"The Artemis Lakefront Cafe has an ideal location at the Ski Run Marina, where you can sit outside with your dog friend, while eating tasty Greek and Mediterranean food and taking in the views of Lake Tahoe and the snow-capped Sierra. Everything is good, but you can’t go wrong with the falafel or veggie pita, both of which are fresh and filling." - Julie Brown Davis, Daisy Barringer

Been here twice over the years. Good food, service, and ambiance. Ouzo with coffee beans and baklava with house cream were great recommendations and are a must-try. We tried the gyros, and they were good, and the fries were excellent. Even though it was closing time, the service by Patrick was absolutely delightful and fun, which made the overall experience even better!

Google
By far the WORST restaurant I’ve ever eaten and saying this with a heavy heart. Took the a while to bring the food and then we had to remind them to serve us water. There’s house flies everywhere so it’s hard to even sit and have a conversation or eat food. The FOOD.. absolutely not worth a penny. Food was over cooked and you can see the pictures. And there wasn’t even salt on the chicken. Lamb was completely burnt. The location is so nice that they are just surviving by. This restaurant won’t last long unless they change the management. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT BE BACK! I wish something was nice I would absolutely write it. Server was a nice guy.

I highly recommend the Artemis Fries and Galaktoboureko dessert. They make a good cup of cappuccino too. The view of the lake is excellent. There is a choice of indoor and outdoor seating and there is a fairly big parking lot shared with other businesses. Service was fast and we were seated right away. Would eat there again.

Stopped by for lunch. It was very tasty. I ordered the Ahi Pita with their house fries. The fries were very good. My husband ordered the Mediterranean Power Bowl with seared Ahi. The views of the lake were beautiful.

Cute layback cafe with a bar. We had brunch. A gyro platter and one of a kind baklava French toast Delicious food Great service. They have an apple toddy that we will come back and try.

Google
Cute cozy place. Food is nice. The gyros were especially good! Not too greasy. Nice thick cuts. The tomatoes in the gyros were waay too big though. And missing pickle/turnips/onions/cucumber. I asked for hot sauce and they had a in house one! Enjoyed the cocktails too! The painkiller is huge!

Either the sign “wait here to be seated” is missing, or we did not notice it, but had to go back and forth a couple of times following the waiter. Food is great, had moussaka and burger. Chairs not the most comfortable though.

Google
We chose this place for our anniversary dinner and were disappointed. We ordered the lamb souvlaki plate and chicken gyro. While the food was okay, it didn’t justify the high prices, likely due to the location with views of Lake Tahoe (outdoor seating only). Our meals took about 35-40 minutes to arrive, and it took another 15 minutes to get the final bill. Overall, the experience didn’t justify the cost.

Yelp
Came here after a day of climbing per recommendations from my friend who had been here once before. I got the gyro plate, which was very filling and good balance of flavors. My friend got the power bowl (what he got last time), the chicken wasn't as juicy/savory as the last time he got it...but the overall bowl was as good as he remembered. Service was very quick and servers very nice and helpful.

Yelp
To be fair with my two star rating, I ordered door dash on July 4th weekend. 1) Greek side salad Tasty salad w/ good dressing but it's hard to mess up a salad. Three stars for the salad. 2) Lamb Gyros w/ fries Dry and salty meat w/ soggy fries. I think the fries would have been good if they were not soggy. They had a nice spice on them. No stars. 3) Baklava Not sure what this was but it wasn't anything close to baklava. It was expensive, dry and disappointing. No stars. $50. for these 3 items. Nope.

Yelp
First of all, we entered as a family of 7. The staff was very disorganized and seated us at a picnic bench with a small shade umbrella, which was not ideal as we had kids with us. We waited 15 minutes for a server to take our order. Half of our group placed their orders, but then the server suddenly left us. We waited another 15 minutes before asking him to come back and complete our order. He responded, "Oh, I thought your order was done." Anyway, the food was tasteless, and the drinks were awful. To top it all off, we were charged a $50 service fee. The experience was uncomfortable with kids, and we will never come back.

