Typical Arby’s, great roast beef sandwich, classic. Even better when you can buy the “2 for $7” deal. This location is clean, and a little hard to find. It’s on a dead end street, just off the freeway. Friendly service and easy parking. Recommended.

Right off the 5 freeway and El Toro. There's a McDonald's right across the street if you have people in your party that want something different. There's also a bar in the same parking lot. I like the double roast beef sandwich and potato 🥔 cakes. Usually mix the ketchup and Arby's sauce in their little containers and dip the potato cakes in that. Yummy 😋 Self-serve fountain drinks and sauces for the sandwiches. Easy parking, free. Two locked bathrooms, code needed from the counter. Air dry only for your hands, so you may want to bring a few napkins with you when you go to the restroom. Really easy on and off the freeway if you're heading north. If you have the app, you might find some discounts. If you like their service, ring the bell 🔔 on your way out. Worth a try. Enjoy!

We love Arby’s! Unfortunately there’s none close to us. We happened to be out in this area and stopped here and it was amazing! Arby’s is one of our favorite fast food places.

This is hands down the best Arby's I've been to, and I love Arby's, so I have seen a lot of them as a point of comparison. The location is huge! It is so much larger than a typical fast food restaurant with plenty of seating, and it was extremely clean. The food was very tasty and delicious as expected. Definitely recommend the classic roast beef with Arby's sauce! My husband tried the gyro and it was also a pleasant surprise. Menu just gets better and better - the new lemonade flavors were delicious!

Glad I didn't post until the day after. I don't recall the cheese sauce tasting quite so petroleum-based. It's a very strange experience and I knew it was going to be because it's been years since I've been to an Arby's but now I remember why. So weird

Incredibly nice Arby's, staff was friendly and provided quick service. Interior was clean and more akin to a restaurant than a fastfood place! A little out of the way, but near a great comic book shop, Comic Quest so a good trip overall!

There ARE other milkshakes that have a ~Richer~ taste, with more cream/higher_fat than The Orange Cream🍊🍦Milkshake, but there is not a single milkshake FLAVOR that is better than the Orange Cream🍊🍦Milkshake!

The good: Quick service most of the time Good tasting pressed roast beef and curly fries Soda bar has lots of choices The bad Price has jumped a lot I am well aware fast food isn't good for you but I resort to eating it if in a rush. What I like about Arby's compared to McDonald's across the street is that it's not crazy busy getting in and out of there - especially the drive thru. The beef is real beef without the alleged pink slime or fake meet and other thing at McD's. This place is convenient because I often go to Green Thumb nursery next door and I just walk to Arby's. I like the roast beef sandwich and the various sauces. My main issue is that I think I paid $18 for a roast beef sandwich, curly fries. and soda (soda is unlimited). The place is very old, and usually blah atmosphere and dark on the inside. Bathrooms aren't great. So when I'm here, I eat and run. Otherwise, no complaints about the employees.

When was the last time you went to Arby's? Like me maybe 10 years ago. Well give them another chance. Got the Reuben sandwich delicious just like a deli, haven't tried the chick sandwich but heard it was better than chick filet.!they now have steak bites. Definitely going back, you should too!

This Arby's location has been here for a very very long time and is one of the few left in Orange County. I generally do not like roast beef but their roast beef is actually made different than the typical roast beef and it does taste good. We stopped by here to grab a bite quickly before heading to Best Buy Mission Viejo to pick up my laptop ordered via Best Buy Irvine/Lake Forest. Ordered two regular roast beef sandwiches and 4 potatoes cakes. The roast beef sandwiches were good and we loved the potatoes cakes that Arby's just brought back. They stopped making them for a while. Convenient location right off the freeway.

Always stop here at Arby's when in town visiting family. I enjoyed lunch yesterday with my mom and took extra home for today. We had the beef and cheddar and regular roast beef sandwiches along with curly fries. So fresh. Nice full sandwiches and we love having the sauces available for you to enjoy with your sandwiches. The restaurant is always so clean and the dining area is quite large. The employees are super friendly and they always are smiling. They always have to help me out with my app. Great food and experience. I just wish they still had coupons because it is kinda pricey.

