If I could give zero stars for service I would. I’ve come here twice after work at night and each time there’s an older woman (Marlene) who is beyond rude, I get off work so I always try to be polite please, thank you, how are you tonight etc. and each time she meets me with nothing short of pure aggression. Tonight she said she’d be with me in a moment I thanked her, and was talking to my buddy in the passenger seat, quietly may I add and she turned the intercom back on and said “I can hear you.” Very abruptly and aggressively. I pulled away and had my buddy go inside. Food was terrific luckily, but I should not be scolded and reprimanded in a drive thru simply for trying to get a food at a fast-food chain.

There is an older women who works the night shift who is always nothing but rude when I try to order. As someone who has worked in fast food, there is honestly no excuse for this type of behavior. I believe her name is Marlene. I will be avoiding this location from now on.

Went in today for the first time, lady at the cash register very friendly, ordered my food and went home. I opened up my burger and it was undercooked, immediately called spoke with Tracy (Manager) very nice and apologized and told me to come back down and she would replace my meal. Hopefully their employees will pay more attention to cooking the meat better

The staff are super nice and respectful and food is usually fresh. However the past few times I’ve gone they were out of a lot of stuff. Not their fault I’m sure. Just a little disappointed.🤷

The staff is shorthanded. However, these employees are doing an awesome job. I've eaten here two days in a row and both experiences were very good. Today I tried the French Dip. It is my new favorite. It's the second best French Dip in Fremont County, after Pizza Madness.

Katie and Marlene are such angels. They made my late night cravings comes true and I am so appreciative of their receptiveness to my modifications. My meal was excellent but their customer service was what really made my experience with this location spectacular. Thank you so much again to them and to anyone else else here that helped make it happen. 100/10 recommend this location.

Used drive thru..fast and friendly...sandwich was good too maybe light on the mayo next time

Stopped to eat and get some gas. This location is attached to the Loves Travel Stop. The associate took my order and I grabbed my food a few minutes later. Decided to eat there to avoid making a mess in my car. The food was filling and what I expect at a fast food place. Good place to stop.

The Arby's on Doc Ave. Has a few issues. They are supposed to be open 24 hours a day, however they close at 1030 to do end of day drawer count. First off that is a busy time for them to get plenty of business that they would benefit from but they don't. Then today I was told that I couldn't wait the 20 minutes in the drive thru line. I had to come back in 20 minutes. This is BAD BAD BUSINESS! ​
