Arby's

I like the Arby's burgers. I just have to remove the bun Otherwise, they are good. I tried the waygu burger they now offer. I also like the smokehouse brisket sandwich. I like to get the nuggets instead of French fries. The fried jalapeno is also a good side. There's is no gluten free burgers or sides that I know of

Quick service. Food was ok. My fries were incorrect. I didn't want the seasoned fries, but I was served them anyway. I didn't say anything because I was with a big group and thought it was just a mistake. Otherwise, it was all right.

Well, I’ve been to many Arby’s but at this specific location, I felt special the manager a short hispanic male, and the other employee a white hispanic female; were very nice and their customer service level was outstanding. My visit was on 08/02/2023 at approximately 9:12pm and Danny took care of me. A round of applause to this gentleman. My food was fresh, and my fries extra hot. I really enjoyed my meal at this locationz

The service here was great, the guy taking our order was very nice. The shakes here are so good. It was my first time here. The mozzarella sticks were good but not my favorite thing. The reeces cookies they have are amazing.

Everytime we leave Miami to go back home we visit this Arby's, because they don't skimp on the meats in their sandwiches and fries like other Arby's places and the meats always taste fresh, their condiments and soda corner is always fully stocked. The staff is friendly and welcoming and keep restaurant very clean. Their restroom was also clean and had music playing. This is the best Arby's in Florida in my opinion.

When you order online it's a disaster, when you go to pick it up they don't have the food, just like they don't have the sauces, very disorganized, although they have good customer service, the executives should check the items they have or not, they should look at how many restaurants are closing for that very reason 😒😟😠😳

Went there tonight for a late dinner, OMG the white cheese macaroni were seriously creamy and cheesy. The roast beef Gyro was stuffed, Scooby Doo size. The potato cakes (hash browns) were crispy. Everything was so good. Thanks to the really nice employees😊

Arby's has really come a long ways, the quality of meat and establishments have risen since the 80's and 90's very delicious. I suggest you try the Rueben combo and Mozerrella Sticks that actually have alot of melted mozzarella in the lightly breaded sticks. Beautiful and clean bathrooms. "If the bathrooms are clean the food is clean!" That's what I always say.

Nothing worse than biting into a corned beef Reuben to find something hard. It ended up being a chicken bone in my Reuben. Completely disgusting and ruined my meal, I love to eat Arbys but this is completely unacceptable and will not be eating there again.

The food is pretty good and served hot. The crew here seem to be very good and they maintain a pretty clean dining room.

I realize that Arby's roast beef sandwiches are nowhere close to healthy. The meat is heavily processed (which is why there's no connective tissue or stringy bits as you'd generally find in steak or beef) and they're loaded with sodium, but every once in a while I get a craving for their sandwiches and seasoned curly fries and need them in my life. There are only, like, 3 Arby's locations in the Miami area so recently I found myself here. This Arby's sits back a bit from the street and it's not as well lit and marked as other nearby restaurants along this section of SW 8th St., so it can be easy to miss at night. Everything was pretty standard with my drive-thru order when I came here, aside from the fact that after she took my credit card for payment, she asked me to back my vehicle up a few feet until she had my food ready due to Covid, then once she had my order ready, she'd ask me to drive back to the window for it. First, why not simply close the window rather than ask patrons to keep moving their cars back and forth, and second, it only took several seconds for her to prepare the order. I don't think backing up and pulling forward again in that short of a time period made that much difference in the grand scheme.

What a great place to eat. Everybody was all smiles and ready to help. They had a huge selection of available drinks and food. The food tastes very fresh. I spilled my ice after filling my cup and they wouldn't let me clean it. They demanded I don't touch it in the most comical way. It was awesome. I rang the bell on the way out. Also, every part of that restaurant was clean! It was a fantastic lunch experience.

Best fast food restaurant hands down. Food is the best and the staff are the most professional and welcoming people you can ever meet. Food here is always fresh and the service is always 100 percent when you come to dine in. I really recommend this place.