Ok, so it's been like a couple years since I've been to Arby's, and today, I am committed to making it a few more years that I do not go to Arby's. Went today just because it sounded good and thought, "it's Arby's, they are always consistently decent right?" NOPE! What a disappointment. Last time I had Arby's you could get a Beef n Cheddar and actually see the meat in between the bun. Fast forward to today...I saw two slices of onion bun, and had to split apart the bun to actually confirm there was meat in this "we gots the meat" Arby's sandwich...they lied, they ain't got the meats, at least not today. Pretty expensive for what little they give you. I also got some kind of steak nuggets, that were actually Jerky nuggets, dry as heck. The curly fries, um yeah, somehow they found a way to spoil even that experience for me, they were cold and limp, sheeesh Arby's you just got it out for me. Well, sadly the experience for me today was pretty sad and I guess their new slogan is "Arby's,...we hide the meat!"

You may ask, who is keeping Arby's in business? Probably me. Why is everybody sleeping on Arby's. They have a various menu that suits everybody's tastes. Today I got the beef and cheddar with potato cakes. The potato cakes in my opinion are elite from any other restaurant or fast food establishment. They were hot and crisp. Super delicious. Also delicious was the regular beef and cheddar on the onion bun. Such a classic. Love it. I should've asked for more horsey and Arby sauce because one of each packet is never enough. Service is always super friendly at this location which has a drive-through and parking. Cool mellow location. Honestly, you should try all of the salads and sandwiches.

"We have the meats!" Or do you? Because they definitely weren't on my $10 Smokehouse Brisket sandwich. After years of avoiding Arby's, I finally caved - thanks to their relentless commercials - and decided to give them another shot. Big mistake. Sucker alert: that would be me. That said, service was straightforward and efficient, so no complaints there. And this location has been around for a while, so clearly, it does enough business to keep the lights on. Maybe I just picked the wrong menu item - or maybe the commercials are more smoke than brisket. Bottom line: Arby's got my ten bucks, but I left feeling underwhelmed and overcharged. It had been years since I've visited an Arby's. There seems to be fewer nowadays. This location was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The food tasted fresh and the price was fair. The staff seem to generally like their job and not just going through the motions. I really wish there was more Arby's out there. I would visit here again.

I visited this particular Arby's for the first time after signing up for the Arby's app and using my 25% discount offer. I used it to order two roast beef sandwiches as part of the 2 for $6, plus their chicken nuggets. Everything was as expected. Which is to say, the food was as good as I remember it being. It also appears this Arby's is located in whatever was left of the old restaurant, so it has kind of a unique entrance. Its also right next to I-5 off El Toro Rd, which makes it easy to access. Would stop here again when I'm in the mood for Arby's and I happen to be running errands in the area!

I don't have high expectations for most fast food places. It's usually to satisfy a craving and not wanting to put any effort into it. Like park, get out of the car, place a To Go order, wait, then head home. Drive thrus were built for lazy people like me! My Arby's order is always the Reuban sandwich with extra horsey sauce. (creamy horseradish) This time I also ordered a lot of sides - white cheddar mac n cheese, poppers (w/Broncoberry sauce) and crinkle fries. Definitely satisfied my Reuban and fried food craving.

Cashier would not speak English couldn't understand us. Lack of cheese on the classic cheese and beef. No toilet paper in the bathrooms would never return to this location.

This was the very first Arby's we tried since we moved to the area and everything has been GREAT. Staff is super friendly, food is fresh and management is caring. Praying in the name of Jesus Christ over this establishment.

Amazing service from management and the cashier Monse! I had to cancel an order on DoorDash due to some errors on DoorDash's end. I called in, and they said they would be happy to give me my food on a different day. When I came in two days later, Monse was a HUGE help! Store is also spotless, and service was 12/10! Awesome stuff!

I'm not sure why Arby's is the one food chain where you either hate it or love it - there's no middle ground. I for one like Arby's and am disappointed that this location doesn't seem to get more business as it's practically empty every time I go and they have a prime location right off the El Toro Rd exit on the 5 Fwy. The roast beef / roast beef n cheddar is decent especially when paired Arby's sauce. The curly fries are the best seasoned fries of a fast food chain. Lastly both their cherry and Apple turnovers are one of the greatest deserts from any restaurant. They remodeled inside a few years ago and each time I go in the tables are always clean and the floors are swept with no bits of trash on the ground. Never had any issues with service or food. This is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat.

