Was looking for some late night food when I stumbled upon this restaurant on DoorDash. From what I understand, it’s operated as a ghost kitchen. The chicken looked crispy but it was flakey at best. Almost like a coconut flake texture. Flavor profile was good but after a couple bites, the texture was just too unique for me to keep going. The rice was bad. Hard on the outside, mushy on the inside. The fried Mandu was really good and the only part of the meal I really liked. I give it 3 stars because nothing here flavor wise was bad. It was mostly texture. Once they get the texture down I will be returning but until then, no.

Got the sweet and sour glazed fried chicken over rice. Chicken was fine, sauce was OKAY, rice was terrible… like microwaved leftover rice -terrible. Also the fried dumpling it came with had a foul taste. FYI - this restaurant is inside / a part of this Doordash Kitchens “digital food court” if you are trying to find it from the street.

Got the KFC chicken bowl, which lists a few ingredients, but never mentions cheese beyond adding cheese in the options. The description never has it. I get the bowl and after eating a bit realize that it has it, and I’m allergic, so I go back and try to get a refund because there’s no reason there should be an allergen like that with no indication it’s there, and the person is incredibly rude and tells me to take it up with support and tries to lie and say it was on the menu.

on a mission to try all the doordash kitchens food and i think Aria is in the top 3 for sure. nothing beats boneless saucy Korean fried chicken after a long day at work. wish they served beer here though to go with my chicken ;P they also have a Homies taco sampler dish that's 40% on Taco Tuesdays when you order through the doordash app.

Bulgogi rice bowl? 3 pieces of meat, rice soggy as hell. Stop using Ore-Ida fries for the fries. Yikes. It was a lazy Sunday for y'all today. Forgot my 6 piece dumplings. Order at your own risk.

Not the best fried chicken- If you just want chicken, I would go bonchon down the block. But the chicken sandwich is great with good pricing too, so try it out. Good atmosphere to just chill and enjoy food

Food was boring was expecting my taste buds to explode with flavors..but the one dish I got with the bugoli beef just tasted like Hamburger meat with the fat ..definitely no flavor..all the chicken and the flavors they were supposed to be 😔😮‍💨fell short of flavors.just boring sauces.it seems like this place lost it's fire for flavor..it's boring and boring flavors..

What a mess, I ordered the sample of the 3 tacos and they came all separately broken there's no way to grab it. Plus the cabbage was hugely sliced.

Aria is newly opened as part of the DoorDash Kitchens food hall concept on Bridge St. Aria is originally from SF, and for a while was one of the top tier takeout/delivery options there. They did boneless Korean fried chicken better than any other place I'd tried, and I ordered it frequently. In the early days of COVID lockdown in 2020, when in-person dining was gone, Aria orders were one of few consistent comforts. I regret to report that this is not even close to the same food they serve at the original SF Aria. I get that replicating a dish at the first location outside California, over 3000 miles away, will come with its challenges, but c'mon; DoorDash and Aria, this isn't the 19th century. McDonald's and Chipotle and hundreds of other brands have written and refined the playbook already. Perhaps the most egregious and obvious shortcoming of the fried chicken at this new location is that it clearly was not double-fried. Double-frying is the quintessential characteristic of Korean fried chicken, and the technique they had at the original SF location was masterful, resulting in huge, crisp, craggy chunks of tender, flavorful chicken thigh pieces. The chicken at this location was limp and lightly breaded. It looked like chicken fingers they'd carried out the back of Sticky's from the next block over. The accompanying sweet & spicy and soy garlic sauces tasted... off, as well. Much flatter, like they had trimmed down the original sauce recipe from 10 ingredients to three. The one redeeming quality here is that you still get a decent amount of chicken for the price, but I'm really hoping they can bring in the Aria SF founder to see how different this is from his original food and get some QC going here.

The Bulgogi bowl is my absolute favorite here. The egg is nice and runny and the flavor is amazing. They also used a short grain rice. The fried chicken here isn't crunchy but it's flavorful. The sauce that it comes with is a spicy chipotle which isn't spicy. You can order on the door dash app or at the kiosk.

Ordered KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) ....that was NOT CHICKEN. I am feeling sick. The texture was not chicken, the taste was not chicken. For all I know it could have been rat. You can't even find a legit address for this place. SHAME ON YOU!

My fiancé really wanted to try this spot so we did. We did a takeout order. I had the KFC bowl that came with boneless chicken thighs, white rice, cheese and an egg, and I got both garlic soy and sweet and spicy sauce on the side. We also tried the dumplings. All in all I thought the food was okay, but nothing special. I wish they used white meat for their chicken. One thing I really liked was the garlic soy sauce and I was surprised because I thought I would enjoy the spicy sauce more. Overall an okay experience.

The portion was VERY good but the fried chicken was SOGGY . There was NONE of the crispy fried coating which makes fried chicken such a delight . The Cole slaw was quite good also .
