The room is clean and quiet. Dorm size fridge (and it's very cold). if you like individual coffees pods there's a machine to make them work. No need to leave your room for coffee.AC works perfectly.

This is my go to place. I have become friendly with the waitstaff at Sourdough Cafe and the slot techs. AZ Chucks isn’t the biggest of Casinos and pales in comparison to the resorts on the strip. As a local, it’s as good a place to go. Food is excellent… they make my favorite salad and the staff has always been friendly and on the ball. They keep up with new slots…

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. When we arrived at around 1 a.m. on the first night, the system was down, and we were unable to check in until approximately 3:30 a.m.—despite this, we were still charged full price for that night. The rooms were unclean, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. For the first two nights, the air conditioning did not work, prompting me to request a room change. Unfortunately, the new room was even worse—it had a strong smell of smoke despite being designated as non-smoking. However, the air conditioning did function properly in the second room. The hotel's overall cleanliness was lacking, with trash scattered around the property, except for a well-maintained grassy area in the center. Additionally, I felt uneasy walking outside at night due to the presence of loiterers, including individuals engaging in questionable activities. While there was security patrolling the premises, it only provided a minimal sense of reassurance. On a positive note, the staff was courteous and accommodating when I requested a room change, which I appreciated. Despite this, I will not be staying at this hotel again, which is unfortunate given its convenient location near my grandmother’s house.

I can now see why the Casino and Hotel were empty. I book a double bed room online, that part was fine. Other than the room being clean, this place was definitely ratchet. It’s pretty much a completely run down Budget Suites. Except… the beds are 25 year old spring mattresses. The hotel is pretty much empty for obvious reasons, yet they stacked the few rooms that were stayed . There is trash all through the parking garage which was almost derelict. Trash through the entire property. We were uncomfortable the kids were uncomfortable.

This is a review of their casino and restaurants. Over the years I've dropped in here to enjoy their casino as well as food. Though I've been offered comped rooms, I've never stayed due to the fact that the doors open out to the public not an enclosed hallway. I'm not really picky but that just seems a little less safe than hotels that have it. The casino is clean and offers a variety of games. Their restaurants are decent and are filling without breaking the bank. I haven't been recently but do plan on dropping by the next time I visit Nevada.

This hotel was absolutely filthy! The staff here was rude as well. Everyone working at the food outlets was friendly, but all of the waitresses hotel staff and especially the hotel cleaners were rude. At one point, I witnessed a family with a stroller trying to walk past a cleaning cart and the worker told them that she was not going to move, rolled her eyes and went back inside the unit, she was cleaning. If I was that family, I would’ve demanded a refund and left the hotel immediately. I played on the gaming for a total of three times for a couple hours each and I did not get approached not one time by a waitress for a drink. In addition upon check-in, I was charged an additional $140 that was not Mentioned on any of my itineraries for the trip that I had paid for. The hot tub was out of service the entire five days and nights that we were at the hotel. The hotel room did not have any blankets nor proper sheets on the bed. There was no coffee or water provided in the room. And staying five days the room was never freshened up.And again, the woman working at the hotel counter. Check-in was extremely rude about it. The location is also not very convenient. The area is lettered with prostitutes and homeless. I will definitely never return to this hotel. And I am a frequent visitor to Las Vegas.

Google
I never knew it would be so good and affordable. Room was super clean, no upgrade, I got what I paid for. Good night sleep and no fussy neighbors partying all night either. To me it was relaxing parking was convenient and for what I was in town for the location was perfect

Google
It is what it is. It's a locals casino located on boulder Highway, semi close to Fremont Street Experience. Service was kind, but the location isn't the best, and the rooms are dated tremendously. It's basically a motel with a decent little casino. I'd come back here if the situation was right. But I'd probably go to Sams town or Boulder station over this place

Yelp
This is at best a budget hotel in not a great neighborhood. But we needed a cheap place to stay on a road trip for a few hours of rest. The cons, a 20$ resort fee, no blankets on the bed , only 2 towels for a suite, foamy pillows, trash around the property and uneven disintegrated walkways. The pros, the employees were lovely. When we checked in there was a Ruckus at the hotel and Carlos the front desk attendant had to stop our check in to dispatch security. When he was done he apologized and upgraded us to a suite. He was friendly and engaging. Checking out Mary was nice also. While we were there we threw a few $ in a slot. Our cocktail lady was friendly and attentive. She actually told me to watch my purse. Which was nice of her. In the morning the Dunkin' donut lady was friendly also. I think this place Needs lots of maintenance but the employees make up for a lot! For 30$ a night in Vegas it wasn't a bad deal.