Five star review because we really like Matthew, we actually got extra jalapeños, this is very nice and professional. Anyway you Crave Arby's it's hard to find any other place to take its place.

For the first time ever my Arby's beef & cheddar had little or no meat & a small dollop of cheese. Very disappointing as I sat in the drive through for over a half hour. So sad.....we will NOT go back. We should have sent it back but had an appointment.

I enjoy their French dip sandwich with au-ju sauce I have ordered this sandwich 5 times on grub hub now with our family meal totally 80$ or so and have never received my au-ju which ruins the meal for me I have politely sucked it up without complaint. The first time I called to let them know the manager hung up on me it was about 5pm on Sunday 7/6/24. I then called corporate to inform them that this location is not providing au-ju with there orders and after some reluctance they offered me one free sandwich voucher after all the times my meal has been ruined and the manager refused to help me

I haven't been to Arby's for about 10 years because the last beef sandwich I had was so gross. After saying so many television ads, the food looks so good I thought I would give it a try. Well let's just say the TV ads are brilliant and their food doesn't match up. And I'm that saying politely. I'll start with the one good thing which is why they got two stars. Their fries were really delicious. They were hot salty crunchy worth ordering. I ordered the brisket sandwich because it looked good on the menu board but it really wasn't all that great. The meat was rather dried it out and it wasn't brisket like I know brisket. The bun was interesting. The picture of the orange cream milkshake looked delicious. But the orange flavor was totally artificial and ruined the taste. I reckon it will be another 10 years before I go back. But who knows I will probably be dead by then. I won't be missing much.

Not happy! I used to crave the Turkey and Swiss Market sandwich. Loved the spicy mustard and that it wasn't too unhealthy. It is now off the menu!!!! Why? Why? Why? I tried the other- Turkey Ranch and Bacon - not nearly as good and certainly more fattening!!!! I guess I won't be going there again.

Hope to return after about 4 years . Last visit I recall a good fried chicken sandwich . Prior visit was a very very bland roast beef sandwich . As good as the cheapest processed roast beef out there . As I've noticed subway has upgraded its cold cuts ...I trust Arby's has followed suit .

Got a coupon in the mail and thought why not give this place a try.. It was a bit difficult to find because I didn't see a huge sign like most other restaurants of this chain. I was happy to see it had a drive through and fortunately it wasn't a long wait. I ordered the Ruben and a Diet Coke. The Ruben was surprisingly good. It came on grilled marble rye and had just the right amount of sauerkraut and light spread of thousand island type sauce. The corned beef was lean and tender. I definitely recommend this sandwich! They got my order right, and it was easy to pay at the window. I'll have to come back and try another one of their sandwiches.

When we arrived, the only option to order was drive-thru. The employees knew what they had on the menu and were friendly. Fries and mozarella sticks were great. The french dip sauce and cheese were pretty salty. I recommend getting the regular angus sandwich and eat it with the Arby's sauce.

Arby's has one of my favorite BURGERS, The Wagyu Double Bacon Cheeseburger that is in a flavor class all by itself . Their crinkle cut fries are the best around .

Friendly employee who even said my order again, when I got to the window, "turkey no bacon." Well...the only item I ordered had bacon on it.

6/26/24- I orderd a large roast beef sandwich from this guy. Was brought to me on a plater in a box that looked like it was pulled out of the trash!!! I asked the woman to please put my sandwich in a new box.After taking my sandwich to the back.She returned with a sandwich rapped in turkey Swiss paper. I then asked if I could have a bag. She then said"why didn't you say that when you ordered" As I hadn't ordered from her at beginning but from a guy that took off! She is SOOOOO rude I really don't think I'll go back to this Arby's again. Beside a very dirty person. Now I hope I don'y get sick from her hands.

Seriously? Thursday 11:30am and they don't even answer the drive thru speaker? No acknowledgement, not even a greeting to the 3 cars in line. I finally just pull up to the EMPTY window and the lady is totally stressed out. I look past her and there are only two employees, her and the cook. How does Arbys expect to do business this way? If one person goes to use the restroom the entire restaurant operation shuts down . What a bunch of idiots . It looks like they're going to only succeed in making people angry and not return. I poor management. NO WONDER ARBY'S IS LOSING.

