13 Best Hotels in Palm Springs

"One of the liveliest hotels in the area, this modern and comfortable boutique property centers around its massive pool and plentiful communal spaces built for socializing—with fire pit-flanked seating areas, outdoor games, and an indoor/outdoor bar—along with a fun-filled event calendar. The hotel is meant for mingling (and a prime pick for a solo traveler), with marble ping pong tables, fire pits encircled by low-slung seating where guests gather after sundown, DJ nights, drive-in movies, and drag bingo. The design gives a salute to Palm Springs' fabled mid-century style via clerestory windows and butterfly rooflines, and the property, which includes an open-air restaurants plus an ice-cream shop, is also surrounded by a few solid restaurants. It's a short drive (or a mile walk) from the retail-heavy Uptown Design District. Rooms definitely reflect the locale, with clerestory windows, cactus-flower and palm-print wallpaper, rose-pink velvet platform beds, leather seating, and brightly colored mini fridges, along with marble bathrooms. Appreciated extras come in the form of Egyptian cotton linens, robes, Malin + Goetz bath products, work desks, and automatic shades. With just two categories, you simply choose between a studio room or one with a patio—worth the upgrade for its private outdoor seating and fireplace." - Lizbeth Scordo

ARRIVE Palm Springs

"Why book? One of the liveliest hotels in the area, this modern and comfortable boutique property centers around its massive pool and plentiful communal spaces built for socializing—with fire pit-flanked seating areas, outdoor games, and an indoor/outdoor bar—along with a fun-filled event calendar. Set the scene Built in 2015, the boutique hotel’s design gives a salute to Palm Springs' fabled mid-century style via clerestory windows and butterfly rooflines. Couples and groups celebrating everything from birthdays to bachelorette parties fill the poolside lounge chairs beneath black-and-white striped umbrellas and first-come-first-serve cabanas while sipping on fruit-infused cocktails. If you can’t find the lobby, that’s because there isn’t one: You’ll check in at the bar. Arrive was one of the first hotels around here to introduce text-message communication with staff. The hotel is meant for mingling (and a prime pick for a solo traveler), with marble ping pong tables, fire pits encircled by low-slung seating where guests gather after sundown, DJ nights, drive-in movies, and drag queen bingo. The backstory There was lots of anticipation around the 2016 arrival of Arrive, one of Palm Springs’ first hotels to be built from the ground up in many years back then. Hotel group Palisociety—known for putting a local spin on their boutique properties—took ownership of the entire group of Arrive hotels (there are also locations in Austin, Memphis, and Wilmington, N.C.) in January 2021, giving the property a refresh with some updated room furnishings and pool area upgrades including new lounge chairs, umbrellas, and daybeds. The rooms Rooms definitely reflect the locale, with clerestory windows, cactus-flower and palm-print wallpaper, rose-pink velvet platform beds, leather seating, and brightly colored mini fridges, along with marble bathrooms. Appreciated extras come in the form of Egyptian cotton linens, robes, Malin + Goetz bath products, work desks, and automatic shades. With just two categories, you simply choose between a studio room or one with a patio—worth the upgrade for its private outdoor seating and fireplace. Food and drink The food and beverage program here has gone through many different incarnations in a short time, most recently landing on a basic Cali-Americana daytime menu served at the pool and in the open-air restaurant (under a sky-high ceiling and massive spinning fan) where you can dig into shrimp tacos, avo toast, burgers, and grain bowls. While the bar stays open in the evenings, the restaurant doesn’t, so you’ll need to go off campus for dinner. The property is also home to artisanal ice cream parlor-cum-gift shop: Shop(pe) Ice Cream & Shop, scooping funky flavors like ube and birthday cake, in addition to a Cartel Coffee Lab. The neighborhood/area Definitely the anchor hotel on the north end of town, Arrive is surrounded by a few solid restaurants, and is a short drive (or mile walk) to the retail-heavy Uptown Design District. The service Low-key and cool, staffers skew younger (in line with the hotel guests) and are plenty attentive. Bartenders make an especially mean cocktail. Accessibility Two ADA rooms are available. Anything left to mention? Don’t miss the bar’s booze-on-a stick ice pops in Aperol Spritz, Paloma, and vodka-based Sex by the Pool studded with pomegranate pearls." - Lizbeth Scordo

"ARRIVE is just a few years old and is already making a splash beyond its pool party scene, though, there's certainly that, too. The hotel blends midcentury style with a modern, almost industrial look and draws a younger crowd for its dynamic programming and excellent on-site food and drink, which includes a great coffee bar and ice cream treats."