Rudy J.

Yelp
Bad area. They keep your security deposit for 3 whole days before releasing it back to your bank. No blanket on the the bed. Never stay there again

Yelp
Good place for the area which is honestly pretty crappy ass bad. If okay with a few undesirable people hanging around, it's a cheap place to stay. Arizona Charlie's is one of the hotels on Boulder Highway. Has the usual things like a casino and a few restaurants inside. The inside is pretty crummy compared to the nicer places but it's not like a roach hotel though. After looking for a cheap place to stay the first night in Vegas, we chose here. It's kind of far from the Strip, but still close enough to get to with a bus ride. This is a totally different atmosphere in this area to be sure. Not glamorous by any means. Of course that's why it's cheaper for this. It was about $30 for a basic room. They waved the resort fees because the plane came late, so that was nice of them. Basic looking room that had a microwave. Casino is big enough for the resort. A few bars are located around the floor. There's also a few restaurants serving basic grub like burgers and such. Basically it's a good place if looking for somewhere cheap. It's located close to a few other casinos like Boulder Station just to the north of here. There's quite a few sketchy people in these parts so be careful if you go out walking.

Yelp
ZERO STARS is more appropriate. DISGUSTING! Should've known when it took FOREVER to check-in with only I person working. Smell gross...over use of bleach. Didn't even stay...immediately checked out.

Yelp
This is by far the worst "hotel" experience in my life. The floor is disgusting, we won't walk on it barefoot. The AC/heater unit did nothing for our room and seeing as we only had a sheet to cover us we were freezing all night. I attempted to call housekeeping to get a blanket and they did not answer. So I called the front desk and was informed they were out of Blankets.... how is this possible? I understand I paid less for the room than on the strip but they too included a "resort Fee" ? To call this a resort is insulting to Motel 6. Zero stars would be appropriate and the worst part is I need to stay another night

Yelp
Just a great locals casino. Had a great time in bingo, it's a beautiful room. Noticed they have added many of the new fun machines to gamble on and have great specials in their restaurant the café.

Yelp
Dirty, less than helpful staff, very dated accommodations and not in a good area........

Yelp
It's pretty disgusting. I can't even begin to describe the filth. I've attached some photos. The dresser in the bedroom has never been dusted. You can see how thick it was, I could actually draw my name. The carpet was absolutely disgusting, filthy, and stained. I never once sat on the couch. I never walked on the floor barefooted and we basically slept and got the hell out of there. The bed mattress was so old and disgusting and creaky. There were no blankets on the bed at all. They gave us two sheets that's it, nothing more. I guess they expected us to use our heater. Stay there with caution. And this was their king suite upgrade.

Yelp
I quit playing on Wednesdays because I got screwed out of a mop and left with $hitty oven mits. Well, they are screwing their players again! They have $hit mystery gifts in the pull tab promotion on Fridays. You spend money to get the 300 points and can end up with a $hit gift. WTF Golden Entertainment?!?!? This place has gone to hell! It sucks worse than porn! If you are going to have people spend money in order to participate in a promotion, get rid of the $hit mystery gifts! I'd rather get like $10 in free play than the bull$hit gifts. Also, having a drawing on Tuesday nights when most of us are working is a $hit move as well. You are catering to a specific group of people which is prejudice. Hard working folks could use help on a power bill as well! In closing, Arizona Charlies & Golden Entertainment continues to prove that they only want your money and don't give a $hit about you. They suck!!!