Food is inconsistent. Drive through easy. Hard to get to because of heavy traffic! Nothing else to say.

Had problems with order last two visits. Store is not quick to respond or correct problems. Don't normally eat fast food so not likely to do so again at this location.

Arby's supposedly has a special for Beef & Cheddar 2 for $7.00 so I was amazed that they charged me $5.99 each. Since I had just left the Dr.'s office I didn't give it much thought until I got to my work and looked at the receipt. I was there on 7/27/23 at 10:48:05 AM - Order Id: AAEB9LNBSAGAE. I called them and they told me to come back and they would refund me but since the food was warm and that's what I told them they stated the manager would not be until 2 PM. WHO WAS IN CHARGE. So I am now wondering how many people they are ripping off?

We ordered the waygu burger from Arbys yesterday. Nothing special. We had hoped it may be as special as their chicken salad pecan sandwich....not even close. If you want a good burger go to a burger place.

Arby's is one of those places you kind of forget about, but I am super glad I decided to give it a shot after years of not trying it out. Arby's is a large chain American style restaurant which serves sandwiches and burgers primarily. The food is a bit on the healthier side which is nice. My favorite food here are the roast beef sliders and roast beef sandwiches. The fries are pretty good too especially the curly fries! This specific review is for the Lake Forest location off of Bridger and el Toro streets. The location itself is pretty large and looks newly remodeled. There is plenty of seating and with a private parking lot it is easy to park. The customer service was great. I had no problems and they were very friendly. The food is priced well. Enough food for 2 cost just over $13 which is very fair priced. There is so much on the menu that looks delicious so I'll definitely keep coming back so I can try more of it!

I'm just writing this review just so everyone knows, for a fast food chain, Arby's is CRIMINALLY under rated. I have never understood the downplay on their food. It's actually insanely good. I get their simple roast beef classic, and I could honestly eat it once a day (for obvious dietary reasons i do not) but yes. Arby's is a win.

Probably mentioned this before but if you're in the mood for Arby's and on the 5, it's a very quick on and off if you're headed north, a series of left turns if you're heading south. Big bathrooms but average cleanliness. Food is still good but they are a bit slow. Definitely needs a remodel, cushions are torn, paint is peeling. Good parking lot though. Enjoy!

I asked for double meat I called up to let know they didn't do that plus they were missing my dessert i asked to Speak to the manager they refused to let me speak to the manager they said I have to physically come in there and tell the manager what the problemash my times worth more than that

The food here was nice, I don't normally eat Arby's but I was satisfied with what I ordered. Took less than 5 minutes to get my food, which was quick since I thought it would take longer. Theresa was very sweet when she took my order and made me enjoy my time there. Keep up the good work! :)

I don't know why this location has 2.7 stars. Its clean, restrooms, lobby, dining room were all very clean. The entire staff was nice. Way to go Arby's in Lake Forest!

I stopped to eat at Arby's on 23860 Bridger Road In Lake Forest, CA The place had just been remodeled and it looked great. This was my first time at this location. The cashier nice and friendly. I was allowed to take some photos. I had: The Roast Turkey Ranch and Bacon Sandwich; turkey, bacon, cheese and peppercorn Ranch Sauce. A good combination of flavors. I drank a Diet Coke with mu meal. For dessert: A Cherry Turnover; It fresh and tasty. I walked outside to take another photo. I then I drove home to write a review. Robert H.

I have been going to this Arby's since I was a child. I only get here once in a while when I am in Orange County. It is a usual stop on our way home every few months. Good food, good service. This time we actually ate inside. The restaurant and bathrooms were both clean. Love the Arby's Beef n Cheddar.

This location refuses to open a dining room for customers. Drive through only can't have clean hands or use of a restroom. Guess this location has no drive to increase business. Sad to say it wouldn't surprise me to see this location close completely.