Look, perspective needed: It is a fast food restaurant, so the review takes that scope into consideration, so I'm evaluating it against the likes of McD's, BK, Wendy's, etc. Positives: - Many sandwich option available - Food always tastes fresh (I know, fast food has it's limitations, but I never feel bloated or queazy after eating at Arby's) - Great sides (awesome Onion Rings) - Healthy stuff available, if so desired - Great sweets (fried Oreos!!!) - Clean seating area - Great friendly service, a delight in a world where someone screams "378" and you run to get your order, and 50% of the time it is wrong, and the employee does not understand what you say... and doesn't care. Negatives: it is a long drive from my home! What is interesting is that most of the customers (during weekends) are older, senior level, that seem to really enjoy their food, happy to see that. Recommended!

People knock down Arby's for being lackluster but I believe in their meats. I usually don't prefer a salad at any drive through restaurants but their Chicken Apple Salad sandwich is divine. Their fries are a softer and less crunchier version of Checkers but since their other sides are so great- you don't lose substance by choosing a healthy alternative side item. The good thing is the line is never unbearingly long and if you ask them for sauce on the side it's not a daunting task. They have the chicken tenders and sandwiches people usually flock towards but try the chicken apple salad option because I totally dig it. There's not many Arby's locations left in South Florida so take advantage of the ones we have left.

Alright so this Arbys location just re opened! So inviting, clean, spacious, and the foods is hot & fresh! The staff is smiling and eager to please. I brought in my coupons and was able to get everything I loved from Arbys! I got the dine for two with jalapeño poppers. I love Arbys and the only reason I come to this shopping center. I'm so happy they spruced up the place ! Its getting super busy and I love it here. Thank you for the great food!

Went to Arbys at this location 2/16/21 at 8pm. Horrible ! The curly fries were burnt and stale from having sat under the heat lamp. The gyro was nuked until the bread was hard as a rock and uneatable. The meal was really gross.

Despite COViD, and how difficult it may be for people and/or businesses. Arby's has been in business since 1964. So, the inability to read an order and fulfill an order to ensure customers are receiving what they ordered and paid for has nothing to do with COViD. Frustrated and disappointing. The lack of employees paying attention to orders has existed at this location for a year or so.

I always get fresh fries and mozzarella sticks when I come here and they're not stingy with the sauces either. The beef and cheddar is so delicious. I was so happy to have my food I ended up leaving so fast i forgot my desert but the girl who took my order literally ran outside just to make sure I got it. Now that's good service

Arby's has always had a special place in my heart. I have never had a bad experience here and one time in Buffalo, NY when I dropped my phone by accident in the garbage can (it was on my "tray") and I called hours later (don't ask why I didn't realize this for hours) they spent a great deal of time getting it out of the garbage for me. Ok this is a really weird story but ever since then, it has been my favorite "fast-food" restaurant. I remember living in NYC and there was not ONE Arby's location in all of Manhattan so I convinced a friend to drive me like all the way to Queens just to grab a late night Arby's snack. Now I live in Brickell, and there really isn't an Arby's that I would say is close but hey, Arby's is worth the drive. So my friend and I decided to take a little adventure to Arby's after waking up from a long night on the town. We finally arrived and mmmmmmmmmm I could smell the curly fries when I walked in. The staff was really friendly and the location was really clean. The food was great (as always) and I will definitely try to convince someone else to take another "adventure" to Arby's reeeeeal soon.

Whent there eat something diferent order the classic had before when i saw it when i came home it look like somone put the beef on the bun slober it with 1 pound of and step on it. Disgusting try you guys after 3 yrs looking for the same experience i had from your store at sunrise blv next to sawgrass. Mall not even close 2 pm today

Fresh, hot delicious food. Staff was very friendly and pleasant and wore masks!! Would recommend this establishment to everyone as each time I've visited, my experience was a good one!

The mozzarella sticks are amazing. They have the best 'fast-food' chocolate shake I've ever had. You won't regret going here.

The worst customer service ever! I went by the drive thru; then, parked my car to eat my meal, only to realize I was missing the curly fries. That's when the saga started. I walked up to the window and the girl at the window told that I had not paid for curly fries. I went back to my car for the receipt. When she saw that I had the fries on the receipt, she told me that they were at the bottom of the bag. I went back to my car to check the bag. Nothing. Nada. At that point, I was upset. I took my order to back to the store to talk to the manager, Carla Alvarez, who btw didn't speak English and couldn't understand anything I was saying. She asked if I "wanted" curly fries...I said "I want what I paid for". We went back and forth and she was not accepting their mistake. In the meantime, her employees were mocking me and laughing at me, which I considered elder abuse and harassment because I'm a senior. Finally, I said I want my money back. Left with my money...no apologies.

