We stayed just one night as we were on our way to Texas. I loved the ambiance as well as the style and warm vibe! The best was a little visit at the hotel bar where I had the absolute best drink and service from the friendly and warm bartender. G made a perfect Manhattan and I loved the setting. I also got the sausage pizza to take up to my room. It was delicious! I so enjoyed my respite that I will plan a long weekend to come back and visit. I will definitely stay here again for the room, location and the service. 🥃

This was our second time staying at Arrive in Memphis as we enjoyed it so much last year! From the moment we walked in to the minute we left the staff was welcoming, kind, professional, & super friendly. One person in particular, I think her name is Lamaria, should get a promotion! She is excellent at her position there & went over & above to make sure we were well taken care of! We took advantage of the beautiful bar area & had drinks & a snack & our service there was tops as well. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, & so very comfortable. The location of this hotel is great as you can walk to Beale Street! Finally, as we were leaving we got a really good coffee at Hustle & Dough, the perfect way to end our stay at Arrive! Thank you everyone for making our 2nd stay as great as the 1st...we'll be back!

I cannot say enough good things about Arrive Memphis. From the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out, every detail felt luxe & perfectly curated. The stunning yet cozy interior design, the plush bedding, and the warm welcome all made our stay unforgettable. The food was delicious, the cocktails perfectly crafted & every member of the staff we encountered was gracious and helpful. Every detail was so thoughtful- down to the pet bedding and sweet treat they offer if you bring your pup. The grit bowl was out of this world- I can’t explain it, you just have to try it. Richie & his team truly knocked this one out of the park! I plan to be loyal to this boutique hotel anytime I’m in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay at Arrive. I arrived late, and was checked in promptly and graciously at the front desk. The room was spacious and comfortable. I liked the industrial feel, I know some reviewers have been less enthused, but I found the room exceeded my expectations. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The bathrooms appear to be open concept, but a hidden panel in the bedroom area which hides a closet can be moved to close off the sink, and a barn door closes off the rest of the bathroom. They should probably offer photos of this so guests can be made aware as this is a common complaint in their reviews. I was on the 5th floor and it was very quiet, the air/heat was comfortable and easy to set. I valet’d my car which was astronomical, but was worried about street parking so I ate the cost. The lack of coffee maker in the room didn’t bother me because there is a lovely bustling cafe in the lobby. Prices at the cafe are more than fair, although I’m from Chicago so maybe that’s just me. I had a granola bowl and cappuccino and enjoyed both. Aside from the costly valet my only other two quibbles are this - the body soap in my shower was empty and it was just too late for me to wait for someone to bring more up. They must pump perfume into the lobby and I found it really overpowering - I would recommend they take it down a notch. I was inexplicably charged $5 for the mini-bar despite having taken nothing. Hopefully this gets sorted out. Overall, a very charming and well appointed hotel. As a business owner if I had dozens of reviews mentioning the coffee makers I’d probably just pony up and add them to the rooms, but it’s not my business! Would definitely come back. Staff was wonderful, kind, and accommodating!

Simply great! The staff is incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and the lobby has a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere. The bar is a perfect spot to unwind after a long workday. The coffee bar downstairs is an excellent touch—great coffee right in the lobby, no need to step outside. The gym is on the smaller side, but it had everything I needed. The rooms are modern, stylish, and a comfortable size. The bed is fantastic, with crisp white linens and towels—simple, uncluttered, and perfect. Will for sure be asking our procurement team to reach out for more extended collaboration!

I LOVE this hotel. The decor from the lobby to the bar to the hallways, and the room markers, is purposefully and thematically chosen. The rooms are some combination of industrial chic, funky, fun, and absurdly functional. If you're a fan of extremely traditional hotel design, then maybe the Arrive isn't for you... and I suspect they like it that way. If beautifully off-beat, but delightfully choreographed, style is your jam, then Arrival is your hotel.

Our stay at ARRIVE Memphis was exactly what we hoped for—a comfortable, stylish home base right in the middle of downtown. The location made it incredibly easy to venture out and take in all the Memphis sights and sounds, then return to a place that felt calm, warm, and welcoming. The lobby set the tone right away: cozy, inviting, and a great spot to settle in with a coffee or a cocktail. The food and drinks were consistently good, and it doubled as the perfect hangout zone for us and the friends traveling with us. It’s rare to find a hotel where the common areas are actually somewhere you want to spend time, but ARRIVE nails it. Our room was surprisingly quaint in the best way—comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and full of small touches that made it feel both fun and functional. The layout worked, the bed was great, and everything had a clean, modern charm without trying too hard. Overall, ARRIVE Memphis delivered exactly the kind of stay we enjoy: low-friction, well-designed, and grounded in a sense of place. We’d happily stay again and would recommend it as a fantastic hub for anyone exploring downtown Memphis.

