Absolute joke. I waited for three bad experiences with this place to finally write this review. As you can tell, I’m generally a very forgiving person and like to give people a second, and even third chance.
The first time I called and asked if I could come in, (trying to see if there was a wait.) The answer was no because they were closed. Mind you this was smack dab in the middle of their working hours.
They advertise as “Massage,” but when I called and asked about foot massage, they informed they don’t do these.
The third and final time was just now when I called and asked if I could come in. The answer was, “Not right now. 30 minutes.” So I walk several blocks from my house and start to lay on the table when she asks if I’m paying cash. I am not because I have none on me. She tells me she can’t take a credit card. Zero mention of this made when I called, (she was the same person I spoke to on the phone.) I had just been at the grocery store and could’ve grabbed cash but now she expected me to walk back home, drive to an ATM, and come back.
Least relaxing “massage” experience ever. They may be fantastic at massage, but I wouldn’t know, because they’re clueless at running a business.