Yelp
I've been a loyal Arizona Charlie's Boulder customer for almost 10 years since I fly into Vegas often. Always got a good rate and a clean room. This time, the room was fine, but we got ZERO housekeeping on a 4-day stay. The first morning, I called Housekeeping to request turn-down service and new towels. (I learned last year that they DO NOT CLEAN your room unless you specifically request it.) I even asked 2 of the maids who were cleaning another room to do mine. I also asked for a blanket, since the beds only had sheets on them. They said they quit doing that because the guests were stealing them. But no blanket...in November? They said they'd see what they could do. I left housekeeping a $5 tip on the table. Came home that night, room was NOT cleaned, no trash taken out, beds not made, no clean towels, no blanket. But the tip was gone... That kind of summed up the whole trip. The next morning, they delivered a blanket to the room. Hooray. So we were warm the rest of the stay. But we came back that night and once again, no room cleaning. The polite locals at the front desk used to be very nice to deal with. But they have been replaced by clueless Millennials who hate their job and really do not seem to like dealing with people over the age of 30. On the third day - Monday - I went to the front desk to plead with the young kid out front to get housekeeping to clean my room. He said that "of course they can't; they only provide replacement services on Monday." Oh-kay. I did not know that! So... clean your own room. Haul your own trash. If you want clean towels you'll have to work to get them. Apparently, the inmates at the asylum are now in charge here. I'll move down the street to Sam's Town from now on. They offer value as well. And housekeeping.

Yelp
SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY!!! Booked three nights in a "suite" for a few friends and I for the three day weekend. First thing we noticed when entering the room was the musty moldy smell. There was dust caked on every surface imaginable. A suite in this hotel's mind is a bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with a twin sized bed. Not enough for four people. None of us dared use the shower, and I ended up driving to a store to buy cleaning supplies to clean the room MYSELF. Even so, it needed to be vacuumed badly. My feet were black after walking on the putrid carpet. We also encountered THREE ROACHES!!!!! Absolutely disgusting hotel but we figured we'd deal with it in the morning because we were all exhausted. Unfortunately at 1 a.m. a man attempted to break into our room!!! We called security but never showed up and one of my friends ended up having a severe panic attack while the other couldn't sleep for the rest of the night. When I informed the front desk the next day all they had us do was "talk" with security. And when I asked for a refund they told me i would have to contact expedia which I did, but then expedia tells me the hotel will not return the funds. It was a back and forth "he said she said." I noticed many other people checking out early, and askung for refunds and it's like the front desk lady was used to it.. one woman even said she found bed bugs! Eek!!! If you value your safety and health you should not go to this hotel.

Yelp
Came here and played at the bar . Was treated well by an older Caucasian male . (They don't wear name tags here ) a Hispanic guy came in and got us a drink that we ordered n argued with us bc we were not playing . Told him me n my bf was as playing the machines but waiting for a bit to let the machines rest , he continued to argue. I don't know if it's bc we look 21, and not their clientele 50 + . He never came by afterwards to check on us but Chris , finally got his name ! Chris is awesome ! Care for the wellbeing of his guest .

Yelp
where to start.. I'd call it roach motel but roaches to smart to stay. only reason I stayed there was the room was prepaid for by someone else . We had a family gathering was there for 4 days , only sheets on the bed two towels for room . No room service took 5 hours and seven phone calls to get a blanket and two extra towels . rooms were never cleaned trash we had to stack outside as well as dirty towels . Head to baeg for toilet paper . No security threre, cars got broken into . I would never recommend staying there. The cocktail waitresses and actual Casino employees were really good food wasn't bad , there's no entertainment offered no table games so if you're looking for something fun to do I would not recommend this for gaming other than slots . Then they tried to charge $180 Resort fee , they are the furthest thing from a resort .. I got home today and wanted to shower and srub myself. toilets would back up tubs where Cracked if you stay here good luck . It's in the middle of homeless town and you see them all over the casino I would never recommend this place to anyone

Yelp
A local gamblers haven. No table games here. Just machines. I didn't hear any screams or bells ringing. Just attendants being called for broken machines. I expected more, bring I haven't been here in 18 years. It's older. Restaurants closed it seemed at 10pm. Dunkin Donuts seemed abandoned. A good place to stay off strip. Decent prices. It's right off the freeway. Tons of campers and 5th wheels in the parking lots. I'm guessing this is a spot for travel through, shower, shave, and sleep type of place. Drinks are dirt cheap. And heavy poured. I did enjoy my short break there. Bartenders were attentive as the waitresses. This is a great pitstop. However Sam's Rown is down the road 2 minutes and has everything including a mall.

