Arby's

I'm telling ya, ppl like to sleep on Arby's. But it's much more than just a roast beef fast food joint. They have more options than just roast beef. They have Chicken, Turkey, and BBQ Sandwiches. I bought the French Dip Sandwich today, Which I would recommend eating, but it can be a messy sandwich because of the beef au jus for dipping. Still a great sandwich 🥪. But if you haven't tried Arby's in a while, I'll I'm saying is to consider it.

1st time coming to Arby's and I tried their chicken sandwich with crinkle fries and I liked it. They also have 5 sauces to choose from which is very rare at a fast food restaurant. I like the plate they put your food on and the food was fresh. Prices were good, definitely "I'LL BE BACK".

Wow! I am amazed by the customer service given to me today. When I first walked in, I was greeted with a big smile asking me how I was doing today! Most fast food workers these days look like they don’t want to work at their job but this guy was so bright and cheerful. Big shout out to you Jacob!! He also picked up our trash & trays. So sweet! Also delish fish sandwiches.

Had the angus cheese steak meal and it was pretty cheesy and meaty. It was tasty. It should stay on menu

The food could have been better. The customer service was great. The restaurant had no one in there. The weight was about three minutes in the restaurant could have been cleaner.

It was OK. Nothing to write home about. The front cashier stayed on his phone alot. And the customers that left as we got there, had a young child and made a huge mess. That mess stayed there the entirety of us eating. However I do love their French dip and Swiss subs. I really wished they'd bring back the southwest mini egg rolls. I don't know when the last time is they had them. I didn't get a pizza slider this time, but I recommend it.

This place was pretty good and well maintained. The staff was nice and courteous. They just need more vegetarian meatless menu options as well as more discounts and deals for customers. Also, offer some promotions and savings so that families dining together will be able to take advantage of.

I use to enjoy getting food here up until recently I placed an order for pick up. The lady that was assembling the sandwiches in the back with a “ cancer hope “ symbol tattooed on her, was NOT USING GLOVES while handling food. I wish I would’ve taken a picture, either way, be careful. You risk running a food poisoning here

We came here because the kids got free meal coupons from school. Upon entering, a strong musty humid smell was in the air. Upon glancing up, the stuff of nightmares. The ceiling tiles right in front of the cashier were BLACK/GREEN/FUZZY. There was SO MUCH MOLD I LITERALLY COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. I WISH I COULD UN-SEE IT. Needless to say, the drink machine was coated in mold as well... if it's on the outside, you can only imagine what's inside. Makes me nervous how the kitchen is. One of the two kids liked their food. Hoping they don't get sick. The girl who helped us was lovely and friendly. My head is literally swimming. I am so sensitive to mold. Those poor girls that were working... they're breathing that in all shift. Won't be coming back to this location. They NEED to eliminate the mold.

Just waited inside at counter for 5 mins while yelling "Hello!" attempting to pick up my to go order. Then went outside to get back in my Uber and advised driver to pull around to drive thru. While doing so I observed 2 female workers on side of building smoking cigarettes. Disgusting thinking that they may have made my sandwiches. Thus, I went driver thru and retrieved my order. To make it worse I was starving and was only provided 3 sauces for 2 1/2 lb sandwiches. Opening what I through was Arby's sauce I placed small amount of horsey sauce in my sandwich before realizing I almost ruined entire sandwich. 2 of 3 were horsey sauce

I'm reading a lot of the bad reviews for this place about how dirty it was or how the employees were not nice or the food was wrong. I don't know what place they're reviewing. Based on these reviews I was expecting a dump. It was very clean and modern looking from the outside as well as the inside of the restaurant. I was greeted promptly by a guy working behind the counter. He was very pleasant and courteous. I got the fish sandwich. Good sandwich! Overall, very good experience.

Raw chicken nuggets need to do better. Especially with customer service. No one even cared that the nuggets were RAW!!

I grew up loving Arby's. However, over the years locations have been closing and there is never a location close to me. As I was driving home from a meeting I saw an Arby's right as I was thinking about dinner, made a u turn and got into the drive through lane. Their commercials have had me craving their 2 for 6 bacon cheddar beef sandwiches. And you can't go to Arby's without curly fries. Everything was delicious as I had remembered. I just wish there was more locations in town!