Actually, the variety of side order sizes is a form of encouragement for the calorie-minded menu Arby's pioneered in the 90's. I ordered two Large sides, but if you need to be more careful with your carb intake, the smaller sizes are exactly what the doctor ordered! One large order is pretty filling, and two is quite ambitious (even for me), so don't be afraid of not filling up. What you SHOULD be afraid of is how to finish all the curlicues in front of you. Each potato is cut into similar cyclones, but only some will last as in-tact tornadoes when they arrive on your plate. The debris varies in size, but the flavor and temperature remain constant despite the shape. The unfried potatoes are dipped in a seasoned flour of paprika, cayenne, onion powder, and other common fry seasonings before they hit the oil, and they are removed at just the right time to achieve maximum crispiness. The order will stay hot as long as it takes you to finish. So go ahead! Grab that extra long curl, dip it in your favorite sauce, and lower it into your mouth as it stretches and... FALLS APART?! Fellow fry enthusiasts, I've been fooled! I may have first applauded the consistency in the frying of the 'cues, but if you examine your meal closely, you'll see that ONLY the flour is cooked, and a good amount of the potatoes are still raw! You might not notice anything if your fries don't separate from their coating, but if you experience adhesive adversity, you'll find the ugly truth buried underneath the spicy sweet seasoning. Compared to other fast food curly fries, Arby's succeeds by sticking to what they know. You won't find any stray normal fries mixed in with the batch (like EVERY OTHER restaurant), and the mixture of spices is pleasant. The fries are warm, fulfilling, and crispy, no matter what batch they're taken from, but the cost of quickness is the uncooked and unpleasant surprise of raw tater. I love Arby's. I had the Beef French dip last night. Oh my, it was so full of beef that was perfect. Roll was soft and fresh. Beef broth so good I drank it. Everything I get from them is wonderful. I wish they were closer and more of them. The place is clean with tons of parking. The staff have always been friendly and well informed about their products and prices. The prices are fair for what you get.

Are you trying to go out of business. Open up the dining room. Stopped going . Plenty of restaurants that have open dining rooms.

THIS location, 2 Stars = "Meh. I've experienced better" 3.5 Stars for Arby's as a company, food isn't bad. but can't really give a fast food chain that much. 6 Stars for the manager that works there around lunch time I'm not someone who expects much from a fast food joint. All I expect is no one reminds me that it's unhealthy, that the chicken is not chicken or that this so called roast beef used to be in a liquid form. From ready the reviews, I'm not sure what other's expect from this "roast beef". Just remember it's like your standard Oscar Mayer deli roast beef, not that new "Carving Board" version that looks like actual beef. Deli meat is just seasoned chopped up meat parts that gets packed and formed under pressure to make it into a loaf so it can be sliced. I like Arby's on those days where a burger or taco are getting tiring. I really like their Roast Beef sandwiches, it feels lighter than a burger patty. I've always seen them slice my sandwich beat to order....unless there's a person back there who pretends to be working the meat slicer (All I see is a person pushing and pulling part of the slicer) The reason I gave this location 2 Stars is because of it's decor. It shares the building with a Italian restaurant. Walking it for the first time will surprise some of you, it's like walking back in time. This restaurant looks like it hasn't been touched since the 70's...and for some reason there are always a bunch of elderly people eating here. Not sure why or what's nearby. Their one saving grace may be their manager when I go around lunch, he's seemingly hard working and treats the rest of the employees like people. I've seen him take an order (additional order, probably forgot to order at the register) from an elderly man at the table, take a $5 bill, ring it up, then bring it to him along with the change and receipt. This is not an Arby's thing, this is the manager who knows how to be respectful to the elderly. These actions are what give me hope for humanity.

I went through the drive thru here to pick up lunch. I got the number ten french dip meal with a medium Dr. Pepper. I also got Arby's and horseradish sauce. My brother ordered a few of their sliders and curly fries. They got everything right. My fries were piping hot and crunchy so I snacked on some on the way home. My medium drink was pretty big. The French dip turned out alright. The bread really soaked up the au jus. It's just that the meat was kinda meh, not very flavorful. Just an ok lunch.

So Arby's food was good. We had a couple of combos and the order was made correct and efficient. The reason for the urge to pull up yelp and leave a review is for Michael. Michael is by far the most energetic, jovial, helpful and detailed employee in that establishment. He made a regular night turn into a stellar night with his personalized comments, feedback and stellar customer service. Michael, if you see this, you made our Halloween season the best! And to answer your question, it's Crystal clear that Jack Nicholson is the answer, regardless of how old he is! Thanks again for making this an awesome night!
