Excellent customer service, beautiful course, great location. We stayed in the Arnold Palmer suite & it was spacious and clean. We were celebrating my spouses 33rd birthday Memorial Day weekend and we had a great time! He was able to play and I was able to spend some time at the pool, and spend some time on the course, so win/win! Specifically -I would like to thank Jackie Buckley. She made our stay extra special & I truly appreciate that. Chris in the lounge was phenomenal. Very kind. The location is great, and the course is simply gorgeous. Thank you to all of the Bayhill staff for your accommodations, my spouse has checked this course of his bucket list, but we will be back in the future.

This is one of the coolest trips that I have taken. I was able to be an essential member of the club for 48 hours by staying and playing. The course was exactly what I expected, but the service was beyond that. A ton of great folks, I was able to interact with and I highly recommend anyone to take this trip.

Slightly dated furniture, but a wonderful experience. The course is as beautiful and difficult as you would imagine. You get to enjoy membership privileges if you stay at the lodge. Fantastic service, especially by Sonia at the front desk, Pete at the course Chris at the bar and Sophia in the dining room.

I went with my son for a quick golf weekend. Our timing was both good -- and not so good. A PGA tournament was coming in a few weeks, so the course was in amazing shape. But they were limiting the play on the course to keep it fresh, so we struggled to get a tee time leading up to our arrival and I booked another nearby course instead. I can't say enough for how accommodating everybody was -- from the front desk to the pro shop to the dining room. Incredibly professional, polite, and friendly. They were able to squeeze us in for 18 holes at the last minute, a favor that I did not take lightly and that turned what was going to be a nice weekend into an unforgettable memorable weekend for my son and I. The room was great. Breakfast was great. The golf was amazing (even if we did lose plenty of balls in the rough!). But he was able to par three different holes, he hit a couple 300 yard drives straight down the fairway, he just missed a hole in one by about 5 feet on another hole, and we came away excited to watch the tournament on TV in a few weeks and see all the places we just played. Thanks for the memories.

The bay window lounge was outstanding. Chris and Brittany took over the top service to the next level. Sicilian style pizza was really good. Really good place to unwind after a round of golf. Will return to stay at the lodge even if not golfing.

We came here after a few days at Disney. The staff was phenomenal all around. I wish we would have been able to spend a few more days here. I cannot say enough about the hospitality of the entire staff.

Google
Went here for the golf tournament. Prices for everything we're utterly extortionate. $100 to park in a field. $15 for a chicken sandwich. $7 for a diet coke. The golf was great to watch and we had a great day.

If the men on our trip rated this trip solely on the golf experience then it would be a 5. However 10 of our group of 18 were not golfing so we were just able to view our experience without the golf. Again, the 8 that played golf said it was the best experience of golf they had ever had. The club house provided breakfast however it took a very long time. Only a few of us had lunch and it was fantastic with very attentive service. The bar was top notch with Cheryl. My biggest complaint was the cottage/house we rented. We had 4 houses and they were all very outdated. The lights flickered non stop which gives me migraines. The house had a moldy smell and/or a sewage smell. One night we walked to the club house from our house and tried to enter the back side of the club house. The bar and restaurant were full. Several service people and patrons saw us 4 ladies waiting outside and the door was locked. They looked at us and turned their heads. Finally a very kind man from across the bar came and opened the door for us. Again we were dressed club appropriate and had a private dinner at the club. Our only fault was we didn’t know the rules and entrances that were allowed at this club. I would hope that no one would be treated that way at our club. The spa was closed and the pool was nothing special. If you are there just for golf, this is your place. If you are planning a club destination for a mixed group or family, look somewhere else.

Yelp
I think one of the best restaurants in the villages, food is always amazing. It comes out quickly, and Service is always five star.

