I had the chance to check out the Diamondbacks Team Shop at Chase Field while having some time to kill when in Phoenix for a convention. Chase Fild is the home stadium to the Arizona Diamondbacks of MLB. The Team shop is one of the bigger team shops I have been to. There was lots of space to move around and check out the merchandise considering it wasn’t too busy being the off season. At the time I was here they had a lot of inventory left but were out of many of the popular sizes in a lot of things. I always love checking out teams stores where I get the chance and this was definitely one of the better ones. I hope to get back here in the future and see it again and hopefully catch a game sometime.

I love this team shop. They always have a good variety of options for men, women, and children. They always have the sizes we need. My son also loves getting a new baseball each season to add to his baseball collection. The prices are reasonable considering its sports wear and those are usually higher in price. I love the season ticket holder discounts, especially when they have extra discount days.

The selection of merchandise is massive! Clearance items are a bargain and the staff were all very friendly and happy to be working there- chatty and non invasive and bubbly. They helped me with sizing and knew exactly what they were doing. Offseason goodie haul for my souvenir shopping to bring back to Singapore for my parents and friends. If you go on the stadium tour you will get a 10% discount!

Always a good deal on jerseys and hats! They still carry the original jersey styles with the teal and purple. Lots of good stuff for kids, the wife, the in laws, and the favorite Dback in your home.

When the roof is open it’s a spectacular experience. Sincerely hope they can find a way to keep the D Backs in downtown and not move them to the suburbs.

Went to get my new purple and teal city connect jersey Thursday before debut on Friday was able to get the jersey and matching hat but custom name shop was out of the letter “O” so said I would need to wait until next day to get it or latest Tuesday. We’ll Tuesday came and went no response so I called and left a msg got a return text next day requesting number I wanted I replied with number and shop rep said perfect but no call days later so I follow up with a txt is it ready and finally got a response a week and two days later from first visit. I wish they were on top of calls back orders but otherwise good staff.

I have dropped so much money at this place in 25 years of being a lifelong Arizona Diamondback fan. This is the largest team shop at Chase Field and is located on the lower level near the south entrance. They have a large variety of merchandise that includes apparel, baseballs, bats and collectables. The Team Shop is open all year round Monday - Saturday and on game days. You can also get customized jerseys of any player of your choosing. Call ahead for info. Chase Field (formally Bank One Ballpark) has hosted two World Series in their 25 year history in 2001 & 2023. I have been fortunate enough to attend games at both of them. Both times I bought a lot of World Series gear at this team shop. The crowd at this team shop was crazy nuts during the most recent World Series. I thought the shirts were pretty solid and grabbed a couple of them plus some other collectables. They definitely made some cash here as they jacked up the prices on shirts for the Series.
