Service was excellent. We came in late for our reservation but they were kind enough to take us in. Food was great! Love the pork, it melts in the mouth. (In the Chinese cuisine context, it’s like 烧肉）The veg that came with it was a good complement. The dessert was yummy, alcoholic much! Whisky 🥃 The atmosphere was pleasant and perfect a couple date night out! They have a lot more stuff on the menu and would definitely love to be back on our next trip! side note: remember to book a reservation in advance.

Ardent was recommended to me by the hotel where I was staying. When I got there, I was able to get a table and I was greeted by a nice waiter, unfortunately I do not remember his name. I ordered a beef appetizer and I had beef for my main meal as well. Both really tasted excellent and were cooked perfectly. My meal was paired with a nice glass of red wine that was also recommended. During the meal, I was eating slow so I could savor the taste of the meat and it would last longer. I have the chocolate mousse for dessert and it was truly outstanding. This was an amazing meal, outstanding service and quality of food.

Nestled in a cozy and charming setting, this restaurant envelops you in its inviting ambiance, complete with soft lighting and the comforting scent of a crackling fire. We kicked things off by sharing a variety of entry platters, featuring delights like creamy Tarama, asparagus, flavorful marinated beef, and smoked tuna—all of which left us thoroughly impressed. For our main course, we savored a divine T-Bone steak, accompanied by perfectly cooked vegetables. And to top it all off, we ended in the delightful flavors of a bursting carrot cake and an amazing chocolate mousse. Without a doubt, I will be back to explore more of their meat options.

What a great find. The restaurant is a great location, you can go to many of the cafe's for drinks before and after a meal. What was really shocking was that for €25 price tag wherein you can have a 3-course meal consisting of an entrée, plat and dessert. That is a steal in Paris, especially for this caliber of a meal. The service is EXCELLENT. All the dishes were good, but some stood out from the rest: the octopus, the tuna, and the red bell pepper ice cream were EXCELLENT. I have one major complaint, with all the staff they had in the kitchen, there's NO excuse for not changing out our utensils between the entrée and the plats. I thought it was just us because we were the only Americans, but it turned out that they did this for everyone. Not good in my book. I lower their overall rating, cause of the utensils issue. Would we return, ABSOLUTELY.

We visited Ardent for our first meal in Paris and it set the standard high for the rest of our trip. The stand out dishes were the white asparagus with the most delicious sauce and the beef which was perfectly cooked. I also loved the mashed sweet potatoes! They also paired the perfect bottle of wine with our meal.

One of the best hidden gems in Paris! Food was amazing and super unique, and the service was the best we have had in the city! Even midweek on a Wednesday the atmosphere was incredible and our waiter was super friendly (and even let us try multiple of their favourite red wines for free)! Highly recommend for a great meal, especially for a date!
