As a wedding videographer/photographer, I'll never get tired of capturing weddings at Arbor Crest! It has so many unique areas, beautiful views, so much shade on hot summer days, and the staff is outstanding. It's especially great for large wedding parties since the cliff house is very spacious for getting ready, and the shaded areas are large enough for the mid-day wedding party photos, even if you have a really big group. If you're considering getting married here, I can confidently say you'll have an amazing experience!

Absolutely gorgeous view all over. So much to admire. Great tasting wine and delicious food. Incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Really enjoyed my time here

Beautiful setting and pleasant staff. Listened to a band, Spare Parts, they were really good. Plenty of room to dance. Arrive early for a seat in the shade.

We had such a lovely time, Music, beautiful food and an amazing staff, who are friendly and eager to please. The tasting room is comfortable and the grounds are stunning. The view of Spokane Valley from the over look is something to behold. But best of all is the wine. Pick up a bottle and stroll the grounds with someone you enjoy, you won't regret it. The perfect mix of elegance and comfortable personal touch.

My wife and I love coming to Arbor Crest! This place is so peaceful and tranquil. The wine is amazing and you can have a choice of buying a glass, a bottle, or a flight. The food is good, and the service is great! During the summer I know they offer live music if that is your thing, or you can host an event. If you are looking for a wonderful date spot, look no further, this is your place.

Google
This is a must stop for wine and great food. Sitting atop a hill, the place offers loads of ambiance and sweeping views. Plan on an hour or two for a wine flight and then roam the beautiful grounds. Will not disappoint! Super romantic!

Google
Unbelievable, such a great experience. The best venue in Spokane or Coeur d’Alene!

Google
What a wonderful time I had at Arbor Crest Winery! During my visit, I had the pleasure of trying a wine flight and treating myself to a delicious lunch featuring a flavorful chicken gyro and fries. The use of Mediterranean spices truly elevated the dishes, infusing them with bold and captivating flavors. While the heavy smoke prevented me from fully enjoying the usually gorgeous property view, the glimpses I caught were still incredibly stunning. I'm eagerly anticipating a return trip when the weather is more favorable. This place has certainly left a great impression on me!

Yelp
Such a lovely spot just outside of Spokane! I got to enjoy their white wine tasting on a lovely sunny day. There was plenty of inside seating and also some lovely seating outside both in the sun and shade. I enjoyed my white flight and the bottle prices were very reasonable. Our server was friendly and prompt.

Yelp
Wonderful dinner! The steak was a little salty for my partner, but I heavily enjoyed the pasta and we devoured the sweet potato fries. Tomato bisque to start off was delightful ! I had the Viognier which was smooth. Staff was quite nice. Great date night.

Yelp
Took my mom here when she came to visit. Beautiful views! Highly recommend. Food was great as well!

Yelp
Had a few hours before flight departure, so I decided to check out the local wineries in Spokane. Arbor Crest was highly recommended by the locals so we decided to check it up. The winery itself is situated on top of a hill, it has a nice view of the grapes and the city below. We came here on the weekend when their had an art and craft fair. There was lots of people and it was thoughtful of them to have plenty of water stations available for their guests. Stopped by the wine room in hopes for some wine tasting, but the tasting is only open to its members. Ended up ordering a glass (served in a plastic cup) of Cabernet Flanc for $15. Overall, it was a meh experience for me. It would have been a better experience if I was given the opportunity to taste the different wines available.

Yelp
Met my sister here for lunch - just wanted some time without the kiddos. It was a more pleasant experience than I remember in the past. There is no doubt arbor crest has a beautiful property. The venue is just gorgeous, but past that I've never really seen the appeal. Their tastings are expensive, the wines too sweet for my taste, expensive, and they didn't have food. Well, They have food now and it was delicious! I got the beef and lamb gyro and the flavor was great. I will say it wasn't shaved meet like you'd expect. It was more like a premade patty that they sliced up and put in the gyro so the texture was a little off, but like I said the flavor was there. My sister got the chicken gyro and also really enjoyed it. We got the hummus & artichoke to share with a side of warm naan. Just the the gyros it was really good. The flavor was delicious, the naan was warm and seasoned wonderfully. Lastly, we got the Sangiovese and it was alright. It wasn't as sweet as some of the others we have had. I will say the way they serve the plated food is challenging. They don't bring it out to you and if you're like me with multiple dishes (and very clumsy) it's hard to get it all back to the table without making multiple trips. Luckily when I went in to pick up the food they helped me carry it back to our table, but maybe taking the food out to the customer would be a better system. They also don't clear the tables while you're there. All-in-all it was a good visit. We will definitely go again.