Yelp
Our company had a Christmas party scheduled in their club house so we booked a room for the night. We were very excited about staying at the lodge because it granted us privileges to play golf there. Unfortunately the 18 hole was completely booked on Saturday and although it was available on Sunday, we had prior plans that would conflict. We scheduled the 9 hole on Saturday before the party around 2pm. Unfortunately there was a very large storm that came through and made golf impossible. So we showed up at 6, checked in and went to our room. I was actually very surprised how nice the room was. In pictures it looked like old money, very cabin like with the wood furniture etc. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it wasn't really outdated. The towels were super soft. The bed was ok. The pillows were absolutely dreadful- they were so hard. I have no idea what they were stuffed with- newspapers?!!? It certainly was not feathers. And it's so bad that there were four pillows on the bed and all of them were exactly the same. The comforter and sheets were very nice. However, the air conditioning was not working. Our room temp was 70 upon arrival. We set the temp to 65 and it NEVER cooled. At 5am I woke up and the temp was 72! At 9am it was 73! So the room was only getting hotter through the night which is weird because the outside temperature was the SAME temperature as inside. The storm had passed and yes it was a bit humid but how is it an air conditioner cannot cool a room when it's only 70 outside??? Imagine if it was summer and 100 outside!!!! Ridiculous. I called the desk in the middle of the night to complain about the temperature. At no point was I offered to change rooms. They sent SECURITY to my room who was nice but basically came to see if I knew how to use the thermostat. He put his hand over the fan which was blowing continuously and said it feels cool. But it absolutely did not. I live in Florida. It felt like the AC was out of Freon. I can't imagine I was the only one to complain. They told me engineering would be there in the morning. How is that even helpful? We are trying to make it through the night and we check out in the morning. I was quite shocked that I did not receive any discounted stay for my trouble upon checkout. I probably should have just left and driven home at 5am. I was surprised how cool it was outside when we checked out. It was cooler outside than in our room!!!!! I legit asked if there was no AC because it's December. I mean what else is their excuse? After no discount was offered, I was surprised they didn't charge me for the two nine hole reservations that we canceled. If they had done that, I would definitely have stood my ground. I was in no mood to argue with a 21 year old guy who just works there. So we paid and left. There is no coffee maker in the room but they have coffee made on the second floor lounge area. Put on a collared shirt when you go, because dress code is strictly enforced on the property. Parking is free and there are many nearby spots. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. The company party was fun and the food provided by the club was great. The service at our company party was good. They could have had a second person working the smoked bourbon bar though. That line was very long. The regular bar line was reasonable. We had a small dance floor set up and everyone was sweating. I think the entire hotel was struggling with their air conditioning. So many people had nice shirts on and were drenched. Kinda gross for a holiday party - hugging someone to say hello and being wet. I hope management gets a handle on their AC situation. It really affected our stay. Many hotels have terrible pillows. I'm surprised they didn't have down pillows or an assortment of pillows. But the AC? This is Florida and that is unacceptable.

Yelp
I really want to give this place more Golf is top notch- solid 4 stars. The lodge is really beat up. Needs some TLC and it's a shame. Rooms are smallish, 22 inch TV, bathrooms are dated and things are falling apart The staff is amazing and top notch. 5 stars for staff and golf but the lodge is holding the place back, this should be restored to its glory. I love this place and it needs some more TLC. I know its being worked on and cant wait.

Yelp
We went recently for the weekend and rented one of their guest houses with a group of friends. I really wanted to love this place but I guess I was a bit disappointed. It's no shock that this place is not new, but I was hoping the facilities, clubhouse, etc. would be a little bit more...updated? It's Bay Hill, just the brand alone should uphold expectations and unfortunately, it just didn't. I personally didn't golf this weekend, but the greens seemed to be in good shape and the guys we were with said it was a great course. But when you're here for the whole weekend...you'll be interacting with staff, visiting the clubhouse, going to the restaurants, etc. thus the 3 star rating. Everything was just "ok." As for the fitness center/pool/spa area. I was just not impressed. Everything was very old, and not necessarily the cleanest. I've stayed in other "country club" type locations, that do not hold the name "Bay Hill" and have experienced better, newer, and much cleaner facilities. Same goes for the restaurants and the staffing - everything was just very "seasoned". In my opinion, there are other locations you can visit and get better amenities, and a nice golf course.

Yelp
Very challenging course especially when they grow the grass up high before a tournament. Lodging is old and in need of updating and repair. Clubhouse is unremarkable.

Blake R.

Yelp
An amazing overall experience. Playing the course and then hanging out in the members lounge. Incredible overall 1 night trip.

Yelp
Pictures are from the pool and Splash cafe by pool. The facilities have been going through a huge renovation the past year. Nothing that changes the character of the place as Arnie originally envisioned it. But substantial work on roof, parking lot and hotel rooms. Facade refreshing. Still think this is a beautiful place, a bit more understated then some other clubs in the area. But service and people are wonderful and friendly.

