This is an amazing place. The artists are professionals and the owner Melissa sincerely cares that her customers are happy with their brows. My wife has an eyebrow transplant to cover a scar from a car accident. The transplanted hair grew unruly and very quickly. Melissa, seeing that we were a unique case offered on her own initiation to meet with my wife privately and teach her how to trim and apply makeup to her brows to make them look seamless. She also met with my wife again privately to professionally shape her brows and they look beautiful. My wife was very happy. Keep in mind that Melissa as the owner regularly doesn't meet with clients. If you want perfect brows and special attention, look no further.

After trying many different places for years, I finally came across Arch Brow Bar. Their service is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Having a full time job, it’s difficult for me to schedule appointments but Arch is so accommodating. I’ve been going there for almost 4 years now and Regina has always done a fantastic job on my brows. My mom and my sister were in awe when they saw how my eyebrows turned out that they started going as well. Whether you have bushy eyebrows like myself or pencil thin like my mom’s, definitely stop by and make an appointment with Regina. It’s worth every penny and you won’t leave disappointed. Over the past year I’ve had Virginia do my lashes. If you haven’t tried their keratin lash lift definitely look into it. I’ve had so many compliment on my lashes since I’ve been getting it done. I’m thrilled with the results every time!

I booked a first time eyebrow styling appointment here with the browista Amanda (recommended by my sister) and it could not have gone better! She was extremely welcoming and very friendly the minute I walked in the door, and during the styling, she was extremely diligent in making sure that I was not uncomfortable during the procedure. She did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I will definitely be coming back!

I've been coming to Arch Brow Bar for years and have always had great experiences. Most of my appointments have been with Nancy, however from time to time I don't always plan ahead and have tried other Browistas. Yesterday I thought I'd give the new Browista on the block a chance and selected Amanda. What a wonderful job she did ! Not only did she make my brows look amazing, she was so pleasant and nice to work with that I will definitely make my appointment with her next time ! I always like to give the new person a chance and at Arch, everyone is so super talented that you really can't go wrong. Thanks for doing such a great job, Amanda! All that training really paid off. If you want awesome brows for those Zoom calls and to look and feel great, give Amanda a try next time you need your brows done.

I'm always hesitant to try new places and cosmetic things, especially since I've had some negative experiences in the past. I took a chance based on previous Yelp reviews and had an amazing experience here. This was my first lash lift, a procedure that I had literally never heard of prior to a google search made on a whim. I wanted something to bring out my eyelashes without extensions and this was perfect. I saw Danielle S. for the lash lift. The procedure itself took about 90 minutes including a consultation that reviewed potential complications such as eyelash kinking. When I asked about that the technician explained how it happened and how they are able to fix it during the lift itself. So I went for it, got in a 60 minute nap, and woke up looking like this, lol. Danielle was even able to fix up a bald spot on one of my eyelashes that she had noticed. Super natural look, professional experience, worth every penny for the nap alone. Can't wait for my brow consult in a few weeks!

I can't say enough great things about Arch. I've been going to Arch for a little over two years now for brow maintenance once a month (I drive 35 minutes to go here ) I started with Nancy but then started going to Regina when my schedule changed. I've also seen Tracy, Jen M and Jen D during my time as a client here and have always had amazing results. The Arch team is so talented! The receptionists are also always wonderful and easy to work with. I will add that the contactless check out process during covid has been seamless.

Originally, I was looking for a place to get my brows mapped and styled but couldn't find anyone in NJ who did. Luckily I stumbled upon Arch Brow Bar!!! I scheduled my appointment and immediately realized I made a mistake, booking an appointment for a day I'd be in office. I emailed at 10pm and got a confirmation fairly quickly that it was no problem to move my appointment. Of course that was unexpected but I'm sure it speaks to their care for the customers in general. The booking system online was also great; if you pick multiple services it shows only openings for ones that you can get back to back so you don't have to guess and coordinate. A few days before my appointment I got a care guide letting me know how to prepare before and after my services which was super helpful to plan for the weekend (no steam, workouts, or makeup for 48 hours for the lashes). Virginia did my lash lift and tint and was super kind and patient. She checked in with me frequently and explained what was happening as she was going through. They came out great and I can say I dont miss my extensions. They look so good and are much lower maintenance for me. Jen did my brows and did a fantastic job. She also spoke with me at length about my goals and we found a happy medium between what I'm used to and what's best for long term happiness moving forward as my brows have been misshapen. I was hesitant about waxing since I've been threading for years but it was so painless, I'll never go back. Of course, this is a high end salon so there is upselling and encouragement of additional services and rebooking. Although you know it's sales, the suggestions do come across as genuine to make sure you get the most out of your investment and keep yourself feeling put together so I did not mind. Parking was also a little strange in front but there is a small alley that you can take to a lot in the back where it is much easier to navigate and find a spot. Most people in the building were not wearing masks, but I was more comfortable wearing one and there was no hostility or questioning about it. I did overhear another patron ask for her servicer to wear a mask and they happily obliged which is in-line with their policy online. Overall, great find and I'll happily be rebooking to reshape my brows long term and never go back to mascara even if I do have to drive 40 mins!