Yelp
Came here to grab a quick coffee but was disappointed with the service, coffee, and price! The barista took forever to wait on us and she seemed like she did not want to be there. We got one latte and one Turkish coffee. They only have one size (Small) for $7.00 each! The latte was just okay and the Turkish coffee came with a big serving of cardamom seeds....WOW, it was very overpowering!

Yelp
Came here for Memorial weekend does get quite busy, came in the morning. the location is in a shopping/dining center. A lot of locations to try out and it's next to the water. perfect location. There is outside and indoor seating. Pet friendly which was awesome because we brought our pup. The food was also good. But our server wasn't attentive. Saw him come check on other tables various times. Ended up just starting my day with one cerveza only. But again My Lamb burger is what gave this place 3 stars.

Muang P.

Yelp
Worked up an appetite after riding jet ski's and Artemis Lakefront Cafe was a close place to grab a bite. We got a table right away. The service was fast and very friendly. The burger was ok but the fries are where it's at! They were crispy and seasoned well, a perfect vessel for the yummy house sauce. Its location is convenient with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Yelp
Greek breakfast on the Lake. Count me in! We were starting our day in SLT and breakfast by the lake at a dog friendly establishment was the goal. Artemis was perfect! Service couldn't have been friendlier. The coffee menu was so interesting. Took us forever to decide. Even just the drip coffee was fancy. The view, Tahoe lakeside. Dog friendly with water bowls and all. There is a great vibe here. A full bar too that I would have bellied up to back in the day. Everyone enjoyed the food. We ordered the Greek breakfast to split and fish and chips as well as the bacon egg breakfast pita. Service should get a second mention. I didn't catch his name but he was very cool. He is in one of my photos in the white hat taking orders. He was great. We will be back!

Yelp
In town for vacation and like to always try local places this is one to definitely give a try. Seated right away this place can get busy. Mostly patio seating which is dog friendly. Greet by server and got water right away while looked over the menu. Ordered the hummus as an appetizer really good flavor and quite a bit of pita served with it some veggies too for dipping. I had the gyro plate which comes with a side salad and pita. This was so yummy could have had more gyro but so filling. My husband had the Mahi fish and chips which he really enjoyed. Loved sitting outside did enjoy the cool weather.

Yelp
We came here with three other couples to the South Tahoe Ski Run Blvd location for some Mediterranean cuisine, live music and the handy close proximity to the Hilton Grand Vacation resort. We were seated and it took a full 35 minutes to get water and cocktails ordered from a very grumpy and unpleasant lady who worked behind the bar. From the get go she had the worst of vibes about her and you could immediately tell which way the service was going to go for the night...! I ordered the pictured Gyros Plate which comes with strips of rotisserie Lamb, Greek salad, pita bread, tzaziki and feta. The food was fantastic; but the rest of the plates all staggered / arrived within 15 minutes of each other for the rest of the table. If we wanted more water or cocktails, we basically had to walk to the bar and appeal to miss bad attitude and hope she'd turn an eye your way. She's the type that wants you to feel lucky she gave you time of the day and does not belong in this industry. It's probably her parent's place or something so...? Shrug... In any case, the low star rating was 100% because of our server and does not reflect the food, partial lake views, location and ambience.

Laura A.

Yelp
Beautiful and large front patio with views of the Lake. First 30 minutes of parking is free and then they charge by the hour after that. We ordered the gyro plate which was plenty of food to share for two - big chunks of gyro meat, Greek salad, pita bread and tzatziki. Everything was seasoned well and tasted delicious. We also got a side of falafel that came on a bed of spiraled cucumbers with a strange (and not very tasty) dipping sauce. We asked for extra tzatziki instead! Unfortunately the falafel was overly dry and not very good, what a disappointment! Stick with the gyro meat here and enjoy the view of the Lake from the patio.

Chris B.

