjoy some hot pizza.With a half Fiat (yes the car) in the window that was so cute we had check this place out. This place is small and cozy. We ate upstairs where there is more room and really enjoyed our pizza. It was so much fun to eat here and the pizza was divine!

What a great little original pizza shop in Notting Hill. I ordered the Capricciosa pizza for takeaway. It was ready in 10 minutes and was still piping hot when I got back to my hotel. As you can tell from the picture, the crust, fresh ham, artichoke, mushrooms, and olives were delicious. This is easily a meal for two. I'll have my other half for dinner. The owners were so nice and welcoming as well.

Went in a hour before closing and they told us we could only get a choice from the pizza on display (pizza was sitting out for a while). These guys really seemed like they didn't want to be bothered as one was cleaning/working and the other was on the phone... Once you pick the slice (mine was the white pizza ham/artichoke), it was reheated and served. I ended up throwing it away and we went to McDonalds...

A cute place with delicious food! The pizza was great, there was plenty of space to sit down and enjoy your meal and it was in a nice area with a lot to do nearby. A great stop if you're looking for a simple but delicious meal in the area.

This was the perfect place to eat at late in the day. We went on a Sunday and they had a deal for bottomless Prosecco for one hour and it was only £9.99. I loved the pizza because it was delicious and not greasy. They also had a deal that included one slice of pizza, a side, and drink.

We were staying in the Notting Hill area, checked into our hotel relatively late. As you know, everything in the UK closes at 17:00, so we were screwed since it was 22:15. Like a lighthouse with an orange beacon, that Fiat in the front window guided us to their Pembridge Road location. We liked it so much, we returned for lunch a couple days later. Since I didn't want to be belching up peppers in my dreams, I went rather conservative with the Margherita - tomato sauce, basil, mozzarella. With so little, it was amazing. My wife's carnivora - Margherita with every Italian meat on planet Earth - tasted amazing. On our second trip, I rolled the dice on Nduja'e'talegg ... spicy and awesome!

This place is full of surprises. To the unbeknownst, it looks like kinda a lame pizza/pasta place with old stuff that probs doesn't taste amazing. Sorry, but it's true. And it still looked like that when I ordered a piece of the asparagus pizza and spinach cheese pasta. But it tastes very good! Yes, it sits there and gradually looks worse and they pop it in the microwave- but it tastes wonderful! That was incredible pasta!!!!! And the pizza was very interesting- it has asparagus- but they called it creamy asparagus, which is was. Don't ask me how. The arancini ball was nothing special, but the pizza (which is massive btw) and the veggie pasta was delicious for a very cheap price. There is also seating upstairs.

As with everyone else, drawn by the orange (play on the Italian word for color) mini with the pizza jutted out! Great eye-catching stunt they pulled off there! Needed a super quick bite before taking on a walk across Hyde Park and onto Victoria for Billy Elliot, and grabbed some pizza here. Uh.... very nicely done! Still not quite fan of square slices, as they are wholly reminiscent of grade or secondary school for me. But being a sucker for cute things, I just had to try!

We stumble upon this restaurant on Yelp and it was worth every bite! The pizza was delicious and so was the arancini. They also have really good beer. Stop by, grab a slice from the first floor then head upstairs to enjoy the deliciousness.

Luscious, mouthwatering pizza at a decent price. I had a hankering for some authentic Italian pizza and boy did I find some! When I came in, I was greeted by two very nice employees and took a look at the pizza to choose from. I ended up going with a ham pizza, pepperoni pizza, and cheese and arugula pizza (the pizza comes in rows rather than pies; a pizza row is about 4 or 5 strips of pizza). I loved buying several and mixing and matching. Each piece was more flavorful than the last. Although it doesn't look like it, there IS seating above the restaurant up the stairs where there's about 7 or 8 tables that look down on the street as well. I caution that eating in while increase the price of your overall meal. The restaurant is in a great location right off Baywater street so you won't be able to miss it. Enjoy!

Really authentic Italian fast food joint. Pizza, lasagna, suppli etc. about 8 tables upstairs to sit down. They also have gluten free crust for 2 pounds more. Other than the pizza, the rest of the food is precooked and heated in microwave ovens.

This is closer than the Notting Hill outlet for me, but I try very hard to resist the lure of freshly baked pizza, melting cheese and good quality meats. I've always ordered the non vegetarian pizzas and they have been lovely. They do have a wide range of vegetarian options too, not just a token 1-2. We have always opted for the freshly baked slices rather than a whole one baked especially for us, because it allows each of us to choose what topping we individually prefer. The desserts are very high quality and their coffee is perfect for me. Not overly strong like I find some Italian coffee places (where I ask for extra milk) and good tasting, well roasted beans. I'd walk in any day that I'm tossing my low carb choices out of the window.