2 words... LIFE CHANGING! After going to a local nail salon for years my eyebrows started thinning and were slightly uneven...uneven as in I had 2 different eyebrows. The staff at Arch are extremely friendly and welcoming and make all guests feel like regulars. During my first visit to Arch my consultant, Nancy, took the time to get to know me, learn my brows and face structure and helped shape my brows to perfection. Who knew that eyebrows can do more for your face than make up, lashes or a hair cut. I meant it when i said life changing! I have been going to Arch for about 2 years now and will never ever go anywhere else. My eyebrows grow quickly so I go to Arch every 2 weeks and see either Nancy or Tracy... Both Browista's have a similar style so my brow shape is always consistent. Since i started going to Arch I am constantly getting compliments on my eyebrows and have recommended numerous people to go for a shaping. One more thing...If you go on their instagram it is overloaded with young model looking girls. Do not let that scare you off...The customers at Arch are local neighborhood women. :)

Had a great experience at Arch and they did a fantastic job. Deducting a couple stars for the high price and obvious upsell throughout my appointment. As a first time client, wish they had just let me experience their service for the first time without the pressure to pay even more.

My first experience at brow bar was a great one. And it started well before I set foot in the location. The online reservation system is easy to use. The website is clean and professional. I had booked an appointment and added in the notes that I was getting married and hadn't been waxed in years. Well Debbie called me and made the suggestion of booking with a master browista instead and get tweezed only. She accommodated my schedule and booked me with Nancy. Nancy is wonderful! If you're looking for a master, book with her. She does great work, listens to what you want and engages you in genuinely great conversation. I will definitely be going back to her in the future. Had my first appointment ever today and saw master browista Jennifer. The past two months I have been letting my brows grow back and have not touched them. I had originally planned on going the microblading route but the person I wanted to use was booking to fast so I decided for now I would get them shaped professionally. Jennifer totally met my expectations and after my appointment I realized I wouldn't need to consider microblading instead just a monthly shaping appointment would be best. The salon is very clean and modern. Jennifer was really nice and she worked fast and did a great job. I definitely plan on going back to keep up With maintenance. Thank you guys!

Love what a amazing and flawless pair of eyebrows can do for your look and self esteem. I've been a customer over a year and love, love, love the difference brows make. My browista is Susy - my mother and sister go to her as well. We all love what she can do for us. She has real attention to detail and even noticed when I change my hair color from warmer tones to cooler tones and she adjusts my tint to ensure my brows look stellar. When it comes to brows I have tried at least 5 different businesses and without a doubt Arch Brow Bar is the best. I have always taken care of my brows but when the pandemic came and mask wearing was the norm I became aware of how important your eyes and brows are. Enter Amanda who is my browista. She is always upbeat and takes the time to get to know you and your preferences. I love what she does and I get so many compliments from people about my brows - I highly recommend her! Melina did a fantastic job! I have pretty bad anxiety getting certain things done, having my eyes shut closed while my eye lashes are getting tinted is one of those odd things. She made sure I was comfortable and gave me a scalp massage and talked with me the whole time which made the experience that much better and more relaxed. I'll definitely be back and requesting her specifically! Thanks so much for the extra effort. It means a lot!

I won't go anywhere else for my eyebrows! I don't even live in the area anymore..but when i am home visiting my parents i book an appt everytime. I have gotten my brows done by Jordon, Susy, and Jen D and all of them are amazing and I trust them fully. They listen, they are professional, and they really understand every clients needs. Tracy is amazing for brows and Regina made a leg and bikini wax a very pleasant experience. I drive an hour to get here and I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Arch Brow Bar is the only place I'll go to get my eyebrows done. Shoutout to Sabrina for always making me feel fabulous! Everyone is friendly and all the "browistas" are extremely good at what they do. Going to Arch is a fun experience- there's always water/coffee and treats for customers, awesome music playing, and lots of products to test and look at.

