Dinner at Ardent was an amazing experience. We started with the artichoke with stracciatella, black garlic crumble, and vinaigrette and the beef saltimbocca with guanciale, sage, and arugula.
For mains we shared a 1000g T-bone. The T-bone was cooked nicely, though they didn’t ask how we wanted it done (not sure if that’s common in Paris or just their style).
Warm service and cozy atmosphere overall, would happily come back!
