Best kebab place in London! I love the stuff (so friendly), how clean and tidy everything is, and how tasty the food is obviously.

I tried the doner with the minimum of sauce so that I could get a good taste of the meat. Very nice & tasty kebab, advantage of sitting in helps as doner is best eaten hot. 3 stars as on my second visit, the customer service was severely lacking, also I ordered a small doner & they made & charged me for a large.

This is the best kebab shop at least in Highgate, if not in the whole London. Some comments here are complaining about the delivery - tbh I never ordered online, but take out orders are made with love and care. Additionally this place is as clean as a surgery room.

Visited this little gem on 12th Oct 2025 while in London for my wife’s birthday (we came down from Brum). Having seen them on YouTube making their own doner meat, I knew I had to give it a try — and it did not disappoint! You can 100% taste the difference compared to the usual mass-produced doner with preservatives and fillers. Everything was fresh, tasty, and full of flavour. The doner wasn’t greasy, didn’t leave that oily film in your mouth, and stayed tender and juicy even after it cooled — no stiff meat or white fat in sight. Very yummy sauces too. If you’re in the area and genuinely love doner, Archway is a must-visit 👌 Thanks, guys — we’ll definitely be back!

Forget the fake reviews or the people complaining about takeaway orders This is the best Doner kebab in London no doubt. You can tell the meat content is high and they don’t add soy protein which almost all kebab shops do. You just got to go there in person and at the right time.

Don’t really understand the poor reviews. I ate in, both the lamb doner and the chicken doner were tasty and premium. The food quality was high and the large portion was generous. The staff were helpful and engaged. Well worth a trip and really puts those run of a mill kebab shops to shame.

Savory lamb doner wrap, enjoyed a good portion priced at £10.50, left me satisfied without feeling thirsty. The meat was plentiful, making it a truly enjoyable meal!

I placed an order via ubereats they got my order wrong, I paid for lamb meat was given chicken and lamb instead when I can’t stand chicken. I called the store, unfortunately the workers don’t speak English very well so the language barrier was quite frustrating. Tried communicating the issue, the gentleman I spoke with said that I didn’t order and after a back and forth where he tried to gaslight me into saying it’s another store after I confirmed the address and offered to send my invoice (it was evident he didn’t have a clue on how to confirm this or even what I was saying due to the language barrier) I then tried to ask him to check their system for their ubereats orders, he just cut off the phone. Do not order from this restaurant. Their service is terrible and so is the food. I would never spend another penny here again. I had to throw the entire meal in the bin, it was absolute garbage.