My partner and I chose this hotel for a romantic anniversary trip, and it turned out to be everything we were hoping for. The hotel had a very intimate and cozy feel. Our room had a fireplace and a large jacuzzi tub, which made the stay feel truly luxurious. We ordered room service one night, and the food arrived hot and perfectly cooked. The staff even left us a handwritten card and some chocolate truffles. It’s those little things that made the experience unforgettable.

Google
One of the best hotel stays I've had in a while. I was in town for a wedding and many of the guests stayed here, so we got to experience the service together. The rooms were large and elegant, with very comfortable mattresses and high-quality linens. What really stood out was the breakfast—each morning it felt more like a feast than a buffet. Omelettes made to order, smoked salmon, freshly squeezed orange juice—it was phenomenal. The hotel also arranged taxis for our group and helped coordinate some of the wedding logistics. The level of hospitality here is next level.

Had a great stay! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Despite being fully booked, the pool area was not crowded. Food and drinks were good and reasonably priced. Great value and service. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely return. Highly recommended

Google
This place was adorably decorated and clean. The staff was kind, and I received an unexpected upgrade due to clearly being injured with a leg brace, so I did not have to walk up stairs with that beast on. Pleasantly surprised. The food was okay, seemed overpriced for what it was, but that is the cost of convenience. Food did come out quickly, though. The room was quiet and comfortable. The only thing I saw that needed some TLC was the shower, there are zero shelves or space for anything you might want to bring in there. The shower head looked dirty, but surface-level. Walking distance to many places.

What a great find! My first time to Palm Springs and won’t be my last thanks to this hotel! A little oasis outside the downtown core yet walking distance to everything. The staff were all great and super friendly. The room was spacious and spotless and the bed was really comfortable. We had a patio suite and it was so nice having coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night there. The pool never felt crowded and the service was very attentive. A great break from the cold soggy Chicago spring! Can’t wait to come back!

My friend and I really enjoyed staying here. The room was nicely decorated and clean. I appreciated the stocked mini bar, fridge, and the little basket with snacks in the room as well as the parking, and wifi. The pool was very relaxing, quiet, and clean. The only thing I wasn't too happy with was the cocktail we ordered at the pool. I didn't feel like it was what I ordered, and didn't taste like it at all but I am not willing to deduct stars for that maybe the person was new. They have a really cute small coffee store on the other side, I got the Lavender Latte and it was really good. We didn't walk anywhere, we drove, but I would say it's pretty close to local bars and restaurants, right next to the Trixi Motel too in case you wanted to check that out. Overall, I would stay here again.

My Forever Hotel – Absolutely Perfect!||From the moment we arrived at Arrive Hotel, we were welcomed with warmth and incredible hospitality. Jessica and Fatima made check-in a breeze and crafted some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had—true pros with amazing energy! Every single staff member here radiates positivity, making the entire experience feel effortless and luxurious.||The property itself is immaculate, with fantastic amenities that make it feel like a true oasis. And to top it off, there’s an amazing sushi restaurant right across the street, adding to the convenience and charm.||This will be my forever hotel in Palm Springs. Whatever the rate is—it’s worth every penny. Can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is amazing. Chill vibes and the nicest staff! Our dog LOVED the bed (we did, too!), and the rooms are super cute. The pool was nice and heated to beat the cold weather when we went. Firepits everywhere to enjoy the nighttime by the pool, or in your patio if you book a patio room. They even gave a baby gate so our dog can enjoy freely on our patio! ||||The food/drinks at Palm Canyon were amazing too! The Desert Hare was by far the best drink.

Yelp
Arrive Palm Springs is a great property with great staff. My kid (adult daughter) and I really enjoyed our stay: the pool, the room, the food.... All top notch! I've been staying here for years and it's my go to hotel in PS and I'll def be back soon!!

Yelp
If you're looking for a fantastic adults-only getaway, ARRIVE is the place to make it happen. Check in at the bar was quick and easy and we were given a complimentary drink after checking in. Nice touch! The vibe of the place is great. Pool area was super clean and relaxing. Love that it's only got about 25 or so rooms. Even when fully booked, there are always poolside lounge chairs available. They've got bicycles to borrow. It's about a mile from downtown. Definitely walkable if it's not too hot and you're not in a rush. Uber wasn't expensive to get downtown. We grabbed coffee next door at Cartel and had a fantastic bike ride through the movie colony to check out houses and architecture before riding downtown for breakfast. Room was fantastic. Close to the pool. Awesome patio with fire chimenea. Super cold air conditioner. We'll definitely be back!