My boyfriend and I stayed the night here on a trip to pick up a new car from a nearby dealership. The overwhelming positive reviews were not wrong! |We chose this location because it was one of the only spots with a private garage. It isn’t a self park option but at least it was private.||We checked in around 6 pm and the woman at the front desk was so sweet!! |The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. ||The overall vibe was trendy and chic. Loved that there is a coffee shop in the lobby. The espresso was very good!! I would stay here again! ||Walkable to local hot spots and restaurants if that is what you are in town for.

Was excited to visit this hotel for a work trip based on reviews I read. I arrived and headed inside to check in. You'll notice this building is old, and the lobby was decorated nicely. Because I was early for checkin I opted to grab something to eat. When I ordered I headed over to the checkin desk which shares a space with the restaurant. They quickly greeted me and I was able to check in earlier than anticipated. I was given my keys and headed to the third floor. I always bring cleaning supplies with me to clean the room and surface clean. When I was spraying the bed I noticed a large stain on the duvet, so I called down to the front desk and they gave me the option to either switch rooms to the first floor or remain in my room and have housekeeping change out the bedding, I opted for staying in my room. After about a half hour, I still hadn't heard from anyone so I went downstairs just to see when someone would be up, the front desk person mentioned they just called their manager and someone should be up shortly. About 15 minutes later a gentleman came up, I showed him the stain and he said he'd be back to grab another cover. He came back changed the cover and was pleasant. I went back to spray down the bedding when I went by the bed to see a set of false eyelashes. I called downstairs again and asked to be moved, since I don't think this room was clean. The person I spoke with said she'd check to see if she had another room not on the first floor and found one on the same floor I was on. She said she'd be up to deliver my keys and check the other room to make sure this one had been cleaned. She came up about 10 min later with another set of keys and apologized for the room not being clean and moved me to the other room. The other room appeared to be clean, but in all honesty, I didn't have a lot of confidence that the room was totally clean. I wound up still cleaning the surfaces (fingerprints on the mirror in the bathroom, some of the light switches were dirty). From a location perspective, this hotel was great, near both the civil rights museum and the blues hall of fame, and less than a mile from Beale Street, but from a cleanliness perspective, it was sub par. The bed was pretty comfortable, the room looked cool and had a loft vibe, I just wish from a cleaning perspective, it was cleaner and the attention to detail was better.

Beautiful boutique hotel. It was a factory way back when, then a museum and now a hotel, restaurant and bar. Industrial elegance at its finest. *huge bonus* secure safe parking garage for your automobile. Other hotels have good reviews but rife with stories of people's cars being vandalized on a frequent basis. Eugene the valet guy is awesome during the day and Parker is great as the night man. My only critique is they have cashless pay and no bell help to haul your luggage to and from your room. For that $$$ price they should have one. Having said that the staff was attentive and friendly and the hotel is gorgeous! Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay here on NYE 2021! I loved this hotel! I loved the location! I loved the look! I loved the proximity to the trolley line! I loved how close we were to Beale St! I loved the interior design! I loved the amenities! I loved the concrete floors! I loved the sliding barn door that separates the room! I loved the mini bar! I loved the Marshall speaker in the room! I loved the mural in the alley! I loved the parking attendant! I loved the private parking! I loved the bed! I loved that badass electrical heavy light fixture in the hallways! I loved the funny communication style the hotel had, props to whomever came up with that! I loved that the window in my room opened for fresh air! I loved my wife loved this hotel! What I did not love... Front end hotel staff The unwelcoming check in desk set up and constantly closed bar No coffee in the room Other than that, fucking fantastic stay!!! I'll be back!

