"Surreal entertainment hub, Area15, will throw a masquerade ball with multiple rooms and endless allure. Various packages with open bar drink offerings, hors d’oeuvres, and even masks to wear between the bars and lounges coincide with midnight toasts and other fun findings between the ballrooms. General admission tickets are sold out, but remaining ones start at $62 and go all the way up to $5,160 for VIP packages." - Jennifer Smith

"An immersive art-and-entertainment complex on the east side of I-15 that hosts eclectic exhibits, interactive installations, and nightlife — a hub for offbeat, experiential attractions rather than traditional Strip glitz." - Matt Villano

"A black-box building of neon and projection-mapped entertainment (home to experiences like Meow Wolf’s Omega Mart and the Imaginarium) is expanding with 20 more acres and has pre-leased roughly 60 percent of the new turf. The expansion doubles the current footprint and includes previously announced additions such as the year-round haunted house hub Universal Horror Unleashed and the largest-ever Museum of Ice Cream. It will also feature the Boeing 747 that was converted into an art car for Burning Man and an indoor skydiving venue. Other announced food-and-drink additions include Chilango’s Tacos (known for its al pastor and birria tacos) and a new location for Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets." - Janna Karel

"Area 15 is a massive entertainment zone just across I-15 from The Strip. When you enter the parking lot, it looks like a warehouse surrounded by large pieces of public art. Inside, it's a wacky alternate universe (containing additional alternate universes), circled overhead by an operating zip-line you can opt to fly around on. Entry is free to Area 15 before 10pm, although it's best to reserve an entry pass online, and after 10pm it turns into a 21+ zone. The main experience here is Omega Mart, the supermarket by Meow Wolf, which creates immersive art installations and produces music festivals. You'll enter what appears to be a supermarket (normal!) which is stocked with items like "emergency clams" and "corn PM" (not normal!). You'll open the door of a walk-in beverage cooler and enter a warped Narnia situation where you must solve a mystery (you can opt out and wander if you like) to pass through." - Andrea Bennett