First of all, this restaurant haven't opened for dine in yet, only drive thru orders. I went today to get dinner and there was a paper sign on the speaker that says they were short staffed and they can't take any large food orders. I can understand that, but there wasn't a line of vehicles and no customers inside. I was able to place my order for 4 people. Had to wait 15 minutes to get my order. First error was that my order was missing a sandwich, which they gave me when I returned to the store. I had to U-Turn to go back to the store. I got home and everything looked pitiful. I have ordered sandwiches from this store in the past, but today, nothing that I ordered looked appetizing. Sad looking food. I threw half of my sandwich away. It looked like it was thrown together carelessly, even though it took 15 minutes wait time.

Waited in line for 30 min with no communication of what was going on with my food. Other cars behind me just left the line. When finally got attention of employee they said they are waiting on the chicken. I just asked for my money back and left. No communication which is bad for any restaurant or business. I really wanted to try the new Wagyu burger.

This is your standard Arby's so the food is as good as any other But this location is pathetic. EVERY table was dirty, the counter staff act like they don't care. I'd recommend either drive thru or keep driving, don't eat in at this location

This is the dirtiest Arby's I've ever seen. There is mold on the ceiling and I saw roaches on the wall. The tables were dirty and the staff is horrible! I've never seen a dirty Arby's ever!

Burger was not even cooked (medium rare) From Arby's, I was expecting a delicious burger, but it was worse than Sonic.

I'll just be honest: A birthday coupon brought me here. Pretty nice one too- free small fry and shake with sandwich purchase. I pulled into the drive thru, told them what coupon I had and paid. I wasn't asked for a code or to show the coupon on my phone. This maybe due to COVID-19, but in any case, I was in and out with my order in 3 minutes tops. Out of all the items I ordered, the shake was probably the best. Very thick--almost Wendy's frosty consistency with the first few sips. Their small is rather big in my opinion but I suspect they either grabbed the wrong cup size or...yeah they grabbed the wrong cup size lol I would nix the whipped cream and chocolate syrup because it jus made the shale way too sweet. Plus whipped cream needs cheeries in my opinion. The crispy sandwich was okay...I've tasted way better like from Chick Fil A where the filet is nice a thick. Arby's chicken was a little more like a chicken slice. I definetly would not pay $5 for it again unless I was getting the perks of a a free side and drink. On fact, the prices for the sandwiches are grossly overpriced. The cheapest sandwich is the roast beef at $4. They do offer a value menu with $1 items but didn't get a chance to partake on it on this occasion. Curly fries always make ma happy, so along with the service and value I received, I would consider returning.

4 stars is the highest rating I will give to any fast food joint. Pearland earned it. I have been enjoying Arby's food since 1970. The corp model is very good; but execution varies widely. For example, the two stores in the Houston area (about 10 miles apart). We are quite pleased with the Pearland store. Good food and prompt courteous service. Then, consider the store on Main street: night and day. I hate giving negative reviews, so let me just say that Main Street did not even earn 1 star in our opinion.

I love Arby's roast beef sandwiches and wish there were more locations around Houston. I'm not a big fast food fan but when I do eat it I try to get it from Arby's. This store was clean, service was fast, accurate, and friendly.

My brother and I came on a Thursday evening and ordered the following: Cajun Fish sandwich, roast beef slider, and mozzarella sticks. Overall, the food was sub-par. The roast beef slider was okay- it could've done without all the cheese. Cajun fish sandwich was just your average fish sandwich, nothing too special. The mozzarella sticks were pretty good. The guy who took our order was new but friendly and was able to take our order in a timely manner. Plenty of space inside to sit which is always a plus. Not sure if we'll come back again but hopefully, the food will taste better next time around.

Often forgotten about, Arby's has something to offer even if it's just something different to eat. The food is expensive though and not that filled ng. The curly fries can be on the incredibly hard side but all in all a different variety if you are burned out on burgers.