Yelp
For breakfast or brunch, this place is hands down the number one locale in Tahoe! Service was impeccable, the food was delicious (a Greek breakfast?! What?!), and there's enough parking for everyone. The Greek breakfast deserves a special place on Yelp. You get gyro meat topped with grilled onions and feta, tzatziki, two eggs your way, pita bread with butter, and breakfast potatoes! That's a wild combo for not much $$$. And you get a view of the lake if you sit outside. This isn't your ordinary brunch joint, y'all. Give this place a shot immediately!

Yelp
We went on a very busy night, and although our service was rather slow we made the best of our night. They had live music playing and our waiter was very friendly, but definitely overwhelmed. It seems as though the restaurant was understaffed to be able to manage the large crowds the music brought it. The three stars are for the exceptional service our waiter provided; I don't want that to go unnoticed. However, If i'm being honest, the food was just ok and the drinks... well let's just say the drinks need A LOT of improvement. The alcoholic drinks were heavy on the alcohol and definitely needed to be mixed better. I ordered a lemonade on the side to mix in with my alcoholic drink, but the lemonade had no flavor and was basically water. The salad was probably the best thing we ordered and full of ingredients and flavor. Unfortunately, the rest of the food was mediocre at best and I've had far better mediterranean food elsewhere. We ate inside because the music outside was just too loud, and were disappointed when it was hot inside in the start of the summer. The parking is valet only. The restaurant is ocean front so that was a nice perk.

Yelp
Came here for lunch on a Friday while visiting South Lake Tahoe again. We were here 3 months ago and the food today is how we remember it to be - delicious! Serving size is enough for two. Service - servers are nice. It took almost 10 minutes from seating to someone coming over to take our orders. Ambiance - we sat inside. it was not packed and not loud. Definitely coming back when we visit South Lake Tahoe again.

Yelp
Our group of friends decided to stop by during vacation and we all loved all the food! The menu is varied but not overwhelming. We started with 2 meze platters which was enough to share with 10. It came with classic grape leaves, dips, and ample pitas. For my main I ordered the mahi pita. I think it would've been better with at least another piece of fish, as it only came with one skinny piece and the fish flavor kind of gets drowned out by all the other ingredients. I also wish the remalaude was a little lighter because the vegetables were covered and the sauce overwhelmed the dish. As for everyone else, they all loved their meal. The lamb was perfectly cooked, stuffed chicken creamy and flavorful, and gnocchi super rich and satisfying. One thing to note: don't get the Turkish coffee if you're expecting a strong coffee type drink. It's more like spiced tea and tastes nothing of coffee. Overall the service was great but on a Saturday night there seemed to only be one server and one runner which doesn't seem enough considering the restaurant was full. Definitely stop by though if you're craving a hearty meal!

Yelp
We used to live here way before this restaurant was around but today we were up visiting friends. We found out three couples we knew from California were staying in town at the same time so we drove up from Reno to hang out and eat together. One in the group picked this spot. Since there was 8 of us we had to sit at a rectangle picnic table outside that was in dire need of repairs. The surface was rough to the touch and totally fade. It was not comfortable to sit there. Plus the umbrella would not cover all of us to half the group had to sit in direct sun at the hot part of the day. We asked to tilt the umbrella and they told us it was broke. So diners need to suffer because they could care less and did not want to move other tables together. They DO NOT split checks. Maybe this is because they can add their own tip for 8 people. The server told us she would just go around and ask each couple what they wanted to pay on their credit cards. We said, "what"? So you just pick a number that is fair, never heard of this before. So instead we had one person in the group figure out what each couple owed and he was quite generous with the tips he added in. Our server who never checked back with us, got a huge tip for not even remembering which meal each person ordered. So two couples paid cash and two credit to the diner that was adding up the money to be paid. It was $50 for two couples and $72 for two couples. The problem was the food was awful. The french fries were loaded with heavy spice that they threw on them while on the plate. I am still tasting that spice mixture, that included heavy salt, even today. I drank a half gallon of water when I got home. We all hated the fries. It was $3 to get a salad instead of fries but we did not know they were so seasoned. Three of us ordered burgers and I found out after I got mine it was not meat but instead a grain type burger that was super dry. The classic burgers did not look like pure meat but instead a meat mixture with fillers. The other couples ordered chicken meat on skewers that came with rice and flat bread. It was mostly carbs. This was the worst lunch I have had in a very long time. I would have loved to give them a better review except an honest review is the only thing I can offer.