I went because I am a big fan of Josy A - an London Elite Yelper who had reviewed this place in 2014. The other half was craving italian for our last vacation day here so I spotted this not too far from where we were staying. The breakdown - Beef lasagna - me and the little one - Marguerite slice - me, mom - Veggie with eggplant(aubergine) - mom - Ham with white sauce - the other half The good: - The portions are HUGE - The service is friendly - The marguerite and ham were good! - The beef lasagna was decent - Crust was so so The bad - Taste - my mom took a bite of her pizza and refused to eat anymore. I took a bite and agreed that it tasted stale. We spoke to the folks in there and they assured us that their pizza is never more than 2 hours old. - One of the friendly server enthusiastically encouraged me to leave a tip. First time in the 2 weeks stay I was there that anyone asked for a tip. Thought it was odd.. London has plenty of good cheap eats. I'd try somewhere else.

You'll find what you want in the Portobello Road" One of our favorite finds on our way to Portablello Market. A morning of walking, shopping, and exploring left our tummies empty and our throats thirsty. Couldn't resist checking out a pizza spot with a mini parked in the window. We found fresh, thin crust pizza with a variety of simple toppings. Found a little spot upstairs to rest our tired legs and enjoy a really great slice, or two, or three . . . Hope to be back in London someday soon, can I order a pizza to be sent to California? I can wait 10 hours. . .

The pizza was good but oily. They don't have one with mixture of meat and vegetable. You either have all vegetable or all meat. As for the rice ball, it was salty and not worth the price. The latte was good, but the cup needs dusting. Only after I've sipped, I realized the cup was dusty. I guess no one order latte at a pizza joint!

Being nostalgic discovering Notting Hill the most non-English thing is to discover a cinquecento - an Italian minicar - display the biggest ever backed pizzas in the window of an Italian Arancina. Of course I had to have my slice of it! At the counter you have a selection of various pizzas where you can add your chilli and olive oil. They offer take-away or eat-in. For me this is the perfect break to get away from a hectic street and to catch my breath upstairs in their small lounge. There are not a lot of places around Portobello, which allow you to sit down and not pay the world. In Arancia they have the best pizzas, which will give you the next energy boost for the rest of the day and I never paid more then £6.

I absolutely love this Italian take-away cafe. It's got half a car in the window with a tray of freshly made pizzas sticking out of it-it's amazing! The main reason for going there are the great slices of of pizzas you can get-i love the spinach, ham and egg one myself but the pepperoni one is delicious too. They serve freshly squeezed orange juice as well as if you don't fancy a pizza they have other amazing tasty treats to fight your hunger. Good pastas, good breads and good everything. The only downfall are the moody staff, although they're not all like this, but I have had a couple of staff who find it difficult to speak and understand English and this can be frustrating but the food is great and the prices are reasonable for the area too.

Really, really tasty thin crispy pizza. I tried the Vegetariana (with aubergines, courgettes, artichokes and mix peppers) The toppings were really generous and the veggies were all juicy and tasty. I is amazing value... Half a pizza costs from just under £7.00 - Mine was £11.50, but was sooo huge that I had half left to fill me up for lunch the following day. The place itself is like a pizza café, rather than a restaurant, but it's still a nice place to sit with a drink and pizza. If I am ever in this area for lunch I would definitely pop in for a slice. Nom nom nom...

What a lovely place to enjoy mouthwatering pizza! Plenty of toppings on the pizza and extremely fresh. We got the Vege pizza with artichokes, aubergine and peppers and I have never seen so much topping on a pizza before! Extreme flavours, didn't need extra herbs or chilli flake but all available should you want them. The only downside is the seating area is majorly cramped. You feel like your hair is going to go into the pizza on the table behind you! That's the only reason I had to give 4 stars. Nice, unique, authentic place nonetheless.

