"Arenales is an oasis from the busy, standing-room-only pintxo madness of the Old Town. The owners greet you right away when you walk in the door, and you can find a short menu on a chalkboard that’s hanging above the bar with a bunch of different small plates. Fresh produce is picked up from the market in the mornings, and the whole philosophy here is less is more—a prime example being the roasted carrots that come served over labneh and garnished with torn herbs. The wine list is a selection of hard-to-find natural bottles, so impressive diners and followers often beg to get them shipped home." - Marti Buckley

Youthful and contemporary restaurant, in the otherwise rather traditional gastronomic scene of San Sebastián. Tasteful and well balanced dishes for sharing. Good vibes!

Nice selection of natural wines, especially ones from Spain. The bartender was very generous and let us taste some wines before we decided on what we wanted to order by the glass. Also an impressive selection of natural wines by the bottle of varying price ranges.

Right in the heart of town, this spot is slept on. Known as a natural wine bar, it’s food is incredible! The carrot dish is a must try… little bit of acid, little bit of cream, little bit of crunch, and so fresh with herbs. The server was so helpful and kind. All-around great spot!

We are at the natural wine bar and trying Spanish pet-nats. All of them are beautiful. Snacks are very delicious. The service and sharing of information about the wines is great. Definitely a bar worth visiting. Make sure to make a reservation, they don't have many places. They have indoor and sidewalk tables.

We loved their extensive list of weird and wonderful natural wine and their really high level sharing plates. Was a little on the expensive side compared to other places but a lovely spot on a rainy evening. Would return for their wines by the glass.

Perfect little restaurant with great selection of natural wines. Everything we had was delicious -> carrot, ravioli and skirt stake. I don’t remember when was the last time some restaurant made this good impression on me. Thank you ❤️

Loved the food and wine here & the staff even more so! They gave us some brilliant recommendations. The carrots were one of my favourite dishes I tried in San Sebastian.