Meredith C.

Yelp
Everything exceeded our expectations except for the fries. They were just ok and at $11 for the basket, they should have been amazing. We have to give kudos for the last word. Not many places offer the cocktail because one of the key ingredients, chartreuse is not readily available. So delicious!!

Melissa K.

Yelp
Day trip in Tahoe with a friend, she was craving Greek, so we stopped in... Pros: very friendly waitstaff. Tasty food! I ordered the stuffed chicken breast, loved the sauce that came with it! My friend ordered the salad with figs, also tasty. We split both entrees, which was a lot of food! We ordered 2 desserts to go, a stuffed chocolate cake/brownie in the same baklava filo (sp?) dough, and of course a baklava! We asked for them to go, thinking we'd try them later...when we weren't stuffed (we were both quite full!) However, when the desserts came bagged up, my friend suggested we try a bite of the chocolate one since she could tell it was warm. Well, one bite turned into two, then three, then four, then more.... Until we demolished it!! I didn't take any pictures since we were deep in conversation as well as starving when we were given our food, but thought about taking a picture of the very empty container of our delicious chocolate dessert! I didn't though, it wouldn't have been the prettiest picture (we literally demolished it!) we did save the baklava for later...Mr. Falafel still wins on best baklava (Morgan Hill, CA) The fig salad was tasty, but I accidentally dropped one of the figs on my sweatshirt, which then had several light purple stains after lunch! Cons: if you sit outside, it can be cold, since it's right by the lake. The inside feels more like a diner (it's not, but gives off that vibe). I have had takeout before, which came to the house not that great, but if you're craving Greek and able to go to either restaurant, I'd suggest that. And I'd also suggest saving room for their chocolate dessert!!

Kesavamani J.

Yelp
Absolutely loved the chicken souvlaki & grilled tofu power bowl! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and each bite was a burst of deliciousness. The chicken was tender, and the tofu was nicely grilled, adding a great texture. Highly recommend trying it. "The service at this place is top-notch, and enjoying delicious food with a beautiful lake view made the experience even better. Definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for great food and a stunning ambiance!"

Mindy L.

Yelp
Great foods selection when I can around 9:30am on a Saturday they provided both breakfast and lunch menus. The breakfast pita and Turkish coffee were both very good and I'll definitely be back to try that baklava French toast. Relaxed atmosphere, good service and dog friendly.

Tom G.

Yelp
It's not too bad. We were looking for a healthier lunch and found Atremis. We were greeted nicely and sat right down. Service was good throughout our visit. The place was casual, not overly comfortable, though. We were pretty cold in the place, to be honest, and looked forward to getting back to the warmth of our car. They have a nice menu, and I opted for a Greek salad with gyro meat. It was decent, but not great.

Dennis K.

Yelp
Just a short walk from our hotel this restaurant is kind of hidden from the main road. They have outdoor seating with heaters but it was in the 30's so we are inside in a very casual setting. It was about 6pm on a Sunday night and maybe 8 patrons inside so it was quiet. Music in background of 70's rock was nice. Service was fast and the menu has a large selection of both Mediterranean food and American burgers. I ordered a draft beer and we both ordered a shrimp plate. See picture as it looked so colorful and appetizing. It was really, really great tasting with fresh cooked veggies, grilled shrimp, flat bread, and herb rice. An expected surprise was garlic awesome garlic & mashed potato sauce served on the side. I have never been served this addition in any Mediterranean restaurant before and it was very tasty and added a nice touch to this dish. If the rest of the menu is this good it's truly a hidden gem.

Megan J.