Super cute and likely the best hotel in town. Location: a lil sketch at night but Memphis is just sketch in general. Be wise. Close to the river and to Lorraine motel, Central BBQ and Beale St. Home run! Parking: $27 overnight and it's in a closed garage around the way near the train tracks so request your car in advance as it takes time. And it's safe. Food: on a Mon or Tues good luck! Everything is closed nearby. Plan accordingly this was a big bummer and point of frustration. They serve tea coffee and a few baked goods at the hotel but that's it. Lobby: very cute areas all over at the bar or in general in and outdoor to relax, drink tea coffee or a beverage of choice eat a small snack, frolic, fellowship, or read a book. Spend time there so cute! The room: I was in room 401 which was a corner room facing the railroad with a beautiful bathroom etc. they provide all you need! Bed was super comfy as were the pillows. Cute old school radio which you can use the aux cord to connect to. Old school red refrigerator which has plenty of space. A great office desk and chair and huge TV. Loads of light and blackout blinds too. Couch was super comfy! Tiled floors require socks or slippers so bring them but very easy to roll luggage. Bed has a nice cotton heavy blanket as needed. Love this place! Advice for the hotel: Have a list of places to eat based on when things are opened or closed. Add hooks in the bathroom for towels and robes. The shower is stately, but the shower heads are tiny. Look into turning the lights into a rain shower head or change the current one to be wider and stronger.

My go to stop in Memphis. It's like home away from in my hometown. Everyone from the front desk staff, bar tenders, to the room attendants are always awesome. Thanks for making my stay a pleasant experience. Be sure to try the French toast and the sausage pizza while you're there.

Arrive was a stay at home! Since the pandemic, I've been feeling trapped because I cannot travel like I used to. I decided to book a staycation and Arrive was a great choice. The check-in process was seamless and covered all COVID-19 protocols. Don't be alarmed by the text messages you receive. This is how you communicate with the hotel. I am not sure if this is the case because of covid or something new. The king room offered a studio apartment feel, and I felt like I was at home. This room provides your everyday things- TV, remote, toiletries, etc. And the bonus was the robes! Because of Covid, there weren't any glasses or ice buckets. You had to get them from the front desk, which I thought was a great idea. The parking garage doesn't look like much, but it was free! There is a bar, lounge, and food area that offers bagels, muffins, and evening orders. You really got the overall experience of the downtown stay and relaxation. All in all, I would recommend Arrive if you're local and need a getaway. Excellent for out of towners too.

The people here are spectacular. Everyone we talked to was wonderfully warm, friendly, fun, and helpful. (I don't usually start hotel reviews with comments about the people, but they really were excellent!) This is a beautiful industrial-modern hotel. (At least "industrial-modern" is how my brain saw it.) It's clean and cool throughout the building, with fun details like the room numbers projected onto the wall by light through a metal stencil. (The room numbers are in at least a couple of locations and styles for ease of use.) We chose a "large studio" room for a few-day stay and found it to be _huge_ for two of us. The rooms have comfortable, straightforward furniture - bed, bedside tables, desk, desk chair, reading chairs - and plenty of open floor. Speaking of the floor, it's a wonderfully cool concrete floor, with a colorful rug under the bed. The exposed brick and painted ceiling with a few exposed pipes - perfectly quiet - complete the industrial look. There's a small open closet area, and there are also hooks on the entryway wall. In a fun, practical addition, three farmhouse doors in and around the bathroom allow for varying levels of privacy and natural light. The giant window that stretched across most of our room overlooked Main St. and gave us a pretty view of the surrounding area and the Memphis skyline. The location is very good. It seemed to be in an old area of 'downtown,' which seemed to be undergoing a broad renovation, along the industrial-modern theme. The hotel is located about a block from the poignant and fascinating National Civil Rights Museum, with numerous restaurants nearby. The hotel's two restaurants are very good: Hustle & Dough coffee shop (outstanding coffee - especially the Costa Rican blend - and plenty of wonderful pastries) and Longshot shuffleboard/shufflepuck restaurant/pub (family friendly). (There's also Bar Hustle in the lobby in the evenings, which has a great reputation, but it was closed before 9:30pm on a Wednesday evening when we thought it closed at 10, so we missed out. They did have excellent liquor on display though.) The lobby area is bright from large windows and full of assorted plush seating options. When the trolley's running, there's a stop immediately in front of the hotel. I chose to use the convenient valet parking as I didn't plan to use my car for several days, but there also seemed to be plentiful metered street parking. (I don't know about the times or prices of the latter though.) I look forward to staying here again!

Loved this hotel! It has a cool vibe, and our room was chic, clean and very comfortable (especially the bed). It's in a perfect location in the Arts District, right by the Civil Rights Museum and Arcade Restaurant, walking distance from Beale St. and downtown, and has a trolley stop right out front. Nice coffee shop and bar in the lobby, and another fun restaurant/bar in the building. I ended up having to extend my stay to quarantine when I got COVID, and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. I hope to be back minus the COVID!

