Came here for brunch with my wife on a glorious Sunday morn. The patty melt breakfast burger was delicious (I should have added the egg 😩). Fries were perfectly crispy, but could use a *little more* seasoning. And the espresso Martinis (see attached pictures) were some of the best I've ever had - shout out to Ariel for pulling that fresh 'Spresso! 9.5/10

My husband and I had dinner at their in-hotel restaurant for my birthday and it was not the best experience. The server was great but the food was not up to par with the price. I ordered the NY strip medium rare and it came out medium well/well done. The dish came with potatoes which i ate but i did not eat a single piece of steak. We ended up sending the steak back and told the server we would pay for the potatoes. The server returned and told us the manager would only comp half the dish since i ate the potatoes?? (so we would be paying almost $25 for potatoes). When we asked to speak to said manager, we were told no manger was working so that was odd. My husband ordered the margarita pizza which was burnt on the bottom unfortunately but he ate it without complaint. I would definitely expect more from a restaurant such as this.

One of the best aperol spritz I've had outside of France. All thanks to Tori knowing how to make a good drink taste amazing. Loved the ambiance of having casual piano. And our server Megan S. was fantastic, she went above and beyond on service and had excellent meal recommendations. Try the margherita pizza, delicious.

Tori was spectacular. I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Fort Wayne. We ordered old fashions and they were one of the top 5 (if not the best) I’ve ever had. Aside from the drinks her overall hospitality and attention was unmatched. We love Tori. If I’m ever back in Fort Wayne, she’s the reason I’m back!!

It's a super cute place! The food selection is great, but it tastes a bit bland. The sausage and gravy was good but could have been better. The avocado toast seasoning was fabulous, but it needed more avocado. It tasted great with the addition of an egg on top. But $13 for $2 worth of ingredients seems a bit outrageous. Will be back again because I'm curious to try other things and love the interior.

We stopped at Arbor for dinner one summer evening. The restaurant was slow and the service was friendly. It did take a while for the food to come out, but it was hot. We just ordered a bunch of appetizers to snack on and have a few drinks. Atmosphere of the restaurant is great and it was fun to people watch out on the street.

Had breakfast and dinner here with my husband while staying at the Bradley. Service was great but there weren't very many people in the restaurant so I can't say for sure what it would be like if it more busy. Each server we had was very helpful in choosing drinks that would suit our tastes. Food was delicious. I definitely will add this place to the list of downtown restaurants to go to in the future. Very cute place to people watch on a nice day.

Google
We really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately we were pretty disappointed. I’ll start with the pros: - Coffee was good, even if portions were small. - Interior design was thoughtful and inviting. Chairs were comfortable. Only thing we found odd was the exposed drywall ceilings. - The lemon ricotta pancakes were tasty. Now the cons: - We came in on a Sunday for brunch (which should be a peak time) but the restaurant only had 2 other tables filled. The servers looked confused when we entered off the street, as if they didn’t know why we were there if we weren’t staying at the hotel. - There was no music playing, so we awkwardly had to listen to other customers and staff. The kitchen was loud and staff seemed more interested in speaking to one another than serving patrons. We overheard staff talking about applying for other jobs and telling customers how the quality of the furniture had diminished in the last few years. Not a professional atmosphere. - They were out of biscuits— which is a small complaint— but if your menu is going to be small, you should have everything on the menu. - My husband’s Eggs Benedict was a weird combination of temperatures: the egg was warm, the ham was cold, the hollandaise was room temperature. It was pretty unappetizing. - Our $5 side of bacon was 2 pieces of meat that had been fried in a dirty pan. It almost tasted like fish, which was really, really odd. To sum up, everything was just really overpriced and not great quality. A two person breakfast for $60 (not including tip) should be excellent— and instead left the restaurant hoping we wouldn’t get sick from it. It seems like this place was a great idea that did not follow through in terms of excellence and quality. The only real positive takeaway from our visit was that it told us what we needed to know about the hotel: pretty interior design, but not worth the cost more than likely. We love boutique hotels and travel around the Midwest to try them out, so it’s unfortunate that the one closest to home is not what we would hope for. I hope this place gets better management and staff who cares before it is forced to close down.