Yelp
We got hooked up with some free tickets for the Arnold Palmer Invitational which happened to coincide my son's spring break from UCF. This worked out great as my UF daughter wanted to attend March Madness in Orlando. While the wife and daughter went to the first round on Thursday, my son and I golfed at North Shore golf club. We went as a family to the golf tournament on Friday and then I went with my kids again on Saturday. Awesomely maintained golf course with a challenging layout. Unfortunately, the current PGA schedule hurts this tourney as the big names are preparing for the Masters that's only 2 weeks away. As this was the first year after the passing of Arnold Palmer, I feel a lot more of the big names should have played to pay their respects to the King but the fact that he left us in September, I'm sure some schedules were already planned. We were fortunate to still have Day (current #1), McElroy, and Fowler compete but the field was definitely watered down. This results in tournament itself also as somewhat disappointing in that there seemed to be a lack of volunteers and the crowd was a little too disrespectful in some cases. I've been attending tournaments for over 30 years and some of these folks seemed extra obnoxious. It was our first time here so maybe that's the norm but if it is, then maybe that's another reason the field is watered down. The Landing area (large group of chalets/tents) was where a lot of the "ratchet" (college kid's slang description) people seemed to be located. It also felt a little odd for people with million dollar plus homes located on the golf course to be selling water bottles for a dollar or setting up snack stands in their back yard during the tournament. While I was thankful to only pay a $1 for a water vs. $4 from concessions, it still felt weird at a PGA tour event. 9 year old kids selling lemonade is one thing but 15 year olds having signage asking for help to pay for a car when it's obvious daddy's gonna take care of him seemed disingenuous. I'd love to play the course as it is definitely beautiful. The new Arnold Palmer statue unveiled this week is a perfect monument in his honor.

Yelp
Crossing off my bucket list. This golf course was conveniently located near our hotel in Orlando. Driving through the neighborhood took me back to the 60's. The one level home lawns were immaculate. We drove up to the club to see the new statue and pick up a few shirts. The staff was quite helpful. The manager was kind enough to let me take a photo with one of Arnold's clubs and bags. You can play on the course if you stay at the lodge.

Yelp
This is one of the historical spots for golf and a must for enthusiasts to visit. The walk way from guest rooms to club house is a walk in the memory lane, with pictures and trophies on each side of the golfing legend. The service is great with pleasant and seasoned staff. Apart from the legendary course where AP Invitational is held every year they have great tennis program and well maintained courts. Just 20 min from the airport great place to recharge.

Yelp
First time golfing and staying at BayHill, and we will definitely plan a longer trip to come back. The vibe was so cozy and homey, smelled amazing, great fluffy bedding, and we loved all the history and appreciation of the great Arnie Palmer that you could find around the property and on the TV. I didn't expect much from the restaurant since I couldn't find a lot of reviews in advance, but lunch or dinner at Bay Window is a MUST! The inside is romantic and the outdoor patio has fans and surprisingly cool for the FL heat. We had both dinner and a post golf drink at the same table overlooking hole 9 of the course. Lovely views, and the staff were all so kind! Dinner was served with complimentary French bread, butter, and yummy homemade (large) crackers. We shared the BayHill chips with warm blue cheese dip and a meaty loaded pizza. My husband doesn't like blue cheese and inhaled the chips and dip. We also had the medium sized BayHill salad and pear Gorgonzola salad. I loved my pear Gorgonzola salad! I wish I remembered our waitresses name with the dark haired side ponytail. She was kind and chill, making sure we enjoyed our time and had plenty of ice water, and then still remembered and greeted us when we saw her around the clubhouse and course the following day, too. After our round of golf the next day, we stopped for a classic iced Arnold Palmer on the patio again. Pamela was so kind and shared all about her stories of Mr. Palmer and the great man he was to work with and serve over the years. She made sure we didn't leave without trying Mr. Palmer's favorite cocktail, his favorite Palmer sundae and an adult milkshake (some kind of "hummer" shake). Since we were visiting on our 11yr anniversary, she presented our sundae with a sweet congrats message written in chocolate and caught our photo at the classic Rolex clock. We wanted to come back anyway, but the service, the homey vibe, and Pamela made sure that we had a memorable time that we want to return to! I bet Mr. Palmer would be proud of the team and legacy he left.

