Took long time for food..order not complete.. forgot the cheese..after paying for it Not adequate amount of cheese after waiting ten minutes on it. Goofing off behind the counter Customers waiting a long time ..drive thru waiting long time. The whole team there needs wrote up and retrained..and a manager who takes their job seriously..I hope that wasn't the manager on duty. Bring very inconsiderate of others and irresponsible of duties

I sat in drive through for almost half an hour just for these idiots to get my order wrong and then when I call the store about it I get told that “its not our problem eat what you got.” Unprofessional and discourteous behavior at best! Louisa already doesn’t have much to offer and the fast food restaurants are going down hill fast!

Food is never fresh its usally cold or nasty in the food is overpriced the paintsville one is way better

Edit 5/27/22: Well a year later and tried again(ONLY for someone else!) FIX YOUR SCALE! They cheat u outa 1/2 ounce on each sandwich! I don't know what to think bout fries anymore, ask for well done and they give FN RAW FRIES!! AND barely HALF full(see pic) I don't know how everyone hasn't said 4GET this place! Smoked brisket had ALOT of fat, very greasy. Was excited to try new crinkle fries. Asked for well-done, forget about it. Couldn't even eat em.

I love that they have not changed the Classics. Gotta love the Beef N Cheddar sandwich (double of course). The service was great - thank you, Samantha. The food was prepared in a timely manner and served hot. Should they hold a manager-training meeting in the dining room, using a loud voice to review profit margins and UCE’s (Unit Controllable Expenses) and manager’s salary? That would be a big “No” Won’t stop me from coming back; maybe I will find out that they increased their speed and lowered their number one controllable expense - Payroll (that would not be good, right?)

This is a great location. The staff was funny, friendly and helpful, the seating area was clean, and the food was well prepared. The manager is obviously doing it right and has a good relationship with her staff. The best Arby’s location we’ve visited.

This Arby's location is very clean and new. I stop here often on trips between Kentucky and Ohio and the service has always been great and the food fresh. It's a quick and convenient location as well.