Yelp
A welcoming oasis in the desert. My partner and I stayed at the Arrive during a recent trip to Palm Springs. It's a cute, boutique hotel about 2 miles from the downtown area. We chose to stay here due to other reviews and the fact it is 21+. It has been amazing to enjoy the patio and pool area without kids running/screaming everywhere. We stayed here in January during the week so it was definitely quieter than I expect other times of the year or on weekends. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance to the hotel if you don't want to drive into downtown for a meal. The hotel restaurant has a nice menu and the food is superb. I enjoyed brunch there during my stay. I loved starting my day with the outdoor seating facing the mountains. The bar also opens out to the pool area which is surrounded by ample, cozy seating. We were given complimentary, "drink on us" coupons upon arrival which was a lovely, welcoming gesture. Speaking of welcoming, the staff are chill, down to earth and very helpful. Our poolside room had its own patio with a small fireplace and the room was perfectly decorated and inviting. Heads up for those coming here for a weekend with friends and plan to share a room. The shower/bathroom area in the rooms are open. The toilet has a small door but there is no privacy for showering. Sorry, fellow shy peeps! Overall it was a wonderful experience in a charming hotel in Palm Springs.

Yelp
I just returned from a few days at ARRIVE Palm Springs and had an awesome time! The property was clean, well maintained and had everything I needed for a relaxing weekend. Funny story... Driving from Las Vegas to Palm Springs, my wife decided to read aloud the 1 star reviews for ARRIVE. Thankfully, upon reflection on a great weekend all the complaints regarding ARRIVE PS were absent during my visit. I'll start with MY experience v. ONE stars: Friendly and helpful staff all around v. rude and unfriendly. Great food and drink v. lousy food and expensive drinks. Comfortable room and in good shape v. I looked for a robe with a hole in it, nothing found. Music by the pool was nice v. loud, blaring music all day and night. The property was void of riff-raff roaming around v. unhoused checking doors and loitering around the property. Check in/out was easy v. I did not get charged multiple times or treated rudely. Also... I loved adults only, 21+ (and yes, that excludes babies, 19 year-olds, toddlers and anyone UNDER 21 years old, duh!) The bed was super comfy and A/C was ICE COLD - thank you! Location was good, a few nice places to eat and drink within walking distance and easy parking around the back. Downtown is 1-1.5 miles down the road. Bonus: great neighborhoods behind the property to walk around and snap photos of amazing architecture. Neighborhoods: Vista Las Palmas and Old Las Palmas (be sure to stop by Liberace's place and see the piano mailbox!) LOVED ARRIVE PS, 5 stars!

Yelp
Our go to place when visiting Palm Springs. Beautiful, spacious mid century style rooms and a super large pool that makes you want to stay in all day. The food is delicious! The grill menu is a treat. Respectable djs in the summer. Walking distance to downtown, casino, other food/drink options. The staff are warm and sweet. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
Arrive is a Devine place to stay in Palm Springs. Just down the street from the strip, not too close and not too far. Our room was clean and the hotel as a whole was extremely kept up with. What I loved most about my stay was the pool and the restaurant. 1. The pool is beautiful with enough lounge chairs and day beds where you do not have to fight and or reserve ahead of time. 2. The restaurant is amazing, it has everything you would like, mixed house cocktails, happy hour, breakfast, lunch and dinner options. All were amazing. Don't like to get out of the pool for a drink no problem, they have servers. Just the perfect storm to have a great time. They are pet friendly and the staff was great the entire stay. Our studio suite has a desk, a fridge and snacks available for purchase. The bed was comfortable. Coffee is available next door at "Cartel" just an altogether great stay, I would defiantly vacation here again!

Yelp
My husband and I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The decor is great, very cozy kitschy boutique design. They surprised us with an upgrade to one of the patio suites which was a nice bonus! Having the little secluded patio and chiminea was a fun little touch. Only downsides were that it's about a mile away from downtown. We walked the whole time which was fine but know that going in you may want to rent a car or Uber. There's a few really nice restaurants and shops around but not a lot - kinda nice and quiet. There was also a day that for whatever reason we never got room service. The pool, cocktails, and food at the restaurant were great but there's not a lot of other amenities offered.