Yelp
The customer service is here was horrendous. When I showed up to make my reservation, there were guys fighting outside and security. Was there saying just let them fight. When I go into make my reservation, I had the experience of dealing with the manager, Nicole. She was very short, very rude to only tell me I would need to come back in an hour and a half to check in because housekeeping went to lunch. Not knowing that the front desk representative before her Mary had just helped a couple and Js explained to them the number of rooms that were available. there's no need to come to places like this and be treated as such. Las Vegas has been doing very well and Boulder Highway has been reinventing itself getting rid of places like this Arizona Charlie's along with the rude staff is only gonna make things better for Highway. I asked Nicole to cancel my reservation without trying to rebuttal without trying to fix it. She just canceled it and said you said see you later. When I go to the stratosphere or when I go to Laughlin and deal with the properties, I have no problem. This was one of the worst experiences ever.

Yelp
Kinda scary place, there was a person getting arrested outside when we went in, must be the local dive casino to play in. Would not be revisiting.

Yelp
We actually stayed at the Arizona Charlie's Boulder RV Park not the hotel. The reception staff (Heather & Keisha) are amazing. They are always friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable. They immediately respond to any camp ground concerns & quickly notifying those needed to handle the situation. The security team is very visible patrolling the area & assisting as needed. The facility areas (clubhouse, restrooms & laundry) are clean & taken care of. The heated pool & hot tub are wonderful especially during the winter months. There are a couple of not so great things but they shouldn't be deal breakers (they weren't for us)... 1- the lots aren't long enough for big rigs pulling big trailers (our rig/trailer are 65 feet total) but we disconnected & made it work. 2- the property landscaping could use some work. Lots of weeds & dog areas could use more water to help with the smell. 3- yes, it's not the best location but they take your security seriously with gates, key in entry & 24 hours patrols. If you're looking for a nice RV spot in Vegas give these guys a call. Thanks for a great wintertime stay...see you next time.

Angelica Z.

Yelp
This place was filthy and unkept. We were given a room by the pool. The pool was drained. As we walked to the room the building next to ours had fire damage. The window was destroyed by the fire and the blinds were melted yet hanging. Security roamed the parking lot. Police were also present. The parking lot was next to an abandoned lot with criminal activity. a couple of individuals were doing drugs in plain site. The room was gross. Floors were stained, beds were soiled and the walls were peeling. The bathroom was unsanitary. the drains in both the sink and bathtub were corroded. Finger nails on the floor. Animal feces or maybe human. When i spoke to the manager she said she didn't need to see the room. She explained that they had new housekeeping. Offered a full refund. Shout out to Heather for recognizing that the rooms were inadequate for human beings.

Brenda M.

Yelp
Worst stay ever. the room was cold requested blanket and they had none because of the bingo tournament and they were booked the room was dirty very expensive for 2 nights 785.00 dirty grounds porno on the tv when first turned on (good thing I had no kids) sourdough cafe was fire good. Management never came and talked to me her name is Heather. Never stay at this place ever dirty nasty I felt horrible and you will not get blankets.

Yelp
I am appalled at how disgusting their rooms are. My daughter and her friends had reservations there, and my daughter sent me a pic of a towel on the bathroom floor filthy as can be. They went to the store and bought cleaning products to clean the disgusting room. Later in the evening, they had roaches crawling on the walls. I would never ever recommend this place to any family or friends who may come to visit this area!!!!

C P.

Yelp
Arrived only to be told the room we booked (was told there are only 4 rooms of this type in the entire hotel and when we booked, it was available) was unavailable but that we would be "upgraded". The room we got was not at all suitable for our needs as it was missing a table and chairs but had an extra bed in the living room that we didn't want or need. I consider this a downgrade. The room's carpet had multiple stains. The couch had stains and what could have been mold. The AC didn't work. The front desk said there were no other rooms available. I called booking.com and requested our stay be canceled and that we be refunded. We ended up having to turn around and go back home. Major disappointment and we will never book there again.