Yelp
I have to say my stay here was par for the course ;) Great comfortable room. The conference rooms were big enough for the training I was attending and the lunches and break food provided was very good. The bar was a great place to relax afterwards. Apparently there were issues with the Wi-Fi while I was there, and our group must have crashed the Wi-Fi routers in the conference room area because that was nearly non-existent for the bulk of our training. I loved walking down the hallway on the business end of the resort and checking out the display cases. Unfortunately, my trip was all business and no golf, but still, a very nice place to stay.

Yelp
Best golf course in Orlando that is home to the annual PGA Tour event. An iconic golf outing that will be a part of your golf bucket list.

Yelp
This is my second stay. While I like how quiet the hotel is, I am disappointed with the room and staff. Our room was dusty, especially around the lights and the sheets had a few stains on them. We asked that they be changed the next day but they were not. One day we didn't receive room cleaning and no towels despite housekeeping waking us up twice. Also had a light out in our bathroom. Rooms definitely need a refresh. Also there's no mini fridge or microwave and being that there is no vending for snacks, just soda. This makes it inconvenient if you just want a quick snack. When I asked for fresh towels the staff were rude and also when we checked in and out. There was no guide in our room for restaurant hours and hotel info, and nobody there informed us or even asked how our stay was. I couldn't believe how rude they were. Will go elsewhere next time.

Yelp
We thought we were going the wrong way when we came to the lodge... Yes, it is where the club house for the Golf Course is, just drive inside the parking lot and at the far righthand side is the main entrance. You feel as if you were walking into a "northern state" lodge... Lots of wood, stairs, 2 floors and maybe hoping to see some snow outside... But nooo... No snow!! A golf course.... And WARM. The golf course is being repaired, therefore our view was of a putting green being repaired and the driving range with yellowish grass... It should be very nice when they finish! Maybe that is why we got a break in price.... Worth it! Room is cozy and comfortable... ASK FRONT DESK FOR YOUR CHOICE OF PILLOWS! I did not and had an awful night.... When I told the front desk the next morning, they told me they had about every choice I would want.... We did arrive late and this place does not seem to have lots of staff, so When I decided to go to bed, it was too late! The bed itself is ok, just that, they should have a duvet instead of sheets, blanket and a duvet type on top.... Mattress was a notch below average. They do not have many places where to charge your electronics... I had to place my phone on a side chair and plug on the wall. Closet space is ok. They did have a tiny balcony and when the course is in optimal condition, it might be a place to relax and read, but it is tiny... Bathroom has a shower in the tub, no separate shower... 2 sinks and Arnold P. Amenities, they were quite nice. Towels very on the above average side. Shower is missing power. We did go to the pool and it is quite nice, they have a bar next to the pool and you can actually do laps in the pool... It is a nice size pool. They do give yountowels in the pool, but these were way below average. Overall, I was pleased with this lodge and for a short stay where you want to relax and be away from the noise, this is the place.

Yelp
Friendly staff and I met The King! Bought a flag and a ball marker. Prices not too bad unlike Pebble Beach. He is as good to his fans as they say he is... Thanks Arnie for taking the time to meet a teacher from Arizona!

Yelp
What a wonderful experience! The entire Bay Hill experience is unforgettable! My wife and I throughly enjoyed our time. We were greeted like old time friends when we arrived, and treated as such until we've left. Rooms are quaint, quiet, and have a wonderful view if you're on the golf side. Don't expect a resort, expect and welcomed quiet release. This is a perfect place to stay, play golf, then hit up a park. Prices are very fair. Dining at the Lodge is a must! Dress codes are enforced, but I appreciate it! Makes the experience more special. Wonderful historical touch, and lots of Palmer memorabilia around the course and clubhouse. Cons: I wasn't a fan of was the attitudes of the gentleman in the pro shop. I understand I'm a twenty-something guest at a prestigious country club, but the arrogant, nonchalant demeanor towards my wife and I was very disappointing. Also, the course was in pretty tough shape around the tee boxes... Very, very gnawed and dry. I expected a little more from a world famous course. All in all, my wife and I will be back, probably more than once!

