WINE COUNTRY CITY GUIDE

"In 1991, Spain’s oldest winemaking family, Raventós Codorníu, ventured to a new world: a sea-facing hillside in the Napa Valley, with rocky soils and a favorable coastal climate. It was here in Los Carneros, that we planted new roots, building upon a 460-year winemaking legacy to create the next generation of Estate Grown, artisan wines."

Kevin was an excellent host. He curated the perfect experience for us! He listened to our likes and we had the best mid-morning tasting while overlooking the stunning views from Artesa. We will be recommending this vineyard from here on out!!

We attended a tasting with a member, and it was a luxurious, spa-like experience in a gorgeous space with delicious wines.

The views are stunning. Ann was an amazing hostess. We enjoyed the Spanish influence with the Tempranillos which is a nice break from the monotony of the napa cabs. Overall the whites and reds were both great and the chocolate pairing was a standout.

If you have any non drinkers, they WILL charge you $15 per person. We called in advance and they assured us there was $0 charge for non drinkers, it was a LIE and they ended up charging us. Highly do not recommend. Looking at Artesa through their online website you’d expect a grand experience and top tier customer hospitality. Unfortunately that was not the case. From the moment we were seated we did not have a good experience with our server. Common customer service skills were not applied to the point where it was uncomfortable. Very disappointed with the service and the wine. There are plenty of other options in the area that offer top tier wine and hospitality.

Rick is great! Very friendly, educated us about the wines and their flavor profiles, why their winery plants their vines how they do and the ultimate end-effect on their product. He was also very a great server and really enhanced our experience at an already great winery. Thank you Rick! 💕

Jo Jo and the staff did a wonderful job of taking care of us. Beautiful views all around and lovely for photos. The wine was ok, I think people visit for the aesthetics. Overall, a very good time was had while visiting.

My family and I were visiting from Massachusetts and decided to kick off our Napa trip at Artesa and couldn’t be happier with our tasting. Not only were there amazing views, warm atmosphere, and delicious wine, but our wine expert, Jakob, was very personable and provided a fun and educational experience as he taught us so much about their variety of wines with a Spanish flare! Amazing experience!