Yelp
I give this casino resturant a maybe. It's always nice to see the manager of the restaurant walk around grumpy and speak to a waitress saying f'k their PTO. Some professionalism is in store for this place. I was seated quickly and as soon as I sat down I was asked if I was ready to order. They have a lot of good options and decided to order the chicken fried steak. I ordered a side salad and it was typical. I wasn't expecting much to be honest. One word of warning. Be prepared to ask what you want to drink before you sit down. When I came, the restaurant was pretty much empty however it took the server and 3 waitresses to decide where I can sit. The lettuce was a little welted but still good. The entrée of country fried steak was amazing. This is a must try. Over all - minus the manager and the unorganized chaos, this is an ok place for a dinner at a great price. What I found interesting was at the time of my dinner there were 11 patrons and over 11 staff. I was only checked on once. Don't get the baked potatoes. It's rotten. Steamed veggies were nearly raw. Was going to give the chef a 9 out of 10, but I'll give the chef a 7. Also as soon as you're done they bring the check as if they need your table. Where was the waitress meeting entire 52 minute dinner. If you want a cheap place to eat with near zero service and no customer experience then come on by. I rate this a 2 out of 5

Hans W.

Yelp
It's true you get what you pay for. I didn't have high expectations, so I really can't say I was disappointed. I was in a 2 double bed, non-smoking room in Bldg 2 on 2nd floor. There was a lovely view of the empty lot behind the venue with homeless people hanging out. The shower had black mold in the grout and growing on the walls & ceiling above. They sent someone with a non-labeled bottle of bleach or something, no brush, no wiping, just spray-spray. Pretty lame. They were nice enough to move us to a similar room in another building. That one had sheets that smelled like vomit. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless there's nothing else around.

Yelp
Rooms for handicap are not. Plus hotel not connected casino. Room for 2 people bed is very small not even a queen. Room smells advise bring Lysol spray and air freshener spray.

Yelp
This post is mainly about the hotel. I had one free nights stay here so I figured Id check it out strictly for the love of Yelp. There is a $75 refundable deposit for incidentals that is charged to your credit card at check in and you get that back when you checkout. Being a Vegas local I am already aware of the area. It is not the greatest location and not the worst of locations. Located on Boulder Hwy between Flamingo and Desert In. You're bound to come across a bunch of sketchy people. The hotel itself looks a lot like a weekly. As I was walking towards my room of course all you can smell is weed coming from one or 2 of the rooms. Then of course people hanging outside their room door smoking in the walkway. The hotel is really outdated and in need of a lot of repairs and upgrades. Ive seen pieces of the building broken off. Cracks in the cement. All the stairs and floors were really unlevel. Felt a bit slanted. The elevator felt like a death trap. The room itself was not cleaned good. The coffee maker still had the previous guests used coffee pod in it. Everything just needed major deep cleaning. Huge questionable stain on the carpet. Big gap underneath the door Im sure allows for all kinds of bugs to enter. Just not a great first impression. They do have a pool and a hot tub. Room card needed to enter the pool area and also needed for the restrooms. The hot tub was not working. And the pool was a bit dirty cause of it being windy. Long story short. If you're not a local you might wanna reconsider staying here. Cause as for myself. I wouldn't stay here again.

Mahala A.

Yelp
We had to wait an extra 3 hours for our room and the rooms were not even clean the beds weren't clean we asked for a non smoke room they gave us a smoke room

Jenna J.

Yelp
Absolutely horrifying. Aside from the couches and floors having giant burn holes and stains of ALL sorts, the AC didn't work and it was over 100 degrees in the room when the outside temp hit 80s. It felt like a cooler compared to the room. They have one worker who when goes on break no one can help remedy any situation. All around BAD.
google avatar

John L.

Yelp
This is an outstanding place to stay. I booked them mainly because of their lower price and location. My friend who lives nearby says this is a bad neighborhood but I didn't have any problems. This is not a 5 Star property. Not even a 4 Star. But my room was clean and comfortable, the check in staff was very nice and helpful and they have a casino and at least one restaurant (which I did not try). The room itself is non smoking but the casino and lobby reek of cigarette smoke Totally recommended for a reasonable price place to stay
google avatar

Sandra L.

