Awesome chicken and waffle! The fall menu is amazing with so much to choose from. Cozy and homey feeling in the dining room.

This is a really nice place, especially with the view of the Golf Course and the service and food, and even the vibe were absolutely great and I can't wait to come back again!

Nice place to eat. Food was good (Mahi Tacos). The cheese curds were awesome. They were lightly breaded which made them very light.

A wonderful local restaurant run by the Wheaton Park District. Great selection of food, at prices you'd expect from a sit-down restaurant. They have multiple menus, depending on time of day and season. They've got multiple seating areas, including a bar, a restaurant, and a patio (overseeing the driving range and some of the courses), to suit your preferences. Their reuben is fantastic! My only complaints are that they stopped giving your table free pretzel bread (you have to purchase it now), and they stopped making/serving their chocolate-cherry bread pudding, which was probably the best dessert of any restaurant I've ever been to.

Food was great and fairly diverse menú of enteres sándwiches soups salads and appetizers. Kids loved fried brussel spouts! We ate everything! Butcher steak, salmon was yummy and my daughter loved shrimp dumplings. The server was very nice but it took forever to get our food and we had an hour drive home. If you are not in hurry it's a nice spot to get a good meal. Decor was nothing special but the overall club house and view of the green was nice.

Just a special spot! Food is great and very caring and thoughtful staff & management. Patio is phenomenal when weather is accommodating. Great spot for a romantic date, meet up spot with old friends, work happy hour, or even watching a game on the stadium screen at the bar. Also, if you golf 9 and done is divine!!! 😜

Great atmosphere, really good food. They have an amazing patio and a traditional seating area in addition to the large bar area. I'm a little unhappy they stopped serving side winder fries but the sweet potato fries make up for the loss. Over all a great place. I love the wine flights!!

We recently hosted a baby shower at Arrowhead and it was amazing! We've hosted engagement parties, baby showers and wedding showers at Arrowhead and each event has been a success! The event coordinators are easy to work with, accessible, professional and very knowledgeable. The rooms are comfortably decorated and have spacious windows overlooking the golf course. No matter the season, the view is spectacular. The food selection is excellent with lots of options. Our Sweet and Savory menu for our recent baby shower was delicious! Dan and Jennifer had our room set up when we arrived and helped us with some decorating questions. They were available during the shower and provided attentive service throughout our event. Lois was our event coordinator for the baby shower. Lois was a tremendous help to me in planning, organizing the shower details. We highly recommend hosting your next event at Arrowhead. There are many beautiful rooms to choose from and the food and beverage options will provide many different experiences. Working with the event coordinators and event staff will help to make your next event enjoyable and memorable!

This place sucks the food is always late cold it's all over priced a double shot of tequila is 16 dollars they're a joke they think they're a real country club it's unsanitary they have the flu virus going around and won't tell anyone they pour liquor bottles in to other liquor bottles they're horrible place to work or to be a customer and the managers sucks like Lucy and Nathan I think something is wrong with Nathan he definitely doesn't seem competent enough to be a food and beverage manager and Lucy is rude why does she even work there she sucks

I was here for a wedding and overall the venue and outdoor view is great. The catered food was also not bad. I was expecting it to be cheap but they beat expectations for wedding food. I'll come here for golf one day. It is hard for me to rate the whole facility on just a wedding event so I'll update this to 5 stars if I enjoy the golf experience. Quality- I had three plates of food. The first run of food was the best and each one after had chicken and beef that was over cooked and dry. I liked the beef the most. It was well cooked and the beef had nice marbling that gave it a lot of flavor. The mashed potatoes were also very good. Quantity- all you can eat and I didn't have to pay for it so idk what the wedding cost is. Atmosphere- very clean with lots of sunlight. Good wedding venue Service- it's top notch. Expected nothing less from a country club

Large, excellent banquet space. Funky 27 hole course that was the Ladies Club in years before 60s, vacant then. Purchased by the Wheaton Park Diistrict & greatly enhanced ever since. I play at Glen Ellyn's Village Links though I'm a City resident. Separated 9 & 18 hole courses are more challenging. Grass driving range, putting green, sand trap, chipping green are excellent additions- better than the myriad of private CCs plentiful in the Western Suburbs.