This place stinks the food is bad the employees are super rude, I got fries that were burnt and cold just embarrassing to even go to that Nasty restaurant, ate their classic rost beef sandwich had my stomach hurting for 3 days straight. I recommend y'all to not eat here please this place is just a disgusting and bad for business

This is a newer location and hasn't been open too long. As an Arby's fan growing up I was happy to see one open up on this side of Pearland. This is my second visit through the drive thru and I can say that on both occasions the person taking the order was extremely friendly and courteous on the speaker and at the window. On this occasion I went just after lunch and the drive thru moved rather quickly. I ordered a half pound French dip sandwich meal on this visit and it was great. The flavorful roast beef that made Arby's famous was generously layered on a soft Italian roll with melted Swiss and a small cup of French au jus sauce to dip it in. The combination was very satisfying to the taste buds. It's a filling sandwich that will leave you content. The fries, those curly fries. They were hot and no complaints there, I like dipping them in "horsey sauce" ( a delicious mayo based horseradish sauce ) it's a great alternative to ketch-up. Try it, you can thank me later. i washed everything down with an ice cold Diet Coke. Over all a great location that does it right. I have yet to order and eat in the lobby, but so hope it goes as smoothly as their drive thru. I look forward to many more lunch visits here in the future!

This Arbys is consistently fast, fresh, and friendly. Never had a wrong order or cold fries/sandwich here. They are doing fast food right, keep it up!

Hard to give a fast food place 5 stars but this place is alright with me. I was having an odd craving and decided to stop here. Pleasantly surprised at how fresh the food tasted. Service was quick and the workers were nice. I admittedly haven't been to Arby's in probably 20 years. Glad I stopped by. Sadly I was the only customer. On a Saturday afternoon. Makes me think this location may not survive, like so many others. Hopefully it remains open. I would like to get the chance to return.

So, I love Arby's. This location, not so much. First time I went I ordered the beer battered fish sandwich. The fish tasted like it had been cooked in oil that was long overdue for a change. No biggie. In the states I've lived in, when I'd have a taste for Arby's it's always been for something on their market fresh menu. So that's what I get for getting something fried. I decided to try them again today, because of the advertised market fresh cranberry deep fried turkey wrap and, this time, I wanted to use a $3 market fresh coupon I received in the mail. Initially the gentleman working the drive through took my order, but then came back to say that I could not use the "market fresh" coupon for the "market fresh" wrap I'd ordered. I asked why not, and he explained "because the wrap isn't a market fresh product." Soooo...I was just a little baffled/speechless/perplexed because, while I realize I do not work in the fast food industry, I like to think that my degrees and experience as a nurse practitioner has given me quite a bit of reading and comprehension skills, lol. The drive through menu board noted it as market fresh, as did the website I looked at before leaving my home, and the commercials advertising it. And there was no fine print on the coupon saying that it was excluded. The market fresh coupon I clipped was on the same flyer that was advertising the market fresh wrap I attempted to order. Anyhoo, I thanked him for his time (he really was pleasant, did not have an attitude when telling me I couldn't use the coupon), and I left, choosing to go elsewhere. Sure it was just a couple of dollars more, but it's just the principle. I've lived and worked in 9 other states, and I cannot remember where, but the best presentation regarding customer service was presented by Bob Farrell, "Give em the pickle." https://youtu.be/ISJ1V8vBiiI . Thing is this, I was not asking for anything free, I simply wanted to use the coupon, for the item on the menu it was meant for. I won't return, and I will not recommend. And with so many fast food and restaurant establishments closing, it's really a shame.

First time there I had a minor issue and was given incorrect drinks. I called in about it but was unable to go back to the Arbys. District Manager Sam Grant called me and went above the call of duty by offering two meals for my son and I to go back out and eat again. Talk about great customer service. You never get this at McDonald's. On top of that, the manager on duty, Lauren was very accommodating when we went back in. Great business and customer service gets repeat customers and great word of mouth advertising. This is why McDonald's is falling and places like Arby's and Chick Fil A are filling the void and taking over. Thanks again to another local business for treating us like like a part of their business and not somebody just inconveniencing them with a minor complaint. All that said, the food we ate (both times now) 5 out of 5 stars.
