I came in a couple of weeks ago with very little time to find a specific item in multiple quantities. Online, the item was listed as unavailable for order and only in stock as a single unit at a few locations. While in-store, I tried calling other branches but couldn’t get through.
Jay, who was assisting me, was determined to help find a solution. She brought in her manager, Nay, who immediately sprang into action. Over the next ten minutes, Nay personally called and texted associates and managers at every location that might have the item. Thanks to her persistence and teamwork with Jay, they managed to track down exactly what I needed, place it on hold, and have it ready for me.
I’m deeply grateful for this outstanding display of customer service, which went above and beyond my expectations.