I recently invited 12 women to attend the dueling piano event at arrowhead golf club. I live just down the street, but had never been there before. Overall, I was pleased with the experience, however, one of the ladies in the group called the day of the event and informed us that she tested positive for covid. At the event, I let the woman at the front know the situation and asked her if there was anything they could do to reimburse the ticket. She said she would check but she didn't think it would be possible because all the food had been cooked already. I didn't end up hearing back that evening, so I called two days later. I spoke with the same person, Lauren. She mentioned that she was sorry she hadn't reached back out because she was busy with another event. She informed me that they wouldn't reimburse the ticket. With Covid as such a concern, I believe that it would be a best practice to offer some sort of solution. The ticket covered both the show and the dinner. I was told if they would have known a day or two in advance, it wouldn't have been an issue. Again, Covid isn't predictable and I would have expected with a group that size, there would have been some accommodation made. Very disappointing and not great customer experience.

I held my daughter's baby shower at Arrowhead Golf Club, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue, its staff, and its overall delivery of what they did for us! This was by far the easiest event I have ever planned! Aimee and the staff (Gabe, Ben, Sean and servers) bent over backwards to make our event a success! The room was impeccably, cleaned, and everything we asked for was provided! It's such a beautiful venue--overlooking the golf course. The food was delicious! Everyone commented on what a wonderful event it was, and it was it because of the arrowhead staff! I cannot say thank you enough for everything that they did to make my daughters day so special!

Unfortunately we had specifically made reservations through OpenTable as my party was looking for a breakfast option and I was happy that I could make reservations for Sunday at 11:00 AM. It wasn't until we sat down and was waiting for another party that we were informed by our server that they had just finished serving breakfast. Since we were waiting for the rest of our party and were on a time schedule we had no option but to order from their lunch menu which was ok considering this was not what my guests had a taste for. I feel it would have been appropriate for management to have reached out to contact me if breakfast was no longer available as advertised through their website noting they advertise breakfast is served until 1pm.

This place is so fun. Great pre-golf dinner and drinks in the clubhouse and a lovely surroundings, plenty of parking and a well-kempt locker room.

We went here yesterday and again it was great. Scott was the bartender and he was friendly and provided excellent service. The food was really good too.

Golfing - Definitely one of the very best public golf facilities in Chicagoland. Driving range, putting green, sand and chipping all available for warmup. The courses are beautifully manicured, with reasonable rough and greens that are often puttable from deep off the collar. Even though most holes appear as straight away on the card, there is always a place or two on every hole where you can make a mistake. Some fun up and down elevations, interesting dog legs, and watery waggles in the fairways all combine to provide challenges and rewards. No houses to be seen anywhere; it's like playing out in the countryside. Delightful course.

We attended a wedding here on April 27, 2024 and is was lovely from start to finish. The outdoor ceremony venue was just like in the movies. The reception hall had a beautiful panoramic views of the golf course. The ladies room was spacious, elegant and kept spotlessly clean for the entire evening. I can only assume the men's room was the same. During the cocktail hour we were treated to wonderful passed appetizers in great abundance. The bartenders were excellent, always smiling with great attitudes and a good variety of liquors. The entire wait staff was outstanding. They were efficient and pleasant and very accommodating. All of the food was top quality, from the appetizers to the entrées, and the sweets table were all excellent with creative and beautiful presentations. My filet mignon was huge and done just the Way I like it, rare.

I recently had my wedding here after a 2 year delay and 3 reschedules/cancellations. I ended up working with Lauren and Olivia and they were fantastic. Lauren truly thought of EVERYTHING and showed how incredibly knowledgeable, skilled and passionate she us about her field. Everything ran without a hitch and was perfect. We had our ceremony outdoors and it was beautiful and well coordinated. The bridal suite was perfect for what we needed, and the space was simple, elegant and well maintained which is exactly what we needed. Our guests loved the food and the balconies were a beautiful spot to escape to. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Arrowhead and how they supported us throughout pandemic wedding planning. It is a beautiful spot with even better service.

I attended a banquet this evening at Arrowhead golf club and it was exceptional. The facility is very nice and extremely well maintained. I had the salmon and it was fresh and delicious with nice sides of mashed potatoes and green beans. The service was also great - brining the food out quickly and making sure everyone at the table was served at the same time. Overall, this is a great venue to consider when hosting a large group.

