"Set to take over the former JavaVino space in Poncey-Highland, this European cafe is undergoing renovations to become an all-day modern Scandinavian spot geared toward work-from-home residents, with an opening expected next year. Alongside breakfast, lunch, and aperitivo hour, it will offer workspaces, ample charging ports, and quiet areas for video meetings. Operating partner Rebecca Floyd says the team plans to continue serving sustainably sourced, locally roasted coffee in the spirit of JavaVino’s legacy. Its name means “working to achieve something” in Swedish, underscoring the work-friendly atmosphere the owners aim to create." - Henna Bakshi

Nice offices with spacious atrium. Houses multiple businesses. Clean and modern, with large car park which includes multiple EV charging points. Small cafe offers a selection of cooked breakfast and lunches. Loses a star for no local shops.

We have just recently moved in. The fit out is brand new and its a high standard and looks fantastic. It’s a perfect environment for our team, and we can’t wait to start getting external visitors again. Theres plenty of meeting space with screens etc to use and loads of parking. The on-site team couldn’t do enough to make us feel comfortable. Until the cafe is fully up and running they bring us food deliveries for the sister site Sharp Project. Couldn’t recommended it enough for businesses looking for a new office site.

A brilliant and innovative space to work from - I'm here for a short time with a TV Production and it meets all of our needs while providing lots of flexible options for breakout areas, meeting rooms and spaces for all our weird and wonderful requirements. The building itself is of a very high standard and the staff are fantastic - Chelsey and her team can't do enough to help and are always there to greet you with a smile. It's been great to be welcomed into the community atmosphere of the building even if it is for a short period of time our case.

We've recently moved into Arbeta and been well looked after by the staff there. The location is great...easy access by car with plenty of parking and it's only a short tram ride into Manchester. Due to COVID, not all the facilities are open yet and there are only a few people in there but the staff are providing lovely lunches over from the nearby Sharp Project. Overall, it's a great modern and spacious environment to work in.