Yelp
My mum recommended this spot so AMBIANCE: Parking: There's a pretty big parking lot that can fit a good amount of cars since they host a few events here. Seating: Inside and outside seating. Inside is cool with some nice lite rock playing. Outside has a lovely view of the town and if you're lucky, the fireplace. Room for maybe about 100 people. Feels: It's in the outer ends of Spokane so it's pretty isolated. However, you're not feeling alone as you overlook the town. The place itself is lovely. I enjoyed the vintage design with a neighborly waterfall and pond flowing. It's a great place for a quick getaway for yourself, to catch up with a friend, or to celebrate FOOD: Shrimp Gyro (Recommend) Shrimp was well cook and fresh. I enjoyed the juices and the seasoning gave it an extra kick. Lamb Gyro (Recommend) Delicious and gamey. The meat was juicy and well-seasoned. Subtle Reds Wine Flights (Recommend) Great! I enjoyed the flavors as it had a good range of sweets. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Great! The service was pretty quick and the people TL; DR OVERALL: 4.5 Stars. Fantastic! Simple yet delicious selections, lovely views, and reasonable prices. This is a very unique spot from the view to their service and it's not completely far away fro civilization. I wish Arbor Crest all the best in their business. TIPS: * Check out their seasonal specials.

Yelp
I've been coming here off and on for years. Such a lovely winery. My friend had never been so we stopped by. Since they were really busy, we grabbed a glass and headed outside. They do have a beautiful inside seating area with food to order as well. It's also nice to sip and wander. The estate is amazing, beautiful views of the Spokane Valley. It was nice to see the green of spring and trees blooming. We sat overlooking the vineyards and Cliff House. They also have a concert series which we will becoming back for with friends. Great wines, views, friendly staff. A perfect place for a wine day.

Yelp
Arbor Creat Wine Cellars is the most beautiful atmosphere for a wedding or some kind of event. My wife and I were recently up there for the Art and Glass Festival and it was just so much fun. The food from the Arbor Crest food truck was excellent. The wine was great the beer they brought in from a local brewery was outstanding, Everyone there was excellent to work with. There was even a small issue with our order and they fixed it right away. Hands-down, one of the best places to check out in Spokane.

Lauren S.

Yelp
Traveled from out of state to visit this winery and it didn't disappoint! The overall aesthetic and ambiance was lovely; it gave off an Italy feeling. It wasn't too busy that we felt we had our space to enjoy. Wonderful view, wonderful staff, wonderful wine! They were so helpful in guiding us our first time. We had the shortbread cookies that tasted delicious. Overall great experience and will be visiting again in the future!

Yelp
Beautiful views, great service, comfortable and relaxing ambiance. Highly recommend! Food is just as good as the wine.

Yelp
Awesome location/grounds overlooking the city. Especially recommend their hummus appetizer.

Yelp
On our way to Coeur d'Alene, we decided to spend the afternoon trying out some tasty wines at a Spokane winery. So, we decided to check out Arbor Crest. Here's my take on the experience: Quality of wine: Great. We love red wines so we each got a glass of the Cliff House Red. The wine had a bright red fruit and jammy character that displayed layers of spicy oak, red currant, cedar, and black raspberry. It tasted very flavorful and full-bodied. Decor: scenic. The actual tasting room isn't much to talk about. However, the grounds are very scenic and provide a spanning view of the Spokane valley. There is a lot of greenery and flowers (we went in the summer) and plenty of spots with shade and green grass. Cleanliness: All the areas and grounds were being kept clean. Service: good. They did a good job with describing the wine characteristics and helping you choose which glass of wine to get based on your taste profile. The only thing that I didn't like was that you couldn't bring a bottle made by Arbor crest from outside and had to actually buy a bottle from the tasting room. Also, you had to purchase a ticket to listen to the garden concert. I think that if you spend money to buy wine then that should come with a concert ticket. Price: typical. A glass of wine was around $8-$12. If you're in the Spokane area and are in the mood for a glass (or a bottle) of some quality wine wine Arbor Crest is a great choice.