Yelp
Good drinks, but expensive. Getting a bunch by pool adds up QUICK at $16/ea. We've been to Arrive before and last time they did poolside service which was amazing. This time, though, there was none. Service was especially slow. Pool can get kinda dirty. Wish it was cleaner. Rooms are very nice! Only nitpicks are that the TVs are old and hard to use and the shower lacks ledges and such for soaps. The proximity of the rooms to the pool is awesome, especially if you get one on first floor. Love the complimentary drink on arrival and the small champagne to celebrate my birthday. Room service ending at 5pm is pretty lame. Good walking distance to Boozehounds!

Yelp
Gather round.... cuz I've got some insider info you won't wanna miss! Picture this: you're in Palm Springs, and you're thinking, "Hey, I'd love to spend the day at a nice pool with pool side service." Well, guess what? You totally can, even if you're not staying at the Arrive Hotel. Locals are all over this secret like bees to honey, and it's about time you joined the party! So, this isn't your typical "splash and sunbathe" deal - The Pool at Arrive Hotel is like a diamond in the rough. It's not just for guests; it's also got a killer restaurant that'll make your taste buds do the cha-cha. Whether you're crashing at the hotel or just a hungry explorer, The Pool is where you wanna be. When you waltz into "The Pool" area, get ready to be smitten by its chic, laid-back vibes. It's like a modern oasis, and the views of those towering mountains are the icing on the cake. Whether you're an indoor aficionado or a sun-soaking enthusiast, this place is an absolute game-changer for pool side fun. You can start your day at the pool at 8AM if you wish to... Breakfast starts at 8 am, and you've got Cartel Roasting... as a great back up plan for those that simply don't do breakfast. A perfectly brewed cup of coffee, refreshing smoothie or avocado toast... take your pick. When the sun climbs higher, and lunchtime rolls around.... The pool menu is pretty decent. Check it out for yourself The staff are not only attentive; they're your new best pals, ready to make your visit unforgettable. Got a question? They've got an answer. Craving something special? They're here to make it happen. Your happiness is their top priority. And here's a little nugget of info that'll make you smile - there's a new DJ in town, and they're gonna be spinning some sweet beats from 3 pm to 7 pm at The Pool. If you're a music lover, you're in for a treat, my friend. To get all the deets, just give the hotel a shout. After you've had your fill, go on a little adventure and explore fabulous Palm Springs.... everything is walking distance..... just don't forget to drink tons of water (with electrolytes)

Yelp
Such a great Valentine's Day week getaway! I had such a lovely experience. Everyone for the most part was nice. One waitress/bartender not so much, hence the one star. She just was moody and seemed like she had an attitude at work and never gave me the ping pong paddles like I asked. The room was so super cute. Easy parking. Easily accessible. Shout out to the pool cleaners we were in the hot tub while he was cleaning for about 2 hours the entire pool area was completely disinfected. It was great to see. Adults alone! Loved! Hot tub open late, loved!

Yelp
We've found our new Palm Springs destination. When we found out this hotel was pet friendly, we decided to check it out. We couldn't have been happier! The resort is so well thought out, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The leather and wood furniture in our room was beautiful! Dogs are allowed everywhere throughout the resort (except in the pool). We took our two dogs down to the pool cabana for a little bit. As soon as we sat down, the server brought us a water carafe and some ice water for our pups. The pool was so refreshing! The water was nice and cool (it was hot on our visit). We had lunch poolside, and we ordered the fried chicken sandwich, avocado salad, and some wine. We stuck around for happy hour and ordered some frozen rose and the shrimp cocktail. We were surprised at how large the happy hour portions were! We enjoyed the resort so much, we even had breakfast there with the Pups. We had the omelet and waffle (not pictured) and the servings were big! The breakfast was also tasty and did not disappoint. Overall, we were happily surprised by this amazing resort. We can't wait to go back

Yelp
Loved our stay. 5 min walk to Agua Caliente and 10 min walk from the strip. Parking was 30.00 a night, they have a nice pool with a bar. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will def be coming back

Ashley J.

Yelp
Best stay I've ever had in Palm Springs! Such a cool/cute spot! Rooms are unique and comfortable. The pool is so relaxing and beautiful! And Paul is so accommodating, genuine, and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better person to be in charge here!

Yelp
Great hotel for a quick get away to Palm Springs. Love the pool. The rooms are well appointed and clean. Staff is nice and helpful. Definitely will come back

Yelp
We experienced what felt like blatant homophobia from Cheyenne, housekeeping manager at the Arrive Hotel during our stay. Would not recommend and encourage gay couples to stay elsewhere. She made false accusations that made it clear we were not welcome because we were gay.
google avatar

Vito P.