Yelp
Downtown Fort Wayne, sidewalk dining, or if you prefer a more quiet atmosphere, the inside is very comfortable. We enjoyed a Bloody Mary, possibly the best in Fort Wayne, we decided on the Chef Salad with Salmon, cooked perfectly, we also enjoyed the Avocado Toast topped with pickled red onions, balsamic vinegar and feta cheese. Delicious lunch! Thankyou

Yelp
Didn't get any pictures. We went for breakfast. While the environment and servers were great the food was just okay. Maybe we ordered the wrong thing(the breakfast plate with bacon) but it was just okay. I wouldn't recommend the chicken sausages. The eggs came out good and fresh and the bacon was pretty good. Just some of the components such as the toast felt like I could have made it at home or went to a diner and find something better. And for a restaurant that seems high end maybe the dinner and bar is better.

Yelp
Matt was a wonderful waiter at dinner. Ariell was a delight at breakfast! Our dining experience was pleasant and fulling! Everything from the atmosphere to the drinks from the bar. From the appetizers to the dessert. Wonderful! The coffee to the delicious bread pudding French toast! The staff was busy but always still checked in on us. We're more than happy to give a 5 STAR review. Thank you so very much for an exceptional dining experience! Our note to the person reading this... do not come here expecting fast food and fast drive through service. Come here to relax, unwind and enjoy. Slow down and make time for your selves and your dining experience! B+ no BS!

Yelp
Went here for brunch with a friend. The setting and decor was absolutely beautiful. I'm not sure if they were just having an off day, but the service was terrible...seemingly for everyone...we both started with a coffee and the server came back ask what we had order about 10-15 minutes later. When she came back she only brought one coffee. After more time, I had asked about at other coffee and the server cut me off to say they were backed up. Our food came out really slowly and after multiple groups that order after us. The food was fine. But honestly the whole experience left me less than excited to come back.

Yelp
This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The restaurant is just as beautiful! I didn't stay at the hotel but I'm sure it is a great addition to the stay to have this cute restaurant in the building. I got the ricotta pancakes, a side of bacon, and the Asiago-safe biscuit. The pancakes were so good! This is not your average pancake, I genuinely didn't need syrup it was so tasty. The bacon was cooked well but the biscuit was not for me. It was too wheaty and stiff for my liking. I had a taste of my friends fried potatoes and they were sooo good! Next time I'm getting my own order of those! Overall I enjoyed my visit. I would return for sure!

Yelp
As I was on my way to the Promenade Park I walked past this place and decided to stop and grab something to eat. I ended up ordering the chicken sandwich which also came with fries. I ate here as opposed to going to the park to eat ( I went to the park after I finished eating). I ordered the chicken sandwich with french fries. Chicken sandwich was actually bigger than I expected it to be. The sandwich was good not great. Personally I wish there would have been cooked a little longer. The toppings were absolutely delicious. I only ate a few of the french fries but they were actually really good. The service was excellent . The total cost of this meal was about $16 if I'm not mistaken.

Yelp
Went here on Mother's Day last minute and they went absolutely above and beyond. The ambience of the place is absolutely amazing, their piano player, and everybody was super friendly. The food itself was amazing as well, the waitress was super attentive and made sure we got everything we wanted. On the way out they were so kind to give my mother a flower and chocolates. 10/10 experience

Yelp
Visited Arbor with a group for lunch (they have a great brunch menu during lunchtime). Excellent food, friendly service, very clean, nice decor. Everyone at the table seemed happy with their meals. Reasonable prices for a downtown sit-down meal. I appreciate the interesting and different menu options. My brisket hash was well cooked with good flavors and textures; love the crunchy onions on top! Seating is comfortable and decor is fun - very cool patterned wallpaper. Parked in a parking garage a couple blocks away. Only two things I would change - more water refills, and the food all came to the table at different times (weird to sit there with a hot plate of food when nobody else has theirs yet... also feels weird to eat half my meal before others' arrive so not sure there's a win there). Overall great experience though.

