What a wee treasure trove. Stocks everything you need (and things you didn’t know you needed 😂) for a wee holiday on the island. Friendly staff too and prices are good for an island shop. Well done folks for keeping a wee gem like this for your residents and visitors 🌟

Amazingly well stocked for a small village store on a tiny island. Super helpful and friendly staff. Stocks milk and ice cream from the local Wee Isle Dairy, make sure you buy some.

Good wee shop that has all the essentials, some local arts and crafts and other bits and pieces. Joe, Hannah and the other staff are lovely. The Seafood Nook is attached dishing up (carry out) beautiful fish and chips and other seafood delicacies. The fish was the best I've ever had from anywhere last time I was over on Gigha.

Great local small shop, which now also has a part-time seafood restaurant called The Nook. Joe Teale is the chef, and in a tiny space cooks superb Fish & Chips, but my absolute favourite dish is the scallops on their own bed of salad. I've not found any restaurant anywhere that is able to cook scallops as well as Joe does, and he does it consistently, every time. I hope not too many people read this review, as he so quickly sells out of my favourite dish each week. The scallops are a special treat to myself. Fabulous. Should get a Michelin star.

If you're considering visiting Gigha for more than a few days and think that you are going to have to bring a boot full of supermarket groceries, think again! I was very pleasantly surprised at how well stocked this place was, including plenty of locally sourced produce. Think global, buy local!!

good little store to stock up on boat supplies , the ice cream is glorious... BUT can close early , make enquires .. very accommodating staff