Yelp
Casual Mediterranean dining by the lake. We visited on a particularly cold day in early Dec; they're happy to serve on the patio beneath the heaters but we opted for inside (fwiw one group tried to dine outside but the wind off the lake was way too cold. My man got the Buffalo chicken sandwich - delicious with a (surprise to me) Gorgonzola finish that really kicked it up a notch. The veggie pita was calling my name, but I also wanted meat, so opted for a side of lamb gyro & walked away with happy taste buds+belly :p He got a (v strong) Irish coffee - FYI comes with whipped cream. I got the Artemis margarita w/o agave--super tasty! My man has been here many times & I see why he keeps coming back :D

Jeremy J.

Yelp
Wait - another restaurant in South Lake Tahoe tourist central worthy of a call out - yes. In fact because it's a great meditation restaurant, not a 'tourist spot'. Sat at the bar, enjoyed a Martini and food delivered with excellence. Mediterranean food and a service to absolute casual perfection.

David O.

Yelp
Yes, yes. I guess I could mix it up and not do Red Hut for breakfast in Tahoe once in awhile. It's a pretty decent breakfast place with lovely outdoor seating with a lake view. The food is of a tasty Greek fusion variety. Ambiance but not too much of a markup for the lake view. I'll take it.

Shaun A.

Yelp
Great but busy spot. DO NOT GO if it is a busy Tahoe weekend. They are a small Mom & Pop. So many people do not understand how hard it is for a small place like that on an insane weekend. I highly recommend the duck gyro. I love the fries. Go on a weekday. Chill on the patio. Enjoy a cocktail. Their fire pit is quite nice in the winter.

Jenn W.

Yelp
This is our second time coming here because the baklava French toast is unforgettable! If you like your sugar, this is the plate for you! Hubby likes the lamb gyro and the Cajun(?) seasoned fries are addicting. We like that we're able to sit outdoors with our dog and enjoy the fresh air. They do seem to be low on staff but we were adequately taken care of. This will be a return-to spot for us on our visits to Lake Tahoe.

James B.

Yelp
Arrived on a blustery early November day with dog. At outside by fire hearth. Awaiting hotel room. Dauphine was our friendly server. Was interested in trying the dirty Greek martini. Unique taste. Am use to the brine of green olives. The Greek has kalamata. Husband hd Bloody Mary was good. As an appetizer the mezzi platter with flalafel, dolmas, boba ghanoush, tzatziki and pitas. Tasty and just enough for two.

Erin K.

Yelp
I came by on a Monday morning with a small group of people. We had our dogs with us so we opted to sit outside. I ordered the vegan tofu scramble and it was not really what I expected. It had a Mediterranean spin on it with Pepperoncini and olives .... and I didn't like it much at all. It was also drenched in olive oil. The potatoes were just ok. The whole dish was lacking seasoning (salt!!!). Overall, not a place I would suggest or maybe not a menu item I'd suggest.

Valerie M.

Yelp
We've been coming to this place all these years. Definitely owe them a nice review. Nice spacious outdoor seating. Super chill vibes. Like it a lot. Enough space for our dog babies too. It's an authentic yet creative Mediterranean place to me. Great traditional food with a nice twist on the creative side. Everything comes with beautiful presentations. They even have a fancy Turkish coffee set. Just be very careful it's SUPER hot I almost burned myself. But a very cute coffee set presentation. They have a lot of vegetarian options here. That's great for me. My favorite thing is the tofu egg scramble. It's delicious! The service is excellent! It's one of our go-tos.

Linda R.

Yelp
What a great place! There is outside seating, so you get a nice view of the lake and the mountains while you eat your meal. We went for breakfast and luckily didn't have to wait for a table. I ordered the American Breakfast. It came with eggs, bacon, potatoes, and a choice of bread. I chose their homemade biscuit. It was delicious. Also, they gave you nice size portions! I had plenty for lunch the next day. This restaurant is located in the marina area. A lot of people take boat rides to Emerald Bay State Park from here. There are a lot of other restaurants and shops there as well as a beach. It is a beautiful location, but you do have to pay to park.