Yelp
Stayed here a while back and totally loved it. Cute rooms, dog friendly and super cool Palm Springs Vibes. Would definitely con back but it's gotten a little too pricey.

Sam F.

Yelp
We stayed here in mid-December with 80-degree weather, heated pool and great hot tub (did somebody say it was Christmas?!). I'm not much a pool-side lounger, but I enjoyed the vibe here with the adults-only policy keeping things fairly chill and relaxing. Some great retro tunes along with a live DJ setting the pool-side mood on a Saturday. Yummy food and drinks available from the bar. The ice cream shop and coffee shop out front are an added bonus. There is no coffee on the premises early in the morning, so coffee addicts beware and prepare accordingly. Otherwise, the manager Paul made sure our needs were met. Friendly staff all around. The location on the main drag just north of downtown was excellent for being relatively quiet but close enough for a longer walk or quick ride. Easy parking in the back lot. Great place to explore the desert and nearby Joshua Tree from if you can pull away from the pool.
google avatar

Tangela H.

Yelp
I fell in love with this place when I was placing our reservation. The people were just as nice over the phone as they were when I got there.

Aimee P.

Yelp
We had an amazing time here and I want to give it 5 stars but I can't because we spent all night fighting off crickets! I don't know if the top floor experiences the same thing but our bottom floor room was invaded. Our tv also did not work at all. So sad! We also paid for the dog fee and we didn't receive a single toy like the website claims. The place was so beautiful and the poolside cabana service was great. 10/10 reccomend if you don't mind bugs!
google avatar

Megan R.

Yelp
Used to be my favorite hotel in Palm Springs. After multiple visits, I've noticed racial bias in their service and application of rules.
google avatar

C. S.

Yelp
Love. Love. Love. The staff is so nice and helpful! Truly kind people. The room is spacious and super comfortable. I brought my dog and they gave him a dog bed, bowls, a toy, treats, and a gate for the patio. The pool is great and not too many rooms so it is more intimate and quiet. I will be back for sure!
google avatar

Ben D.

Yelp
We were really disappointed with our stay. The air conditioning in our room (101) wasn't working during the night, and it was one of the hottest days of the year. There was no one on property to ask to move rooms, so we couldn't sleep. We asked for an extended check out and was told no, but there were ample rooms available so we're not sure why we were rushed out. The cabana is incredibly overpriced for what it is, and contrary to other reviews, we found some of the pool staff - particularly the manager - to be quite rude. The food and drinks were fine, and the mini bar had some nice options... but overall we wished we had stayed elsewhere. We expected more.
google avatar

Jason C.

Yelp
Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Front desk is at the pool bar inside. Great pool and loungers. The pool water temp is nice and cool. The room was quaint and comfortable with a roomy shower. The bed was comfortable and the air worked well. We enjoyed the lounge by the pool and had staff turn on the fire pit. Cartel Coffee Shoppe next door was convenient. Breakfast opens at 8am so I gotta go!

Yelp
PROS: - Located next to a few restaurants and a liquor store. Also an on-site ice cream shop and cafe. - Check-in was easy at the bar. Just park your car along the curbside. - A fairly decent parking lot at the rear of the location. - The rooms were easy to find and navigate. - The room itself was just fine. I don't know if it's worth $465 a night, but it was fine. - Everything inside was nice and clean. - It felt very safe in this area. - Very dog friendly at this hotel. CONS: - It was like a day club and super noisy when we arrived on Saturday. According to the info, it literally is a day club at the pool. - If your dog likes to pee or poo on grass, there is literally none here or anywhere around this place. PRO-TIP: - When you turn on your bathroom faucet, the water will look milky. We called the front desk to find out if that was normal, and they told us that it was. So just to test it, I filled an empty plastic water bottle with the water, and eventually, the water did turn clear. Apparently, it's a lot of air in the water that makes it look like that. FINAL THOUGHTS: - I'm not sure if the price is necessarily worth the amenities and what this place provides. I'd stay here again if it was half of what we paid for but for almost $500 bucks a night? Nah, I don't think so.

Dennis H.

Yelp
It's a nice simple hotel. The location isn't too bad. It's about 1.5 miles from the downtown area. The room layout is neat at first but feels really small after the first night so luckily it was just a weekend stay for us. My wife and I enjoyed chilling in the cabana. Parking is plenty. The coffee shop and ice cream shop out front is super convenient and there's a liquor store around the corner. Also a great dining spot Uptown 1501 is a quick walk. The only annoying part is they're not flexible with checkout time. Was hoping to get an extra hour since I had a work video call.
google avatar

Aaron H.

