This farm has changed my life! This winter, I enrolled in their CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). I receive an email on Wednesday with recipes and the recap of what’s being delivered. Previously, I would work on creating a menu list each week which is no fun. Now, I make recipes either from their suggestions or using the fruit and vegetables that are being delivered on Friday. Did I mention it’s delivered to my front door? Not hyperbolic, I would highly recommend using their CSA!

This morning I met Kelly at the Manassas Farmers' Market and, after tasting the Norcino Americano, I bought one. Kelly mentioned that it mixed well with Scotch. Tonight I had an excellent Rob Roy (w/o vermouth)