This wasn't my top list of hotels, but after the first nights stay I was definitely impressed. The room was a decent size, the downstairs customer service at check-in was what it should be, and the room was location was just about next to everything. You get a complimentary drink upon check-in which I totally forgot lol. I was pretty beat after my flight so I went straight up to my room ( review isn't about me lol) All in all I think you'll enjoy your stay at ARRIVE;) Safe travels !! 1. Beautiful decor 2. Nice bar 3. Pre-covid..."THEE place to be on S. Main! ... I havent checked their current status, but know they had to "temporarily" close over the past few months like so many others due to Covid19 regulations ..which is a HUGE loss for Memphis... Time to check it out LOCALS!!! This is YOUR place. Hip vibe, coffee, pastries or signature lobby bar with great drinks, offers up a great place to meet your small group ( social distancing of course ), fly solo with your tablet or people watch and kick back. Lets get out again and support our local businesses. ARRIVE ... is a local vibe boutique hotel...in the daytime, and with a great night life too...you dont need to be "visiting" Memphis to stop in and marvel in the hustle.

Loved staying at AArive Memphis and looking forward on staying again while visiting the city. We are fans of Boutique Style Hotels so AArive was perfect for my Husband and I. Before we even reached the front desk we were greeted by security outside. The staff at the front desk were wonderful as well and made sure we were well aware of the amenities and information we may need. We are very easy going guest. All we ask for is a clean room and the cleaning staff of the hotel was wonderful! We always ran into the staff making sure that the cleanliness was up to a high standard. The gentleman with the long locs, who we ran into often was always friendly and is one of the staff members we witnessed taking care of the upkeep. The coffee was really tasty and the Trolly runs right in front of the Hotel. I highly recommend First time visitors to Memphis to stay here. Hotel is close to popular museums, restaurants and landmarks. Thank you AArive Memphis for making our mini stay wonderful!

South Main is my favorite neighborhood in Memphis and I'm so glad this hotel is here! I recently stayed for a few nights while in town for a graduation and really enjoyed my stay. The room was so nice: a great size, with a big comfy bed and big shower. I loved all of the natural light. The staff we interacted with in the lobby were extremely helpful and nice, as was the valet team ($25 per day to valet). Not to mention there's an awesome coffee shop in the lobby as well as a restaurant connected to the building, though I didn't have the chance to try it. Sad I missed out on their pizza Wednesday nights! One thing I thought was cool about this hotel was that you could text them when you needed anything. Need your call pulled around? Shoot them a text! Checking out? Text. Overall, super nice and comfortable stay. Great location that's walkable to Civil Rights Museum, the river walk, as well as some great bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at ARRIVE for one nite during Covid. In times like these you worry about their procedures etc. and after reading up on theirs they seem to be doing everything right. Prior to arrival we got a text explaining their parking situation (free covered parking was included). Check in was efficient and smooth and included a complimentary beverage which I selected a much needed beer after a long drive. Dogs are welcome and free of charge. The one issue I had throughout was the lobby itself. The check in desk doubles as a coffee cafe counter so it's very crowded and cramped making it hard to social distance. The lobby also houses their full service bar. So no matter the time of day the narrow lobby is filled with people drinking or eating. I didn't feel very Covid safe coming in and out of the building with so many unmasked patrons (removed to eat/drink) and it didn't seem like there wasn't any sort of limit to occupancy in the seating areas and at times it was too crowded. The room itself was very clean and well decorated. The warehouse style accommodations had windows that open which was nice during Covid to have fresh air circulating. I really loved the decor in the rooms and throughout the hotel, great use of patterns. Nice bedding, toiletries etc. One issue we had was the TV they use Apple TV although it wasn't signed in so it didn't work. I was able to use a workaround and cast my phone to their TV but they defiantly need to fix that. I would stay here again because of the free parking and no pet fee...a sold 4 stars for me.

First stay at ARRIVE Memphis and I am beyond impressed. We were welcomed by a friendly and helpful staff, given a super cozy and stylish room with all the amenities you could think of, then enjoyed stellar service at the bar and pizza restaurant on site. In the morning, we woke up to a full service coffee shop with the best pastries and prepared foods! The coffee was top notch too. Can't wait to stay here again next time I'm in Memphis!