Yelp
With one exception, I have only been to Arbor once for anything besides breakfast, but I have been countless times for breakfast and absolutely love it!! My go-to is The Standard with sunny-side up eggs, potatoes, bacon and toast, and it's the perfect breakfast. I have had the oatmeal once and it was fine, but the granola with yogurt, berries and roasted pepitas is wonderful! It's homemade granola and really fills you up. The service is really friendly and attentive, the atmosphere inside is lovely, and the outdoor seating is comfortable and makes for good people-watching!

Yelp
We had reservations for my daughter's 15th bday. The place is very pretty & the piano player is a vibe(Von Maur vibe) & the girls enjoyed taking selfies in the bathroom. The service was ok. Server acted as if she'd rather be anywhere but there. My son ordered pizza that was served with the entire crust blackened. They made another pizza as the one they served was inedible. I had the veggie lasagna. It was pretty good except the edges were super crispy & the middle was luke warm. My daughter ordered the bucatini. I tried a bite & the pasta was crunchy. Not al dente but UNDERCOOKED. The Cesar salad was dry. $165 for 4 people. Fort Wayne has much better options. Hard pass.

Yelp
Exceeded expectations. The brisket hash was legit fire. Had a crisp edge to it. Savory and juicy. Onion rings were a nice touch. I got a poached egg on top.

This place was an absolute vibe!!! Highly recommend the beer-mosa and the Drip coffee!

Yelp
The atmosphere is beautiful, but like usual downtown, it's hard to find parking spots. The prices were very cheap compared to other casual restaurants but the chicken sandwich was overcooked & burnt unfortunately. Their coffee is from Utopia & had a great flavor. Would like to go back & try there dinner menu which is not available until 5:00.

Yelp
The food here was great, and the inside of the restaurant is super cute. This is a solid brunch place.

Yelp
Cute restaurant in the first floor lobby of the hotel of the Bradley Hotel. Located right by the landing. The hotel is very trendy, new, and fun. We went for brunch and everything was very good. The shrimp scampi was delicious as well as the balsamic burger with fries. Will definitely go back. Also excited to checkout the rooftop in the Bradley hotel that will be open 7 days a week starting 7/4/22.