Abbi E.

Yelp
We absolutely loved this place! Great views of the lake and marina and plenty of outdoor seating with a bar. Service was perfect, our server Savannah was fantastic! We ordered veggie pita, Artemis fries, Greek salad, power bowl with chicken, and a lamb gyro. All dishes were fresh and delicious! The bar had a nice selection of drinks and the margarita was delicious. Finished with a tasty baklava and left happy! Thanks Artemis, I highly recommend!

Mark T.

Yelp
After a morning of activities, we looked for a light, fresh lunch in SLT--oh, it needed to be dog friendly and have patio seating, too. Artemis fit the bill. Our server was really nice and brought a dog bowl of ice water for the pooch. I ordered a falafel pita and fried pickle spears with a hazy. The pickle spears and beer hit the spot. The falafel was the only miss. The pita was nice and fluffy. The veggies inside were fresh and tasty. The falafel, unfortunately, was pretty dense. I'm still giving Artemis 4/5 stars, though, for great service, a great patio, and a glorious August afternoon.

Sharon ..

Yelp
Service was great, came here New Year's Eve and it was a very cozy place to eat indoors at least. The food was good along with the garlic and sauce they had with my platter. Enjoyed my food and company that day and would come back again when visiting Tahoe.

Jose H.

Yelp
Service was kind and most importantly they allowed family pets in the outside seating area. This fact is of outmost importance after being neglected from eating at a place which for our surprise happened too often in South Lake Tahoe area. Coming back to the food, portions area huge and taste way up there. My gnocchis with chicken were really good, the steak was also up there, although we (them / us) forgot to establish if we wanted it well done or raw. My daughter in law did not liked at all her chicken sandwich. Averaging the overall experience it is a three (3) stars.

Loredo L.

Yelp
We came here again for a late lunch after snowboarding. We had a short 30 minute wait. The restaurant is simply decorated with Greek tapestries, etc. The hostess and servers were very attentive. Everything tasted very satisfying. I especially enjoyed my lamb gyro and Greek salad.

Trevor C.

Yelp
Overall, I think three stars is generous enough. The food I would say closer to 4+. The inside of the restaurant is old and dingy, and needs a major remodel, very uninviting and like an old grease joint. I hope they spend the money one day. It's such a prime location. I'm sure they would have much better business if they spent a little money on the inside. The outside is just ok. Ask for Megan for the server the first server didn't like it when we wanted to change tables because it was too cold so she closed us out and said the other server would have to take it from there. Kind of silly. One word of advice to restaurant owners- make sure to be accommodating because there are lots of choices. I do love Mediterranean food, and I was quite happy with my meal.

Abe C.

Yelp
Don't ever trust servers recommendation. The food was horrible super salty worst experience.

Dr K.

Yelp
What a great experience, both in terms of food and service...! A place in this location, so I expected, must at least have something wrong with their food, service or price. And how was I proven wrong! Super delicious everything (the shish kabob, chocolate desert something, baba ganoush, ... etc etc), and top notch service, giving you that warm cuddly feeling that you maybe get when you come home from a long time away ... but at a restaurant...? Maybe this is how things are here, or it's just our server Patrick, but please let this experience be the same next time! And here I was, thinking the pandemic had ruined it for all of us, What a good time we had! So, if there are any people getting into the business of cloning servers please use Patrick as your template and then make sure that every restaurant gets one!!

Sumeet P.

Yelp
I would have given 4-5 stars if the table was clean and less waiting on server. The foods were okay. Kids didn't like the pizza (half of it was kindly burn) and spaghetti (kind of plain taste) unfortunately the chicken nuggets or tender was out of stock. (Everyone knows kids love that. Hmm?) I would say it okay. Overall was okay. Perhaps it would be better eventually. Thank you for the foods.

David B.

Yelp
One of the worst restaurant meals I've eaten. Server got the order wrong, food arrived late. My gyro was cold and the meat was burnt, the coffee tasted sour. In addition it was all really expensive. Overall a very poor experience. Ruined my day.