For me personally, the cheese used on a pizza is as important as the crust since it can make or break it. I was pleased the cheese here was of quality and was it melty, bubbling, had a bite to it which I love. You can easily share the smaller sized pizza with one other and even better you can each select toppings of your choice as they'll gladly accommodate a half/half. Prior to the pizza we shared a spinach and ricotta arancine (fried risotto ball). It was too bad this dish fell short in the taste department! It was the driest of arancines I've ever had and it was tragically bland. The worst part, the center was still quite cold. Perhaps we visited on an off night. A dipping sauce could have easily remedied its shortcomings, I thought. But I guess this would be a cop out since the flavors of the sauce will take over what you're really supposed to be tasting - the arancine. I'd come back but next time I'll be skipping the appetizers and go straight for the pizza.

i was staying in notting hill so popped in for a quick dinner and i may be one of the weirdos tho thought the pizza was more delicious than the arancini balls! since this was last year i dont remember the flavor of the arancini balls but they get brownie points for always having two vegetarian options - the staff was friendly and quick!

Not quite as quirky as the original Arancina in Notting Hill Gate (I miss those funky melamine plates), but the pizza is just as great here. Mushroom arancinas are another favourtie, and one day I will eat my way through their entire menu. Staff are exceptionally nice and you can enjoy a real treat here for the price of a supermarket sandwich.

This is a great place. They serve traditional, no fuss, Sicilian food pretty much all day. Especially on Fridays and Saturdays when they're open from 7:30am to 11pm, Arancina sort of works around what you're doing at night in Notting Hill. They have a very cool car in their window so you won't miss it and some sort of other transport (I'm assuming) to provide takeaways throughout their opening hours. For a light bite the pizzas are some of the best in the area and if you want something more hearty they do lasagne and the like and you can take it upstairs where they will throw it in your face for a laugh. Not really; upstairs there are tables and chairs so you can sit down, relax and enjoy good and genuinely authentic Mafia food.

This location no longer exists. Please don't waste your time walking all the way here. Sooo sad. Would have loved to try them. Please update information for customers.

This place (for Notting) Hill is really good for a bite to eat, especially to top up your energy levels after a hard day shopping in Portobello (its at the top of Portobello) Its not a hard place to miss as they have half a Fiat car stuck in the front window for £3.50? they do you a nice slice of 5 different varieties of Pizza, if you time it right you'll get it fresh (when it's best) otherwise they warm it up i the oven. Its a nice place try it you wont be disappointed PS they do other stuff as well like Arancina balls Risotto type stuff stuffed with sauces and meat I took a pic of the kind of pizzas they do and posted it ;)

Overall quite good - We had the arancina amatriciana which was quite good except it didn't taste fresh (just how it is when you make fried food and then reheat it?). We got the prosciutto/funghi pizza (ham and mushrooms) with tomato sauce, the pepperoni pizza and the special pizza with olives, asparagus and sundried tomatoes (sottobosco) pizza. The pizza dough was really good with great sauce to toppings ratio (ya I'm one of those people)!! The sitting area isn't super nice with your typical cafe metallic tables but overall the interior has cute vibes and decorations with the cinquecento in it. I'd go here again but would do take out.

Cheerfully casual pizza joint in a touristic area. Friendly staff and some delicious-looking offerings, including the arancina balls, lasagne and melanzone (baked aubergine). I just needed a light meal so ordered a slice which was promptly heated and cut into four pieces, which was more than sufficient. Super crunchy crust, to the point where I almost broke my teeth! Though I do like a crunch. The topping was, alas, underseasoned, remedied by adding dried oregano and salt. It's not exactly bargainous either - £4 for a slice. If only we had the dollar slice. Still, it's a fine option if you happen to be in the area and in need of a quick bite. The seating upstairs is also handy for a spot of people-watching while you eat.

Thanks to other Yelpers, I decided to give this place a shot while recently vacationing in London. I am SO happy I did!! I ended up going here twice during my time in the UK! The place itself is relatively small, but the atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is beyond friendly. Each visit, I got the combo that includes one slice of pizza of your choice, an arancina ball of your choice, and a soda of your choice. I got pepperoni pizza both times because pepperoni is my favorite. The pizza gets such a crispy crust from the oven that it is baked in once you order! The arancina balls weren't something I was particularly a fan of (I had ham & cheese the first time, ragu the second), but my mom and aunt enjoyed them. The combo is surely enough to fill hungry bellies at such a great price too of £6.95! If I am ever in London again, I will definitely make sure I come back here!!

This review will be quite simple. When you and your companion are the only two people in the establishment (employees and patrons) who are not speaking Italian, you know the pizza is going to be something special. Prego!

I'm a snob when it comes to pizza. I've had authentic Italian pizza too many times to be able to enjoy the pizza in London. Any pizza I have, is simply not good enough. Now, the pizza at Arancina is not the round type that you get in restaurant, but instead is "pizza al taglio", the take away pizza slices extremely popular in Italy as midnight snacks after clubbing. Arancina is perfectly Italian. The workers are Italian, the customers are Italian- you know it's good.

