Google
Love the brand for their lightweight, innovative clothing. Great for both urban and outdoor adventures.

I called inquiring about the black Sentinel pant in my size, and Kate went above and beyond. She took it off the mannequin, held it for me, and had it ready upon my arrival. The staff's exceptional service made my experience truly outstanding. Highly recommend their attentive and helpful approach.

I recently stopped by the Soho location and I had a great experience. Great customer service, very polite, attentive and they were able to find exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely stop by again when I'm in the neighborhood to purchase another awesome jacket.

Google
Arc'Teryx is my go to clothing store, but I was like a kid in a candy store at the soho location. They have everything, I mean anything Arc teryx, it was so fun to brows, I would love to have a store like this in my state. I do suggest arriving early, maybe it is just the time of year, but the store was jam packed. But, to their credit, even with a full store the staff was polite and responsive

Google
Giving two stars as I have had one interaction at this location that wasn’t terrible. That said, ever since this brand reached mainstream appeal (see after 2019), the customer service and brand as a whole has been on a rapid decline; servicing the worst kind of customer, while employing people more concerned about their social standing than the brand itself. The selection is often picked through, and when I asked the haggard, slovenly woman “helping” me if she could look up the inventory for an item for me at the Flatiron store, she sighed and lazily shuffled to the computer, as if clicking a few buttons was too Herculean a task for this mouth-breather. Go here if you must to find your size, but go to literally any other location or shop online for a better experience.

Google
Excellent service, good place to shop. Attention paid by Betsy was much-appreciated. Too bad I didn't find anything I wanted, but I was ready to buy if I found the perfect coat.

Google
Not very big and selling mostly jackets. It has some hiking pants and sweaters, shoes, and a few items of the veilance collection (super nice). The has some accessories too. I found what I needed so I was extremely satisfied. The staff is friendly and professional but not overbearing. Worth a visit.

Google
Helpful staff, but the selection is limited. They don’t half a lot of the hoodies and causal styles that’s available on the website. Store is busy during the Sunday afternoon when I went

Yelp
Balthazar was very helpful in helping me pick out something I love. I think I will wear what I bought for a long time. Glad, that the work environment was helpful and inviting. I recommend taking a look at what they have. Thanks guys! -Gavin

Yelp
well, I love the clothing, style and performance but I had a horrible experience when returning/exchanging a jacket. The staff was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. The tags were in place and the jacket unworn. I choose to shop here because the SF store had closed permanently. It's too bad I will be required to find a different brand, I will not patronize any establishment that treats me this way. The Soho management staff is awful. Don't shop here.

Yelp
I love Arc'teryx! I love the store and the people who work there! My husband and I bought lots of clothes and accessories before our first winter trip to Hokkaido Japan in 2016. Arc'teryx offers great quality materials with practical styles. Since then, we've become huge fans of Arc'teryx and have bought lots more things from them and even bought gift cards for friends! Recently I was hit by a car in SoHo on a rainy evening. My Arc'teryx raincoat saved my life!!! The raincoat was fixed and washed by Arc'teryx store on Broadway (the store was closed last month!) and it looks brand new afterwards. I hope Arc'teryx Rebird store will open again soon!!! Thank you Arc'teryx for your great products and service!

Yelp
I'm with Connie on this. I LOVE Arc'teryx products (for the most part). But this store has no reason to exist. They sell technical gear, so, it's understandable that buyers would have questions, but for that you'd need to be able to get help. On the very few occasions I've actually been able to get a salesperson here, they look at you blankly when you ask, say, which jacket is recommended for a certain temperature. Contrast that to Patagonia on Bowery, where the staff is so knowledgeable you feel like you've never even been outdoors. On top of that, there's very little product out at Arc'teryx Soho, with zero information, so you can't even just grab things for yourself (particularly with the women's line). I made a specific trip over on the day the women's Veilance products were released (only to that store) and despite a nearly empty store, I couldn't get a staffer to save my life. I could hear a couple in the back, and there were two at the register checking people out, but no one to actually help. When I got home my husband said "Was the Arc'teryx store as useless as usual?" I had to laugh.

Yelp
HUGE shoutout to Niles who has been the best sales associate I've ever met! I had purchased a product a few weeks ago when I was visiting NYC but forgot the receipt. Niles has been so reliable, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process of me trying to get my receipt sent to my email. Even through the technical difficulties and the numerous phone calls Niles treated me with kindness, patience, and empathy. Thank you Niles!

Yelp
What's the point of having 4 sales associates man the store if none of them will come to your assistance? I'm a huge arcteryx fan in fact you wouldn't have to put on your salsey salesman hat in order to get me to purchase something, I make the sale incredibly easy. However the sales associates here are less than helpful. They basically stand around the register all day talking to one another. As we walked through the back area with the more exclusive stuff one of them poked their head in but didn't say a word. Do yourself a favor and hire more helpful sales people. Thanks.

Yelp
Betsy G led me & my equestrian wife, E, through the thinking process of Arcteryx gear. E is out there every-day every-weather w her OTTB racehorse COTTON. Betsy G helped me with an experiment: to resurrect my 27 yo Army issue Goretex ECWCS jacket that I ain't ever, uh, ever, washed. Betsy G is a font of institutional knowledge and deep product expertise ... she's a 23-year veteran of NYC Paragon Sports ... was an early-adopter of Arcteryx ... a Macchu Piccu hiking veteran and mad Gotham hiker. E & I felt in good hands w Betsy G. She'll be dryer & warmer out there those blustery wet days w COTTON. I'm less likely to water-log my AirPod Max thunderstorm-hiking our dreamy-sweet pit-bull FRODO-san

Yelp
I went in a few months ago before the pandemic. I needed a new coat and a friend told me about this store. The store is laid out very nicely the staff friendly but not hawkish. At first I was taken back by the prices but once you put a coat on you can feel and see the quality. I bought the therme coat. My only complaint is most of the coats look exactly the same. If you need a high quality coat that should last for years stop by.

Yelp
Recently went there to get a replacement for my camosun...RIP..lol. When I got there, I was greeted and then assigned to Dave. Not really sure why this store had poor ratings because I felt the staff was attentative and helpful. I left buying a Thorsen but realized it was too big. I came back and Dave was there to assist. Dave had me try on lots of options and after trying on many coats, I went home with a Therme. At this point, I'm very please and happy with the customer service. Looking to go back to that store when I'm ready to add to my Arcteryx collection.

Yelp
Very weak products. Purchased a brand new ski jacket, Cassiar in early February for $725. Three weeks later on its first ski trip, crash on a simple blue slope onto the snow, and the right pocket zipper completely rips. My skis do not even detach, and I continue skiing until I notice my phone is missing as the pocket is gone. I've crashed many times with a less expensive patagonia ski jacket, and have never had a rip. Only after 7 years did the zipper stop working. Arcteryx on the other hand, with their more pricey ski jackets, look great, but do not have the durability. The repair process will take 5-6 wks, at which point the ski season will be over, and I won't even be able to use the jacket besides that one trip where it ripped. The people at the store are friendly but completely powerless when it comes to designing good clothing or getting repairs done in a reasonable amount of time. Beautiful jackets, that just don't last, and will take multiple months to repair.