Yelp
This place is NOT dog friendly. We came because when I looked up dog friendly wineries this was the very first one. Definitely not, even though most of the grounds are outdoors. Do not suggest if you're traveling with your fur babies

Yelp
There are many reviews talking about their service level especially if there is an event happening. Same thing happened to us, so obviously this has not been corrected. We visited last month from out of state, we had a local wine club member with us as well. They were happy to take our money and provide us each with a flight for tasting (there was 4 of us) and charge us accordingly. They closed the kitchen early so we had to make due with light snacks. The important point here, is we were never told we would be asked to leave within 15 minutes of sitting down. We purposely sat away and out of view of the wedding that was obviously getting ready to happen. The staff was incredibly rude telling us to throw out the wine or drink quickly. Really? I told the gentleman, the wedding is out of our view. He did not care. He came back again within 5 minutes with the same level of rudeness. My friend who lives locally and is a wine club member was so embarrassed. She canceled her membership the next day! We dumped the wine, which btw.. is not that good.. and left with a very sour taste in our mouths. At the very least, they should not allow people to park and get out if they are under that type of a timeline. And especially don't take our money for food and drink and NOT warn us.. you have 15 minutes to consume that.
google avatar

Lauren C.

Yelp
At least come here to enjoy the views! Super cool atmosphere, beautiful place to visit and have a snack. They have really yummy fries that go great with a wine flight. Fast and friendly service.

Yelp
If you are in the Spokane area, I highly recommend this establishment. It is a great place for wine tasting and the employees are very friendly and informative. The grounds are gorgeous and you can walk around with your wine and view the beautiful scenery and the Spokane valley below. The wines are quite good and my friend who lives in Spokane joined the wine club during this visit. If I lived in the area, I would have joined, too! In addition, for the Friday afternoon we were there, a musician came in the early evening and provided exceptional entertainment. I guess musicians are here regularly as the place filled up in the late afternoon and it appeared to be mostly locals (which is always a good sign!) If you are visiting the Spokane valley area, I recommend this is a place to explore and enjoy some good wine, atmosphere and ambience.

Marisela G.

Yelp
Had a good time, service was great. We were thinking something was missing from the charcuterie we ordered - needed more crunch. Now after the fact, we are realizing they forgot our sesame crackers Would have made it 5 stars!
google avatar

Sylvia H.

Yelp
Such beautiful scenery. Great company lovely wines. Fun concerts on Sundays. Tried a bunch of different wines red and white we're definitely undecided decided to go with Pinot Gris's. Their rules here are adults only no exceptions no babies toddlers. 21+ If you're coming for a concert, a little early definitely bring a lawn chair or blanket and something to hold your wine. We are here in the fall it gets a little breezy on the mountain so bring a sweater

Yelp
The 2018 Dionysus is incredible! Shared a bottle with a friend when visiting WA last weekend. I want a case or two of my own.
google avatar

Yelp
The view? Amazing!! The grounds?manicured & park like! The food?! Tremendous! Greek/Mediterranean style. Loved the food! The wine? Eh. The service? Nope. You stand in line until you get to the counter and then are presented with a menu that you and your six friends need to shuffle amongst each other and decided quickly. Here's an idea: post a full food menu in the window outside and have plenty available for the dozens of people in line waiting, so they can, we'll you know, It's obvious. After the ordering fiasco was complete it was a delight to be there. Definitely suggest a visit when you're in Spokane. It's a 15 minute drive from downtown, and plenty of parking.
google avatar

Ryan H.

Yelp
The outdoor seating area is quite nice, complete with a view. The spiced lamb gyro was really flavorful. The cardamom pot de creme was also really good, although perhaps the lemon zest was a bit strong. Only 21+ years old. Face masks are required for the indoor tasting room, consistent with the current state order.

Yelp
Spokane is such a unique place where you can be in the city one minute and in the country with views the next. It's interesting to just hop on over to a vineyard, can't do that in Seattle! Anyway, we came here 30 minutes before they were closing. My friend inquired about their wines and recommendations, and the staff was very attentive. I don't usually enjoy red wine, but the one I drank (sorry, can't remember) wasn't all that bitter that I'm quite use to and it was light. I enjoyed seeing turkeys on their land.

Yelp
The food, wine and service were good, but the reception was rude! We arrived around3:00 and tasting room was supposed to close at 5:00. They were having their music series apparently, but we were not aware. So when we approached the gate I asked what was going on and was curtly told that it was their concert series and the cost was $18 per person, and I explained we just wanted a glass of wine was that ok. She immediately said you have 1 hour and didn't even bother to point us in the right direction. If that is the type of greeting they provide I will never be back! This is the reason for only 2 stars.

Resa W.