We got to the hotel very late, and the front desk worker was so nice and let us in. We have 3 dogs and for the first time ever in a hotel, they were all greeted with big smiles and lots of compliments :) the lobby was absolutely beautiful. The check in process was super easy, even though we didn't have the correct card, it was a very easy solution! We got checked in the hotel in under 10 minutes. Our room... speechless. So beautifully decorated, the layout of the room was so cool and modern! The snack and beverage selection in the room were also immaculate.. anything you could imagine. We were blown away. The bed was extremely comfortable. We slept like babies. The coffee shop had the most delicious Ham and Cheese hand pies, and our barista suggested a fancy espresso that was divine. My husband and I can't wait to stay in another location!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The design and decor is very very cool. Nice size well appointed rooms, they really utilized the space in a very clever way. The bed was super comfortable & everything was very clean. Fun restaurant at Longshot. I'd def stay here again!!!

Cutest hotel I've ever stayed at! We thoroughly enjoyed our star at Arrive. The staff was amazing and so accommodating! They hand you a cold drink as you check in - and the coffee shop downstairs was a great addition to the stay. The design and decor of the hotel is charming - unlike any big name hotels. Jaylin at the front door/valet was the kindest person we met in Memphis! Don't miss this hotel if you're in the area!

I hate to ruin the excellent streak of reviews this hotel has, but... The pros are location groovy vibe bar in the lobby eclectic and interesting furnishings lovely design and rooms quiet due to brick structure nice lobby amenities including coffee bar and fresh baked goods nice staff One or two good restaurants nearby Opportunities My room had trash in the trash can under the desk in the room, which had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. I moved the trash can out so it house keeping staff could pick it up on the next cleaning. They didn't. I eventually pulled the bag and tied it up set it on top of the trash can, and texted through the hotel texting system for them to come get it. They promptly did, of course, but the point is how does housekeeping staff miss that? The restaurant is below the main lobby, but it's a very trendy restaurant/bar that is generally packed. There's a little lack of good restaurants close by. I WOULD come back Management was open to my comments and vowed to improve

I decided last minute to drive into Memphis for my birthday and stay the night. I pulled up to Arrive and was met by a friendly Valet attendant who helped me unload and showed me to the front desk. The lobby was busy with guests mingling at the bar and Ladytron was on the sound system. I did have to wait about 10 minutes before someone came to the front desk which I thought was unusual. But when she did come she was very nice and offered a complimentary beverage. I was given a room and wow was it gorgeous. Absolutely amazing accommodations. I had never been to Memphis so I had to sight see, otherwise I would have stayed in the beautiful hotel all evening! The bed was very comfortable, shower was awesome, and I loved the little amp Bluetooth speaker. Very nice touch. I will be back and I hope it's soon!! Also, thank you so much Arrive for allowing dogs free of charge. Having my road dog with me made my birthday so much more enjoyable.

What a fabulous stay! We were so glad we canceled our other reservation to take advantage of this hotel. The decor is modern mid century industrial - very artsy and creative. The service is super friendly and helpful (at the front desk). The rooms are clean and you have everything you need/want. The beds are comfortable and the hotel was rather quiet with black out curtain, great for your zzzs. The cafe and bar area is chic and the coffee is great. They don't have machines in the rooms but you don't need it. It's worth going downstairs to grab a quality cup. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I stayed at Arrive around Thanksgiving; check-in was quick, our room was nice, bed was super comfortable, friendly staff. The hotel overall had a Ace Hotel vibe which I think stands out for the area, and is walking distance to local attractions. After check-out, realizing I left an item in the room, and contacting the hotel to hold it for me, Robert (manager) reached out and offered to replace it when nothing had been turned in. I give this 5 stars for Roberts service recovery. Will definitely return, and thank you for following up on your guests.

Arrived at Arrive on Tuesday for check in. Front desk was very helpful and offered a complimentary drink. The text option to communicate with the front desk is very helpful. Got recommendations on dinner and parking. We were on the 4 floor, elevator was a bit odd to walk thru the first floor rooms hall to access, but not bad. Elevator was spacious and very quick. Liked all the modern flare of this hotel. Room was very well appointed and met our needs exactly. Loved the concrete finishes, large windows, fun pad! Will definitely stop back in when back in Memphis! Easy self parking on the street or valet.

Beautifully designed hotel and lobby. Antique, hipster vibes, with industrial and mid century modern touches. Checked in after midnight, was greeted with a local beer on the hotel and valet parking. Overnight parking was $25 not terribly bad but would've preferred it was provided with the booking. Only stayed a night. Definitely would stay again.