Yelp
Comfortable rooms with great views all around the resort The staff seem to enjoy working with guests and truly make your experience so enjoyable. Definitely check out the bar menu for some great food, cocktails, and local drafts while taking advantage of the incredible ambiance of the pool! Wonderful location, services, and dining - a "must-try" for anyone coming from out of town!

Yelp
Beautiful pool and amazing happy hour. Super relaxing vibe. Jessica and Bianca are a great team behind the bar/front lobby desk. Super modern environment, clean bathrooms, jacuzzi. This is a must see if you are in Palm Springs

Kayla H.

Yelp
I booked this place based off the reviews, It was a little pricey for what it is. Things were nice but close to being dated. The bar minus one woman were nice people. There was dog poop around the property. Over all wasnt the nicest place I wouldn't book it again.
google avatar

Leslie M.

Yelp
We booked this place because it was dog friendly. By far the best place we've stayed with our boy. Love love this place. Online booking is easy and the only way to book. Check in was at the bar and the staff is great. Our room was amazing with a fire pit on the patio. The staff lights it for you and extinguished it as well. Pool and pool deck was perfect for relaxing and enjoyed a margarita (2 for $17). Room is well appointed and VERY clean. Our new go to place in PS.

Nicholas K.

Yelp
Came for my birthday greeted by a friendly bartender didn't catch her name.... Blonde we checked in Sunday at 330p. Came to room complimentary item left for me!!!! I have to say small things matter this wasn't small they really showed they cared and made me feel special. We have a dog again another kitty for him a bed, toys, treats, bowl.... Pool was cold in August service from same girl who checked us in was amazing. Room was cute af. Patio has couches and fire pit too hi for August but during winter... close to everything. Couldn't have asked for more 10/10 recommend.

Yelp
Really enjoyed our stay at Arrive. Our room was stylish and clean. The staff was attentive and responsive to all our needs. We enjoyed all of our meals, breakfast and lunch, off their menu. Pool and hot tub area are such a great vibe. Despite being pricier than nearby options, still highly recommended.

E B.

Yelp
1. I made a mistake in booking my stay. The error was all mine. Stephanie stepped in and corrected a costly error without blinking. 2. I spent a huge chunk of my time poolside relaxing and enjoying phenomenal margaritas. 3. Stephanie, Andrae, and both Jessicas are experts in pampering. I couldn't get a blister if I tried. I will be back once it gets cold at home. This time I won't even try to pretend like I'm in town for a conference. I stayed during the week, so it was relatively quiet. If I stayed for the weekend, it looked like it was about to turn into more of a party, so I left at the right time. Definitely 21+, but it's not trashy. ARRIVE is definitely an oasis.

Jenna H.

Yelp
Just left this place after horrible service. Came here for the experience for their food and drink service, and was told the kitchen was "under maintenance". We came here specifically for that, and they didn't seem to care at all. Came here with my pregnant sister and she had to eat, and they didn't care, and told us there was nothing they could do and we would have to go through Resort Pass. They didn't offer us any discounts or tried to resolve any issues for us. Plus it does not look like it's pictures... It's small and run down.

Yelp
First time staying at the Arrive and LOVED it! Adults only, pool and bar are open late and the vibe is perfect. Hotel is located near fantastic restaurants (be sure to try Booze Hounds and Sandfish Sushi).

Yelp
The service and amenities were great. I wish the room areas weren't accessible by the public, but other than that there's nothing to "complain" about.

Yelp
Waited 40 mins for 2 breakfast burritos to go and they both were $18 each, and some of the smallest burritos I've had in a while. Now to clarify, I spent 16 years in the hospitality industry, working at bars, restaurants (both casual and fine dinning), clubs and fast food....so I do come with a lot of benefit of doubt but this I find was inexcusable. I'm not mad at the staff working the bar, I'm not mad at the hotel, but their kitchen needs to get their crap together. The bar was nearly empty and most of the side where people were sitting was also, so based on that observation alone, I am further surprised it took this long. We went next door to Cartel for coffee with a friend. It was me, my wife and our 8 month old. Cartel said they couldn't get food because they were out of stuff for the burrito and recommend we drop in next door at the pool bar and get food. While my wife was hanging out with our son and our friend who met us there, I walked over order from the bar and was thinking it would take 15-20 mins max. Yeah, I was BIG time wrong. My wife walked over twice to ask what was taking so long, and I was at the point where I wanted a refund a just leave. Finally got our to go after 40 mins and left, we had to rush back home to lay the baby down for his next nap. I come to open my box and am created with this (see picture). That puny burrito was $18...I'm sorry, were there gold flakes in it? The hell?!? It tasted fine, but then again wasn't remotely worth the time lost or money spent.

