ARKET Store

I had a fantastic experience at Arket on Regent Street. The coffee was absolutely delightful—rich, smooth, and perfectly made. The pastries were equally impressive—fresh, flaky, and delicious, the perfect treat to accompany my coffee. A special mention goes to Flavien, who provided exceptional service. He was welcoming, attentive, and ensured everything was perfect. His warm and professional demeanor made the visit even more enjoyable.

I'm an avid customer and drop by the shop every now and then when I find myself on Regent Street. Recently it feels as though the mood has felt a bit dampened and muted at the store. Regardless of the mood, over the past few shopping trips I've been served by Karim who I've had very positive experiences with, he's welcoming and attentive - also has helped me out with recommending products. He's certainly gone above and beyond every time I come to the store and certainly look forward to shopping here again.

Lovely experience, the store has 2 floors with a little cafe downstairs, upstairs is mens and children's, I was helped by Karim , he took his time with helping me , i did not rush off like other brands do , he used his arket knowledge to help me with some fashion tip and i was able to make some purchases. So thank you Karim for such a great interaction.

Very poor customer service at this store today. At item I had wanted for some time went on sale yesterday and as I was leaving the U.K. for some time today I used the find in store mode to locate it but the staff refused to let me buy it at the reduced price as they said the sale hadn’t started in store. This should have been flagged on the company’s website when I used ‘find in store’ then I wouldn’t have had the expense of a wasted journey. The staff member at the changing rooms was understanding and said the new price could be manually implemented at check out but the check out staff were rude and uninterested. I won’t be shopping at Arket again.

Love this shop, love the stuff and the Staff! They are so helpful and friendly. The food and coffee is great and it’s an oasis of calm and serenity in the most busiest place in london!

Arket has some of the best in store cafes, whether here in London or on mainland Europe they are worth a visit. Delicious healthy salads and wraps and their cookies are heavenly. The staff in the Covent Garden branch are great, they remember their regulars which makes every visit special.

One of the best Arket stores I have been to. Friendly staff, amazingly tidy shop floor regardless of how busy it was! Was shopping for a friends wedding and the staff went above and beyond.