I've been going to arch brow for over a year now thanks to customers coming into my store with beautiful brows and I had to stop them and ask them where they went. I decided to book an appointment with Sabrina and I haven't looked back since. She takes her time with you and is a perfectionist so you know when she's done your brows are gonna be amazing. She gives you tips for brow care and listens to you when you wanna switch things up. What more could you ask for?

I went to Arch Brow Bar just yesterday & had the most fabulous experience! I had been growing out my eyebrows for a little over 4 months (they were so bad!) because I previously have been getting my eyebrows threaded. I was never really please with the results because I've wanted a higher arch or just an eyebrow that suits my face. So I grew them out in order to have whoever will do my eyebrows will have some hair to work with. I searched & searched on google for the best eyebrow shaping places in NJ & NY. I eventually looked at everyone's websites, but no one else's website, menu, & browistas impressed me besides Arch Brow Bar. I live kind of far away (35 miles) away from here, but it was well worth the trip! I booked an appointment with Nancy, master browista, online. The website was easy to access & figure out, so you can do it! I had my appointment & came in 15 minutes early, just in case. Even asked one of the employees to take a before & after picture. They were even very helpful to let me charge my phone since it was dying due to the trip I made. I met with Nancy who completely understood my eyebrows. I'm Filipino & her husband & kids are Filipino as well. She told me that I would never be able to get that prominent arch that I've always wanted due my asian eyebrows being flat & straight. I got over the idea of getting an arch because I've tried numerous times in the past to get it. & hey, if the best of the best is telling me I'm not going to get an arch, I trust her. Nancy was able to work with my eyebrows to give me a fabulous look! I'm so in love with them, it's sad how many times I look at it in the mirror & am in awe of how nicely shaped they are. Nancy also gave me a consultation about my eyebrows, how to do fill them in with brow powder at home, etc. She was very informative & definitely knew her eyebrows! It is a little pricey to go here, but trust me, it is so worth it, especially $45 for Nancy. I wouldn't go to anyone else. She built a relationship in as little as 30 minutes & felt like she was one of my girlfriends or a fun mom that I've never had. Great experience! I would recommend it to everyone & they are definitely going to be seeing me in 4 weeks :)

I make brow contact before I make eye contact. So you can imagine how many places I've gone to ALL OVER the US (I travel a lot) and Arch Brow Bar is hands down the best place I have been to. I have been there 4-6 times already. I go to Suzy and she works wonders on my brows. I always leave feeling fresh and well taken care of. The facility is very clean and so nice. I wish I could stay in NJ forever just because of this place! They are more expensive than other places but #1 they have ladies who have been working with brows for years so they have EXPERIENCE, and #2 You get what you pay for and you're paying for the amazing service these ladies provide. I will always recommend ABB to my friends, and random people who ask me about my brows in stores (which happens a lot ) **If you're tired of being unsatisfied with your brows and unsatisfied with the service you keep getting at other places then GO HERE. They set the bar high and that's why you will become a regular. Trust me.

Today was my first day at Arch Brow Bar and I went in very nervous. Yesterday I had my eyebrows done at a different location and they threaded my eyebrows thinly after I had grown them out for 4 months (before pic will be included with review). I was devastated and made a next-day appointment with a master browista named Sabrina. I was very grateful they could give me such a quick appointment but I know it probably isn't always that way. When I got there, I was offered water or coffee while I waited. The salon is spectacular which you wouldn't be able to tell from the outside but inside they had multiple rooms with all clean tools and friendly receptionists. While Sabrina was looking at my eyebrows, the owner Melissa came into the room to introduce herself and offer reassurance because she heard of my bad experience. Sabrina fixed my eyebrows to the best of her ability and used a pencil to fill in some areas. Because I am not confident in my ability to draw my eyebrows in everyday I asked her about tinting and she said it would be helpful if I didn't want to color them in. They came out better than I could have hoped! Sabrina also came up with a "growth plan" to get the shape that I really want. When checking out at the receptionist counter, they offered me a pamphlet with some information about their salon and a pen. They also have small envelopes to leave a tip which of course I did and would recommend to anyone who has a great experience. I am truly grateful to have my confidence back and to not have to wear a ball cap around. I've already made my next appointment. Price: I paid $50 for the brows with a master browista (its expensive but worth it. I would've paid more just to get my brows fixed) and I bought an eye brow pencil for $17

