The Best Places to Fika Swedish Style in London | Eater London

"Arket is where Londoners normally head for brightly coloured knitwear and cheaper-than-Aesop handcream, but it also does some excellent pastries in its cafes, particularly sticky buns and seasonal additions to the menu. These cafes are also, somewhat surprisingly, noticeably tranquil spots in spite of their locations." - Alex Peake-Tomkinson

My experience today was fantastic, great service from the main floor as soon as I walked in, the only downside was the customer in front on me in the line, she was extremely rude with the staff at the till including the manager and went on and on and tried to involve me but the team was great in diffusing the situation. All in all will definitely be coming back. Loved the matcha!

I enjoyed shopping at Arket, but today I noticed a customer was enjoying her snacks and then touched the clothes on display. I hope security guards can stop such people. She was obviously making the clothes dirty and unhealthy. It is not moral or legal to do that.

Really like Arket & often purchase in Covent Garden store or online . Was on Regent Street looking for a winter coat & was trying on a few coats. Entitled male floor manager rather asking if I want help continuously walked into my personal space and followed me both upstairs and downstairs until I left. The best way to get a sale is to actually engage with the consumer rather than make the customer feel like they are a bother. The 3 stars went to choice of appreal and Price point . The two stars missing are for the missing service piece that was lacking in my shopping experience on Saturday 11th October.

Honestly I can’t afford the prices of the store itself, but I love the vibe, and the cafe, it’s so cozy, and lets me enjoy the atmosphere of the store for little money. I really like the cold seasonal drinks, there’s so many types to try. Would recommend.

Deeply disappointing experience. I was shopping at Arket on Regent Street, just browsing like any regular customer. After trying on a blazer and a red handbag, I decided not to buy them. As I was leaving, a security guard stopped me with a hostile look and questioned me about the bag. His tone and attitude made me feel watched the entire time — as if I was being treated with suspicion rather than respect. It was an extremely uncomfortable and Utterly humiliating experience. I’m not sure if this is part of Arket’s brand culture, but I have never felt so insulted while shopping. I’ve shopped at many luxury brands and have never been treated this way. I won’t be returning!

I had a fantastic experience at Arket on Regent Street. The coffee was absolutely delightful—rich, smooth, and perfectly made. The pastries were equally impressive—fresh, flaky, and delicious, the perfect treat to accompany my coffee. A special mention goes to Flavien, who provided exceptional service. He was welcoming, attentive, and ensured everything was perfect. His warm and professional demeanor made the visit even more enjoyable.

Shopped there today. First of all it’s impossible to find the size tags they are all hidden inside the clothes, trying to buy trousers I had to unclip them all from the hanger one by one I almost gave up but tried on 2 which is guess work anyway because only EU sizes are shown. This is the UK. Nothing fit I politely handed the items to the fitting room guy he snatched them from my hand then slammed them down without a word. An awful experience rude aggressive staff. I will never shop there again.

I usually really enjoy visiting the Arket Café, but unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience recently. A staff member—who appeared to be the manager (he was wearing a cap and had an accent)—was quite rude in his interaction with me. Additionally, he was having an inappropriate conversation that was loud enough for nearby customers to overhear, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. I hope this can be addressed, as it’s not what I’ve come to expect from this otherwise lovely place.
