First time back, after about 50 years. Surprised, HAPPILY, chain still in business AND many GREAT additions to menu. Quick, friendly, helpful, AND PATIENT counter staff. Food ready shortly after I filled my 2 large drinks' cups. Still warm & delicious after drive home. Partner & Labrador agree

I love Arby's. The Smokehouse Brisket is what I usually get, and it is a delicious roast beef sandwich with Gouda cheese and crispy onions with barbecue sauce. If I'm being honest, though, I kinda liked the way this Arby's looked before they remodeled the interior.

I went to get the much acclaimed cheesesteak. The employee rudely told me it was a promotion only sandwich. She added that I should come to Arby’s for the roast beef and not a cheesesteak. I beg to differ. Their cheesesteak was delicious and I want it to become permanent

The French Dip and Swiss combo with Curley fries is incredible. It comes with delicious Au Jus on the side to dip the whole sandwich and fries in. I will get that sandwich combo at least once every six months until I die.

The staff was super friendly here. It was pretty empty so got my food super quick. Tried out the new prime rib sandwich. Got the spicy one but definitely not spicy enough. Very mild. Their mozzarella sticks are pretty good. Cheesy. Good with their marinara sauce and their horsey sauce. Salad was fresh. And they have Mello Yello here!

COLD SANDWICH. COLD SANDWICH. I love Arby's but stopped going to this location a few years ago because the food was cold or lukewarm. Well. figured I'd try again and while I do love Arby's food - the Roast Beef Cheddar was sort of cold. WHY? How hard is it to have a hot sandwich? McD does it. BK does it. Why can't this Arby's location serve a hot sandwich? Hey corporate - instead of all your fancy requirements, how about a novel idea: Serve hot food. Not hard to do.

Go there twice a month and the same guy is working behind the register each time. There was also a nice man in line!!

Awesome food and service! I was redeeming two complimentary meal coupons for relatively poor service at a different Arby’s and they did a great job proving Arby’s can have exceptional service. The food came out fast and was hot. Great work!!

Tasty food. High prices. Slow but polite service. Clean if old restaurant. Super nice neighborhood. We love the uber-delicious Classic Beef 'N Cheddar. The Curly Fries are above average tasting for fast food fries. Ditto for the Crinkle Fries. Hundreds of wonderful stores are nearby. Two stars removed for the inflated prices and slow/dangerous traffic, but you cannot blame Arby's for the latter. But definitely worth the trip for the scrumptious Classic Beef 'N Cheddar. This is high praise considering my status as a former chef at pricey restaurants.

Lazy, disgusting. I could smell the fish on my French fries as soon as they handed me the bag. Confirmed with them, they do cook fries and their fish patties in the same oil. Anyone with a seafood allergy stay away.

FIVE STARS, CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENT! Today, I commend every member of the staff at this Arby's restaurant at 2:00 PM on 3/15/2025. I had not been to an Arby's in at least 12 years, and today they made my return a glorious one. It was everything I could have hoped it would be. The sales associate at the register kept the line moving, she helped me with my order (I couldn't remember what the Red Ranch sauce was called), and she expedited it with such efficiency. Then, when my Curly Fries were less than piping hot, the manager sent out a new order FRESH from the fryer, no questions asked. They were still steaming, still had little oil bubles popping, still screaming hot. As everyone knows -- and this is OBJECTIVELY true -- the Curly Fries make the meal. Arby's Curly Fries are the undisputed champion of fries. The king, nay, the Emperor of Fries. What a meal. The beef, the au jus, the fries, it brings back so many memories from when I worked at an Arby's in 1996-7. Such nostalgia. Thanks, Arby's. FIVE STARS.

Excellent service from the crew at this location. Fast, fresh and friendly. Dining room is spotless as well.