The team at Arrowhead greatly assisted my wife and I with our wedding planning and organizing everything required for the day to run smooth the day of and days leading up to it. Highly recommend utilizing their venue for special events. The food was fantastic with much higher quality than typical wedding foods

Came here for the Mothers Day brunch and it did NOT disappoint! Our server Bo was a riot and very attentive. The incredibly diverse buffet was all delicious. The different cured salmons (citrus, beet) were unique and delicious. They had a great mix of standard favorites (French toast, hot dogs, etc) and unique options (stuffed blintzes, farro salad, etc). Buffets can be so stale and flat but this was great!

We enjoyed our dinner at Arrowhead Golf Club. We ate in the bar & had a nice round booth for four. We enjoyed chicken wings, chopped salad, Parmesan truffle fries, Buffalo chicken quesadilla, mahi tacos & tomato bisque. Everything was pretty good except for the soup. They had seasonal cocktails, which were ok, not great. The regular Cosmo was the best, the mule took second place & the Grinch & Jack Frost were so-so. It's a nice looking place & was decorated beautifully for Christmas. I'm sure we'd stop in again if in the area.

Attended a wedding here a few years ago. The property wad beautifully decorated for the holidays.

I ordered from DoorDash and the item that's on the app. Apparently it's "not available anymore"and it was "updated" but it was not updated on the DoorDash app (see photo, I wanted and ordered ground beef nachos, and I got barbecue beef nachos and as you can see in the app they are still on the app!! Hello!! and how am I supposed to know that?!?! I'm just a customer so I did not get actually what I ordered and when I did get the order, one of my condiments (salsa cup) was spilled all over the bag inside over the other food containers. (See photo) So.... I was charged "extra" for a condiment (guacamole) that was like the size of a spoon serving and I didn't even get that!! Which she also told me was in the bag. I don't have time to barely breathe every day not to mention fake phone calls about things that aren't really happening. they were missing items on top of it so I called the restaurant to let them now and basically (female manager) she told me what I was saying wasn't the truth but yet I have picture proof. Clearly. Also, when I mentioned the spilled items, she said that "wasn't their fault" when in reality, it actually is because had you secured the items better in the bag instead of throwing them in there they would not have opened up. All in all, I won't be ordering from here again and the old motto "the customer is always right". Clearly didn't apply here when in reality, I absolutely was right on top of that. Here's the pictures! She told me the nachos were updated on the app and that they were updated to barbecue beef so either I don't know how to read what I'm looking at or it says ground beef?!? She also said guacamole was not available but yet then turned around and told me on the phone that I was charged extra and either way I didn't even get it. Also listed as you see in the photo!! Not anymore. Sorry.

Golf course ambeince. Food and staff were fantastic.The scampi was amazing along with the scallops. The wings were ok but the Brussels sprouts were bussin. 8/10 would recommend.

Had an absolutely amazing mothers day brunch! The service was amazing, thank you Bo for giving us a memorable expirience. The variety that was offered was by far the best buffet I have had. From prime rib, to fresh oysters, to housemade quiches and and an endless assortment of desserts. Arrowhead really impressed us for this event. The place was decorated very elegantly and every moment was able to be cherished with our family. Thank you Arrowhead team for the wonderful time!

pro shop and starter were very rude and unprofessional, wont be coming back here again. truly ruined the experience.

The restaurant food was nothing impressive but the golf course is well maintained on the greens. Golf carts drive smoothly. Service in the golf shop was great, on the golf course the staff was tolerable. Overall good course

I had delivery via Grubhub for dinner from here last night because I'll be honest, I had a taste for a soft pretzel and they had one on their menu! At $11 it is not the most cost-effective pretzel you will ever eat but it was very tasty, and big enough to share (though it was just me so I saved some for breakfast!) Came with honey mustard and cheese sauces as well if that's your jam. I also got the wings glazed in some sort of whiskey sauce (either Jim Beam or Jack Daniels); glaze was good but these needed to be crispier: the skin was a bit flabby. The wings were nice and meaty though. Accompanying these was a very tasty blue cheese sauce (I actually ended up using this on the pretzel too!) Overall, some nice pubby options, and it scratched my pretzel itch.

The food used to be so good here, but got so mid after 2020. Love the vibes but always disappointed by the food.

The food was overpriced for what it was but there service for the food was great. Golf course is beautiful and fun to play however there was an old gentleman running the golf area that was quite rude.

So many great restaurants nearby, and my friends insisted in staying after our golf round. The course is in good shape. The food is poor, service is slow (but nice!), and what else would you expect by this Government owned place? Head over to Adeles, Ivy, Burger Social, even Chili's, support a taxpayer entrprenuer and spend your money more wisely than we did. BTW, Mist-wood and Cantigny are much better golf tracks for a few more bucks. Much better.