I tried arch brow bar back in spring 2016 based on recommendations by my sister who went to Melissa. Unfortunately I could not get her based on my schedule and her availability and had to book with another person. When I first got there I told her what I wanted and how I like my brows to look after they are filled in - with pictures of how my brows looked after they were filled in. Right off the bat she was rude saying "you will not achieve that look" and basically did what she thought looked good and then recommended brow tinting - which I accepted trusting the judgement. I felt as if I was laying down forever and thought when I looked at my eye brows they were going to look phenomenal. They pretty much looked the same as before. She then filled my eye brows in with some kind of powder that was three shades too light for my actual eye brow color and it looked awful. At the end of the day I spent 90 bucks, I still tipped very generously because I would feel guilty if I did not tip well, and walked out with eye brows that were awful. I immediately wiped off the powder that was three shades too light for my eye brows when I got to my car because I was embarrassed walking around with them. I did not complain about how they looked with the receptionist or the female who did my eyebrows. I got the service and was obligated to pay for the time she spent but I will not be back or recommend to friends.

Jennie is AMAZING. She truly transforms your entire face with her magic. Today I brought my teen daughter for her first brow shaping. I wouldn't trust her eye brows with anyone else.

I found Arch brow on yelp when I was going to school at Monmouth University. I was hesitant about paying $50 the first time for a master browista after paying only $8 to get threaded at other places, however I am SO happy that I found this place. My eyebrows have always looked thin and uneven until I discovered Arch Brow. The place is very nice inside and all of the workers are super friendly. I highly recommend seeing master browista Nancy for brow waxing. She is amazing and so nice. I no longer live in the area but I still drive over an hour there and an hour back home just to get my eyebrows done at Arch with Nancy. Highly recommend, worth every penny getting your brows done here

After letting my eyebrow grow for almost 3 months I went to Arch Brow and I couldn't be happier. Although the place was very small and crowded with shelves/tables carrying jewelry and beauty products, I was extremely happy with their service. As soon as I came in, the receptionist was cordial and handed me a form to be filled up, which I did while standing because the seats were already occupied. My Browista Sabrina was already waiting for me. She was friendly/warm and very professional. She gave me suggestions and shaped my brow perfectly! I purposely gave 4 stars because the atmosphere, it wasn't too pleasant for a spa. The staff (receptionist and browista) deserve 5 stars. They were great! I will return for maintenance soon, even though its pricey and far from my house because it really worth.

I have been using arch brow bar for a few years now, I started with Jordon and refuse to use anyone else!!She is a brow master!! My brows were uneven and thin in places but she transformed them by showing me what needed to grow in and plucked and waxed in the proper areas allowing them to fill in perfectly! I also love the wax they use, I always use to be itchy and bright red after getting waxed, I no longer have this issue with the hard wax instead of wax and the paper strips. Jordon is also extremely accommodating from squeezing me in to staying late just because I always forget to make my appointment and when I'm ready to come in she's booked for the month, but totally worth the wait, I'm sure anyone there is just as wonderful but I can't take the risk with the perfection she created.

Arch is the only place I recommend my clients to. Nancy is THE BEST . I've never had someone more conscientious of my face shape and improving my appearance than her. She is professional and at the same time like the best friend you've never had and always wanted. I am a hairstylist in red bank for 20 years and my entire clientele goes to Arch. Their opinion means the world to me .. They are all super happy. Honestly... I would sooner jump out of a FULLY FUNCTIONING AIRCRAFT than have just anyone do my brows. It's your FACE!!! Xoxoxo

Cannot say how much Susy has gotten my eyebrows back on track. I occasionally get bald spots and she has corrected them. I have one co worker who constantly compliments me on my eyebrows. Book an appointment as Arch Brown Bar and with Susy you will not be disappointed

I decided 2 book an appt here on my bday as a gift 2 myself. Graves disease, radiation, & age (I'm 48 today) hv taken a giant toll on my once very full brows. I thought it was expensive ($67 1st visit 4 brow & tint) but wanted 2 treat myself. Arrived early but had 2 wait after filling out a short form. When I met Nancy, she seemed annoyed that I was taking advantage of the Keurig, which I was advised 2 use 4 coffee. She told me come 2 her room when done. When I did she was massaging another employee who apologized & left. Weird. After an an assessment of my allergies (many) & brow habits, she trimmed (poorly), tinted (well), plucked (again, poorly), & filled w/ powder (awful). The whole time she talked about her dental & health problems. The focus was on her, not on me! I'm a paying customer, 4 an expensive service. I was sooo disappointed. I wanted this 2 b a bday treat & it really sucked. Will never return, will never recommend. Sad. Was so hoping it wud b a good experience. Felt rushed, was annoyed by the TMI, was dissatisfied w/ the end result. Looked 4ward 2 going there 4 several yrs. What a bummer.