Yelp
WELCOME to the JUNGLE in the Desert... REALLY!?! HELLo to #TheNewNormal .... ARRIVE Hotel, Palm Springs, California! We've been coming back to ARRIVE Hotel, ever since they opened in February 2016! It's one of my Favorite Hotels near Downtown Palm Springs! And our recent Stay at their Hotel, only reconfirmed my L.O.V.E. for this Cool Spot! And be forewarned, at least for now, don't expect their Complimentary Welcome Back Cocktail, Lol! This past weekend, we were instead, greeted and gifted with complimentary bandanas, and were told it's Mandatory you wear a face mask at All times while at their Hotel! Which, I guess is going to be the new norm! But since this was the First time we had left our home for the weekend since Covid_19 #CaliforniaLockdown... it was definitely an Eye Opener, 4 sure, as to what to expect when the USA goes LIVE again!!! #LetsGoUSA !!! And I was honestly surprised that we even found a place to stay in Palm Springs, for Most PS Hotels are currently Closed! And the sole reason for our road trip was because we had heard some Pickleball courts had reOpened in Palm Desert! This being said it was very interesting to see how hotels now, will be forced to implement new procedures to protect guests from spreading the Corona virus! And Trust me, ARRIVE is not taking any Chances... Face Masks are mandatory when on the hotel premises... 1 couple at the pool for 1 hour at a time (reservation required)... No Onsite restaurants open on the premises... basically, proceed with caution... I even took a Nap with my Face Mask at the pool! And please don't judge, I'm not making light of the current situation, this Covid_19 is Serious! And I'm devastated how many people have died! We All need to be cautious, but optimistic that we will... #GetThroughThisTogether #ReOpenAmerica #StayStrong #StayPositive #FaceMaskSelfie #WeHaveARRIVED #BandanaBandits #SummerBandana #iLovePalmSprings #ILovePickleball #HighSchoolSweethearts #FindUsAtThePickleballCourts #CouplesthatPlayTogetherStayTogether #PickleballROCKS #PickleballGirlsROCK @PickleballGirls

Yelp
It took me one hour to try and book a room and it was quoted at $700. I then was going to book online at hotwire.com, and they couldn't find my reservations and they wanted to cancel it but still charge me $700. I left because this was not making any logical sense. They did not even have a proper lobby, it took me 20 minutes to find it, and it looked like a bar with nothing available to drink after this wild adventure.

Yelp
The place is great except for the loud music that is constantly playing in the pool area. We are the only ones out here. We've asked for the music to be turned down and they said they couldn't do it because corporate says that's part of their vibe. They said " I can turn it down a little, but Corporate sets the volume of the. music." What the heck? We can hear it in our room. If you want a place to relax, this is not the place.

Yelp
A beautiful oasis in this oasis town. The pool area is beautiful and is used as their casual dining and bar spot. And there is a coffee shop/ice cream parlor adjacent. They were showing a big screen outdoor movie at the pool when we were there on a Wednesday night stopover. They have other fun events on other evenings or afternoons of the week. The rooms are very clean and well appointed in modern style. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The dining options across the street are excellent. And the view of the mountains from the back of the hotel is excellent. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Our first stay at Arrive was wonderful! The customer service was fantastic from the moment we got to the hotel. Everything is done via text, as they don't have landlines in the rooms. Whenever we needed something, whether that was a house keeping item or a bag of ice, they were always quick to accommodate. The rooms are clean and the decor is super cute! The bed was also super comfortable, and shower is huge. They also have both Direct TV and Apple TV in the rooms, which was awesome when we were relaxing in the room. They have a bar, restaurant, coffee shop, and ice cream parlor right onsite. Everything is really good! My husband and I really enjoyed having happy hour cocktails at the pool - we sat around the fire pits and just relaxed. They also have bocce ball and ping pong at the pool. Speaking of the pool, we had a blast there! The lounge chairs come with the towel covers that slip over the top part, and have built in pillows. They also had a DJ spinning on Saturday at noon and they played such fun, chill music - such a great Saturday vibe! We had so much fun at the pool. The best part about this hotel???? 21+ AND super dog friendly. Our little Shih Tzu Cookie had such a fun time - she loved our hotel room and loved her first time at a pool. Yes, your dog can come to the pool with you! (Just can't go IN). Anyways - definitely check this place out. It was relaxing, chill, quiet when the DJ wasn't spinning, and fun. We will be back!!!