Just wanted to show Tiara from the late night front desk so much love! Super warm, efficient, and personable! She really took my stay from good to great. The room was fantastic, many pictures taken as future interior design inspiration. Very comfortable bed and pillows, super spacious basic room and just so much kindness and friendly "hellos" throughout the entire stay. One of the best hotels I've stayed at for work travel with a huge work desk and enough space to spread out. Beautifully and thoughtfully designed. Very bought into the arrive brand now.

The hotel, staff and food are impeccable. Lisa(housekeeping mgr) is amazing! I'll be back. Love it. Quiet. Comfy. Great staff!! Food...bar...coffee bar...wow!

The room itself was great. Here's what wasn't: No coffee in the rooms. There's a public coffee shop downstairs that's really good, but you have to wait in line (and pay) along with the general public. Lines were typically 15 - 20 minutes long. No cash system! Want to tip the valet parking? Make sure you bring cash. Anything else you want to purchase must be with a credit/debit card. The room was loaded with soft drinks and stuff we don't drink. It was annoying to take over 12 sodas out of the fridge and find a place to put them in order to put our own juice and water in it. Guests - check your bills closely! We were charged $67 mini bar fees. I called to find out what the charge was for and was told we used alcoholic beverages and a bottle of Pinot Noir from their mini bar! We did nothing of the kind. The person I spoke to to dispute the charge was defensive and snippy with me before hanging up on me. Incredible! This is an expensive hotel and I definitely expected better service. I will never go to this hotel again and will make sure to tell anybody considering it how poorly we were treated.

For me, maybe the most important thing about a hotel in a town I'm not familiar with is the helpfulness of the staff in telling you about their town. In this category, ARRIVE Memphis knocked it out of the park. I arrived on a Sunday night in late April (2021) for a two-night stay. While the Covid quarantine was beginning to lift slightly, lots of places were still closed. I told the night manager that I would love to see some live music in a small club while I was in Memphis, but that I knew that was probably asking the impossible since I was too fried to go out on Sunday night and finding anything on a Monday night is usually nearly impossible, even pre-Covid. But she dove right in, furiously googling away and came up with a list of about ten clubs that might have music (and put in a strong recommendation for Memphis' indy rap scene). Unfortunately, when I tracked down all ten clubs on Google, it appeared I was right. None of them seemed to have any music available on Monday night. The next day I mentioned my strikeout to the night manager (who also appears to be a day manager) and she said, "That won't do." She did some more furious googling and some texting and said, "Go here." She sent me to B-Side, where a very tight five-piece band was playing for a total of 8 customers. It was my first live music club since Covid and I was in heaven, thanks to the nice lady staffing the night desk at ARRIVE Memphis. It would be nice to have a drinking glass in the room though. I had one in my luggage with me, so it wasn't terribly inconvenient for me, but I don't think I've ever seen a hotel at any price range without a drinking glass or cup before. A hot water heater would also be nice. (UPDATE: I see from other reviews that the water glass issue is a temporary Covid measure, which I hope is solved by now.) But those are minor quibbles that are far outweighed by the superior service. And the little mini-Marshall speakers in the room had great sound.

This hotel is amazing!!! The good: the lobby is also a cafe, lounge and bar. They're dog friendly. The rooms are immaculately clean (Shout out to the cleaning staff!). The bed is heaven on earth. The view from the king suite shower is so cool. Killer restaurant/bar under the hotel. The bad: The guy at the front desk isn't the first person you want to interact with after a long day of driving.

I loved, loved, LOVED this hotel. Brand new and perfectly clean. Rooms have great touches like the moving mirror/wall to open up the shower to the rest of the room, giant sliding "barn" door for the bathroom, retro-looking Bluetooth speaker, creepy-cool modern art, mason jar water (apparently Memphis is very proud of their tap water), the red light do not disturb "sign", a trendy cool city guide and much more. The hotel lobby does not feel like your traditional hotel. The check in spot is a small space tucked near the coffee shop. It does walk a fine line between hipster and pretentious. For example, they boast an artisan bakery called Hustle & Dough and a coffee shop called Vice & Virtue. Spoiler alert - it's all the same 4 foot counter near the check in space. They do have a great lobby bar and seating/lounge area. Oh yes and it is in a great location. Its walking distance to Central BBQ, and sights such as Blues Hall of Fame, Civil Rights Museum/The Lorraine Motel (where MLK was shot), and a $6 Uber to Beale Street, $13 Uber to Graceland and a $33 Uber to the airport. My one complaint would be the tv in the room SUCKS. Its Apple TV and the picture is pixelated, cuts out, and not many channels. Theres apps like Netflix and Hulu, but it wont let you actually sign in and use it. I like having the tv on when I unwind at night or get ready in the morning, so this was a pain for me. But other than that, a great hotel in Memphis. I would 100% stay here again.