Yelp
This is a review for the dinner portion of the Arbor. My wife and ended up going on opening night. Normally I would prefer to let a new place have a couple of months to work out the bugs. However...the Arbor team did an excellent job on their first official night! I understand that they used many of the trained team from Birdies - consequently they were professional and didn't miss a beat! Our waitress, Esther, was very skilled, friendly and did an outstanding job of pacing our meal so we were relaxed. Excellent start!! Arbor advertises themselves as Italian food. You will find a small variety of Italian dishes on the menu. The dishes, at least the ones we had, might fall into the gourmet category. You will not find a large volume of choices like you would at Casa's and Zianos. Biaggis has a high quality with a large variety. Arbor has a smaller list of choices but they do them extremely well and the highest quality!! Another differentiator between Arbor and other traditional Italian places is the experience. I love the opportunity to eat downtown. The dinning area is street level so you can experience downtown life as part of your dinning experience. The facility is brand new and well maintained. The decor is very nice - very Vera Bradley. The wall paper is an attractive pattern print with various hues of blue that blend with the interior. These items help create a relaxed atmosphere. The tables and linens are inviting and help enhance the dinning experience. The chairs and booth bench seats are very cozy and comfortable. I did find my chair a bit snug for larger people as it has solid backs & sides and wraps around fully to the front of the seat. The tables are a bit tight but not enough to make you feel uncomfortable. One of the very unique features on the menu is the "build your own" charcuterie board. This is perfect to allow you to scale the amount of appetizers to fit your party size. Tonight we choose the homemade ricotta with honey and pine nuts. The ricotta was fantastically smooth and tasty. Not much cheese taste. However the drizzled honey provided an incredible zip of sweet flavor to enhance the ricotta. The pine nuts added a bit of texture and crunch to go with the smooth cheese taste. This came with two large pieces of grill bread. The bread had a slight buttery oil flavor with a small amount of crispy edges to accent the soft middle. Definitely give this a try! As the next course we tried the slow roasted meatballs. This tapas type dish provided a great Italian taste. Three medium sized meatballs came in this dish. The meatballs were very tender, moist and almost fell apart as you picked them up. The meat had a wonderful Italian oregano spiced taste. The marinara sauce was outstanding! It was thinner in consistency with small chunks of mozzarella cheese added. It had a stronger tomato taste that was nicely blended with Italian seasonings. I was hoping that this sauce would be the bolognese sauce for pasta since it's was so flavorful. There was enough sauce left over to dip the two pieces of bread that came with this dish. Again, the bread, like what came with the charcuterie board, was delicious. Another must try! Arbor makes their own pasta...so we had to try the pasta! My wife had the Pappadelle Bolognese. The pasta was a "ribbon" pasta - very innovative! The sauce had a thinner consistency with a stronger tomato and Italian spice taste. The dish had plenty of small tomato pieces that added more thickness to the tasty sauce. The chef added just the right amount of Parmesan cheese to the top - no need to pile more on! I was expecting more of a classical spaghetti and Mariana sauce. This dish took that to a gourmet level and then some! We also had the rigatoni and wild mushroom pasta dish. The rigatoni was cooked to perfection - easy to fork but soft enough to enjoy. The cream sauce was a smooth blend of cheese and spices. It wasn't over the top cheesy like an Alfredo sauce. However, the smooth creamy taste just blended well a top the pasta. Because it was cooked with mushrooms...the sauce picked up a delicious mild mushroom taste. The mushrooms were incredible! They were rather large with a soft but not mushy texture. The mushrooms were definitely fresh as they taste popped as you bit into them. Both dishes and the appetizers were all very attractive. The ingredients seemed to carry a high degree of quality. That resulted in an incredible taste. I thought the prices were in line for this style food, facility and dinning experience. Give the Arbor a try! Especially if you want a more relaxed but special, high quality and creative food choice that is located downtown.

Yelp
This place is truly delightful! I'm also surprised it doesn't have any reviews yet. Located in the lobby of the gorgeous Bradley Hotel, they offer coffee, breakfast, and brunch. Prices are reasonable and they have a variety of price points. Our server was lovely and the food was delicious! No designated parking for folks who aren't staying at the hotel, so street parking/the pay to park lot on Columbia street are your best options!
google avatar

Yelp
Beautiful and comfortable dining space but the food was underwhelming for the price point. For breakfast we had to order at the coffee bar. There's not a coffee menu (yet?) but they do have coffee and an espresso bar so if you know what you would like they can tell you if they can make it or not i guess. The service was polite but spotty in a way. We didn't have water upon seating and halfway through the meal we had to ask for it. The side of biscuit was burnt and mini. Overall i wouldn't dine here for the breakfast but was impressed with how beautiful it was.

Elliot R.

Yelp
I made a confusing reservation and they were super accommodating and friendly. Brunch was amazing thanks to the staff and the delicious drinks.

Erika K.

Yelp
Service was absolutely terrible they're lucky I gave them 1 star. They value themselves as luxury, my menu was dirty the table and floors weren't clean. Absolutely disgusting. The food was alright if it ever got to you. We waited over an hour for our food AND drinks. Do better.

Yelp
My wife and I interested for Sunday brunch. We called 3 times to make a reservation, no answer and there voicemail was full... We decided to try walk-in anyway. When we arrived, 4 empty tables were not cleaned yet, bar top seating was empty and all the rest of the tables were full. The waitress there said she was the only one working and taking care of all the tables. Either the staff decided to not show up or the manager thinks 1 waitress can handle a Sunday brunch. The result was a 30 min wait so we unfortunately did not get to try the food.