If you must absolutely get your fix of the fresh pizza, dessert pastries and freshly squeezed orange juice at Arancina and you can't bear the hordes of tourists who flock here, especially at the weekends, this branch in Bayswater is less busy. Yes, for those of you who must have the orange car experience, there's still the Fiat Cinquecento in the shop front but there's only a tiny section of the car in this shop window.

Amazing pizza, authentic feel! I did prefer this place as a take-away though. You can sit upstairs and eat but it is not super cosy.

This place makes a brilliant pizza. My boyfriend and I ordered three different kinds when we stopped here and each was amazing, but my favorite by far was the ham and artichoke. I think one of the best things about the restaurant is the seating area upstairs. The ambiance makes feel like you're over to a friends house for pizza and hanging out. Mind you, a very crowded friends house (and your friend happens to make amazing pizza). The place can get crowded, and the space at both the counter and upstairs is limited. However, if you don't mind fighting the crowds, it's worth it--you'll be rewarded with delicious pizza.

After reading all these stellar reviews, I was expecting something spectacular. It isn't a real sit down place. You can get pizza that is pre-made by the slice or order your own freshly made. They have cozy seating upstairs, but no table service. I was sober, and therefore slightly disappointed. Don't get me wrong, it was really delish and a great deal, just not 5 star fabulous. This place's reviews, I've decided, are victim to "OMG this is SO AMAZING, I AM TOTALLY DRUNK, so this is the best pizza I've EVER had in my WHOLE LIFE" itis. The next-morning memory of it is better than it is in reality. I would certainly go back, however, under any state of inebriation or lack thereof.

I'm a big fan of this spot after ducking in for something after a night at a chocolate tasting up the road. Had a 'slice' of pizza and a caprese salad. Both were enjoyable and really hit the spot. The pasta's didn't look too fresh, but the pizza was right out the oven. Among all of the chinese food and kebab shops keep your eyes open for this Italian gem.

Ok, don't trust my review too much. I really like Roman style pizza and that's the style of pizza that this joint offers. Very crisp, thin bottom and rectangle shape. I went there somewhat early and I was the only guy speaking English, everyone else was speaking italian so maybe I'm not that bias towards the place. I loved pizza with the spicy italian sausage but didn't really like that much the one with no tomato sauce and lots of thick greens. Too hard to chew so I advise to stick with tomato base and only somewhat healthy toppings. I'm not actually sure if it is still open in the place as I've visited it about 2 months ago but still remember it quite well. Check on their website. Been to a few of their locations and liked the pizza in every one of those. But expect fine dining or super intimate atmosphere. Look at pictures first is my advise. Overall very recommended, real Roman pizza.

I went for a social event last week and was very impressed with the service.. The staff were super friendly and very happy to help.:: So, what didn't I like... There was no tables and the sitting area is bench around the perimeter of the room. This makes eating quite difficult and more of a drinks bar. The cocktail menu was very disappointing, it was very Campari and vermouth based and no fruity options or variety for my friend and I to go for. In the end, we both selected the prosecco, which gets a big thumbs up - absolutely delicious! The pizza was ok, nothing out of the ordinary, but what let this place down for me was the arancina balls.. I'd heard so much about these, but found them rather bland. All in all, an ok place, nothing to run after.

I'm fairly new to the nightlife of Portabello but I gotta say I'm impressed. There are a string of good bars and in preparation I'd recommend Arancina for that pre-boozing meal. They have quite a selection of pizzas and are very understanding when you waltz in, slightly buzzed from consuming vast quantities of quality rum, and ask for one of everything and a side of pasta. Actually, even sober I'd probably do that in a group just because the variety of pizza is brilliant. I couldn't really tell you which one was my favourite as I was busy shovelling it down my gullet with copious amounts of red wine (small selection but some pretty easy drinking bottles). The base, which all pizza should be initially judged on, is soft on the inside but crispy on the bottom and edges which gives a fantastic mix of textures. The pizza toppings all tasted very fresh which is surprising given that it was around 8pm on a Sunday night but they did seem to be quite busy. The rest of the place is pretty standard, just a collection of tables and chairs. Of course you can't miss it given the signature mini car in the window decked out with food. Now that's my kinda ride!

Go to Otto or get a pizza from M&S instead. The mozzarella is tasteless and the meats have the texture of vegan fake meat. My husband and I normally plow through a whole pizza...but we are underwhelmed to even eat a 2nd slice. I doubt I will be having pizza for breakfast as the leftovers are going in the bin. I don't understand how this place got so many positive reviews.

