I stopped in after the lunch rush. My crispy chicken sandwich was crisp and very meaty with the right amount of mayonnaise. This satisfied my hunger stomach. The order taker's associate was very friendly. The food was prepared in an adequate amount of time. This was my first stop at this location. It was very clean with adequate decor

Their seasonal superstar “The Gobbler” is an absolute joke. And yes, that stuff was stuck to the outside when I unwrapped it.

Fantastic food and employees seem very happy and cheerful!! Love the atmosphere here at this Arby's, 10/10 recommend!!

I like arby's but yeah, kinda bummed. They forgot my sandwich. Like, as much as things cost nowadays that's sorta awful plus I wasn't driving all the way back over there to get it. I gotta work overnight tonight and I just wanted to grab something before work. Bummer man.

Roast Beef Sandwich: I don’t eat a lot of fast food these days, but when I do Arby’s is one of my go-to spots. My favorite at Arby’s has always been their classic roast beef sandwich. This probably originated with me seeing my Dad get them back when I was a little kid and it just kind of stuck because they taste so good. The sandwich itself is nothing fancy, just a sesame seed bun with roast beef. While it tastes alright this way, I like to dress it up by taking it home & making some modifications. I begin by adding a slice of American cheese under the meat and then topping the beef with lettuce and my special sauce (ketchup, salsa con queso, and reduced fat mayo). I prefer to eat that version of the sandwich chilled or at room temperature, but it's alright heated as well. The roast beef is tasty, but the real star for me is the bun. It’s my favorite bun in the fast-food world because it’s fresh, soft, and has just the right amount of chewiness to it. Easy order that they couldn’t get right. 2 for 7 deal. I ordered 2 ham & Swiss. Got 1 ham and Swiss and one plain beef. How hard is that?

Arby's The Way It Should Be! This is the best Arby's around. The food tastes great and is always prepared right. CLEAN! The place is spotless and even the bathrooms are immaculate (this is very important). I drive nearly 60 miles just to eat here, because the food tastes like it used to back in the 70's and 80's when I was a kid. Arby's is my favorite fast food restaurant and this one is definitely worth the trip.

Gotta say not really happy, I just spent $32.87 on 5 sandwiches and fries. Specifically asked for horsey sauce, (its not rocket science.) and ended up with Arbys sauce. Let's face it the horsey sauce makes the sandwich. The best they could do was to give horsey sauce. I live 7 miles away. Last time I eat there.

It's never crowded here and yet it's usually slow. Often the food isn't hot. I can't eat fast food often so when I make the rare exception, I want my unhealthy choices to be hot, fresh, and the order to be accurately filled. I also want my horsey sauce NOT in those toxic little to go containers. Ever notice how they don't have expiration dates? They aren't regulated by any government agency, and they don't ever go bad. So, to avoid the little packets, I park and enter the building...when they have enough workers to unlock the doors. And like the other fast food places, too much wasteful plastic.

Ordered (on line) hamburger got a cheeseburger 2.when I got to the pay window a asked for my free soda because I ordered the deluxe burger but missed on their difficult app, the employee blew me off and said I needed to order it on the app.INSTEAD OF JUST ASKING WHWT WHAT KIND AND SIZE SODA WOULD I LIKE. 3. THE POTATO CAKES WERE COLD I can rant and say this is my last visit to this store, but that would be lying because those potato cakes are so delicious (even cold) I can't stay away.

Went here around 10pm and while actively ordering a meal, the employee got upset because we didn't say what our drink was fast enough he then proceeded to yell at us through the speaker....Very poor customer service, will not be coming back.

My friend and I stopped here to eat and the person who took our order was extremely rude and cut my friend off when she was trying to order one more thing. We also then had to remind them that we ordered that one more thing. My friend also then went to take a drink of her soda and there was absolutely no syrup in it. Overall extremely poor service and we will not be coming back. If you're going to work in customer service and be rude to your customers. You shouldn't work in an environment like that. If I could give this location no stars. I would.

I'm VERY disappointed, I ordered CRINKLE FRIES, you know what I got? CURLY FRIES lowkey hurt my feelings considering I had no lunch today, I gave Arby's a 3 star instead of 2 because I like your mozzarella sticks, and even though I'm an active yelper, my other past time is reviewing mozzarella sticks Arby's you have the meats, but not the right fries.

I don't know what it is, but I have always been a sucker for some Arby's roast beef. I stopped by this location on my lunch break to pick up a few sandwiches. I went through the drive-through, and had to wait a bit longer than I usually do at the location closer to home. Other than that, the sandwiches still very much satisfied me! Hopefully if I try this location again for a lunch break, my time won't be chewed up waiting.

I normally love Arby's but this location has horrible customer service. Long wait times in tHe drive thru and not asking for sauce or giving any. The person in drive thru seems to have a major I don't care attitude that comes out in multiple ways.

Awesome customer service from the manager in the drive-thru!! He was very friendly, up-beat and did a great job of up-selling products!

I got 2 junior bacon cheddar burgers, fries, and a drink. I remember it being pretty expensive and it took longer than it seemed it should have considering I was the only person in the drive-thru. The food arrived luke-warm and even less warm by the time I got home but what do you expect. Bottom line is its one of the better 'fast' food options on that ryan rd stretch but not worth the price. Drive fast and don't stop if your hungry on that road.
