"After more than a decade in Lakeview, Argo Tea has closed its location at 3135 N. Broadway Street. The shutter happened about a week ago with furniture removed and a sign on the door reading: “Thank you for 12 years. Please visit our other Chicagoland cafés.”" - Daniel Gerzina

So much tea to choose from, plus other goodies. I've come here a couple times and it's been great every time. I order some tea, grab a seat and get some work done. It's never been too crowded, loud, or dirty. The staff is friendly, the WiFi is fast, and the food/drinks are tasty. My only complaint, and thus the reason for 4 stars, is pricing. Things are very expensive here. A small iced tea runs for $4, which is ridiculous. A hot tea is slightly cheaper, but not by much. Just be willing to spend a few more bucks than you'd expect.

Really great great drinks and friendly staff. I always get the matcha latte and it's done perfectly. Plus they are open later than most coffee shops--11pm--perfect for this late night study sessions. Outdoor seating available too!

I've stopped here a couple of times to grab a cold drink. The teas are good and they always have many without any sugar so you can add your own or none at all. The coffee here is good but a bit overpriced. The interior space is cozy, colorful, and comfortable so you stop by sit for a bit or use their wi-fi.

Love it here! So many tables, spaces, power outlets, sun – a great study/work café. Shout out to the super friendly barista-staff-lady who warned me that Argo's bubble tea is not real bubble tea (no tapioca, what!?) and offered to heat my chocolate chip cookie. You're the best.

I live right around the corner from this location, and they're great! Staff was super friendly and helped us decide what to drink. Even though it's a tea store, they have awesome coffee and I LOVE that they have almond milk!

I LOVE Argo Tea and I especially love this neighborhood location. There are a bunch of little nooks within the store to sit and get things done, or meet a friend. The baristas are always very friendly!

This place would shine a lot more if the premises where more clean and cleaned often. The place is usually not too busy. You will be if you are expecting your tea to taste the same every time.

Ok, so this chain is alright. It isn't anything special. I think that the teas and other drinks are fairly average. On top of the quality being just okay, they have an annoying wifi restriction. The wifi only works for two hours if you purchase something. That is fine, but like I said, annoying. The thing that made me dislike this place is the fact that the wifi didn't even work and when I asked the staff for help, the said that they couldn't help me. Again, the drinks were average, but their wifi was not even that.
