The Best Restaurants in Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico | Eater San Diego

"Start the day of eating and wine tasting with a specialty coffee at Maglen Resort’s coffee shop. Barista Isaac Jiménez is sourcing coffee directly from México’s top coffee plantations in states like Chiapas, slowly roasting the beans in-house. Select the method: V60, Aeropress, or Chemex, and have a seat while the barista slowly brews each cup, revealing its complexity. Whether grabbing a cappuccino, expresso, or cortado to go, take a moment to plan the day with the best carajillo in Valle de Guadalupe." - Bill Esparza

Beautiful location and lovely coffee shop. I enjoyed my Espresso so much that I went back for more. I have a cute handmade coffee cup holder. Something that will remind me of where I’d rather be. When we are back in Nov. I will definitely be stopping here!

If you’re looking for a slightly different coffee spot, come here. The place looks good. I had the dirty chai and recommend it. You can sit inside or outside. Outside, there’s a nice little garden and a pathway to walk around. It’s quiet—a cool little spot.

Great outdoor ambiance. Cappuccino and coffee didnt taste well, wife thought it was ok. Service was incredibly slow.

I just got coffee here at this place and even though it was good and creamy it was not at the right temperature. It was kinda cold. Just make sure you ask for what you exactly want.

Need a 4x4 to get there, just follow the tourist police. The coffee is very very good. Chiapas beans roasted medium daily. The hotel complex is beautiful. Nice view of valley. Clean bathrooms. Restaurant.

Great coffee- I got a coffee from Veracruz on the v60 and poured over ice and also an americano. Both were great. On top of that the service was AMAZING. I actually locked my keys in my car that day and the barista helped me with a locksmith and was super hospitable as I passed the day in the coffee shop. Incredible!

The Batista from the Saturday night on 10/20/2023 closing shift was amazing! I don't remember her name but she made us great drinks. Kudos to you girl!