I visited the Arby's Feasterville, Pa location 6/18/22 about 8:40 pm. I placed a soecial order that required some attention. I was so pleased with the order taker and the kitchen staff's response to my request. I was so impressed with the staff's ability to think outside the box. They net my special order needs and it did not take all night. :-) Tip of the hat to the night shift at Arby's. Job well done! For the record, I only share the truth! Keep doing what your doing. Let's get one thing straight, I do not do fast food, so we can blame this stop in on a fellow Yelp friend, Tim P who said that Arbys fish sandwich would change my mind. He wasn't too far off with that assumption, because you know what, it was a nice hand cut piece of Alaskan Pollack that was thick enough, while tender and flaky inside it was crunchy on the outside. The bun was grilled, which I love and topped with tartar sauce and shredded lettuce. Mind you this is fast food and I've had better fried fish sandwiches at a sit down restaurant, but it was enough to make me want to stop in again. The best part is, I have directly passed this Arbys hundreds of times while driving into Acme's parking lot. They also had unusual sides for a fast food chain, at least from what I know, since I really have not eaten from one in decades ( except Five Guys, but they don't count ). Mozzarella sticks, stuffed potato wedges, lots of nice salads, and two kinds of fries, seasoned curly fries or the old fashioned fries which resembled a skin on hand cut fry and this is what I chose and they were good. Guess how much the fish sandwiches were? $5.00 for two! I hear Wendy's makes a good fish sandwich too and uses hand cut Atlantic cod... Same as the fish, I may be hooked!

Better check order before leaving Feasterville store. Three times this week had and item missing. Empty bags and check your order. Then leave. Food great, service stinks

When you have a craving for Arby's you just must fill it. I actually don't like Arby's for either of the reasons most people like it, which is the roast beef and curly fries - k enjoy the Philly steak sandwiches and the baked potato. Can we stop a minute and talk about the baked potato? First off this is the only location that serves baked potatoes, I'm not sure how this is possible but any other Arby's locations I've been to have not sold them, not Quakertown nor Lancaster ! Their baked potato is always perfectly cooked and topped with just the right amount of butter and sour cream that your potato is never dry! You'll be able to eat the potato down to the skin and it's delicious. Their sandwiches are always moist and hot and very yummy ! They also have some good drinks and occasionally will get some other yummy snacks/sides. This location is also very clean , and they update it fairly frequently. I recently tried the four cheese steak sandwich- so good!

I like Arby's a lot- I don't come over here as much as I'd like though. Went through the drive they today on this very rainy day and luckily there was only one other car in the drive they waiting. While waiting I scoped out the menu and was trying to decide on my selections. I decided on what I usually like to get the cheddar roast beef sandwich. It comes on a onion bun and it's so moist and juicy. I ordered it with curly fries which are my favorite as well as a Dr. Pepper and a black and white shake. The chocolate shake uses Chiradelli chocolate - not sure I'm spelling that correctly but the chocolate tastes so good! My mom ordered a number 12 which was a turkey sandwich on wheat bread and it was huge and packed with meat! She wasn't a big fan of it and said it was dry and had no flavor so she took it home to my dad--- who actually loves it and thought it tasted good. The service was speedy and friendly and I'd deff be going back in the near future. It's better then having the typical burger like other fast food joints.

The fries burnt the roof of my mouth they were so dam hot. To be fair I was warned by the girl giving me the fries at the drive through they were just dropped in the ton of oil and extremely hot. This is why we SHOULD NEVER go for fast food. You immediately feel like crap after you eat it- this is partially caused by the tons of oil who knows what type of nasty oil is bathed in alll fast food products. My personal opinion is if you HAVE to choose a fast food place choose Chick-fila. It is one of the heathlier fast food options but still not good for you. Be safe my fellow yelpers and beware of french fries in all sizes.

There were a decent amount of people in line, and I feel like they moved people out quickly which was great. My family and I LOVE the Mint Chocolate Shake during the Saint Patrick's Day season. It's always DELICIOUS. The only thing missing from my shake was that they used to swirl chocolate on the bottom of the cup, and this time they did not. I also feel like in previous years, the milkshakes were all standard sizes, I don't remember being asked before what size shake I wanted. This time, we were asked Small, Medium, or Large. We asked for Medium and were surprised at how huge the cups were (which was fine by us!) :)

Only go here maybe twice a year but each time is a pleasant and flavorful time. The Garlic Butter steak sandwiches are great and the service is excellent. Always quiet and never busy. Arby's has always been underrated. Love this place.

