Arby's

I accidentally ordered a sandwich incorrectly without realizing it. When I went back to get the correct menu item, they would not let me pay but insisted on making it right and taking ownership of my mistake upon themselves. Not only that, my kids are going crazy over their food! One of them, obviously hearing the ads perhaps a little too often, commented that Arby's truly does "has the meats!" They demolished their sandwiches in minutes when it usually takes them forever to eat. Great experience all-around for a fast food stop.

Overpriced. when you ask for sauce, they’ll tell you it’s already in the bag, even though it’s not. The People that work there do not care, The manager is the worst

I waited a full 30 minutes to pick up my online order, which I had already paid for. The staff were extremely rude and completely uninterested in helping. They made me wait for no reason, and it was an awful experience. My food had been sitting there the whole time and was completely cold by the time I got it. The employees working at 4:20 PM on May 23rd made me wait half an hour for no reason. I paid $16 for nothing. I couldn’t enjoy my meal at all. Terrible service. Absolutely unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

They charged me 27.79 for someone else meal and stuff when I got a beef n chedddar and Mac and cheese and drink I asked her was she sure she said yes maam completely lying but I will never go to this location again check your camera drive thru

Brisket smokehouse sandwich was missing toppings. It was incomplete. And you call the store only to get a busy tone or automatic hang up after one ring. And i call corporate only to be told to wait for coupons for a cheaper sandwich than what I purchased. I will try a different location next time before I give up on Arby's

Terrible customer service by the so called manager. Placed an order thru the drive thru. Got to window and presented coupon. She was very annoyed and let me know with a big sigh and said I should have told her I had the coupon. I didn’t realize that. She started to hand coupon back to me and charge me full price all because I didn’t let her know before I got to window. I said I wanted the coupon price. And she said she didn’t have to serve me. Ridiculous. All this time she was being very rude. I apologized for not knowing and she said it messes up their bank. Terrible service. Get it together.

The food is... Fine... When you can get it. The service is terrible. No indoor dining, drive-thru and walk-up only. Wait times in the drive-thru can exceed 20 minutes. I usually cut it after 10 minutes. Staff presentation is terrible... I've seen them burping, coughing, and picking their nose while handling food. They usually look pretty slovenly, with poor attire and attitude. I cannot recommend.

Arbys is one of my favorite food places to go when im crazing a nice roast beef sandwich and some amazing curly fries. I go to the location on airport Blvd since it's closer but since I was closer to this location I figured I'd stop by and get what I always get. I don't complain about wait times as I work in the food industry and understand but the food? I don't know why but it was horrible. The meat looked yellow and tasted expired, the fries were over cooked and I was given a medium when I ordered a large. The drinks were okay but the sandwich disappoints me the most. I don't know what's wrong with this location but I won't be coming back and if i get food poisoning I know who im blaming.
