ARISTA Broomfield

If looking to buy a new condominium in Broomfield, a person should consider this neighborhood. Its city living and a little to congested for my lifestyle. 🏡 Definitely a neighborhood with more Dogs than Children. Next to 1st Bank Center and a few restaurants too.

Arista has an amazing development! We first had a great dinner, at one of the many restaurants, then went to an event at the 1STBANK Center which turned out to be a great venue. You would never need to leave this area as they have hotels, bike trails, parks, offices and even residences. I might even move there!

Went in for a tour. It was a decent apartment. Nothing special. Loved the renovations but didn’t have a lot to offer. 3.5/5

Natalie has been the most helpful leasing agent I've ever worked with! She has helped me figure out my move out process and was extremely kind and helpful! I've lived at Arista for 2 years and would recommend it to all my friends! Thanks again Natalie!!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Everybody in the leasing office is rude, the apartments are shit. I promise you, don't more here. You will regret it just like I did. Move anywhere else.

I was encouraged to email the management team here to resolve the issues with applies not working for 2 months I emailed them the same day I made the review and still have not heard back from them but they were super quick to respond to a negative yelp review. It is incredibly frustrating that the tenants continue to not get any real help.

I've tried to reach out multiple times and no one gets back to me or helps me setup a meeting/call to management to address these issues. If you could provide a contact email or phone number that would be great. It seems like you guys are more concerned with replying to reviews than your own tenants.

Many units have 9-foot ceilings and thin side walls with significant parts of the units having no carpet. Noise from neighbors can be more annoying than at other places. The 1stBank Center being nearby results in crowded street parking and loud, annoying visitors during events; you can also hear the music from blocks away, and events can go past midnight. Ownership changed from AMLI to current owners in October 2021 - this was not announced until after it occurred. Current management's policies are arguably unfair/unreasonable or even predatory. They charge you a ton of extra fees for things your rent should support, including a valet trash service you cannot opt out of. They use an online software vendor called Domuso that cannot handle first/last month's monthly payments and will over-deduct from your account. They will take a long time to refund you for it. The maintenance staff is a highlight of this place (holdovers from previous managment). They are nice, professional, and skilled. They get the job done.

I have been super disappointed in the new management. The apartments used to be called Amli Arista and the staff and management were amazing! Ever since the switch to Arista Flats, I have had multiple issues with the management side. I keep getting overcharged because they can't figure out how to seperate the Amli leases and the Arista Flat leases. In order to fix these errors, I have to call about 3 times each month before anything is fixed. Additionally, the staff tells me a manager will be in contact with me once the problem is solved, but this never happens. I'm frustrated that I need to call every month to make sure I don't get overcharged, and it feels I find a new charge each month. Now, people who started off with an Arista Flats lease may not be having these issues, but regardless, management is not helpful. I will say, maintenance has been great whenever I have needed them, and the office staff has been kind whenever I have called.

The move-in process was very easy and Alexa was super friendly and responsive! There were a few hiccups with my apartment upon moving in and the maintenance crew were extremely fast at fixing them. Glad to be a part of this community.

Stephanie who works at the front desk was extremely helpful and empathetic. In general our experience was great and we are sad we have to leave! Great area with good food surrounding it, a nice park nearby, and great location to be close to both denver + boulder!