Yelp
Just left this winery at 2:40 today. They were one couple here but they already been served and another person upfront. He was trying to get some money back they were two barista's. It took 14 minutes before we finally left. One barista was helping the customer get a refund and the other one was marking down bottles of wine hard to say what the wine tasted like because we never stayed very poor service. My daughter and I were very unhappy won't be coming back

Yelp
Went to Arbor Crest Wine Cellars for dinner. They have solid wines but the food there is downright awesome. They just opened their restaurant for about 2 months. So if you are not happy with something, tell them directly. They would try to rectify it. The icing on top of the cake are the absolutely incredible views from visa parts of the estate. Their staff was super friendly and attentive enough. Pro Tip: Make a reservation on their website with a note asking for a table on the grass.

Yelp
What an establishment, from the grounds to the buildings to the view. It's huge and awesome. We had the wine flight, charcuterie & formaggio tray, and a sweet treat. While we were there it looked like two large groups were being set up. During our visit, which we're told wasn't uncommon, we found the winery staff overwhelmed, rushing, inattentive, and impatient. Our questions received one word answers most of the time. We didn't learn anything about their wine, the charcuterie & formaggio, etc. We would have bought more wine if we got more answers to our questions. We also would have bought more wine if we felt more welcomed, in general. It's a lovely place but we didn't at all feel they needed or wanted us there, so we probably won't be returning.
google avatar

Kasey H.

Yelp
Beautiful scenery, great wine, & a lovely view. My favorite place for a wine tasting.
google avatar

Curtis H.

Yelp
If you get the chance to go here in the summer time I would definitely put it on your list. We went in the middle of January but even then the view was amazing and the wine very good. There is a tasting fee but you get four very generous pours. There is apparently music and outdoor seating in the summer time. We enjoyed our winter visit though and will be back. One tip though. The road up was very clear on the day we went but if you plan to visit in the winter time it is a good idea to call ahead and ask about the road up the hill as I could see some white knuckle driving if you don't!
google avatar

Stephanie M.

Yelp
Definitely not family friendly! Even with a baby strapped to you-- they're not allowed! Be warned before you make the drive or plans with friends.
google avatar

Jamieleigh W.

Yelp
This place is stunning! Would be beautiful for a wedding. I came as a girls getaway with my mom, grandma, cousin and aunt and we did the wine tasting. I didn't like any of them - neither did my cousin - and they seemed okay to the rest of the group. The best part was the place itself and the staff was kind - I asked for water and they brought an empty glass sooo ‍ There's another winery nearby they recommended for sweeter wines FYI.
google avatar

Lanette K.

Yelp
Love coming here! Not only is a beautiful spot in spokane to just celebrate or have a get together with friends! They also have amazing events like live concerts! I've been to Arbor Crest so many times, with girl friends, family, and even on the occasional I just want to get out event! I'm never disappointed by the great staff, amazing views, gorgeous grounds, and not to mention some great local wine!!
google avatar

Suraj S.

Yelp
For a winery they have surprisingly good Mediterranean food. The views are amazing and the photos at this place come out really good. This should be a must go stop if you're visiting Spokane. The wines were pretty good as well and we enjoyed our visit here.

Yelp
This was my first time visiting Arbor Crest wine cellars. As I drove up the hill, I was impressed with the view and winding road, even more so as i rev'd up the engine and accelerated through the turns. Upon entering the establishment, I was promptly greeted by Laurie with a smile and welcome. Let me just say here... customer service goes a LONG way and she went over and above what was expected! Laurie truly made my visit outstanding and looking forward to return when I come back to town. Out of several winery visits during this trip, she set the bar which no one came close to reaching... The wine tasting was good. Great presentation and the environment was quite relaxing. After my tasting, I selected a glass and then wondered the grounds where I found myself sitting in an alcove overlooking the valley. What an awe inspiring view. I wasn't rushed nor pressured to buy anything. After I returned to the tasting room, once again, I was engaged in a delightful conversation, more samples of newly opened bottles of wine where we conversed about the varietals and then finally making my selection of a few bottles. Moreover, it was Laurie making my experience one that set the bar of expectation management... Thank you Laurie!!

Yelp
Great food and selection of wine flights. The folks that work there are very attentive and helpful. We had a great lunch as well.

Susan P.

Yelp
Absolutely gorgeous outdoor seating with some shaded areas and others in the sunshine. We tried two different flights of red wines. Both flights had a couple that we really liked and a couple that were only so-so. We had the snack plate with three types of meat, mustard, and crackers. While it was great to have a snack with our wine, the quality and presentation could have been better.