FORE! Great food and warm hospitality are par for the course at this country club in Wheaton. Arrowhead is 1 of 4 venues being considered for our March 2020 wedding, largely because Nichole C and I attended the 2019 Yelpie Awards held in their upstairs ballroom. The carving station, mashed potato martini bar, and sweets table were all very memorable (the meal service in general was delightful). Fast forward seven months and we're scoping out potential places to hold a ceremony and reception for 75+ people. We came here on 8/17/19 to speak with an events coordinator and enjoy a bite of lunch, as well as redeem a voucher for a free 'small plate' at their restaurant. Once seated in the dining room, I got a pint of Allagash White ($6) and we ordered the seared tuna ($13.50) as an appetizer. Six perfectly bite sized wonton chips each had a large piece of sesame crusted ahi tuna, topped with Asian slaw, wasabi aioli, and a soy ginger sauce on the side. It was fabulous! My fiancée's "you pick two" lunch option ($10.95) echoed something you'd get at Panera, except tastier. She went with 1/2 grilled cheese and cup of tomato bisque (delicious) and a side of chips. I'm pretty sure the chips were homemade, cuz I ate ALL of them. My BBQ bacon burger ($13.50) was tasty, aside from missing the crispy onion hay! What gives?? It didn't have lettuce, tomato, onion or pickle (which I assumed were included). It came with a side of coleslaw and their signature 'sidewinder' fries, which were a funky -- and quite literal -- twist on the typical French fry. Bread = 4.5 Circuses = 4.5 Service was fine; a manager was able to clarify that our freebie voucher was good for anything on the 'starters' section (no exclusions, a $14 value!) I liked the dark wood in the bar area and the atmosphere in general. They've got cool golf decor and a well-stocked pro shop, too. * TL;DR * Between our past experience in the event space upstairs and this recent trip for lunch, I can happily give Arrowhead the full five stars. Staff were accommodating and the event planner we talked with was responsive in communicating with us. As for the possibility of holding our wedding here, money talks. The deposit was a whopping $2,300 (more than twice the other venues on our list) and the payment terms of 50% due in 6 weeks weren't very kind. If nothing else, we had two pleasant outings here, even if there won't be a third.

Ordered the southwest shrimp salad. Had black beans and corn etc. You'd reasonably expect the shrimp to have southwest seasonings and be grilled or at least warm, right? You'd be wrong. It's like the had shrimp from a shrimp cocktail and threw it on some salad greens. Awful and for that you pay $17. We haven't been back in months because it was mediocre food at exorbitant prices and now we won't be returning for many more months. Too bad because their patio can be lovely.

We had our daughter's bridal shower here, and I can't say enough good things about Olivia and her team. Olivia listened, really listened, to my vision for the shower and made sure the day went just like we had hoped. It was perfect! We were in the Clocktower Room which felt so comfortable and inviting. It was beautiful overlooking the golf course, and we loved having the little balcony to hang out in too. The food was delicious and several people commented on how good everything was. The servers were so attentive and helpful throughout the entire time. The whole day couldn't have gone any better and it's absolutely due to the Arrowheard staff. Everyone was so wonderful to work with. Thank you again for everything you all did to make our day so special!!

We were here for a funeral reception. The views are beautiful. The food was pretty typical of buffet fair. Nothing great, nothing terrible. Salad, three types of pasta, some bread, and some desserts. The bartender was super nice and handled our rambunctious crowd with grace.

This restaurant has great food and service. The staff is always friendly and attentive. And the managers are often seen helping the servers when they're busy.

I personally feel the restaurant has gone down hill a little with the quality of their food. Like many restaurants, quality has gone down while prices have gone up. One great thing about eating there is the view of the course on their outdoor patio.

our service was great but our food was pretty awful. We ordered 3 prime rib dinners and they were all weird, black color, strange texture and no flavor..... Not sure what the problem was but I never had Prime Rib like that in my life. Do NOT order the Prime Rib!!!

