This was the best restaurant we ate in for our France trip and that's saying a lot. Everything we ordered here was just so balanced, flavorful, and accompanied by an amazing sauce. The concept is great where you order a bunch of dishes to share which is what we prefer.
We got the Kingfish ceviche, pappardelle, red mullet, aged simmental beef, octopus, and almond dessert. Each dish felt so masterfully put together with all the ingredients and thought into balancing all the flavors and textures. The vegetables all tasted more fresh than I've had before. They really did a great job of highlighting the natural flavor of the vegetables. Plus, the dishes all came with a sauce that was simply divine. We couldn't stop dipping the bread in the sauces.
You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu here. It was cool to see the chef at work at his station and doing the final plating and check before sending out. It really did feel like a well-oiled machine where they just really know what they're doing. This is a place that I'll be thinking about for a long time until the next time I can come back.