I stayed here one night , passing through only. This is the most beautiful hotel I could have asked for! Impeccably clean as well - and I am one of those picky people who finds a problem with everything. That should tell you how amazing this place is. If you are flipping through hotel options and stumble across this place - book it now now now. You will not regret it. The rooms are well appointed, the staff is lovely, there is a coffee shop on the first floor and amazing food choices as well. This is now my go to in Memphis -- wouldn't stay anywhere else. :)

I enjoyed the hip, trendy vibe and decor at Arrive. The food options in the lobby, from high-end coffee and upscale pastries to pizza and cocktails, were on trend. The entire place was full of history highlighted by modern touches. The location in the South Main Arts District is great, directly across from the Civil Rights Museum. They encourage you to text them if you have any needs or questions during your stay. An ideal mix of hipster and historic.

Extremely disappointing! Severely lacking in service and amenities for a boutique hotel at this price. They didn't even offer complimentary coffee. We had to stand in line in the lobby for our morning coffee. Staff not able to recommend places to eat. Their response to most requests was "sorry, we don't offer that service." If you value good service and amenities, this is not the place for you.

Stayed here for a wedding, was more than happy my entire stay! The hotel room was clean and well-stocked, the bed was comfy, towels were fluffy, and the service was polite and kind. They had breakfast within the hotel, although pricy well worth every penny! I even bought a few bags of coffee to take home! Would definitely stay again!

I recently stayed at ARRIVE MEMPHIS and loved it from the moment I walked in. The desk was actually an all day bakery that sold handmade pastries.. it was a very friendly atmosphere that everyone seemed to be enjoying. The rooms were detailed nicely and they even had treats for my litte pooch.. The desk was very knowledgeable and had tons of info on the surrounding area.. I was totally surprised at how much my wife and I enjoyed staying there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to be in the area.. ARRIVE MEMPHIS gets a 5 star rating from us !!!!!

This hotel is going to be a hot spot on South Main! The people they are bringing in to staff it (including Longshot bar) are some of Memphis' most wanted. They're going all out to make this place THE place to check out so I hope Memphis, as well as tourists, come here often! Very eclectic and different. The rooms look incredible! Can't wait to book a weekend here!

Great rooms but sadly lacking in basic service levels. Sat at the bar for over 20 minutes while bartenders talked amongst themselves and avoided eye contact. First night ordered food five minutes before the cut-off only to be told the kitchen was closed. Second night, standard menu items were unavailable. Valet packing took over 30 minutes (with frequent text message saying car was 5 minutes away). Would not return or recommend.

Quaint and hip when you walk in. Friendly attentive staff checked us in. Our room was on first floor and window was too high to see out. Smelled like industrial concrete - perhaps because of the concrete floors. Nice vibe. Enjoyed LongShot bar downstairs even though they were out of first two drinks we ordered. Bartender said they were short staffed. Food was delicious. Went to bed early - thank goodness. We're awakened all night by dogs barking, kids yelling in the hallways and doors slamming. Either the guy above us had a bladder like an elephant or there was water trickling somewhere. Quite possibly the loudest hotel room we've ever stayed in. The concrete floors do little to mute the sounds. When we made the lady at the desk aware of the noise she simply said "we're dog friendly and yep, the doors are loud".

I don't think I could love this place more. From the fantastic bakery and bar downstairs, Hustle and Dough, to the wonderfully designed room, gorgeous wallpaper, comfortable seating and a desk you can actually work at. Delightfully this is a dog friendly hotel so at the right time in the morning the elevator and lobby are filled with wonderful, impressively well-behaved dogs, lounging and mingling. But best of all, the service here can't be beat! From the front desk to the housekeepers to the maintenance folks, everyone is so welcoming and sweet and accommodating. This is the best of everything. Everything you might want with none of the pretension of other comparably appointed hotels. Definitely stay here if you're in Memphis, you won't regret it!

