While I was eating the steak nugget burger, I was nearly done when I felt something hard. I spit it out and found paper in my food assuming it was from the cheese

**7/29/25*** received AMAZING service from Erika today at drive thru. She double checked and verified my order for me which was awesome to see. Love when employees actually care about their customer's experience. Thanks again, Erika! Day staff is always in a great mood and the restaurant is very clean. I order ahead to pick up my lunch for work and it's always hot and fresh. Thanks guys!

Had some good coupons, so I got some good deals...otherwise eating here would be expensive. The food was great, would definitely recommend the gyro. The service was great, the cashier was friendly & kind. Our order was correct & promptly ready.

After years living overseas, this was the taste of home. Double beef and cheese sandwich with curly fries. Oh it's making me hungry, just as I am writing this review.

Meh, it was ok. Wasn't bad but wasn't great either. My son's chicken tenders were clearly old and had been dropped in the fryer really quick before serving. The fries were a little better. Meat on the sandwich was fine but the pop dispensary had several flavors out, as did the condiment station. Bathroom was, again, not bad but not clean either. I would avoid this location if you can.

Decidedcto visit Arby's, we had a coupon. Went inside to place order. Lobby was clean, supplies stocked, etc. They acknowledged when we first walked in & said they'd be right with us. Young man behind counter was friendly & pleasant. Answered our questions & accommodated our needs. Food was quick & bagged (greatly I might add, so fries didn't spill). My son tried new sweet heat chicken, he said its pretty good. We'll be back.

Bought a single roast beef slider, never disappoints. Great for something quick and cheap.

Arbys always has good fast food selections that are more unique than the normal places. We stopped in to try the new deluxe Wagyu steakhouse burger. The American Wagyu beef is $5.99 or $6.99 for the Bacon Ranch version that comes with the patty cooked sous vide-style, topped with American cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion, a special burger sauce, and stacked into a buttery brioche bun. It's a 6.4 ounce meat patty that is 52% Wagyu beef and 48% Angus beef so it's a big filling burger for sure. We got greeted immediately and noticed the restaurant could use a little better cleaning and stocking. We arrived just before lunch. Wagyu beef originated from Japan and is a fatty special beef that you don't want to over cook or it loses flavor and juiciness. Most fast food chains selling this premium beef almost always over cooks so it's kinda hard to tell you are eating Wagyu beef. Arby's I enjoy and my favorite sandwich is the venison steak sandwich but they don't sell it often and it's very limited supply. If they could supply it permanently they would have a sandwich star for sure. The Wagyu was very good but I just wouldn't say it's great or the best I ever had. It also has over 1,000 calories so if you do fall in love with it. LOL. It will only be around until July.

This has to be the worst Arby's around. On my last visit they forgot a sandwich. I called.... And called.... And called. They never answered, so I drove up there and got the sandwich. They didn't offer an apology and the cashier seemed like I was a bother. Tonight was my last visit here. I asked for a medium Diet Coke and was given a Coca Cola. I asked for two Turkey and Swiss wraps without tomato. You guessed it, there's tomato. My order is never difficult, but they always seem to find a way to mess it up here.

I am always treated so well at this location. The staff and the managers are friendly and helpful and kind. The food is good and there is never any issue with the order. More Arbys should be like this one.

This is horrible lately no matter where I go fast food they have been serving crappy food. The lettuce in the salad is browning and it is so dry the chicken is hard as a rock And they gave me a side salad instead of the regular salad. I'm not going back because it's so far away from my house to exchange it it's ridiculous they are even when paying people more now and they still can't get orders right. From now on I'm going to go back to every place and just ask for my money back because it's getting ridiculous I spend a good amount of money and fast food and shitty quality food every time and I even got mac & cheese but that was super cold in the middle like it was still frozen. My boyfriend got a turkey and Swiss and they glad so much mustard on there that it was not edible at all. $16 in the trash

Dinner at Arby's was good again! Food was fresh & hot didn't have to wait long for it. 2 roast beef sandwich's fries, tater cakes & cheese sticks. Ya gotta try the 3 pepper sauce on the roast beef, delicious! Just came back for dinner again and it was hot & good just like it always is!

Question: "Are sliders supposed to be served hot,or at least warm ?" Answer:" Of course they are stupid !!" Ordered two chicken sliders , both served STONE COLD, cold bread, solid slice of cold cheese!!! How hard can it be ?????? Seriously .....USELESS!!!!!!!!

So good, it tastes good and food comes out quickly. The service is great and the inside of the building is clean. Did I mention it's great.

The people who work here need to fix their attitudes. Coming from someone who has worked in food service for several years, their work ethic and service skills are pathetic!

This is such a great store. Gracelyn was very helpful with helping me chose what to eat (roast beef gyro and mac n cheese) and the cook made it excellently. It was absolutely delicious. The store was very clean and the employees seemed to really enjoy their jobs and working with people.

Disappointed. The girl with the steel rings pierced on her lips did not give a dam about our drive through order. the fries were cold, we asked for salt and she it was in the bag, it was not. bad attitude! I would fire this employee in a heartbeat. Too bad the next time we will shop somewhere else.

It's been a year since I've been there thought I would try them again I ordered a prime rib cheese steak and what I received was a sandwich that looked like somebody spread Alpo on the bread and melted some cheese on it and the only thing I could say when I opened it up was are you fucking shitting me. I know your having a hard time finding workers but seriously ?, really ? Is it really that difficult to make something correctly ? Could you just put a little effort in what you do ? You might get a sense of accomplishment ! now i really feel violated paying that much for what i received .

Every time we come here the food and service is right on even when I go through drive through. Plus they help me out with a special order for my mom cause she is gluten free

Love the chicken strips and curly fries. Always a great lunch and dessert. Fast and easy to get back to work on time.

Liam was very helpful and very kind. Definitely will come again because of his service!

Worst. Arby's. Ever. The guy at the drive-through window skeeved me out with his thick, pasty saliva accumulating in the corner of his mouth. The chocolate shake wasn't very chocolately, and the curly fries were lukewarm at best. I'm glad I didn't get a sandwich here.

Last 2 times I went here, my order was messed up. First time there was no Arby's sauce on my beef and cheddar, and this time they did not give me the turnover I ordered. I recommend you thoroughly check your order before leaving the drive-thru window.

I read the horrible review rating and almost didn't go to this Arby's. I noticed there were only two reviews and one was 10 years ago. The restaurant was clean, food was delivered fast with good service and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Glad I went.