Yelp
I have come to visit their pool a handful of times. Overall, I love the laid back vibe. You can read, people watch, or just relax. The lounge chairs and towels are comfortable, and if you come early enough (by ± 11am or so), you should be able to snag a great seat. Some chairs are reserved for hotel guests, which is nice for them. Wexler's has amazing breakfast food! It's hit or miss whether they'll let you order off the main menu at the pool - sometimes they only let you order off their more limited pool menu if you're sitting by the pool. Bummer, the past couple times I've visited, they've been out of several "key" items (bagels, tacos, etc...). Every time I've visited, the pool/lounge chairs have been free to use; however, this past weekend they came around to everyone at ± 1pm and asked for $10 "cover" and made us wear an orange wristband. The music was blaring that day, so I believe the $10 was most likely for a DJ, although I never saw where the DJ was? Honestly, I prefer the days they just play low key music (off season/non-weekends) because it was difficult to relax, sleep or talk to anyone with the music blaring at that level...plus I appreciate that Palm Springs had a more relaxed vibe than Las Vegas. All in all, a great spot in Palm Springs to visit for the day! Thanks!

Yelp
Where and how do I begin this review? Well, I can tell you this hotel did not disappoint us at all. Located about a mile from downtown Palm Springs, it's centrally located to fun restaurants and off the highway. We booked this through booking.com and got a sweet deal (last minute) for $315/night, for Saturday/Sunday. Booked a studio room and chose this hotel from the raving reviews. You can pull your car up to the curbside, and check in. They don't have a "front desk" but it's actually by the bar. Give you two free drinks (one per person) of the given choice. Park the vehicle out in the back open parking lot. Jacob at the front was super chill and kind. What's cool is that this hotel has rooms on the first and second level and it's like a u-shape, with the pool in the middle. We were checked into room 207. Really clean room, with all the necessities. Everything has a tropical theme to it. The furniture was nicely laid out, bed was comfortable, shower is huge, and tucked away private bathroom with a sliding door. Pool was clean--grab any cabana or poolside seat that has no reserved sign for free. Drink and food service was at its best--we got fairly hammered to say the least. The food is amazing--ordered fish tacos & shrimp cocktails on the first day, and then a bacon, egg and cheddar cheese sandwich for breakfast. One word: delicious. The potatoes were also tasty too. Everyone who works here is friendly and chill. Love that it's a 21+ hotel only. No need to deal with little kids in the pool. Definitely coming back next time swing by Palm Springs. Overall grade: A+

Yelp
This is my go to hotel-- the property is lovely and accessible and they recently re-designed the rooms, which is a nice touch but my gripe is mainly with the food. WOW, it is TERRIBLE. Shrimp Ceviche: 3-4 grocery packaged shrimp drizzled with chamoy sauce, with the tiniest baby shrimp swimming in straight up Bloody Mary tomato sauce and broken Terra chips from Costco. Huevos Rancheros- soggy tortillas with "salsa mexicana" that is LITERALLY spaghetti marinara pasta sauce. I'm sorry but this needs a major overhaul. You're charging premium prices for THIS?! You have so many out of visitors coming from LA and you feed them Minnesota Mexican food? Get outta here.

Yelp
On my Cali vacation I spent a night in Palm Springs. I was kinda winging things I decided to book a 1 night stay at ARRIVE on the drive from L.A. I wasn't looking for much besides just pool time, drinks and relaxing. Well ARRIVE delivered on it all. I did stay on a weekday (Wednesday) so probably much quieter than the weekend. Check in was easy, the room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was amazing. My friend and I spent the afternoon just floating and drinking beverages. I highly recommend trying out some of their cocktails. My favorite was the Smokin' Cukes a tequila based drinks with cucumber and pepper. It was delicious and refreshing while floating in the pool! I would definitely stay at ARRIVE again when back in Palm Springs.

Yelp
Used resort pass to spend a pool day here and it was just the BEST!! I am definitely coming back here with my girlfriends to spend time by the pool, the bartenders are super nice, and the happy hour menu is ridiculously good price! I wish I could just live here