Waited for ages just to pick up a pizza, 10mins just for someone to acknowledge me! Pizza was disappointing, pretty bland with a very unexciting crust. Cheese was plasticky and nondescript.

You can't miss this little slice of Sicilian Heaven in Notting Hill as there's a bright orange Fiat Cinquecento in the window, Italy's favourite little runaround. It's a tiny traditional Italian-style take away and it serves some of the best pizza in London. There's also a restaurant upstairs if you need a sit down. I usually come after drinks in Portobello as it's up the road from Notting Hill Gate, perfect for calling in on. All the pizzas are displayed under a glass counter and when you see them you'll want a slice of everything. Favourite Italian combinations are available such as aubergine and parmesan, spinach and egg, and they even have Pizza del Lattaio (with thin slices of potato on) that you'd find hard to find in an Italian restaurant let a alone a take away. You get a big rectangular slice and the bases are thin and crisp, done the true Italian way. Plus, as the name suggests, they do arancina's (large rice balls cooked in saffron filled with filings such as beef ragu, ham and cheese or spinach) that are served alongside pizza in Italy, but never over here. If I'm craving pizza after drinks in the West then this is the only place that offers a real slice of the Italian Job.

Some of the best pizzas I have eaten in London. Sold by the slice off a big wooden board at the counter, you probably wouldn't need more than 2 slices to fill you up without overdoing it. Come on, when eating pizza, you always have a slice too much..."oh, I can't leave that lonely slice" you say. You regret it, almost right away. Basically, go for 2, you should be fine. If you don't think that's enough though, feel free to pig out on one of those batter covered rice balls (can't remember the name of them now) but they is gooood too. There is a little seating area at the back which is more than comfortable, a little rustic and well worth pushing past the queue of people waiting to get served at the counter, very cosy - and you get a dedicated waiter/waitress, so if there is a queu you usually end up getting served quicker. Oh, but don't have your hopes set on coming here with a big group of people, seating is limited and you usually end up sharing a table with a couple of other people tucking into their Italian delights - say hi or just stay head down in that slice of pizza or bowl of Bolognese. If coming for lunch, get here about 12ish, gets busy and slow after that, and it is hard work standing in a queue looking at the food and not having any.

Pizza is very good. There are also really cute Italian boys who work behind the counter. Enough said. :) Edit: And girls. What are these people? Part-time models-slash-pizza bakers? Very strange... Cannoli was not that good.

Love this place! Discovered it when I lived in bayswater. Pretty close in comparison with pizza from Rome (might be a bit better actually). The Carnivora is my favorite, for this visit we had half Carnivora and half 4 cheese pizza. The staff is always friendly and although it isn't a huge place (no where in London really is) it's never a long wait for a seat. There's always some football match playing. Must try!

Excellent gem of an independent place! As the name suggests, Arancina does Italian food, specialising in pizzas and arancinas, little deep fried balls of risotto and filling. Great value pizzas which actually taste extremely authentic and good too. Base is not too thick, and has that authentic flavour of wood-fired pizzas. Toppings are a little sparse, but the flavours are good. I've had coffee there as well and it is pretty well done. Who wouldn't love the atmosphere of this place? I was a little wary after reading some reviews about bad customer service, but as soon as we walked in, attendants courteously waited while we decided and when we decided to eat in, were very obliged and we got an excellent waiter who was very attentive. My mom and I both ordered the gnocchi with mushrooms and cream sauce -- my mom claims it was delicious. Unfortunately for me, I had a cold, so my tastebuds weren't quite up to par, but I believe her :) Nice glass of red house wine and tiramisu for dessert. Price isn't bad either. Oh and our neighbors were eating some pizza that we wish we had stolen from under their noses. Definitely going back.

Really delicious pizza at a reasonable price. Thin crust, plentiful toppings, and lots of choices for any palette. Staff weren't very attentive though, but perhaps that is the Italian way.

The pizza displayed through a bright orange car was intriguing all by itself. In need of a quick bite before taking on Portobello Road shopping extravaganza. The pizza all looked delicious and the cooks in the back were shouting Italian so I knew it was legit. I got the prosciutto pizza which lacked somewhat in the cheese department but it was more like a bit of tomato sauce and lots of ham on toast but it was still delicious. Also they had Pelligrino Aranciata in a can - like orangina - amazing. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're around Notting Hill looking for something to nosh on.