Arch Brow bar is awesome! I have always had pretty messed up eyebrows and was never happy about them. i finally decided to get them fixed... so I literally did not touch them for 4 months (it was scary- i cut bangs to cover it) After enough time, I decided to try Arch. I had my first appointment with Kalin, who was so sweet. She explained everything and pointed out where my eyebrows should be. She also taught me which hairs would be ok to tweeze and which ones I should absolutely leave alone. It's been a few months now and my eyebrows are so much better- they are more even and have a great shape. Also, you can trust anyone there to work on you- they are all great. I would know- I live in CT and my boyfriend lives in NJ, so when I come to visit, I make my appointments. That usually does not allow me to visit the same person every time- I think I've been to 4 different browistas so far, and all have done a really good job. They are a tad expensive, but I am considering it an investment. They are helping me grow my eyebrows out, while still making them neat and clean. I recommend for sure.

I had my eyelashes tinted & it was the most amazing relaxing experience as well as having my brows shaped . They really take their time making sure you leave looking fabulous & pampered . The salon is beautiful . I also can't wait to get back for a facial . You must go .

I have been going to Tracy for almost 3 years. I can't believe just after a couple of visits the transformation my brows made. I refuse to go anywhere but Arch Brow. You definitely get what you pay for with no surprises. Tracy is super professional and goes above and beyond every time I visit. If you want the perfect eyebrows you need to visit Arch Brow!

Second time I have been here. The first time I waited two weeks to get an apt w one of the masters choose by the receptionist. Then I did my research via Instagram to see who I thought was exactly my style and see if I agreed with the person chosen for me. You are spending almost $50 for that initial apt (depending the level of your specialist), you want to make sure it's with the right person. Eyebrows can make or break you! I ended up switching to Nancy and waiting an additional two weeks (gave time to let my eyebrows grow in) and I felt better about my decision. It's a big deal! The reason I went w Nancy, although there weren't as many pictures on IG of her clients, I did notice they were a beautiful, natural thick brow which I am after. Unfortunately, after waxing for so long my eyebrows didn't grow in fast enough for my second apt. Nancy had suggested to use their eyebrow serum that helps grow them back fast and swears by it. I purchased that today and I'm looking forward seeing the results. Nancy is amazing a natural relaxed beauty and makes you feel really comfortable. After my last eyebrow specialist moved to Florida I didn't know where to go I always saw arch brow bar on my Instagram feed and thought they were too expensive. But after a few wrong turns with the wrong people I'm glad I gave in and made the adjustment. I missed having perfection all the time! Thanks Nancy and Arch Brow Bar.

Update here: I've been going to Lena exclusively and I've been a loyal Arch client since August. I refuse to get my brows done anywhere else, and I love Lena! She is really deliberate with her work and you can tell she really does care about her clients. She is super fun to chat with and I'm obsessed with my brows every time I leave her! Highly recommend Lena as well as Arch in general. Your brows will thank you.

My eyebrows have become the bane of my existence in recent years. I'm half Chinese, half European, and my eyebrows are sparse but shapeless, with hair that naturally grows haphazardly all the way down to my eyelids. After years of waxing them into a thin, lifeless line, I decided to try and aim for the thick, luscious, dark eyebrows I've always coveted. I spent over 6 months growing them out (painfully difficult, but worth it), but was terrified to pluck them myself, and even more terrified of getting an aesthetician who would wax away all of my hard work. Enter Arch brow bar. Everyone working here has amazing brows, and they're all super friendly. I had mine done by "Master Browista" Nancy, and she was amazing (as I'm sure all of the other staff are as well). I've never had someone consult me solely about my eyebrows! She not only cleaned them up, she showed me how to fill them in and made me feel so at ease. The prices are definitely high (see their website), but I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for. The experts here really understand the importance of great eyebrows, and I can't see myself going anywhere else in the future.

Best place I've ever gotten a Brazilian. Very clean, quick, and comfortable. The women who work at the front can come off as a bit prissy but when they are one on one with you they're very pleasant and it's like going to any other salon expect this ones a bit painful (obviously) I have sensitive skin and this is the only place I can go to with out my skin having a negative reaction. Don't recommend the eyelash extensions or lash tint but the eye brow ting was pretty cool. Eye lash tint burned and honestly wasn't worth it.