Nick P.

Yelp
Delicious food! We decided to try out Artemis as it's been highly rated on Yelp and through our Youtube research at SLT. Parking is not free and is a paid lot, but Artemis does offer validation but I don't think it's much. We ended ordering online for pick-up through their website. Pick-up was really quick and easy. The food came out piping hot. We ordered the chicken gyro with a side of fries. Upon opening our takeout box, we were surprised by how generous the portions were. The chicken gyro was very delicious. Our gyro was packed with a lot protein. It's juicy and flavorful. The veggies were very fresh as well. The pita bread was very soft and fluffy. The sauce brought everything together. As for the fries, out of this world! The seasoning is addicting. Hubby and I inhaled them. Artemis is a great spot at SLT. So glad we got to try out their gyro. Can't wait to come back if we ever visit SLT. The cafe is very cute and the patios are pet friendly as well!

Naz K.

Yelp
Chicken kebab was juicy full of flavor, rice was fluffy and had a unique flavor something I haven't tried before. I am not usually a big potato fries person , but wow I really enjoyed the fries , the seasoning was incredible. Staff were polite and professional.

Karla H.

Yelp
Stopping by for the close view of the lake and I'm glad that we did! Such a relaxing breakfast with amazing customer service. I tried the vanilla latte and my husband tried the Greek coffee. Vanilla latte was perfect. The Greek coffee was $10 but I definitely understand why; it had an acquired taste of liquor / coffee. I ordered the Greek breakfast and it was also delicious. It came with peta cheese, sweet potatoes, I choose scrambled eggs but I wish I would've just got over easy eggs. It also came with sautéed gyro meet w/onions and bell peppers. I rate this 5/5 and it's more than filling. My husband ordered the Greek burrito and it was exactly like my plate but wrapped into a pita bread. He loved it.

Sunny I.

Yelp
Amazing food and service. Had the falafel burger and falafel pita and both were great. They make the falafel burger patty in house and lived up to expectations. Great place for vegans and vegetarians, especially with limited options around. The Artemis fries were seasoned perfectly and the sauce that goes with it was delicious!

Moe J.

Yelp
Very rude service when we tried to come to this restaurant. Lady was in a bad mood pretty much kickoff us out. Not a good experience good thing there's a nice restaurant next door

Adiva A.

Yelp
Delicious food and beautiful views of Lake Tahoe! The restaurant was quaint and had Greek-themed decor. I got the chicken souvlaki platter and it was absolutely amazing - the chicken was so tender and flavorful, the rice was seasoned well, and the veggies were perfectly grilled and complimented the chicken. Calling this a platter is a bit of an overstatement though, there was only 1 skewer of chicken so it wasn't filling at all. Our waitress was really nice and the service was overall great. Definitely worth checking out when in the Lake Tahoe area!

Yelp
Amazing atmosphere and they allow large dogs! We went recently and a little early in the season so we didn't have a problem getting in but I know this place is popping all through the summer so if they do reservations, I would suggest doing that to ensure a spot. Great food and reasonable for a tourist area.

Yelp
We had the strangest experience there yesterday. Just wanted to have a few drinks with the lake view and get the kids their special hot cocoa. All the tables weren't even filled outside so we waited for awhile at an outdoor table with no service. We finally asked if we could order and they said they could not even serve us drinks because they were at capacity. How could they be at capacity when all the tables weren't full?? Like I said it was ODD. Kids were disappointed but we drove a little bit down road and had an amazing meal at Aleworx instead! **** Now I am reading other reviews and see more people talking about rude service and being turned away when restaurant not full. Will never return!

Yelp
Food was average- we were a big group and chose this place due to the reviews but we ordered practically every item on the menu and didn't enjoy the food. Gyros , platters , felafel , salads etc We are from NY/NJ and have tasted lot of better Mediterranean food over there- this being beside the lake could do with better food Service was mixed - they are short staffed so some waiters helped and some ignored ..
