This is a gem of a place tucked away on a side street in lower Manhattan. The barristas are so friendly and knowledgeable, the vibe of the place is curated and calm. We love the story of this place, the coffee beans coming from the creator (Edgar's) coffee farm in Panama, bringing Panamanian coffee to the NY scene. As a non-coffee drinker, I had delicious options of black tea, matcha, and strawberry soda, all of which I enjoyed. The cookies and croissants were also delicious, which the shop brings in from Cabra Bakery. Definitely check this place out! Farm to Cafe, the way it should be.