Yelp
Got to play in a charity golf tournament here before Arnold passed away. He was very friendly and was very approachable. He was just enjoying the day with his wife. Very cool to see a legend in his element. He was truly a legend and this is a great golf course. Always an enjoyable round

Yelp
The Bay Hill Club and Lodge is lovely. They are busy preparing for the tournament which will be in March. I love seeing the Club kept up to the high standards Mr Palmer insisted on having here. The course itself is lovely and well-groomed, also challenging. Bring plenty of money, though, because a round of golf is on the pricey side, but well worth playing. There are carts if you wish, but we prefer walking the course. There are also a team of great caddies to assist and even coach on the correct club to use given the course and your lie, especially in the bunkers. The course also offers an array of challenges for golfers, such as water and sand hazards among the adulating layout of this championship course. For those in a hurry to chase that little white ball around, Bay Hill does offer an executive 9 which is fun and challenging as well. Give it a go when the opportunity arises! It's great fun.

Yelp
It was my 5th time, and I've always take on the attitude that any business takes on the personality of it's ownership. I have been to BHC&L a few times before Mr. Palmer passed, and saying it was a special experience isn't enough. I was worried that after he passed customer experience might suffer a bit, and I've been proven wrong the last 2 time's I've visited. Even this time when checking in the woman behind the counter welcomed me back, and told me with a smile that "Mr. Palmer would be excited to know you've come back.", and I believe she's right. My work associates and I stayed the night, it was their first time, and we walked the course with three caddies with a tee time right before 8AM. Even thought it was the off season, Kevin (the pro) got us set up with three really great guys. And my one associate is a new golfer and his caddie Nathan embraced him like he was a pro playing for the course record. When you go, play a round of golf and make sure you hit the bar in the men's locker room. We bumped into Robert Damron from the golf channel, and thought it was out of the ordinary, but found out it's not uncommon to see the Golf Channel team in and out of there. We spent some time at the bar there with Rick taking great care of us from behind the bar and hearing stories about Mr. Palmer and constantly thinking that maybe he sat in the same barstool we were. If you're a golfer of any skill level who has a love of golf, and an appreciation of Mr. Palmer do yourself the favor of going. The team still believes in his vision and understand why people come. It will never get old for me, and I can't wait until I can go back again.

Yelp
This is a must visit for any golf enthusiast and fan of Arnold Palmer. The facilities are clean and the service is good. It is a great location to experience the country club atmosphere without the expensive membership. It was on our golf bucket list and glad to have the opportunity to check it off. The main reason for the lower rating is due to our experience with the extremely slow food services in their restaurant at all 3 meal times (breakfast/lunch/dinner). Also the entire place has a musty odor that smells like sweat and old mildew. Whatever the mix of the odor it certainly isn't fresh smelling and it hits you everytime you walk in to your room. It welcomes families but it truly doesn't feel family friendly despite its proximity to Universal. Traditionalists of the game and all of its trappings will certainly enjoy their time there.

A P.

Yelp
Absolutely wonderful weekend! I would highly recommend this old school, gorgeous golf resort to any couple, family or guy get away. The room was nice, the grounds were immaculate and the staff was warm and friendly. Worth every penny!

Howard M.

Yelp
Stayed and played. Stayed at one of the Guest Houses and found it extremely convenient to the Lodge. Daily maid service was terrific. The décor was a bit dated but the proximity to the clubhouse made me forget the furniture. We ate breakfast at the club each day and found the food fresh, flavorful and abundant. Dinner was also at the club for two nights and was equally outstanding. Great service, a good wine list and super seafood and fresh vegetables made it a terrific experience. We played one round and we were glad we did. It will make watching the annual tournament more enjoyable. The course wasn't extremely challenging but it was a kick to play the course with which Mr.Palmer's name is so closely related. Be sure to check out the photos and memorabilia in the halls of the clubhouse and locker room.

K N.

Yelp
This is not a 4 star location. The property is very outdated. The rooms are not nice and the beds are uncomfortable. The golf experience was among the worst I've had. I couldn't get a tee time early enough to play 18 holes. To play 9 holes with 1 adult and 1 junior cost over $400. This is a club and guests are not members so you are overcharged and treated poorly. Go somewhere else.

