Had a wonderful tasting at the stand-up bar out back with Alex, the head of hospitality. Interesting array of varietals to include Ribolla and Trousseau. Extremely well-crafted wines with personality. The Syrahs are excellent and chardonnays are crisp w/out oak in a Chablis style. Great place

This was a recommendation by the team at SingleThread and it was outstanding. It's set back in an industrial park (which we love) and the tasting is all about the wine. The team is super friendly and very knowledgeable. There's an incredible variety of wines considering what you normally get in Sonoma and Napa; they're understated and beautiful. Highly recommend.

This place was such a pleasant surprise. I wasn't familiar and was referred by a local friend. Their wine selection is understated, very humble team. The place is super casual. There hasn't been a wine I've tried that I haven't liked!

No Rosé this timE so will prolly fill cellar w cases Pinot Legan and Martin Ray vineyards since veltliner is sold out. grr. Some sonoma coast Syrah should round out the selections. ready steady go!

I was very excited to visit Arnot-Roberts for their open house. I'm not sure how many they have a year, but they are only open a couple days a year. Located in downtown Forestville, basically a warehouse facility is all they need to make fabulous wine. Arnot-Roberts was founded in 2001 by Duncan Arnot Meyers and Nathan Lee Roberts. Their production is 1,200 cases. They specialize in elegant style wines with lower alcohol and higher acidity. This is not a new idea of winemaking its just been lost among today's California winemakers. When I visited I tried their Chardonnay, a couple Syrahs and some Cabernet Sauvignon. Everything was amazing. Duncan & Nathan know what they are doing and they make really amazing wines. I am so excited to have found a new favorite in Russian River Valley.

Omg! One of my favorite new finds! They resurrect old vines all over California and come up w some of the most delectable wines you will ever taste! Especially from California! I can't wait to visit some of their vineyards and learn more about them.