I had a traumatic eyebrow waxing experience a few years ago, and had neglected my eyebrows since, just plucking them myself here and there. I heard good things about Arch as it is down the street from where I work, so I decided to make an appointment. From my first visit with Sabrina, I felt comfortable and knew that I had found the place that was going to help me. Sabrina listened to my concerns and could relate with a horrific waxing story; she, too, had someone who waxed too much in between her brows. I have been going to Arch since last spring, and Sabrina has showed me how to care for my brows by plucking, trimming, and filling them in properly, and reassuring me at every monthly visit that I am making progress. I am SO happy with my results and the the work the women do there - they are all amazing! I highly recommend Arch!

No stars, please do yourself a favor and don't go they destroyed my eyebrows... Took me years to grow them in and with one swipe of wax they destroyed them... Went to Nancy for the first time and she made my brows look amazing! So worth the money, the experience was great and she was friendly and easy to talk to. She's really experienced and will realistically tell you what you can achieve with your brows. Definitely will be going back to her!

I have been going to Jennie since she was training on Brow models about two years ago. After countless bad experiences at other places, I never thought my eyebrows could look this great! She really listens and always makes me feel comfortable. I have a ton of friends who now also follow her as well! So happy I found Arch

Only place I trust anymore... I've gone to Jen M. and Sabrina & I'm always happy with the results. Def more expensive than other places but they take their time & really listen to you and help shape your brows to suit your face, age & hair type.

It's a very small and very crowded place, but they do a great job and is very clean. I have seen Jenn a few times and she is wonderful. I have gotten so many compliments on my brows. I have also gotten other services and everything has been top notch. Highly recommend them.

Sabrina is the only person I will ever let anywhere near my brows! She takes her time, is meticulous and is absolutely talented in brow shaping. Not to mention, she is the sweetest person who makes you feel so comfortable. Love love love her! If I can't get booked with Sabrina, I will go to Tracy who is pretty good too. I used to switch back and forth between Jenn M but the last time she left me with a very, very sparse tail of one of my eyebrows. It still hasn't grown back 2 months later! Also, there were times when she missed a bunch of stray hairs. She speeds through it in 5 minutes. Therefore, I will always stick with Sabrina, I love that she takes her time (full 15 mins) and really is so keen to detail! I also wish the front desk would get off their high horse a little bit. They can be intimidating and sometimes I am left standing at the desk, waiting for someone to acknowledge me! No one even cared to check me in the last time I came in. They need a new system of checking people out/in because it's chaotic!

Started going here about 6 months ago because I had heard good things, and now I'm hooked! I can't imagine ever going anywhere else for my brows. I go to Regina, but I'm sure all of the women are great. It's a painless experience for me. My eyebrows are on the lighter side so I get them tinted now and what a difference that has made for me. Anything that Browistas suggest for my brows is always a great improvement. The staff at the desk is always nice and friendly. The front desk area offers jewelry and makeup for sale, some nice things. I really feel like if you want those perfect brows you should give this place a try!!

Expensive, hut you get what you pay for!! Jen is an amazing browista, and I have referred many people to her that have come away so happy! Love this place!

went for my first appointment and saw a level 2 browista. After letting my brows grow wild for the last two months and BARELY touching them I figured I'd walk out with brows of gold...boy was I WRONG. After 30 minutes of waiting.. My stylist finally comes out, she's sweet. We head into her room, talk brows and I explain what I'm hoping for. The brow experience itself was amazing.. My results were FAR from what I expected. She cleaned them up, had me sit up and tweezed and trimmed away. I looked in the mirror and they were two COMPLETELY different brows. I asked if she could fill them in just so I could see what shape she was trying to give me.. they looked like poorly stenciled eyebrows, very square, not natural, and far from symmetrical. As I was Holding back my tears, she calls a Master browista in to try and fix them. The first thing she says to her associate when they come back into the room is "don't say anything". Well she didn't have to because her face said it all. She goes to town with the brow brush trying to fix them and it was just getting worse. We agree to remove the powder to see what I had left and although they were saying how "great" they looked their faces said it all. At this point I've been there for an hour and there was nothing more they could do. I headed back to the desk and proceeded to check out. There was no apology, just that my first visit was on them. The master browista suggested I should come back and see the owner after my brows grow in again... Honestly after seeing what her trained staff did to me I'm not sure if I'd let her anywhere near my brows.