Yelp
Bay Hill is fantastic. Customer service (Beth and Nikki) and everyone is over the top by every employee. Celebrating my 70th birthday with my wife Julie. A big surprise at Brunch today

Yelp
We were visiting the Orlando area for a friend's daughter high school graduation. I had booked another hotel originally but checked out Bay Hill just to see how much it was to stay. It wasn't much more than my original place so my wife said we could stay there and I could check it off my bucket list. Driving through the neighborhood of perfectly manicured lawns and impeccably kept homes. We found quite a few that we joked about living in. As we drove on we came upon the course which I dreamed about playing on but I soon woke up realizing this course would eat me alive. Pulling into the lodge's parking lot past a great statue was humbling. I had called early on to see about checking in early and I was hoping they could accommodate us after a long drive. This seemed to be a good start to a well sought after stay away from home. We were told our room was on the second floor close to one of the elevators. Upon getting our bags from the car to enter the lodge, there was not a ramp to roll our bag up. Then once in the lobby, there was another set of stairs to go either up to the second floor or to go down to get to the elevator that was needed to go up to our room. For someone who is partially handicapped this was confusing. We managed to get our bags down the few stairs and walked down the hallway which was lined with great photos of Mr Palmer. Made it to our room which was welcoming with a giant king sized bed, a view of the putting green, and course. After freshening up and headed out to our party we returned exhausted from the day. The night desk clerk greeted us with a friendly smile. After getting into our room we first noticed the ac in the room wasn't exactly cold as we hoped. The bed was comfortable but that's were things went downhill. Overnight, my wife had small bite marks on her body and I had them on my back. Upon checking out we notified the front desk staff and they called on the radio to somebody. They then spoke on the phone as we made our way out the door. As my wife went for the car, a staff member called me on something else but said nothing about the issue on the bite marks. It's over a day later and we haven't heard from anybody from the lodge. This is totally disappointing! I guess since I'm not a PGA Pro or someone who's looking for a membership they management does not care. Poor Mr Palmer would not be happy to hear about this. #bayhill_bummer

Yelp
Love this Arnold Palmer course. Great friendly staff. Excellent concierge. Pro shop has okay collection but, the staff are willing to order anything if there's something you'd like to order from them. The hallway is full of history... as well as the locker rooms. My favorite part is looking at the locker room name plates. I chocked up when I read Winnie Palmer's. The course is in great shape, of course. Fast greens. I absolutely love the putting green and chipping area. The driving range, it's pretty normal. They give you the range balls in a cloth bag. But keep an eye out for a pro might be next to you practicing :) I had a wonderful experience overall.

Tournament was fun. There were lots of helpful people inside the tourney. However parking was abysmal. Onsite sells out early so your stuck parking at Universal. Inconvenient and time consuming. Very poor signage for tourney parking.

Yelp
The lodge at Bay Hill is a great get away for small groups looking to include golf in their experience. Classic rooms, outstanding vibe for nightly conversation around the bar or fire pit. Best morning coffee station east of the Mississippi

Yelp
I found this resort last minute so I didn't bring my golf clubs to play a round so I can't speak on the course. However everything else was awesome. The rooms were extremely spacious and the course view was amazing. The staff was 1st class and very accommodating. The brunch I had at the resort's restaurant was also good. The location was perfect but you will be thrown off as you get closer as it is located within a golf course residential community.

Yelp
Was in to visit a friend and played the course with him. The course is amazing and so well kept and manicured. They were getting ready to set up for the MC invitational so it was really cool to see all the stuff that goes up for a tournament. The course was very challenging, the greens were quick and the rough was thick and getting high in preparation for the PGA guys coming in. The staff was friendly and the bag guys were very helpful. This was Arnie's pride and joy and he made for the average guy who lives to play. It was a pleasure to to play and the memories will be forever.

Yelp
I was invited to go to some place called "bay hill" and I thought man what kind of bay is on a hill, but that's not what it was. When I walked in and it was this fancy dancy golf place. We sat down to eat I was lookin' at the menu and that's when I knew this was the place... the was a COUNTRY FRIED STEAK I thought man this is gonna as good as camo johns annual catfish fry but without the shine. I ate that steak quicker than a jack rabbit on a summer day man that was good stuff. Time for the three T's taste texture and tummy feel. Taste was 10/10 cus man those taters tasted like Caden koster himself was mashin em up back there. texture was 10/10 cus man that stuff was as crunchy as dried up brush on the opening day of deer huntin season. But tummy feel was a 5/10 them taters had me feelin like that one time when me and camo john was mud wrastlin and he drop kicked me right in the gut. That's my review se ya at the next place

Yelp
The place reminds me of the Colorado Lodges I stayed with my family as a child. Friendly staff and great service. Front desk Manager was very pleasant as soon as we walked through the doors. Accommodated us with a golf view, even though our reservation was for a neighborhood view. The rooms are a little outdated but were comfortable. The bathrooms were recently updated. The view to the golf course is a plus. Complimentary coffee in the dining room. You have access to the members only dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner as long as you are a guest of the Lodge. Food was fantastic. A great perk to the stay, was getting a glimpse of the MAN, Mr. Palmer himself. He usually is a regular at his own club.

