Arby's

I've been here three times now and each time the wait has been exceptionally long (even though no one else was there) and I've been missing food when they finally gave it to me. Every time I tell them, they roll there eyes and hand me a random sandwich (not even what I ordered) and brush me off. Never going here again!

Well I went recently to Arby's with my brother I got a slider with roast beef on one and ham on the other. It was pretty good and pretty pricey I wish I got more and I wish it was more affordable. Overall it was cool...😂

I accidentally ordered a sandwich incorrectly without realizing it. When I went back to get the correct menu item, they would not let me pay but insisted on making it right and taking ownership of my mistake upon themselves. Not only that, my kids are going crazy over their food! One of them, obviously hearing the ads perhaps a little too often, commented that Arby's truly does "has the meats!" They demolished their sandwiches in minutes when it usually takes them forever to eat. Great experience all-around for a fast food stop.

Literally every time we order food from this location, it is missing something. Keep thinking feedback might change things, but they are consistently unreliable.

long wait time to even be acknowledged. they looked at me at the walk up window multiple times before coming to me then both chicks were super rude with the second one ignoring both times i said “thank you”

The lady that took my order had a good spirit. Sounds like she enjoys her job. The lady at the window also had a good spirit

Arbys is one of my favorite food places to go when im crazing a nice roast beef sandwich and some amazing curly fries. I go to the location on airport Blvd since it's closer but since I was closer to this location I figured I'd stop by and get what I always get. I don't complain about wait times as I work in the food industry and understand but the food? I don't know why but it was horrible. The meat looked yellow and tasted expired, the fries were over cooked and I was given a medium when I ordered a large. The drinks were okay but the sandwich disappoints me the most. I don't know what's wrong with this location but I won't be coming back and if i get food poisoning I know who im blaming.

Brisket smokehouse sandwich was missing toppings. It was incomplete. And you call the store only to get a busy tone or automatic hang up after one ring. And i call corporate only to be told to wait for coupons for a cheaper sandwich than what I purchased. I will try a different location next time before I give up on Arby's

Whenever I am hungry and on the road, Arby's has been a good bet. I always eat regular Roast beef with Arby's sauce. So I opt for get 2 for x dollars when I can. It's not gourmet food by any stretch of the imagination, but adding curly fries makes for a satisfying meal.

I haven't been here in forever and I remember why. Here is where I messed up I ordered a hamburger lol. One it wasn't the best I had better. The fries were cold. . So this was a miss for me. Hopefully you will have a better experience

Went by today after work, I put in my order, and was not told they were out of ice, so I got a hot coke and then as I began to eat my sandwich I noticed there barely any cheese and I specifically asked for extra cheese. I went by the window waited over 10 mins in the hot sun just to be told that, that's all the cheese I'm gonna get and closed the window in my face. Terrible service, terrible people, don't go here.

Arby's on Stan Schlueter Killeen Texas - Don't expect any attention to detail on your order from this location. Don't expect to get any condiments even when you specifically ask for them.

needs a place we're you can eat inside. not we're you can take it home. the building is to small. i remember back in the 80's. i went to the mall and ate at arbys.

Store number 8888 on South Lamar should get no stars from me. this is the third time they have messed up my order, but today takes the cake. They had no ice for drinks and forgot to put the chicken on my chicken sandwich. I got all the way back to my office before realizing there is no chicken. Can't do it anymore. done with Arby's.

The food at this Arby's is absolutely delicious and the service is great! Daniel, Taliyah, Summer, and Emory are the best!

Left work for my lunch break today with a not so good feeling in my stomach. Leftover nausea from yesterday's grocery store lunch that was spoiled. Nothing food wise sounded good but just wanted a real Coke with extra ice. I see an Arby's so I started pulling up to the drive through as I get a text from my bank saying my account has insufficient funds for one or more transactions. I'm praying it was for the rotten salad I bought yesterday but of course it ends up being my COBRA insurance. I yell at my phone as if it understands, can't you wait until Friday'! My first paycheck in a month. I scrounged up some change for a coke and pull to the window. The lady opens the window and confirms my order of "just a coke " and then smiles as she closes the window. I can tell she is working alone and trying to multitask like everyone else in our new weird economy. She kept a smile on her face to despite her circumstances and then returns to open the window and hand me a Coke. I reach through my window and try to pass her the money I have and she looks at me and says don't worry about it. I think I must have gasped or looked so shocked that it startled her . All I could say is thank you with a big smile and wished her the best day. As I drove off I thought how that one small gesture really made me smile and changed my attitude about all the other BS that's going on around me. So to whom ever you are , so sorry I didn't get your name, in the Arby's drive through, thank you again for spreading some kindness into the world today. Hope that kindness is returned to you again and again.