I ate here last week and wanted to take a minute to give them the review they deserve-generally you take fast food for granted-you don't set the bar high and accept mediocrity on a regular basis. This Arby's actually got me to stop and notice just how perfect my Cajun fish sandwich was, just how immaculate the entire restaurant was, and how great my service was. I wish I could have this kind of satisfaction at even pricier restaurants! This location is a GEM! Keep doing what your doing and I certainly will tell people about just how great this place is.

I hate Arby's. They are usually filthier than other fast food chains and the food lacks quality. But this is a great location. The counter staff were super friendly and the bathrooms were immaculate. Very dated restaurant but it's like stepping into a time machine which I felt added to the appeal. Tried the gyro on a whim and it was excellent.

Consistently great! I've been eating here regularly for 8 years in both the inside and the drive through. I can honestly say I have never had a problem with my order or with anything with this place. They are run very well. Turning left out of the exit can be tricky but if you make a right and then do a U-turn it's no big deal. My whole family loves this Arby's!

Been going here a long time ! Always good , high quality food and they send good coupon deals in the mail too. Yesterday I used a coupon for (2) of their new Traditional Greek Gyro's and Oh MAN ....they are good. Had to go back tonight and get (2) more !! This time I got a pack of the sauce they put on to go also. If you like Gyro's...( Traditional, Beef, or Turkey ) you have to get one....you won't be sorry. They are the real deal and the price is better than at any Gyro place. Oh....forgot to mention, it's a nice clean place with GREAT service. Thank you Arby's

Ask if they could put the loaded toppings from the fries on the onion rings and the manager was rude and just said NO. The employees were nice but the manager leaves a bad taste for a return visit.

Damn good food! They frequently have deals on different sandwiches, like 2 for $5.I usually go for the good old roast beef and cheddar classic, but other sandwiches like their Rueben are good as well. I love my Arby's! It's a tasty occasional fast food treat.

I've been visiting this restaurant for over 30 years and recently stopped in for chicken strips and curly fries. The food was ok - nothing great. Chicken tasted like it was sitting for a while and fries were warm - not hot and fresh. This restaurant was recently remodeled and I can't say I like it. I really prefer the old style with booths. Now it is mostly tables and chairs. I will be back and hopefully food will be fresher next time.

the bbq bourbon sandwich is out of this world. it is onlt for a limited time. hope they keep it.

Got there at 10:30 knowing they close at 11 and was ignored at the drive thru even though I saw three cars to my right and a girl walking throughout the restaurant. You're open, don't ignore a customer. Super rude.

This is a great Arby's! Never a long wait whether you're inside or going to the drive - thru. No slacking by the employees ego are polite and serve up with a smile. Food has always been fresh and tasty. Much better selection of foods than other fast food spots - onion rings, curly fries, mozzarella sticks! And don't forget horsey sauce for your roast beef and cheddar sandwich :)

Literally just Had the French dip soooo love it never fails... But unfortunately my freaking sweet tea tasted like soap and I had a large.. I'm an emt so we have to eat as we go and I am extremely upset due to the fact that I couldn't go back to exchange because as I said we eat as we go and I wasn't from this area on street rd. Smh so it gets 2 stars for me.

Stopped off for a quick bite on my way to pick up my son from school. Got value curly fry and a two pack of sliders. Food was hot and fresh. Cashier was precise when i asked about the sliders details.

Arbys is the best fast food place EVER! I could literally live off their roast beef sandwiches. I love when they used to have the "Five for Five" special , I would get it and tear it up all five of them. Im a small thin girl but I can eat , especially when it comes to arbys. MMMM... so yummy!

Great food..cold corned beef sandwiches are awesome. Please bring back hot ham and cheese sandwiches, they were my husbands fav-nos only offered in the jr. Sz. Empoyees way too hot in the summer,although they still provide a smile and a thank you. Recommended- air conditioner. It's nice to see the Empoyees comfortable.

I was shocked with my experience. The roast beef max sandwich was awesome. The smokehouse turkey so good. The curly fries need no ketchup they have a great flavor. In the past I wouldn't consider Arby's as a stop. Now I look forward to my next visit. The interior could use a face lift.

The drive thru time is usually quick. The people have always been polite and friendly. I've enjoyed everything I've gotten here.

There service was horrible there rude the manager with the blonde hair and glasses is just as ignorant and has no customer service there food was cold I complained and she act like it didn't matter I already wrote out a complaint that was the worst distasteful food I ever had