Deanna K.

Yelp
Was in town on a business trip and this was a pleasure surprise. The view is spectacular, the wine was delicious.. highly recommended! Looking forward to coming back on my next trip.
google avatar

Yelp
Love this Winery! Picturesque venue. Came here on a Sunday for live music, wine, and fun! Had such a great time. Would definitely come again. Easy parking.

Yelp
I'm a total wine person from California so when I found this winery while visiting Spokane I had to visit. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Children are not allowed on the grounds which I truly appreciate. A couple with 2 toddlers walked in and were very nicely asked to leave. My biggest peeve is going to a winery and find kids running around! The grounds are beautiful!!!! The wines themselves are okay but I totally loved the Red Blend from the reserve line. It is excellent! Compared to California wine prices, the prices here are extremely cheap! I left with several bottles.
google avatar

Ala K.

Yelp
THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL!!!!! FOOD IS YUMMY DRINKS ARE DELICIOUS. Well I be buying them bottle of Rosé and the boyfriend loves his IPA. Service is amazing prices may seem a lot but it's worth it if your into the type of food. This is A MUST TO

Nick K.

Yelp
Don't show up on an event day. Despite what their website says for service hours (12-4:30) they will not serve you. Even if the event is a later event, you're not a priority.

Joni R.

Yelp
Good wine. Good atmosphere. But when traveling out of state they don't allow dogs outside?? That's a little prudish !! The wine is not that spectacular. If they wanted to discriminate against animals because they feel it gives them power then they should have education themselves better then to have an wine pouring job.
google avatar

Michael K.

Yelp
Arbor Crest in a scenic winery nestled along the Spokane River between Spokane and CDA. The outdoor view is spectacular and the grounds are well kept with ponds, fountains, small buildings, and arches spread around the premises. We were able to call ahead for a table and a charcuterie board order and when we got there we decided to go with two wine sampler flights. This made for a pleasant afternoon and as a bonus I was able to fly my drone around from the park below.
google avatar

Chanele R.

Yelp
This is one of the most beautiful places I've been to in the area. The amazing gardens are eclipsed only by the expansive views. We visited on a warm Friday evening, and it felt like near-perfection. Even better, the wine is reasonably priced. If you are a member of their club, it is even more reasonably priced. We went with a bottle of the signature white blend, which was slightly more sweet than I might have liked (but I like absolutely no sweetness in my wine), but it was still great on a warm evening. One thing I particularly love is that you can buy a bottle or glass and wander the grounds. I can't wait to come back with a blanket and a picnic. We will be back many times, I am sure!
google avatar

Wendy H.

Yelp
Love love love! My boyfriend took me here on a Sunday afternoon. The drive up is very scenic. This winery sits atop of a hill with an expansive view. Throughout summer, they have live music on Sundays. I would suggest to come early. We arrived around 5pm and there was already a ton of people there. I believe entry fee is $10/person. Bring a few lawn chairs or blanket! There were a couple of vendors you can get food/snacks from. The atmosphere was fun and lively. We got some wine, listened to some music, and hung out with friends all while enjoying the nice view. I can't recommend this place enough.

Ken S.

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic wine and great food! Always enjoy visiting Arbor Crest. Servers are very knowledgeable about wine and food. This is a must stop location for wine touring. Incredible views and a chance to relax and enjoy your choice of wine! Be sure to take several bottles home with you!!
google avatar

Rick H.

Yelp
Great place, but the y could speed it up a bit. Slowest place I've ever been to and stayed. Only cause the wife made me.
google avatar

Michael C.

Yelp
The grounds are breath taking. What an incredible setting to enjoy wine and/or music! We like their blush wine along with the fact that we can bring in food. The one negative is that the employees (mostly temps I believe for these events) are not particularly good nor particularly friendly. When I spend over sixty dollars for a bottle of wine, two mediocre packaged pasta salads and some music, I would like to be treated as a valued customer. Don't feel that way here. Plus they have not had napkins once and forks another time at their kiosks. Some training and planning could go a long way!
google avatar

Josi H.

Yelp
We went for my best friend's birthday and had a ton of fun. We dressed up, had our sunhats and were ready to feel hella elite all up in Arbor Crest. I love this place. I had no idea what to expect but it blew me away. I tried all the white wines I could and ended up drinking from the bottle of rose, and really really enjoyed myself. Said friend and I danced on stage with the band and lived happily ever after. The views are absolutely incredible, doing this again next summer.