Yelp
Really good service, and good rooms. But we couldn't have breakfast because my friend had a white shirt, I mean why do people have to dress up with colored clothes just to have breakfast. I will never go back there.

Yelp
Very old and outdated rooms and decors. Bed is squeaky and very old, no microwaves or refrigerators. Staff is pretty friendly, scenery is nice. I personally will not be staying here again.

Yelp
I enjoyed my one night's stay here. It's a nice lodge, although I'm surprised the TVs in your room are small. Obviously the draw here is Bay Hill, and, as expected, the golf course is incredible! Unfortunately, while I've played Bay Hill before, I was unable to get a round in this trip. I'd definitely stay here again.

Yelp
Staff is amazing, course is playing wonderfully and our rental house was cozy and on the water. The clubhouse is great and very friendly, helpful staff! Loved my guest house experience.

Yelp
Let me first start by saying the level of services car is top notch. We stayed at the lodge and everyone was extremely helpful. I have also had an admiration for Arnold Palmer and was a bucket list to stay and play at Bay Hill. I really enjoyed the layout of the course as I figured I would from what I have seen on TV. Greens were nice but I would have liked them to be a bit quicker. The fairways were pretty average, as were a few other areas around the greens. I was a little disappointed to be honest. I figured they would be perfect. A member joined our group and said they were doing something for the summer grass to grow in so that might have been the reason for the imperfection. The member was also extremely nice and gave some tips on where to hit some shots which helped out. Really added to the experience. We also got a caddie and he was great, extremely nice and had some good stories. Overall I had a wonderful time and would recommend to anyone.

Yelp
We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family nearby. Overall, we were very happy with our stay, but there were a couple of hiccups. First the pros, the room was very clean and comfortable. There isn't much noise to be worried about, which was a concern prior to our stay, since Disneyland is nearby and kids are bound to be present in most hotels. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked perfectly to help us recover from the Florida heat outside. The check-in and check-out process was simple and painless. I must note that this place does not have elevators since they only have 2 floors. Still if you have large bags maybe you want to ask for assistance. We checked in very late so we did not have this option. The hiccups I mentioned early were related to the room service. Our room came with a balcony accompanied by great views, so wanted to take full advantage and enjoy our breakfast in the morning. We ordered room service twice and the first time they forgot half of our food so we had to wait for the rest of our order and then on the second day they got my breakfast order wrong. I did not want to wait a again so I ate what was delivered. We did leave a comment card so hopefully they will work to improve this for future visitors. I had hoped that for such a nice place they would have their room service issues figured out by now. I would certainly stay here again due to the comfortable room, the location and overall quality of the hotel.

Yelp
The best place to be home away from home. Great service, friendly staff, good food and good golf.

Yelp
This place has taken a plummeting nose dive. I have been coming here for years, as my family are members. The past two times I've stayed here, I have been sorely disappointed. I've had innumerable terrible dining experiences (food spilled on multiple occasions, 2+ hour wait for meals, wrong orders being delivered, my ginger salmon salad was served to me with plain mayo as dressing- many of these occurrences happening on multiple occasions). Needless to say, I don't dine here when I visit, and the onlyreason I still come back is because I get a family member's member rate on the room. The gym is outdated with poor lighting and needs to be upgraded, the fitness studio is carpeted (what?!). Housekeeping left a pot of creamer in my room for 3 days until I turned it in to the front desk. The rooms only have sheer curtains so if you're lucky enough to have a room on the golf side, you will be woken up at 5am from the headlight of the lawn mowers, flashing on and off in your room from its movement around the lawns. This place is supposed to be "prestigious" but the only thing mentionable is the name. I would say this place kinda sucks. Sad but true.
