Excellent food and service. We had an amazing dinner. My starter recommendation: Vittelo Tonnato, Os a moelle incredible! For the main we had Pork with Carrot Purée so delicious. We will come again for more

Very nice brunch on Saturday. We didn’t had much time before taking a train but service made it happen very nicely. This table would have deserved more time but that was a perfect moment

Dinner at Ardent was an amazing experience. We started with the artichoke with stracciatella, black garlic crumble, and vinaigrette and the beef saltimbocca with guanciale, sage, and arugula. For mains we shared a 1000g T-bone. The T-bone was cooked nicely, though they didn’t ask how we wanted it done (not sure if that’s common in Paris or just their style). Warm service and cozy atmosphere overall, would happily come back!

We had such a great time yesterday! The DJ set a great vibe and the four-course menu was really well thought out. The food and the wine was honestly incredible. Each plate had its own wine pairing that matched perfectly with the dish. The service was really friendly and super nice too. Overall, just an amazing night, I highly recommend!

Service was excellent. We came in late for our reservation but they were kind enough to take us in. Food was great! Love the pork, it melts in the mouth. (In the Chinese cuisine context, it’s like 烧肉）The veg that came with it was a good complement. The dessert was yummy, alcoholic much! Whisky 🥃 The atmosphere was pleasant and perfect a couple date night out! They have a lot more stuff on the menu and would definitely love to be back on our next trip! side note: remember to book a reservation in advance.

Ardent was recommended to me by the hotel where I was staying. When I got there, I was able to get a table and I was greeted by a nice waiter, unfortunately I do not remember his name. I ordered a beef appetizer and I had beef for my main meal as well. Both really tasted excellent and were cooked perfectly. My meal was paired with a nice glass of red wine that was also recommended. During the meal, I was eating slow so I could savor the taste of the meat and it would last longer. I have the chocolate mousse for dessert and it was truly outstanding. This was an amazing meal, outstanding service and quality of food.