What a great time I had here for the Yelp Elite Award Celebration. The First of the year!! And actually MY FIRST EVENT!! The facility was beautiful!!!! So spacious and the decor was very classy We took some time looking around at the venue-and it was really nice! One could easily have their wedding there and the reception. We noticed a bridal room that had couches and mirrors and even a sink. This place seems to be great for all sorts of events/parties. The rooms that we utilized for YELP were very nice. Decorated nicely and the staff were so kind. I even took pics with the bartenders. Dope people! The food served was not bad either-some wanted a selection of chicken, and if you loved bread-they had multiple yum options to select from. It was really eye pleasing the decor of the serving platters and such. Plenty to drink and eat. I really felt like I was attending a prom(but was horribly under dressed!) Lol Every one we came in contact with from Arrowhead met our needs or answered any questions we had. The celebration in itself was fantastic!!! This was a great venue to have such a celebration! Plenty of space and ot was classy!!

Food is amazing. This place is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is very pleasant. It's a must for people to go and check this club out

Went here for a business luncheon and was really thankful for the opportunity to try this restaurant. Excellent service and very good food. Definitely worth the try.

My husband and I are so grateful to Lauren, Olivia and everyone at Arrowhead for creating a spectacular reception following our wedding. From our first meeting to the final goodbyes, the team at Arrowhead made it incredibly easy to plan a memorable experience for our friends and family members. The ballroom was elegant, the menu exceeded expectations (special shouts-out to the chateaubriand and the late-night sliders!), and the staff was friendly and efficient. We also felt completely welcomed by the entire team, which was especially important for us and our guests.

Great service and food. Place is amazing. The views from the patio over looking the golf course makes you feel like your on vacation at a 5-star resort We will be back!!!

Such an amazingly excellent lunch! The Power Salad is delicious with the freshest of ingredients. We shared a bowl of Gumbo (better than any we've had in New Orleans....best I've EVER had!). My husband had rib-eye steak cooked perfectly rare to his request. The service was perfect (Kathy and new trainee Hannah)! Bringing my friends back this Wednesday. They will love this place!

Service and atmosphere was good. Food tasted good, however it was cold and we were really hungry so we didn't say anything. Would give them another try.

Service is great and it's a beautiful spot. I have to say I have never been blown away by a meal here. I'm usually left thinking, meh. The one exception is, of course, the pretzel bread which is phenomenal.

A beautiful venue for wedding, very elegant interior and scenic exterior. The wedding began with delicious hordourves, meat skewers, spring rolls and my favorite was scallop wrapped with bacon! The wedding hall were elegant by itself so all it needed was minimal decorations of flower petals and bouquets around. Later the hall partitions were taken out and transformed into a dining space. This took a while but when lunch reception came around, the salmon and beef were delicious. My steak was unfortunately well done and tough. But my wife's salmon was really fresh and great in flavor.

Enjoyed lunch with my friend. We both ordered the Southwest Shrimp Salad... GREAT flavor, a definite winner!

Excellent place for a bridal shower event! Food was great, staff was very willing to accommodate food allergies, and service was great. It felt like we were very well taken care of throughout our entire event. The only issue we had was that there was no ability to play music in the room we rented for my event (small space fits ~20 guests) and I did not know this prior to booking here. The chairs, table clothes and view were all stunning. Really overall great spot for a nice event.

I was in attendance here for a Yelp event (2018 Suburban Yelpie Awards). This was my first time at this venue. It looks like a cool place to hold wedding receptions and stuff. The venue did an lovely job of setting up for the ceremony to recognize suburban Yelpers. If I had not known better, I would have thought that someone had dropped some serious cash to set up the event. Arrowhead did a great job with the selection of food. During what I would call the cocktail hour, we were greeted with gentlemen walking around with fried spring rolls, bacon-wrapped dates and these lovely lovely fried artichoke balls...man those were absolutely to die for! There was beef tenderloin, cooked just right, with the options to make it into a sandwich. There were various sauces that you could use as well as different toppings (tomatoes, arugula, cheese sauce, mushrooms). For those who did not eat meat, there were grilled portabella mushrooms, large enough in diameter to serve as a patty on a bun. Arrowhead also set us up with a mashed potato bar, complete with all the required toppings, including bacon. Martini glasses were provided to contain your personalize creation and there was plenty of bacon bits to place on top. For me that was the greatest part of the meal. There was a nice and light Asian salad in a glass, ratatouille with goat cheese (love love love) and a lovely selection of desserts. The berry cheese cake and apple pie were my personal favorites. The staff was very attentive and on point with service. They were very quick and friendly. The bartenders knew their stuff as there lots of people getting a variety of mixed drinks. I stuck to wine, but a few of the ladies at my table got mixed drinks...all agreed that they were good and strong. I can see how this would be a great place for a venue. Plenty of room and the customer service was excellent, from what I could see.