Yelp
We had the full cheese and meat board. It was good and different. We choose to add individual salads with the board. The salads were just OK. I think the drinks were over priced though. Our food was only around $40 but we spend $90 and only had two mixed drinks and two beers. Also it took way too long to serve salad and cheese and meat board. The wife said she would like to try the entrees here but I think this restaurant is your typical over priced hotel food. I thing elevated for the price. Restaurant looked nice and decorated in Vera Bradley prints.

Gary C.

Yelp
Food was fantastic server/bartender Jackie was wonderful. Very comfortable night out Bradley Hotel went out of way for wife and I great time

Rebecca A.

Yelp
We are here for our anniversary. The service was great, and the restaurant is pretty, so I'll start with that. However, the arancini starter was not great-it was crispy on the outside, but inside the cheese was not dispersed throughout the ball so it lacked a bit of flavor. The big issue was the entrees--after we sat, ordered drinks/starter, we were notified that only two of the pasta dishes were available, which is crazy considering this IS an Italian restaurant and that was a lot of the menu. We ordered the two available (cavatelli and rigatoni). The cavatelli was the better of the two, but both were mediocre. The rigatoni was really not good-served lukewarm, the pasta and sauce seemed to be similar to what I could have made in my own kitchen with a jar of Ragù, but worse. The entire meal was overpriced, and expectations were not met. I would not go back.

Yelp
Got a little concerned when I showed up at 6pm on a FRIDAY and we were literally the only people at the restaurant. It felt weird, like the apocalypse or something. People finally rolled in though so it became a little less weird. Our server was friendly. Food options were just OK. Felt a bit standard and not very creative or inspired. But I don't live in Fort Wayne so maybe they are considered creative and inspired options for Fort Wayne? I wanted to like it but it felt a bit bland. Food was good but nothing to write home about. We were staying at the hotel so I had assumed we'd come back to the Arbor in the morning for brunch but it was so boring that we decided to leave the hotel and go elsewhere. Again, nothing terrible about it, just not amazing either. Cute vibe, though.

Leah B.

Yelp
The cutest ambience and absolutely amazing food. We went for brunch and got the chicken biscuit and brisket bowl - they were both incredible. Savory, flavorful, and filling! Our waitress was also so sweet and friendly too!

Mary J.

Yelp
We waited way to long for our food. We asked for bread but it never came We were the only couple in the restaurant except for another couple who came and left. I finally asked for the manager, He was very apologetic and adjusted our bill. The. Food finally arrived and it was good but the evening was spoiled.

Yelp
Incredible service. The food was very very good. Cocktails were a bit unbalanced, either too sour or too sweet. But overall a really great night.

Yelp
Beautiful brunch on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Artsy vibes in a new downtown hotel. Good service and a nice addition to the Fort Wayne scene. I dig it!

Bianca R.

Yelp
Amber is the BEST bartender awesome Bloody Mary at Arbor! And check out the special drinks she makes at Birdies rooftop bar. Both at the Bradley hotel in downtown Fort Wayne

Yelp
We came in with a party of 15+ and Karissa was a total pro. The drinks were great and the food was delicious!

Yelp
Went to Arbor tonight with friends who were visiting for the first time. All of our food was prepared PERFECTLY..the steaks have to be close to if not the best in the city! We had a member in our party with a gluten allergy and the chef came out to our table to talk to her about ingredients, etc and made recommendations. Service was great! They are making changes to the menu and I'll be sure to go back soon to try out the new dishes. I highly recommend. The atmosphere is pleasant as well.

Yelp
I was considering moving to Fort Wayne, then I tried Tyler's coffee and I officially made the decision. Ask for him! The breakfast was also very good. Totally go for the waffles. My custom coffee order was: Latte Oat milk Vanilla Cinnamon

Lindsey K.