Arrive Memphis and it's superb staff is what other hotels should strive to achieve. Not only is the hotel beautiful with thoughtfully designed rooms in a great location, but the employees of this hotel go out of their way to accommodate and help make the experience truly special. As a first time visitor to Memphis I've never felt more welcomed from the valet attendant Dabney, to room service team Lisa and Deborah, the front desk and restaurant staff, the hotel as a team is firing on all cylinders. Because of their hospitality I will be looking to plan another trip back to an area I was initially just passing through.

Just finished a five day stay at the new Arrive in the South Main Arts District and it did not disappoint. The area was super convenient with lots of cool walkable restaurants, shops and sites to see with trolley access right out the front door. The service was amazing from my warm reception during check-in at the coffee bar to the personalized attention I received throughout. My room was stunning with fantastic views and beautiful decor that included a really unique, optional "open concept" shower room. The hotel also houses a coffee shop, bakery, lobby bar and restaurant all under one roof. The food and drinks were amazing with my notable personal favorites being the yogurt and granola, cured fish plate with rye bread, pigs in a blanket (super unique twist on these) and the "Instagram This Cocktail". You really can't review this hotel without commenting on the design from the inside out. Fun details everywhere from the mural under the bridge approaching the entrance to the restaurant, to the fun quotes leading you up the stairwell, the Graceland inspired poker room and the colorful, textured lobby that feels like you've officially landed in Memphis. Overall, a beautiful stay and a great way to feel instantly immersed in the local culture and flavors of a vibrant and one-of-a-kind city.

I was genuinely upset with this hotel. We made a reservation and paid but they wouldn't let me and my friends check in because we were all under the age of 21. We are all over the age of 18 though. A parent, who was over 21, called the hotel to try tell the employees they we had no other place to stay and that we have "permission" from them to stay there. The individual at the front desk was not helpful at all and didn't provide any solution or help after denying us our room. We had to find a place last minute in Memphis and then was a very stressful situation. If you're planning on staying in Memphis consider a kinder and more helpful place to stay, especially if you're a women under the age of 21.

This hotel is straight up hipster bullshit. The rooms don't even have carpet! No microwave. No glasses to have a drink of water in the room. The staff is rude and pompous, and the front desk woman was a straight bitch. She wasn't nice or friendly when we called about parking when we first got to the hotel and she was completely rude in every interaction we had with her afterwards. The rooms are supposedly 'pet friendly', but they called and told us we need to come back to our room because our dogs were barking. A 'pet friendly' place where dogs can't bark is bullshit. And our dogs barking is complete bullshit. We just stayed 4 nights in other hotels and had zero issues with our dogs. They rarely bark at anything anyways and when we came back to the room they were both sleeping! We were expecting to have a nice night out in Memphis and this hotel and it's rude staff completely ruined our night. Fuck this place. They might be cheap, but spend a little extra and stay somewhere else. Not sure who they bribed to get 4 stars, but that seems to be two too many.

THE BEST hotel! The laid back, lobby/ check in vibe was relaxed and fun. The people who work here are beyond friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is pleasant. The rooms are stylist and clean! You actually have control over the thermostat- amazing. Parking is easy and free. Location is ideal AND they are super dog friendly.

Such a beautiful hotel. So much fun!! We stayed in the corner suite and had an amazing view. We will definitely be coming back for a weekend stay.

I came to ARRIVE Memphis while driving through Tennessee on a road trip and loved it so much that I made sure to stop back for another stay on the way home. This place is clean, comfortable, adorably decorated, dog friendly, has an on site coffee shop and restaurant, and is in a killer location. You're walking distance from numerous bars/restaurants, the National Civil Rights Museum and there is a trolley stop in front of the hotel if you want to go to Beale Street. I will definitely be looking for ARRIVE hotels in other cities and will be back here if I'm ever in Memphis.

We stumbled across this downtown Memphis gem a few blocks off of Beale Street. Only open two months, and just spectacular! Staff was so friendly and accommodating at both bars, the coffee bar, front desk, and valet. This eclectic hotel grown from the shuffleboard inventor who built bowling lanes there is beautiful. I will speculate that it will noot be eaSy to get a room there next time we visit Memphis! It's close to to everything, and is across the street from the Lorraine and Civil Rights Museum.

Cozy loft style rooms. Eclectic furniture in lobby/bar area. Longshot provided great service and drinks. Safe location, walking distance to incredible BBQ.
