Friendly helpful staff with a good recommendation for a slightly sick human! Cozy atmosphere, open airy seating area with good natural lighting. Tasty teas, sandwiches and snacks! They also have loose teas you can purchase. Excited to have this location so close to Loyola and home! I'll be back!

I love that this place is never very crowded, and there's a nice fake fireplace in the middle that you can warm up by as you enjoy your tea. The workers seem invested in getting you a drink that you like and there's always at least one delicious free sample of some tea concoction. I've also seen them displaying local artists' work and hosting the artist who was selling her art. I get the Mate Late and enjoy it--it's earthy and mild and yet robust. My only complaint is that they are too pricey.

This place is a great spot for specialty teas. I used to be a frequent shopper at Teavanna, but since they went out of business, I could not find a place to get the teas I wanted or liked. The people are nice, the environment is calming, and the prices are great. Argo is now my go to for great tea. Visit. Visit. Visit.

Delicious tea. I had a small black iced tea with squeezed lemon and some of their sugar alternative. It was good. And it truly was plain black tea, no flavorings or fruitiness. I can't really compare it to Dunkin or Starbucks iced tea, I think was just different and good. Note, they are cashless. Neat almost scientific displays of all their loose teas. Fun to look at them. Of course, very expensive. Clean, bright atmosphere, better for reading than a dark, woody Starbucks. I stayed for one hour reading. There was chatting and reading and studying going on there. Local Loyola artistic events were posted on the bulletin board. My guess is lots of the clients were from Loyola as they were young.

Cute spot but I'm not feeling the way they divided the room. Glad they came to the area as there really are no options for tea. You all need to add some more items for kids though. They had white milk but that was all-more kid friendly options like they do at Starbucks would be nice and would bring you in more customers as there are a lot of families with kids around here.

The tea and pastries here are absolutely delicious! My personal favorite is the honey tea, or hot apple cider. This little cafe is the perfect place to chillout and enjoy a great cup of tea. Anytime that I have come here the staff have been wonderful and they are more than willing to help you pick a tea to enjoy. Two thumbs up, and a 5 star review from me!

Not great service, as I was paying they told me "oh I forgot to tell you were out of X tea and we're substituting it with Y tea." Then they forgot to give us the receipt, which I wouldn't have wanted except that that's the only way to get into the bathroom, since it's got a code you have to use to unlock it. Funny since before we ordered we had asked if they had a bathroom. One of two bathrooms were out of order. Got back to my tea and it was super hot, I waited ten minutes for it to cool down to be drinkable/hold-able. Gave up and walked outside to cool it down in the Chicago wind.

I usually love Argo Tea, but I'm not a fan of this location. Most drinks are made with way more milk than tea, and the staff isn't very helpful.
