Aritzia

Such a pity. I bought a coat last night and 1 hour later got an email saying it was on sale. We went today to try to get the price respected and they told us they couldn’t do it. Ridiculous they don’t care enough about customer service for such expensive clothes. We would remain customers if the experience was better but it’s been 2 times that we have issues and unfortunately last time we’ll be shopping there. Feels like they are trying to take advantage of people.

Aritzia is my favourite store. But I have never been in this location. It was amazing as usual though very busy which i wasn't expected in this weather. There were a lots of personal an the floor. some were busy, some i think were lost in between. i have tried a couple of cots, and nobody was paying attention. I couldn't find what I wanted then was thinking to leave and go another store. All the sudden one of staff named:Monica, she help me to find what i wanted. though i bout more which I had a plan to come for it another time. she has the best attitude, knowledgeable about what they have or able to do and so fast. she made my day.

We travelled from Edmonton and decided to do some shopping. My daughters, 13 & 11 were looking for some cargo pants. Liz was incredibly helpful, outgoing and really made my girls experience in the store a lot of fun. I highly recommend this store and asking for her if you need a five star experience.

I had such an amazing experience at this Aritzia!! From the minute I walked into the door, I received what felt like princess treatment!! Huge shoutout to the blonde girl who helped me out, I completely forget her name but she had a slick bun and was working while i was in today around 6:30pm. She was so sweet and had such a great vibe. Would definitely come back just for the staff <3

The quality of customer service has gone significantly. No one greets you when you enter. Most of the employees are chatting away with each other instead of asking customers if they need help. When you approach the group of ladies for assistants they all disappear and whoever is left standing last seems to be the unlucky person that has to help you. Not because they want to do there job but because they were too slow to leave the situation. This is specifically this location. I experienced something similar at aritzia guildford centre as well. Where no one offers to start you a fitting room or offers to help you find a size. I don't know if this is the new training standard?? But before aritzia had amazing customer service and people who didn't seem to hate their jobs helping you. What happened?

Wow I am amazed the sales and managers there are very scammy and beechy as always. They never told me that they are selling an item that is final sale to me. And their attitude represents and the type of girls they hired are the worst women you can see on earth. Rude, unprofessional, cold blood and gold digging. I have to pay for their mistakes. To avoid being scammed by them again I decided to never shop with them again. To avoid looking at those thick makeup beetchy attitude low value low quality bully women again I decided to walk away and stay away from these toxic people. Shame on you and Karma will get you one day selfish evil staffs.

The only thing these sales focus in on their commission. They hardly try to hang what I choose and put them in the fitting room. But didn’t really what to help me to find. I was looking for the green bra in TNA area yesterday, but young lady said there was no this color. Later, I found it by myself. And I was trying to find Butter legging in size M, the older lady said there is only S, however I found M by myself. I find what I need yesterday, but I went to Metrotown location for purchase.

Having walked out of another place where my older person not-cool-enough invisibility cloak was apparently deployed, I received great service here and bought several things I wouldn't have known suited me if the floor staff hadn't been good. It's in their interests to try and find the right stuff, I just don't get fashion workers that don't have that passion for dressups. They were good. Clothes are lovely, I liked the Babaton range.