Yelp
This review is on the casino only, not the hotel. However I would be surprised if the hotel was much better honestly. The casino floor is small and jammed with slots, NO table games at all. When we asked about table games they suggested we try video poker. No exactly the same thing if you like table games. The casino floor feels pretty "tight". Meaning there isn't a lot of extra room to navigate and get around. We stopped in on a Saturday night and there were a lot of open machines and people just standing around. It was very odd. Not sure why people were just standing in random areas. Very sketchy feeling. I thought I would update my True players card while there Well the players card area was closed and they directed us to the cashiers cage. In order to update my players card they fill out a paper form. Very old school. Needless to say we were there about 15 minutes max and left. Probably not somewhere we will be going back to anytime soon.

Yelp
What a dump! Don't stay here unless you have no other choices or you're a heroin addict. Just YUCK! Bad rooms, bad casino terrible. My room was really run down and mediocre on top of that. I'm surprised I didn't get bed bugs. I kept my bag on top of a table then threw away the clothes I wore. My room literally over looked a homeless encampment. Fuck this place, avoid it at all costs.

Yelp
BURN IT DOWN!! Dirty, outdated, zero accommodations, not even an IRON!!! That's it... that's the review.
google avatar

Yelp
One of the dirtiest 'Motel - ish' Hotel I have ever regretted booking. The floors haven't been mopped since they opened, they most likely swept or vacuumed 2 weeks prior and the bed wasn't attached to the headboard ontop of being slanted. I informed the hotel reception desk and they were not concerned at all about my complaints..
google avatar

Yelp
DISGUSTING. Those who value your health STAY AWAY. Dust, mold, and roaches. Random tear in the bathroom and suspicious liquids on every surface! Also apparently it's just fine to have random people bang on your door at 1 am since front desk doesn't do anything about it

Leonardo R.

Yelp
The worst place to stay. Awful conditions, rooms were not clean. I still have not gotten a response from management after complaining about it. Dirty sheets and towels laying on the floor, pills and pieces of guns in the room
google avatar

Doug S.

Yelp
For a Casino to have such a run down and dilapidated hotel for it's guest is utterly a Poor Excuse from Management. The rooms Need a Miracle and a Major Renovation. The elevators were not in operation at the time of check in. I would not let my worst enemy stay at this forsaken hotel. This unsafe and bug infested hotel; makes the Munster Home resemble the Waldorf Estoria!! Furthermore, the Health Dept should close this place up like a suitcase!! Stay AWAY..Far AWAY!!

Kristina R.

Yelp
Only plus was we won money in their casino.... Soap/hard water covered bath tap... no housekeeping or clean towels when repeatedly requested.... Black mold in bathroom.... Filthy carpet.... Broken hangers in closet... broken elevator.... If I could give it a zero star rating I would... bed was comfy, that's pretty much the highlight...
google avatar

Elton J.

Yelp
Ohhh my gosh what a dumpy room! Asked for the pool area but was told no, that we were assigned a room in building 4. Hmmm...so not one room was closer to the pool? Asked for a handicapped room, was denied because our room was on the second floor, further from the elevator than most of the rooms. All lamps in the room were broken. We fiddled with 2 and was able to see. Ice machine wasn't working. I called the desk to see about this and was told it just "needed to be filled". What? Is it up to guests to "fill" the ice machine because that's what I took away from thatconversation. In the 2.5 days we stayed here, there was no working ice machine. I will never spend the night here again.

Sharon P.

Yelp
Still no answer from management this seems to be a typical thing horrible rooms so bad that there's bedbugs very happy I was smart enough not to stay in the rooms after I paid for them their manager Nicole will never get back to you . Tammie at the RV park is just as bad. I can't wait till the Owner see what they're doing because they're ruining The hotel and RV Park . What kind of establishment has this low reviews one that doesn't care about their property. Obviously BB and OSHA needs to be involved.

Yelp
Nice stay, pretty large room! I liked that there was food on site and a 7-eleven at the corner. I was in town for Sick New World fest.

