Really nice looking restaurant but not worth it and not value for money. Maybe if you like the white truffle then it might be worth it. We got 2 oysters but one was bad and we told them but they didn’t make it up for us. This place was empty on a Thursday at 20-22 and now I understand why. I heard they got a Michelin star and we don’t understand why. It’s over priced even if the interior is cool but it’s not good enough. The waiter took my starter with the vieira con salsa cítricos before I had all the juice and then came back with it as the others didn’t finish either. Music was pleasant and calm. Interior colors are nice. The risotto was very strange and salty and even with the old parmasan cheese I asked for on it, it still was odd tasting and nobody at the table liked it eaither. We told them kindly but they just said sorry and came back and told me it was me that had a problem with the taste and not their dish. This I found very offensive as I have had 3 risottos the last 5 days at the best restaurants in marbella and puerto banus. I sound like a prude but I really am disappointed by that they didn’t deduct it from my bill or even offered a better oyster or something else. Even if this is the best they can do it makes me not thinking if it’s worth to bring more clients or friends here. It feels like they don’t understand their visitors but instead think their ways is the only way. I wished it was as good as other Michelin starred places but we only got 4 starters and we are 3 people. I also wonder why a nice place like this has plastic plants with these high prices it seems like the concept fails a bit. I hope this will inspire the place to become better as I’m sure they really tried their best.

Love this romantic place, great for a couple hang out. Food is decent, service correct, lighting and decor enchanting 😃 Our 3rd visit and this was for Christmas Eve dinner.

Unconventional and homely interior decor for a Michelin recommended restaurant with impeccable service. Clever food presentation. Still, only three or four out of the eleven course tasting menu were memorable, delicious experiences. The tartar on the toast was great, while the pigeon was less interesting. Very expensive for two including drinks, not sure i would pay this much again for the quality.

Delightful and peaceful restaurant where quality and attention details take a central stage. Place that focuses on products in season so the menu would always include something fresh and new for you to try. It is on a higher price range,however, what you receive during the whole dining experience is absolutely worthy.

Wonderful, very elegant, quiet, modern restaurant. All dishes are very delicious and unique. Great wine list. Excellent service. Very pleasant atmosphere.

We have visited many restaurants around the world, including those ones in Marbella, and This was NOT worth the amount paid! We were 3-tree persons and paid 627,- € from A la carte. Ok, we had a good wine cost 165,- but come on. Risotto with Alba tartufo was so small so we had to order more. The same with steak tartar mentioned as main course, was the same minimalistic portion. When it came to the “Sommelier” (which cannot be) it was so unprofessional. IF Areia are aiming for a star, there is a long way to go! The only nice thing was the ambience, location, colours and furnitures. All in all it was a ripoff! NOTE! I saw your answer and you are NOT correct saying " we served a double portion". The first serving was far away to small, and we complained. Then we asked for more, which was likely the same small portion, and all good. But, you charged us half price for a half portion, so again, not correct what you say. All in all, this has NOTHING to do with "satisfying my appetite" but more related to serving what is expected in relation to what you charge!

An outstanding experience, from start to finish. The unique atmosphere and decorations, attentive and friendly service and creative and masterfully cooked dishes combined to form a highly memorable dinner. I certainly reccomend to try one of Areia’s signature cocktails as an apéretif, I found my “Jasmine Gimlet” to be perfect for a summer evening. As for the food, the smoked eel, the highly creative foie gras millefeuille and the suckling lamb from la Mancha were the highlights of the meal. A visit to Areia is absolutely worth the high price tag.

Incredible restaurant. I believe they will have their first start soon. Food, service, and ambiance were outstanding. We were served by Carlos and Mara who were incredible. Thank you for a memorable night.