Very disappointed with the Turkey Bacon Wrap, when you read the description in their website it seems to be freshly baked turkey, instead is sliced turkey that you purchased at the delicatessen. The sandwich is also cold, not what I expected from a freshly baked sliced turkey at Arby's. I drove from Coral Gables all the way to SW 8th street a long way to drive to get a sandwich which it is not to Arby's standard. VERY DISAPPOINTED

They didn't have the $5 deals advertised all over tv. That is completely false advertising.

Staff is super nice and the food is always fresh and good. If there's a problem they solve it with no problems :) the girl cashier at drive through with clear glasses (sorry I didn't get her name) is very nice and pleasant. It's nice to go to a drive thru and encounter a smiling face :)

Cleanest and most careful Arby's I've ever been to. I've always gone through the drive thru here, but this is the first time I went inside to get a sandwich. The smokehouse brisket, of course. The restaurant was CLEAN and modern. Obviously it was renovated recently. I also noticed that, the food was prepared behind the register where there's a cutout so you can see clearly the preparers hands and process of making your sandwhiches. That is a really nice touch and also gives you confidence in what you're ordering. I appreciate that as a customer. As for the food, I mean Arby's is the greatest. The smokehouse brisket is the best sandwich ever made, and I'm not just saying that. You have no idea what you're missing. Tons of meat thrown into the sandwich and very well prepared. One of the best Arby's I've been to so far.

Look the food is amazing here. I love arbys. but the server i got her name Amanda Dominguez is the most rude person i've ever encountered. When asked "is that it" she gave attitude and made the tskkk sound. Then she threw our food in the bag and lied about not having sauces. Ridiculous.

Delicious food and great service. Manager is very courteous , professional and makes sure that your order is completed quickly and correct. Everything is clean, even the bathrooms. We come here quite often when we are out and about running errands.

This Arby's is always consistent. Food is prepared well and the employees are courteous, respectful and patient (I always take forever deciding due to all the different food items!). Definitely recommend this Arby's!

I tried this location for the first time yesterday with my girlfriend. We went through the drive-thru. The service was good and the associate was nice. The food was ready quick and most importantly our order was made CORRECTLY! The food was also delicious, I ordered the Smokehouse Brisket sandwich and the meat was super tender and juicy. I strongly recommend this location!

I was the only one in the drive thru. Yet I was asked to pull over so they can bring the food out to me. What? What sense does that make?! And if you get my order wrong then am I supposed to get out of my car and head inside to tell you? Rather than just tell you at the window? Weird experience.

I've NEVER tried Arby's and have to say move over booorMcdonalds and BK. Place is really good try the brisket sandwich wow damn good taste like authentic BBQ sandwich. Even the sweettea is good not to sweet like McD. Defiantly a fan now and I'll be back.

This Arby's has been here for a long time can use some updates in the decor. The sandwiches are always fresh and the fries are always hot and crispy. I personally like the new Roasted Chicken Club Sandwich very juicy. Also if you like they have Market Fresh sandwiched made on honey wheat bread the Roasted Turkey Swiss is very good. I like coming to Arby's for the great deals and coupons I get in the mail. Also it never packed with many people. During lunch the crowd does appear. The manager at this Arby's is very friendly and when I leave the restaurant I always ring the bell.

This Arby's has great customer service! The restaurant is clean. The tables are shiny and you can tell they clean them regularly. While we were having lunch, the manager passed by the table to greet the customer. Definitely this a place I will recommend. Thank you for a great customer service!!!

Hands-down the most underrated fast food place. I consider myself a classic Arby's fan-- it's hard for me to deviate from the Beef and Cheddar with fries and a Jamocha shake but every time I go friends have tried different things on the menu and they are always impressed. Oh and the jalapeno poppers are insanely addictive too. Yes, it's fast food but if it's McDonald's or Arby's, Arby's wins every time.

We walked in and were immediately greeted. They were polite and the place was clean. I ordered the new BLT. The new brown sugar bacon is amazing but it could have had much more bacon for $6 on a sandwich.

Best Arby's in town.This Arby's has been here forever and is still awesome like always.I ordered a Roast Beef Sandwich with Potato cakes chicken fingers and curly fries and a drink of sprite and it was delicious.