Yelp
Place was clean in room , but need to be up dated. There is no microwave The slots ne er pay- old games. But the restaurant was remodel, looks very nice food was good. Customer service at restaurant was very good , especially the people who are cleaning excellent job. Getting my deposit back took 4 days I had to call on the 3 day. I tip the cleaning person in restaurant because they gave great service and tip the ground cleaning person, because they also gave great customer service and keep cleaning area. This casino has alot to work on , as waitresses servicing drinks- very slow, newer slots, entertainment and returning deposit. I went to another casino to say till monday - 5 other days this casino lost from me because of these thing

Yelp
Wish I read the reviews before going for this place. Elevators don't work but the stairs are on the opposite side of the building, forcing you to walk around. System wasn't working so they could only provide 1 key, amenities are either outdated, unkept, or non-existent. Parking lot has homeless camping on or next to it. This is the most I've ever paid for an abysmal experience. Do. Not. Go. Here.

Yelp
Spacious suite next to the pool with very loud occupants with loud music.upon leaving for check out and loading things from the room to the car the room door closes ..be aware the keys to the room will no longer work even if it's a half an hour before check out time. Went to the front desk twice and twice the keys provided did not work the finally called security to open door for me to get my remaining belongings...not pleased

Yelp
This place is the perfect spot if your into dirty and not sure whats on the sheets, hooker hotels. But if your a smoker (not me) this is your spot. Yuk, outdated, broken furniture, bad beds, and your ac might work. Brought our mom to see her 94 year old brother who lives here and i let mom pick her spot. Bad choice. Yuk! Stay down at Sam's Town not far away same price 100% better. Never again. This place needs to shut down and rethink their design.

Yelp
One of my favorite Casinos here in East Vegas. I have stayed here many times and the rooms are reasonably cheap away from the strip. Casino is kind of in a bad drug infested and prostitution area, So be aware of certain surroundings. Thats why security is pretty heavy here with parking. I was here playing black jack and Texas Hold em. Bingo nights are really fun here. Great people that work here and good food. Always a pleasure to visit.

Yelp
0 stars! How is this place still in business and why hasn't the health department shut them down. I had family in town this past Sunday and they were going to Arizona Charlie's. I've never been to this location before. The one on Decatur is a pretty decent and I've been there many times. This location on the other hand is absolutely disgusting. My very first impression was immediately when I parked, it smelled like sewage and there was stagnant water puddles covering the lot. I was wearing sandals and had to jump over puddles of water because I didn't want to get my feet wet. Walking through the front doors I then noticed the smell. Just like old, dusty, mildew carpet... like it hadn't been cleaned or maintained in years. I had a few overpriced drinks but I'm so happy I decided to skip dinner. The number one reason I am so upset over my whole experience is because I am literally covered in bug bites. Yes, the reviews you see on here are true. It's absolutely ridiculous! I should have listen to my instincts and stayed away and told my family to go somewhere else. I mistakenly spent the whole day there in and around the hotel. My Aunt noticed a little black bug on my back and brushed it off but at the time I just ignored it. After about 4 hrs I noticed my skin was really itching so I decided I needed to go home because I was uncomfortable. I bid my family goodbye and headed back home all the while itching like crazy. Well, I get home and that's when I notice I'm covered in bites! For the past 4 days I've been absolutely miserable and living on Benedryl. I've added pictures of some of the larger bug bites. This is unexceptable for a hotel and I will obviously never go back there. I had to call around but there is a number and a webpage that you can contact the health department to report just bugs.

Yelp
After a long quarantine year finally came out to eat our famous steak and eggs breakfast. Love too see our waitresses and bus people everyone so friendly and sweet. The spacing out of the tables and check out are is perfect. Great value food delicious food, steak, eggs, hash browns, toast and jelly and a pot of coffee. Thank you for opening the doors again for great food and great customer service, thank god we all survived this pandemic

Yelp
This review is of the casino not the hotel. I've been here on a few occasions to kill time and try my luck with a few of my friends. Let me start off by saying that it is a pretty damn scary place... seriously. The type of crowd that visits can be described as sketchy... That being said, I never stayed here long enough to see things pop off but even the security guards look like they can't be trusted with your life. The strong stench of cigarette smoke is overbearing. My friend is a smoker and he even said it was too much! My same friend had a free meal voucher for us to use... I told him, I'd treat him as long as it was a different place - you catch my drift? Though parking is easy, it is not worth the visit. Sorry Arizona Charlie's Boulder, not worth the visit anymore. Even if you are providing free meals. I suggest safer options to eat and play, like Boulder Station or Sam's Town. You can thank me later.