Yelp
Entrees were not good for the price. We got the chicken fried chicken; it was overly sweet and inadequately seasoned. Drinks were delicious, but didn't quite make up for the soggy, greasy fried chicken. Service was also horrible. Entrees had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for some time. Waiter did not check back, didn't notice empty water glasses, never asked how the food was. The restaurant was not that busy, so unsure what was causing him to be so inattentive. Waiter seemed to be unfamiliar with the drink menu, as well. There was another server working who appeared to have more tables but was doing a much better job tending to them while bussing our servers tables. We learned about the specials from the other server telling another table. No mention of specials was made to us. TLDR: service is crappy; food is mediocre; for the same price walk a half block to the landing and visiting any of those restaurants. Mercado, Marquee, Nawa, and Tolon are all significantly better. In all, likely will not be back. The tasty drinks cannot outweigh the mediocre food and bad service.

Yelp
Super beautiful decor and server was amazing. We got a chai tea latte and a vanilla latte both were super good. The food was really good too!

Marianne V.

Yelp
We stayed at the Bradley & wanted to eat at Birdies but it was closed for a wedding. We made dinner reservations prior to our stay at Arbor. We got dressed up & went to dinner. The restaurant was not very busy, yet the hostess was very unwelcoming. I thin young lady with long dark hair. She made no eye contact or greeting & proceeded to tell us that we did not have reservations. I mentioned we could eat somewhere else. She did seat us, but after the off putt and rude treatment we decided to eat elsewhere. Luckily there are plenty of fabulous restaurants in walking distance and we most likely ended up having a much better dinner & experience then if we stayed at the Arbor.

Yelp
New cafe/ bar at the Bradley Hotel. Everyone is new, but learning and so pleasant. From our cappuccino and lattes to our cocktails, great blend. The pizza we enjoyed had a lot of oil almost dripping off; however with a quick blot of the paper towel, all was well. Will be back anytime in the area.

Linda D.

Yelp
First time dining at Arbor. Service was good. Food was terrible. Chicken Parm was over-breaded and over cooked. Pappardelle with Bolognese was a glob of pasta all stuck together.

Angela S.

Yelp
Beautiful place with great, unique Italian food. Menu is not large but they are willing to customize as needed.

Sawyer W.

Yelp
Great food, service and atmosphere. Would highly recommend. They did a great job on this hotel. Food was good and priced well.

Amy M.

Yelp
The Arbor is a beautiful space. The decor is so pretty and it feels like a "special" place to go. However, we made reservations for 8 a month in advance. Upon arrival, the hostess had us wait and took time to set up the table. They were not prepared for our arrival. Brunch took almost 40 minutes to arrive at the table. The wait staff waited until all 8 people arrived before they took drink orders, which was well over 15-20 minutes and we finally had to ask to order wine. They rarely checked back to see if we needed refills or to order. Staff did not present themselves as professionally as they should at this caliber of restaurant. Food and portion size was good. $15 dollar glass of wine was very overpriced, especially when the bartender could only tell us "it's really good" when we asked about the choices of Cabernet wines. I want to go back because it's very beautiful but the staff needs to step it up and service needs to be evaluated.

Tina C.

Yelp
So, The Arbor is the restaurant inside the new Bradley hotel in downtown Fort Wayne on the corner of Main & Harrison. Just had brunch there today and LOVED everything about it! Great food - lots of small bites options - we had three & they were excellent!!. Prices were reasonable. They have a full bar + also coffee shop within the restaurant. It's family friendly. Lots of casual seating (sofas, etc)., + plenty of tables inside & out. Warm, welcoming, & friendly atmosphere. Beautiful decor, but still casual enough for wearing whatever you'd like. If you're Covid-cautious, it'a spacious & airy, so that you can easily social-distance. Large bright windows. Can you tell how much I love this place? Go there, just go! You won't regret it!! It's my new favorite!! Oh one more thing, they have a rooftop bar called Birdie's, which is open in the evenings, and from what I've heard, it's equally awesome!!
