I went through the drive through and ordered two roast beef dip sandwiches and the new sub. I asked at the drive through to ensure I ordered the sandwiches with ajus dip. When I drove up to the window I again asked about my ajus dip. When I received my bag of sandwiches, napkins were on top of everything and it “looked full enough that I assumed my ajus was in the bag. ( shame on me for assuming). Once I got home, no ajus dip. My husband ordered the sub, he said the sub was blan and left a lot to be desired.
I am very disappointed with this Arby’s, I expected better, it was not busy so there really wasn’t an excuse for neglecting two ajus, yet it was paid for. No I did not call because, I live too far away to return immediately nor would a phone call help. This seems to be a common theme with the different Arby’s in the try state area, this is why I decided to write a review instead. Maybe Arby’s will decide to ensure their employees to pay attention to their service employees and boost the Arby’s reputation to what it used to be. Quality.
